Health in the Spirit

A doctor told Sarah Robinson her diagnosis was chronic and she'd manage it for the rest of her life. She told him four months. It took seven years, two miscarriages, a near-fatal drug reaction, and a lot of prayer — and this week she tells the whole story.

You know the appointment. The one where someone doesn't look up from the clipboard, hands you a word you've never heard, and tells you this is your life now. Here's your medication. Here's a diet that might take the edge off. See you in a couple of months.

Sarah Robinson had that appointment in September of 2018, the day after her birthday, in the same week she lost her first baby.

This week at the kitchen table, Sarah tells us the whole arc — and she doesn't tidy it up. Two miscarriages, the second one ectopic. An ulcerative colitis diagnosis she'd never heard of. A prescription she turned out to be allergic to, that two doctors later told her would have killed her if she'd stayed on it another two days. Fifteen days of bed rest at ten weeks pregnant, down to ninety-something pounds, watching her husband on the carpet begging God for her life. A season she calls her glass season, where she sat behind glass and watched everyone else live.

And running alongside all of it: a father who walked into a prayer closet with a bone to pick and came out changed. A four-year-old who spoke a promise over her mother's grief. A stranger at a house church who prayed over a wound she had no way of knowing about. And a vision of a room Sarah had never seen — that she walked into a week later in Mesa, Arizona.

What makes this one worth your time isn't the ending. It's that Sarah refuses both easy versions of the story. She won't tell you medicine is the enemy, and she won't tell you faith made it simple. She held both at once. She took the medication when she was pregnant and dependent and out of options, and she prayed the entire time. She calls grief holy, and says it never once cost her her faith.

There's a moment near the end where she names something most of us walk right past. We have no trouble saying I am forgiven because Jesus died. We have an enormous amount of trouble saying I am healed. Same cross, she says. Same sentence.

Sarah is also just a joy to sit with. There's a bonfire s'more confession, a running argument about weighted vests, and a story about how she cold-called our clinic and informed us we were going to be best friends. She was right.

If you've been handed a diagnosis and told to make your peace with it, this one is for you. Stay to the end — she prays over you.

He promised. The rainbow." — Sophia, age four"Grief doesn't mean you've lost faith. The world is broken and bodies break and flesh hurts. But in my heart, I still had faith.""Do you believe in Jesus? What is Health in the Spirit?

Health in the Spirit is a Christian health and wellness podcast with Dr. Ryan and Annie DeNome, a chiropractor and a theologian raising a family in Cincinnati, Ohio. Each week they bring holistic health, the wisdom of the healing saints, and the teaching of the Church into one conversation about how to live well, body and soul. Rooted in Saints, Scripture, and the Catechism, the show explores what the ancient wisdom of the Church has to say about the modern health crisis: nutrition, movement, rest, healing, and raising a healthy family. New episodes every Tuesday, beginning July 7, 2026.

You found us.

Come on in.

We're just getting started.

This is Health in the Spirit.

I'm Annie Denome.

And I'm Dr. Ryan.

And each week we're going to be sitting down with you at our kitchen table to talk about

where modern medicine meets the wisdom of Christianity.

So that we can learn how to take care of our bodies like we're going to live forever

and our soul like we're going to die tomorrow.

Pour yourself something warm.

And pull up a chair.

Welcome back to the kitchen table, guys.

Today we are blessed with the presence of our dear friend, Sarah Robinson.

And we're going to have an amazing conversation about all of the things that she has been through

her story, how she has grown with Christ.

But before we get too far into that, we're going to start with our health win and health

sin of the week.

Kind of sprung this on Sarah literally 30 seconds ago.

So she sounds like she's already got the sin figured out.

Yes, I do.

We're going to let Annie start with her health win.

Oh gosh, I haven't even thought of it this week.

Oh my gosh.

Are we starting with health sin?

Just do, you do both.

Oh, we're doing both.

Yeah, just run through it real quick.

Health win is trying to take small, instead of trying to be perfect and like totally work

out for 45 minutes at a time, try to break it into 20 minute chunks throughout the day.

That's been way more doable on the days that our son has been waking up and going to sleep.

Wait, so just breaking it up into small chunks.

Not being so much like, I need to go for an hour run, but going for a 20 minute run.

So I've been breaking it up into smaller chunks this week.

So that's been really helpful for me to kind of not be perfect, but still get it done.

And then my health sin for this week?

Oh, I don't know.

Probably going to bed late multiple nights because I've been trying to get work done.

So blue light interfering my sleep.

Not going to bed till like 1130.

That's really bad, guys.

So that's for my health.

Shit, so maybe I have more than one.

I'm just going to pick one.

My health sin this week is I did not work out a single time all this week.

Just woke up early and came to the office and worked.

That's all I did.

So that's health sin.

Health win though, I did not have, we didn't have any sweet treats at all this week.

No cookies.

We really stuck to, we really stuck to like the diet we're supposed to be sticking to.

Yeah, Ryan and I are trying to be a little bit more strict until September 19th, which is Joah's birthday.

I don't know why we picked that date.

Just because it's like 45 days from where we started.

So it felt like a good reset in the middle of.

And it's been super easy for Joah because his favorite food right now is broccoli.

That's all he wants to eat.

What a gift.

I know.

I feel like every kid goes through that and then they start to associate green with bed.

Yeah.

You know, I blame TV.

That's why we don't have one.

That's why we don't have TV.

Smart.

I should have gotten on that train earlier.

Oh, bless me.

It is annoying every once in a while when you want to throw something good on.

Yeah.

It'll be better for it.

Just like to get something done.

Like a little something.

Just a workout, a little part of time.

But we don't have a TV, so.

Bless me.

Maybe when we like have a house or something, I can just set them outside.

Perfect.

Would you have a house with the goats and alpacas?

Or like a dog.

Yes.

You can just go survive with the animals for a couple hours.

Wait till we have.

That's good.

What's your house when you're alpacas?

Okay.

So I was telling them before this that this is so uncomfortable because Ryan's my doctor

and has me on a cleanse right now.

Sugar cleanse.

Candida cleanse.

So it's very strict.

So I have not been doing sugar for gosh, what, three weeks, maybe more like at all.

Quite closer to a month.

Yeah, closer to a month.

And that also means like no carb, all the things are low carb.

Like just very, very strict, which is not a problem for me normally.

But this week, um, I have discovered true fruit and that has changed my life.

And so I have occasionally within reason had a handful of true fruit, but that's not the

bad part because I feel like that's slightly acceptable because it's fruit.

It is a little bit more acceptable.

Slightly, slightly.

The chocolate covered part.

The chocolate's not good.

And you know what?

I understand.

Could you make your own true fruit though?

Probably.

Like with lilies or like your own concoction of chocolate?

I'm sure I could.

I'm sure I could.

And you know what?

You just probably put me onto something.

We should try it.

I'm going to do that.

Tonight.

Yes, tonight.

We're going to dinner tonight.

But, um, my fail for the week is, um, I, we had a back to school bash with our neighbors

in their driveway, which we do every year before the kids go back to school.

And I had two s'mores, but they were gluten free and I had, and they were gluten free graham

crackers and the, I had the dandies, you know, so it's better, better.

Yeah.

But I had two.

Oh, and we made better choices.

This is, it wasn't, it wasn't, uh, what's the normal brand of graham crackers?

Oh, um, um, what is it?

Just graham crackers.

No.

I thought it was.

I know what you're talking about though.

It's a blue box.

Yeah.

The blue box.

A hundred percent.

It's not the blue box.

Somebody, somebody put that in the comments of the show.

What are we missing?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Right.

No, but s'mores are like those, that like thing that you have to have every summer.

Right.

Like.

Especially if there's a bonfire.

Yeah.

Right.

S'mores is like the one pass I feel like you get.

Like not.

Thank you.

I was bonding with my neighbors.

Yeah.

Community triumphs.

But if you.

One little.

It was for the children.

Yeah.

It was for the children, guys.

Community and children.

It's so funny because people who do like, oh gosh, Exodus 90 or whatever.

They're always like, like the one exception, if it's for the good of the community.

And I'm like, every weekend, is this for the good of the community?

Yeah.

You're like getting a beer or like eating ice cream.

But I do think that like s'mores, summertime, there's like some things in life that are just,

you can't give up.

Yeah.

So I have a saying in life.

And I say this on my Instagram page to everybody because I used to be a little bit more affluent

on the Instagram, a little bit more, you know, present.

These days I have pulled way back because I don't have time and I don't care.

But my tagline on there is your toxin-free bestie.

And I used to say literally 80% stewardship, 20% YOLO.

Because literally YOLO and God gave us taste buds for a reason.

And that only reason is pleasure.

And he didn't have to do that for us, but he did.

You can still enjoy good food that's good for you.

Of course, which is why we choose dandies, which is why we do better.

Better is better.

That's true.

Better is always better.

As long as like we're not doing it that, I feel like some people's mindsets are like,

oh yeah, 80% today and then the 20%.

And then it turns into like, like every night you're 20%.

Well, you start to crave it.

Yeah.

But let me tell you what happened.

Let me tell you what happened.

So that was two nights ago.

Last night, fate would have it.

I got invited to another bonfire.

They were also doing s'mores.

I did not partake, guys.

And they had dandies and organic and everything was organic.

Everything was clean.

And I still restrain myself.

That's awesome.

So, but I did have an Olipop.

This is what it's all about.

Olipop's not that bad.

It had like two grams of sugar.

Yeah.

It was not that bad.

And it's natural sugars.

Yeah.

And it may extend this cleanse, but I'm in it for the long haul.

I'm here to win.

So, yeah.

Anyway, that's my fail.

One bad decision does not set you back for your entire life.

One bad decision just gives you the opportunity that the next decision comes along to hop back

on the train and not continue down your downward spiral of, well, I had two s'mores and now

I'm going to have two more s'mores and then we're going to have a s'more every day.

Yeah.

I feel like that thing is like, that's where people's will and discipline kind of get challenged.

It's like that one decision.

Like you can either let that be an open door to continue to have sweet treats or you can

say, nope, like I'm enjoying this.

This is my gift right now, but it doesn't have to be my every day.

So, and let me tell you the gift that came out of that.

Okay.

This is, this is a growth moment because I tried true fruit cherries.

I never had a cherry before because I was always wigged out by them as a child because

of the goo that came with them.

And I didn't want that.

I didn't want that.

So I never had one.

I was like, cherry, like cherry flavored stuff.

Maybe so.

But like never had a real cherry.

I now found out I like cherries covered in chocolate.

So I might like them not in chocolate.

I don't know, but I think I've grown in that area.

To be determined.

Next time you come on the podcast, you're going to have to have an update.

I know, TBD.

But I think that might have started my journey to liking another fruit.

Wow.

So that's good.

So that was my fail.

My win is Jake and I, I bought a, one of those weighted vests.

It's like 12 pound weighted vest.

And we have started every day this week with a walk first thing in the morning.

Incredible.

Oh, that's great.

Like we wait because we're also trying to sync the circadian rhythm and get back on a good

track.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Because our sleep is, you know, we put the kids to bed.

Sometimes it works out at the right time that we want.

Sometimes it doesn't.

Yeah.

And sometimes it gets pushed.

And then that means our time to like see each other and talk face to face gets pushed.

And we're like, but we still need to connect and talk because like what's happening tomorrow,

you know?

Yeah.

Yeah.

And like also, hi, we're married.

Yeah.

So that pushes it sometimes.

Walks are like the one thing that Ryan and I really try.

Like right this season, we're not doing them as much, but we did them consistently every

day for like five.

Well, until Joe was born.

Yeah.

Until like last year.

Well, even when he was little.

Now that he wants to walk and run everywhere, it's definitely a little bit harder because your

walk takes 30 minutes to make one block.

Yeah.

It's a zigzag.

But that's so special.

Like those are the, like really, and there's studies, we'll have to bring them up again,

you guys, but there's studies about how walking side by side allows your heart to be more

open, share each other, your steps fall in sync, your heartbeats start to sync.

So there's something to it.

I don't have the science today, but I know it's good.

As a dude, you kind of need something to do while you're talking to not just talk where

girls can just yap.

Yeah.

100%.

100%.

So it's super helpful for me, at least.

When Ryan and I walk, I know I have his attention.

I almost am like, let's go on a walk and talk about this because I know I'm going to have

his attention.

That's right.

Yeah.

Well, because you can't fiddle with stuff.

You're just like, you're free handed.

You're just going, you know, everything's not in your face.

But we started doing that every day.

And then, but the funny part is with the weighted vest, I get about halfway and then I'm like,

you wear it now.

Hey, that's good.

Because I'm building up my endurance and I used to-

He's helping you carry your cross.

Yeah.

That's right.

He's helping me.

That's beautiful.

I'm going to tell him that next time.

I'm like, will you help me carry this cross home?

It's holy.

All the way home, baby.

It's holy.

But it's taken the place of, I used to, like we, we belonged to Lifetime and I was working

out very consistently three to four days a week, lifting heavy, doing all the things.

And I was noticing my, like just getting like really, like I'd feel good a certain amount

of times, but sometimes I would go too hard and I would feel the inflammation.

And some of that too was, you know, gut related stuff, stuff not being totally balanced, which

we're working on, which is why I'm supposed to be on a cleanse.

Um, but it's been really helpful to get out of the mentality of it has to look a certain

way in this season.

And like, I'll get back to it in the summer.

I haven't been able to go to the gym as much because I have three kids at home.

Um, I have a five-year-old son, a nine-year-old son, and then a 12, almost 13-year-old daughter.

And that has just been so fun, but so chaotic.

And it's just like not always possible.

So the walks though have been completely possible and so great and so nice to just like start

my day on the right foot.

I do the same thing every morning.

I wake up.

I, um, was telling Ryan this the other day.

I wake up every day.

The first thing I do is drink celery juice on an empty gut.

Then I, um, take my supplements.

I, or half of them, and then I make the same smoothie every day.

Same exact one.

I use B well, um, protein powder, grass-fed protein powder.

It's dairy-free chocolate flavored.

It's fine.

It's got monk fruit, so that's fine.

And then, um, almond milk, ice, fermented alkalized greens, fermented alkalized beetroot,

and chia for fiber, because obviously I need more of that.

I found out on my last test.

Um, I do that every day, down some aloe vera, go on this walk, and then come back and spend

my time in our front room, which is like our prayer and worship room with the Lord.

And that consistency has shifted my day.

Like, absolutely.

I've been doing that consistently for about a month now, and that has shifted my entire

day.

Everything flows from that.

I'll find, like, even my kids, they know my routine now in the mornings.

They know that this is what mom does every single morning.

And they'll, like, Noah did it this morning, wandered in the room and just sits there and

is like, hey, can I hear what you're reading?

And I'm reading scripture out loud to my son, and we're just talking about it, just natural.

Like, they just want to be a part of it.

They're realizing that's, like, a normal part of life.

So it's been beautiful.

That's awesome.

That's so incredible.

And that's going to be something that they're going to carry with them the rest of their

lives.

Yeah.

Like, seeing your parents have a personal relationship with the Lord, and then also teaching

and, like, welcoming them into that, that's going to be, that's going to be what sets

that firm foundation when they leave the nest.

So, it's just beautiful.

It's sweet.

It's sweet.

I love it.

And I think, like, honestly, like, before we just continue yapping, because Sarah and

Annie could talk all afternoon.

This could be a seven-hour podcast, probably.

We should just live stream the next one.

This could be a special podcast you listen to on your road trip, and you never have to

click away.

That's right.

But I think that's a testament to Sarah and her husband, Jake.

And, like, one of the reasons, like, we were, like, attracted to being friends with them

is that, like, when you're interacting with them, you're, like, filled up.

Like, you leave their house every single time being, like, wow, that was great.

Let's go, like, let's go do something else fun now.

We've got, like, some momentum.

Guys, and that's, like, that's sweet.

Sorry, go ahead, Ryan.

No, you're good.

Versus sometimes people, like, you just feel like you're pouring into the entire time, and

it's just, like, okay, now I need a nap.

Yes.

Yes.

Yeah, it's incredible to find true, and that's what I think what the Bible means when, like,

true friends are a treasure, and they're rare.

I'm not quoting it right, but I know they're, yeah.

It's just, like, yeah, incredible to find people that you feel energized by, and that's, like,

you know, that comes from your relationship with the Lord, being filled, taking care of

your body, but also just, like, you guys, just how you are, yeah, and it's so incredible

to, yeah, because we're inspired.

We're, like, yes, we can, like, continue on our mission.

It truly is a balm to our soul.

Like, this past year has been probably one of the hardest in our marriages, opening a business,

having a kid, and grinding through it all.

Like, the Lord has truly blessed us with incredible friendships, especially, like, Jake and Sarah,

and so it's just been, like, this balm to our soul that, like, literally, like, I don't

know, just refreshes what is dry.

It's, like, whenever Jake and Sarah are on the schedule to come in, get adjusted, hang

out for a little bit, I'm, like, oh, this is gonna be, this is gonna be a fun day, versus

some people, no offense to anybody listening, maybe I'm not super excited when you walk in

the door.

Respect.

Oh, my gosh, Ryan.

Respect.

Well, I feel like.

But I give you all the same attention.

You do.

You do.

You're a great, great doctor.

It's awesome.

But also, you guys are great friends, too.

And I feel like Jake and I feel the same way.

And one of the things that we always say is there's leeches and life givers as friends.

And the life giving comes from the life that's within you.

And a lot of people are leeches because they don't have that.

100%.

That is a great distinction.

They want to suck it from you because they need it.

And they don't even realize they need it.

And they know that something's in you that they don't know that they need.

And that's truly the Lord.

And so they're like, ah, you have something that I need.

And that's where I think, like, the leeches thing comes from.

But you also, it can suck the life out of you.

So you have to understand your boundaries with that.

Yeah.

Because, like, you can only do that.

It's like, you have to know that it's ministry.

Like, you have to know and be prepared and be filled up sometimes to go in there, which is

so important why we fill up every day within the presence of the Lord and with the word

of God because we've got to have that life at full tank because some people take more

than others.

Yeah.

And it can really deplete you.

Yes.

And you got to go get filled up again.

And you don't know when it's necessarily coming either.

That's right.

That's right.

I know.

It's like putting your armor on for the day.

Yeah.

So it's exactly right.

Yeah.

I love that.

Well, before you get too much into this.

Well, hold on.

Before you move on, we have to share this.

This is funny.

Okay.

Go for it.

I also force them to be friends.

Because I called you that when you first moved in here into this location, when you

first opened the wellness way, I called, cold, cold.

We'll say that I had already been.

I don't know if I remember this.

Okay.

You're going to remember because this is funny.

Okay.

I tell everybody this.

I literally like told you guys that we're going to be friends.

I like demanded it because I literally, so history with the wellness way.

I had, so I was seeing Dr. Jacqueline Berens at the wellness way in Colorado because there

was not one locally here.

And, um, for a diagnosis that I had gotten eight, almost nine years ago and, uh, went through

that whole process, experienced so much healing through that.

Um, eventually found clinical and symptomatic healing through that.

We can get into that later.

But when I heard that a wellness way was being open close to my house and Mason, I was like,

Oh, we have to know each other.

How did you hear about it?

I feel like we did a terrible job marketing at the beginning.

Okay.

I don't know why I, it had to be the Holy spirit.

It, I truly like truly so many things have happened through Google with the Holy spirit.

Google can be used for the Lord.

Like you don't even know.

That's a huge part of my story in like lots of areas.

It's weird stuff you can't even find if you search it again, like just weird.

That's cool.

I know.

But I called and I was like, I didn't think I was going to get you.

I was like, I'm probably going to get some receptionist blah, blah, blah, or whatever.

And I know it was perfect.

So I call it and Ryan answered.

I was like, Hey, um, I love the wellness way and I'm calling because I've been a part

of the wellness way.

And, um, are you the doctor there?

And you're like, yeah, I'm Dr. Ryan.

Nice to meet you.

And I was like, let me tell you my story.

And so I told you a little bit and I was like, we need to meet.

We're going to be friends.

We are going to be best friends.

Like you just don't even know.

Like you guys were going to know each other and we're going to be friends because I am

so about what y'all are doing.

What if we were like total weirdos and like, we didn't believe in God.

I know that would be so weird.

But I think I found out in that phone call.

I think it was pretty clear.

Okay.

Pretty right off the bat.

I was like, he knows the Lord.

Um, I guess that's a good thing.

It is.

It is a good thing.

Yes, yes, yes.

The Holy Spirit's just coming at your pores.

Like you just, you know, you just, you know, when you know, you know, it's like that you

reckon, like, reckon, like, yes, yeah, that is true.

You kind of can tell.

You do.

So anyway, I had to mention that because I was like, I prophesied it.

I was like, yeah, we're going to be friends.

Like all of us.

We are.

So that worked out really great.

I know.

That was so funny.

Sarah gave us like a little sneak peek into her story.

But like, I usually in the past have just let guests kind of introduce themselves.

So just kind of start from the beginning.

Okay.

From birth until now.

Birth.

I'll give you my whole life story.

Give the.

So I was born breach.

No.

We'll interject with questions along the way.

That's another story.

Maybe that's part two.

I'm just kidding.

The Lord had better plans.

No, but Sarah, Sarah's in the, in the midst of running her own business as well.

Glam and Glow.

And she is starting a church over in Mainville, Ohio.

And mom of three kids and her husband, Jake.

And that's the, that's the gist.

I love how you said mom of three kids and her husband, Jake.

Sometimes he's my fourth kid.

It's fine.

That was a Freudian slip, I guess.

I love that.

That's funny.

And amidst all of those things, she has experienced her own walk with the Lord, miracles.

She mentioned a little bit about prophecy, life in the Holy Spirit.

Her and her husband are definitely people that live a life filled with the Holy Spirit.

So we'll just kind of let you take it away.

Wherever, wherever you feel called to start the story, go for it.

And we'll interject with questions along the way.

Love it.

Okay.

So I, yes, as he mentioned, I am married to Jake Robinson.

Awesome.

Awesome man.

We met at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Before that, I am from Mason, Ohio.

I grew up here.

Raised, born and raised.

I love Cincinnati.

I love my hometown.

My family all lives here.

Like, it's just, we're Cincinnati people.

I love it so much.

And moved to Nashville to go to Belmont for music.

And my husband and I met there in the music department.

He was there for commercial drums.

I was there for commercial voice.

Commercial just means like contemporary, not like classical.

Because we were both pursuing a career in music.

Me particularly, I was pursuing a career in Christian music.

And we kind of, our passions collided as we went to some like Christian music meet and greets and different things.

And long story short, because that's a separate story.

Our entire story of just us two together is a separate story.

That's incredible.

Maybe part three.

Yeah, right?

Right, right.

That's a whole journey.

We definitely need to have Jake tell that part of the story.

Yeah, there you go.

Oh, that'd be fun.

Come on.

You're gonna have to get another microphone.

Yeah, I know.

But we met there and he ended up becoming my drummer, which was great.

I was one of the artists he served.

And ended up falling in love, getting married.

Moved back to Cincinnati after we found out that we were expecting our daughter, Sophia.

She is such a blessing.

We love her so much.

I don't know if you were like this, but for me, when I found out I was pregnant with Sophia, I was also very young.

Like very young.

And I was like, I need my mommy.

Like, I don't know what I'm doing.

This is scary.

I don't know.

I don't know.

So anyway, I was like, I just need to go home and figure that out.

And I did not want to be touring with a kid.

I know a lot of people do that and do it so well, but that was so not for me.

And that was what I was pursuing.

I had just released a single.

And then I was working as a background vocalist with Integrity Music and just loved it.

It was great.

Does the single exist on the internet?

Possibly.

I think, I don't know.

Somewhere.

Somewhere.

It's called Daughter of Eve.

It's old.

It's called Daughter of Eve.

Yeah.

It was, yeah, it was a sweet time in life.

It was really beautiful.

And had Sophia and Jake and I grew our family here.

We moved to Mason.

Got us a little ranch over in downtown Mason area.

So not far from here, actually.

Like really close.

Like two minutes.

Off Elmlinger.

You know where Elmlinger is?

Yeah.

Off Elmlinger.

Right there.

That was our first house.

I know where that is.

Yeah.

So we lived there and everything was great.

Like I was just kind of like not thinking about health or wellness, but we were pursuing the Lord.

One of the things that drew us together, I say this every time I share about how I met Jake,

is it felt like when I saw him, his spirit preceded him.

Like I met his spirit first and I was attracted to it because I recognized there was a life,

there was something different about him.

I met a lot of people in college.

I was in a sorority and it was really fun.

I was the chaplain of my sorority.

He was the chaplain of his fraternity.

So that's kind of fun at Belmont University.

It was really fun.

I, we're both like, we love people so much.

We're always like very involved in stuff, but we were both very involved in ministry in college and different ministries.

And, um, his first exposure to my faith life is hysterical.

I was, um, a part of this, what is it called?

Awake, awakening or awaken or something.

There were these nights that I went to in Brentwood, uh, in Tennessee that were like, for lack of better terms, real fiery.

Yeah.

You know, and it was for college students and stuff and there would be like worship and preaching and stuff and like praying over people for healing.

And I would go to that every week and had some friends there and I was just craving like the more that I knew that there was in Christ because I was raised for background spiritually.

For me, I was raised in a very charismatic Christian home where like speaking in tongues for us was like past the salt.

Like that was fine.

Yeah.

You know, like I, my, like we weren't, um, specifically like Pentecostal or anything, but like it was just normal.

My parents both grew up, um, not knowing the Lord really.

My mom had an inclination as a child and would walk from her house in Norwood to a church because she looked up at the stars and said, I know that someone made that by herself.

Wow.

Um, for years and now all my grandparents are saved and it's awesome.

But my dad, uh, got accepted to, um, Judson university in Chicago and played soccer there.

He was a soccer player.

That was his whole life.

He's amazing.

But, um, his coach brought him to the Lord, which is awesome.

And then when they got together, they were not, they were kind of like, they were in with Christ.

Like they had the knowledge, but then the experiential kind of started to come.

And then when they got invited to this revival, which is so cool, this cool revival and at the revival, um, they got prophesied over and they were like talking about speaking in tongues.

And my dad was like, that's weird, you know, but like, they were also like, why have we never heard of this?

And people were doing it.

Like, why is this like, like, I know it's in the Bible, but like, is that for now question, you know?

And my dad went home to their apartment when it was just them too.

And he told my mom, he's like, I'm going in my prayer closet.

I'm going to go in the room.

I'm going to talk to the Lord about this.

Like he like had a bone to pick.

He's like, if I'm going to talk to the Lord about this, if this is real, I'm going to, I'm going to ask him to give it to me.

If it's real.

He goes, if I come out and I've got it, it's real.

If I come out and I don't, it's not.

That's wild.

Guys, he came out and he, he was like deer in headlights.

Like he received the gift of speaking in tongues in his prayer closet and it changed the whole trajectory of my parents.

So that was very normal to us, like living life in the spirit.

And, um, we were very in church involved in our church growing up, um, full expression of the gifts.

They are very free.

And, um, my dad played on the worship team.

So that was my first exposure to music.

He was a guitar player and I went with him every Sunday and we'd stop at UDF and get, he'd get coffee.

I'd get hot chocolate.

And I just sit there and I had this, um, I actually haven't shared this with anybody before, which is so fun.

So you're the first, not that it's super special, but I had this vision when I was a little girl, when I was sitting in the front row, watching the band rehearse.

And it was, I was dancing in the front, like right below the stage, like while everybody was worshiping, like I was dancing.

And then I walked up and I grabbed the mic and I started singing and then I started teaching and then, um, I've carried that with me for a long time.

And now like the Lord's revealed bits and pieces to that, to me and through other people too, through prophetic words that people had no idea what I've experienced.

And, um, just affirming that that was the Lord kind of giving me a little bit of like a foreshadowing of what he was calling me into.

Um, so that's how I grew up.

And when Jake and I got together, we, um, I grew up that way.

I had language for that.

I had experience with that, but we went through, um, like anybody does a little bit of church hurt.

I mean, my family and me in particular, and kind of went to this other church and always serve the Lord, was always passionate in and of our own accord, but, um, was missing, felt like I was missing something a little bit.

Um, kind of got dry a little bit, let some things go, hadn't, you know, pursued the Holy spirit filled side of things for a while.

And that's okay.

It was like, I call that like kind of like a quiet season where I was learning more head knowledge, which was good.

Um, I was, I was digging into the word.

I was reading scripture, even in college as a chaplain, I was reading scripture.

I was sending out devotionals every week.

I would go and sit at the same chair at Bongo Java in Nashville, Tennessee every single day and get the same coffee and, uh, sit with a Bible and a journal.

And I was like, okay, Lord, I'd never journaled before.

By the way, when I got voted chaplain, like I was in shock.

I was like, what, why?

But it was really nice.

And so I was like, I'm going to steward this well.

Cause this feels, it felt weighty to me.

I was like, I feel like I need to steward this.

So I took my Bible and I took, which to me up to that point, I went to a Christian school.

It felt more like a textbook and wasn't as alive to me, um, as it was meant to be.

And so I would take it to this coffee shop every day with a journal.

I was like, Lord, I don't know what I'm going to write.

I don't know what you want me to write, but I'm open.

And I'm kid you not.

I fell in love with the word of God there.

Like absolutely fell in love with it, fell in love with theology, fell in love with doctrine, fell in love with just context.

And like just putting the whole thing together as like one continual strand and one big story, finding yourself in the story and be like, we're in this, like we're in the story.

This is so cool.

Um, and getting excited about it, starting to like, I ended up, what I ended up writing in my journal, it started to turn out like a, um, like teaching almost like teaching notes.

And I didn't know how that would serve me later on.

God weighs nothing.

He weighs absolutely nothing.

Not a moment, not an understanding.

He gives you not an aha moment.

He, he uses it all.

And so, um, when Jake and I got together, we were kind of in that space of like going through the motions, loving worship.

That's where we connected the most because we were musicians.

So we would sing and worship together a lot.

And in our first house in Mason is the first time that together we experienced the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit fill our house and fill the room when we were worshiping.

It was so cool.

It was like, we explain it as, I can feel it right now.

Hello.

Thank you, Lord.

Thank you, Lord.

Um, but like a thick velvet on your skin and it just filled and it kept growing.

So I had only ever experienced up to that point.

I'd experienced it before, but not in this like super tangible fill the room way where the, the presence, the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit got thicker and thicker and thicker.

And it just was like, like almost like a fog, but not one that you don't like.

One that you're like, oh my gosh, don't ever leave.

This is insane.

This is beautiful.

This is so relaxing.

This is so like, like you feel the love of God and we experienced that together in that moment.

That's a beautiful, like husband and wife moment.

Yes.

And that's like the highest intimacy.

I feel like a hundred percent, you know, just like to experiment or not experiment, experience something supernatural.

As husband and wife spiritually together is just, oh, it's incredible.

So that started our journey of being ruined for the natural and being like, there is more like heaven.

We're not here to just get to heaven.

Heaven can come here.

Like this is heaven.

This is what this is like.

This is what the being in the presence in the throne room.

It feels like, like we can actually come face to face with the Holy Spirit in a tangible, physical way right now.

Yeah.

Had no idea.

Really?

This is so cool.

Yeah.

So that started our like pursue it, really pursuing like, what does this look like and how can we be open to this?

And that leads us to another experience that I won't share all the details of because that's my husband's story to tell.

He's got a really cool story.

Got to come on the pod.

Yes.

He's got to come on.

He's got a really cool story.

And in that moment, basically high level, what happened was the Holy Spirit, he was praying and talking to the Holy Spirit and we were asleep.

I was dead to the world.

I was out, man.

I was like lights out, REM cycle number two.

Like I was gone and he was awake wrestling with something and he was praying and talking to the Lord and he felt like a resistance.

And so he wakes me up, rude.

And I'm in the like, guys, only to this point had I ever felt the presence of the Holy Spirit grow and intensify.

Like you can feel it like I use the word approaching because I don't have another like word for it, but growing like starts off and kind of get really intense.

Yeah.

You know, to where it's almost overwhelming.

Yeah.

I'd only ever experienced that.

I'm waking up into the full on, full fledged manifest presence of the Holy Spirit.

And I kid you not, I looked at him, I go, what did you do?

What did you do?

Like that you had to done something.

This is insane.

Like this was so intense.

What time in the morning was this?

Like it was three in the morning.

Okay.

I was going to say.

It was three in the morning.

Isn't it always?

It's always three in the morning.

God loves three.

It's either like parasites, blood sugar or the Holy Spirit.

Yep.

Every time.

And I ask that all the time.

Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night now, I'm like, Lord, did I eat something at the wrong time?

What am I like?

Did I mess this up or is this you?

I don't know.

Yeah.

Um, but I will tell you this.

I do have one tell when it's the Holy Spirit, you won't be groggy the next morning.

He, he gives you extra energy.

I, every single time, if he keeps me up even for two hours, three hours in the middle of the night

and is like giving me a word of knowledge or dream or whatever.

And I'm writing it down.

I'm never exhausted the rest of the day.

Isn't that wild?

Yeah.

But that's just my experience.

But that's a good.

There's space for there to be other experiences.

But for me, that's been my experience.

That's a good tell.

Yeah.

Like why would he do something to you?

No.

Without giving you the grace to handle it.

Yeah.

Amen.

Yes.

Amen.

So we're sitting there and I'm like, what would you do?

And he's like, I need you to pray with me.

Pray for me.

Like just be here to intercede for me while I wrestle with this thing with the Holy Spirit.

I'm like, okay.

So we love lock hands like this, you know, and I'm like, we're getting, I'm like interceding

in my heart for him.

All of a sudden he's like wanting clarity to what he's wrestling with.

All of a sudden the Holy Spirit, like manifest presence turns into a fire in the center of

both of our chests at the exact same time.

And the question we kept asking was, do you feel that?

Yes.

Do you feel that?

Yes.

Oh my gosh.

We're like witnessing this real thing happening because it's happening both of us at the same

time.

This is insane.

And then, um, he would dialogue with the Holy Spirit and he'd be like, okay, Lord, tell

me this.

And if this is real, I need you to confirm it.

Like I need you to like, if, if what I'm talking to you about, like, I need you to confirm

this so that I know it's you.

Every time he'd ask a question, we'd, he'd get an inclination of what the Lord was saying.

And he'd be like, is this what you're saying?

And if it was a yes, that fire would go from the center of both of our chests down into

our hands and then back to center.

We did this for two hours.

Wow.

So we had this insane encounter with the Lord and there's so much more to it, but it's

his story to tell.

We had this insane encounter with the Lord and that, that broke something like ruined

us for the natural forever.

We are like, this is like not, I mean, we've since then our bed elevated one time, like

we're, we elevated off our bed together.

Wow.

Um, we've seen angels in our room.

Wow.

There have been so many scenarios that have been just like the most incredible, like eternity

is now scenario.

Like the, the reality that people say all the time is like, you can't kill a Christian.

You can't like, there's nothing you can do to me.

I've lived on the other side here on earth.

Like I am so sold out.

I am, have no fear of man.

Zero.

Do I have fear of God?

The most.

Yeah.

The absolute most.

Like I, I'm checking myself all the time with all this.

I'm like, Lord, correct the mess out of me.

I know it's going to hurt, but it's worth it.

Prune me to death.

If you got to strike me dead, do it.

Like that his presence is so holy.

It's been, it's been such a shift in our lives.

So, and really quickly guys, this life isn't just for random people.

Like it is for you.

Yes.

Like God wants this for you.

He desires it for you.

Yeah.

Like it is possible.

Yeah.

So I'm not special.

This needs to be a seed.

And that's why we're having this.

That's why we have this podcast.

Because we have, like if this wasn't us sitting here right now over dinner tonight, we would

literally be talking to Sarah and Jake about this exact same thing.

And we will be, and we're just trying to share it out to everybody to realize that the, the

acts of the apostles is now we can live a life in the Holy spirit.

Jesus literally tells us one greater than I is coming.

So you can do more than what I have done.

Um, and so them experiencing that is not just them to experience that on Elmlinger drive.

Yeah.

That's right.

In their house.

Yeah.

Like it's not limited.

Yeah.

And it's not because, you know, you guys are so special.

No.

And so anointed, but it's not.

We are average.

The select thing for these random people throughout the world.

It's for everyone to experience.

So I, yeah, it's beautiful.

That's so incredible.

And I am so, it's so amazing to hear what keep going with your story.

No, it's great.

It's so, it's so fun.

You were, you started giving us background so that you could tell us about Jake's first

experience of you.

And then we went all the way.

So what was Jake's first experience of you?

Oh, oh yeah.

His first experience.

Okay.

So I was in this group.

Wait, but I, we're talking, there's so many guys.

We really could talk forever.

Sarah's leaving everyone on a cliffhanger if she doesn't tell them the experience.

Let me just, this is real quick.

It's really quick.

Okay.

So because I grew up in a real fiery church and everything, and I understand the freedom,

like I, I grew up with understanding my identity.

I grew up understanding the freedom in Christ and what was possible.

Now I didn't have full understanding of my identity until later on, but, um, which led

to some, you know, life decisions, which we can get into later.

But, um, podcast number four.

Hey, spoiler.

Um, but what happened at this time was I, I understood the more like that there is more.

That's a tagline at our church is we always say there is more in Christ.

There just is there.

It's an endless well.

So I was at this.

We can't comprehend.

We literally can't comprehend.

Not at all.

And so I was at this event and Jake is, it's on campus.

For some reason they got permission to have this worship and prayer night on campus.

And, um, actually fun fact, the worship leader was Judah, um, acres from Judah

and the lion, which is so funny.

Oh, no way.

That's wild.

Yeah, he was a friend.

We were both in a Christian showcase together.

But, um, my first connection with him was through this worship, um, and prayer night,

uh, that they had for college students.

And, um, he was leading worship, incredible, gifted, anointed worship leader.

Let me tell you.

And I, I believe that God, that God is calling, going to call him back into that.

I really do.

I know he's like on a world stage right now.

He's doing amazing things and like God's giving him so much creativity, creativity in that

lane, but God's going to call him back.

Like I just, I had a word for him a couple of years ago and I said it through DM, but

I don't think he ever saw it.

But, um, I just really believe that that anointing on his life is so strong and it's not shifted.

Um, but I went to this event at school and it was in our auditorium and I was on the prayer

team.

I volunteered to be on the prayer team.

And, uh, this Jake decided to go with a group of friends, I guess, cause he was like, cool,

worship night, let's go.

And he went with a couple of friends, didn't know me very well, but saw me a couple rows

up.

And I guess he like, like recognized me, had a little bit of a crush on me, but like,

you know, hadn't thought about, you know, asking me to date him yet or anything.

So I'm a couple rows up.

And then because I'm on the prayer team, when stuff goes down, you get called in and

someone was manifesting and I'm over there like functioning and like deliverance over there

with a group of people, like helping this guy find freedom and get delivered from this

oppressive spirit.

And, uh, he was like, this is insane.

He'd never seen anything like it.

And he's like, this girl's gray, you know?

So that was his first, like, what is, what is she into?

Like, what is this?

But then, you know, though, you laid it all out there.

I did.

And you could just live in freedom.

Yeah.

I'm like, you know, I tell him all the time, whenever he's like, girl, you're a lot.

I'm like, listen, you know what you signed up for.

You know what you got.

Before we even started dating.

I am all out there.

It's all been on the table from day one.

Um, I'm just, and I am a lot.

And I know that I'm a handful, but the Lord gave him big hands.

Yeah.

So he knew that though.

He knew uses your yes.

Yeah.

He knew that he needs people like, like you, we have more people like you.

We have our place.

Some people are sparks.

I am a bomb.

God makes some of us in different little flashes of light.

And that's fine.

I'm just a lot.

Um, but that leads me to, uh, oh, where was I going with that?

Oh, that leads me to when I, you know, we had lived at Elmlinger.

We'd kind of had these experiences.

We were growing in the, um, experiential and knowledge, kind of trying to piece them all

together at once of God and, um, really going deeper in our faith.

Uh, Jake had since, uh, gotten baptized in the, in the spirit and everything and like

received the gift of speaking in tongues for the first time.

And so just, just like everything was firing.

We were firing on all cylinders.

It felt like, and we moved into our new house and main bill, which we love.

I love main bill so much.

Like, Oh, it's my heart.

I love main bill.

I love the people of the community.

I love, I love it.

I absolutely love it.

I just don't see myself anywhere else ever.

I love it so much.

But, um, yeah, we moved to main bill and a couple months after being there, I had two

kids at the time.

So Sophia was like four or five, something like that.

Um, Noah was like one and a half or two.

And shortly after we moved into that house, I, uh, got the news that I, I found out I was

pregnant and I was like, perfect.

Yes.

Three kids.

Like I wanted, I love babies.

I am such a baby person.

I'm a kid person.

I'd be a dugger if my parents, if my husband would allow it, I would, I'd have a compound

with all the babies.

I'd adopt every single one out of an orphanage.

Like I love them.

I love kids, but unfortunately endless funds doesn't come with that.

But the Lord is the provider.

And I keep telling you that, um, but he's responsible anyway.

Um, this is a true conversation.

This is like so real.

This is just who I am.

No, no, but this conversation, I feel like everybody has this, you know, it's like this

balance of like, we have to be like really prudent.

Yeah.

And wise.

That's what God calls us to.

Um, yes, yes, yes.

But also like, do we trust the Lord?

Yeah.

And how much?

Yeah.

You know, and that's been a challenge.

On the topic of babies though, during our marriage prep, one of the, it sounds so cool

when you say it in Spanish, we're still working on our Spanish, you guys.

And I don't, did you know that was my minor?

Really?

Yeah.

And I dropped it to graduate early, but I love it.

Well then maybe, you know, I dropped his minor in Spanish.

But the, the saying translates to with every, what is it?

With a, with every, every baby brings their own cake to the party, meaning that God brings

the blessings along with that.

That's so right.

Um, so I don't know where I was going.

I can actually attest to that.

We've had a lot of cupcakes along the way, so of God's providence, but I want to hear

what you have to say.

I can actually attest to that and I will sidebar this.

It's true.

Every time that we've decided to have another child, it hasn't been reasonable by the world's

standards and God provided right after, immediately.

Like whether it was like Jake got a raise right away or promotion or something miraculous

happened with like the kids schooling or whatever, like we've had friends where checks show up

literally in their mailbox for like the amount of dollars and cents that they need exactly

and nobody and nobody knows what you're struggling with like in your own household most of the

time.

Yeah, I agree.

So we, um, shortly after we moved in this house, I'm pregnant and so excited.

I tell a couple of people cause I'm not one of those that waits till 12 weeks.

I'm like, if I'm not feeling good, you're all going to know.

Okay.

Everyone's going to know.

And I can't, I just need, I live life on my sleeve.

If you can't tell, you know, like you're just going to hear it from me.

I'm an open book and I want to stay that way.

Um, maybe the Lord wants me to pull back a bit.

Maybe.

I don't know.

Um, I'm open to that.

But people feel safe and authenticity.

Yeah.

So I feel like you're a soft landing place.

That's so sweet.

Thank you.

I'm happy to go first.

Happy to go first into the deep end.

I will, I will dive into that water first.

No problem.

But, um, yeah, when we found out this baby was so excited, everything was great.

Um, told everybody at about eight weeks, um, and then had my first miscarriage and it

was devastating.

Absolutely devastating.

Um, yeah, I don't think you.

Don't ever stop grieving that.

The grief just changes just like any other grief.

Sure.

Um, and during that process, I was able to pass the baby at home, sadly, but also kind of

like in a comforting way, you know, it was kind of nice.

I really didn't want to have to go and do anything else.

Like it's just, I'm so thankful we could do it naturally.

But, um, my daughter, Sophia was like four years old and she's so profound.

I'm telling you her name means wisdom and she walks in that.

Like we're very big on name meetings in our household.

I like, I'm super big on that.

And every kid I'm telling you that it's like so true.

So she's four year old years old.

She's sitting there.

I'm crying on the couch.

My mom's comforting me.

Jake's there.

And I have to share with her.

And I'm, I tell her and all of a sudden she's sitting crisscross applesauce on the floor

and she, her bottom lip starts to quiver.

Like she's like starting to cry.

And then kid you not guys, I watch her go like something popped in her head and she perks

up and she looks at me.

She goes, mommy, it's okay.

God has a baby for us.

He promised.

It's, it's, he made a promise.

The rainbow.

God made a promise.

The baby's coming.

I was like, holy crap.

It's a lot of emotions.

I know it was so much, but I, it was so, it increased.

And it, her spirit encouraged my spirit.

Like that's where the awe and wonder of a child, like approach the kingdom, like a child.

She had no filter, no, like her experience hadn't informed her faith yet, which is beautiful

because a lot of times like that walk by faith and not by sight, we let our sight inform our

faith and our belief system.

And we have to get out of that.

Like that is not kingdom at all.

A hundred percent.

And that's like the most, like we were just at, uh, the encounter conference and like some

of the most powerful healings happen when kids are praying with people.

Um, whether it's like mental, emotional, physical.

Yes.

Yeah.

It's always just that.

They don't have a child.

Like, yeah, no filter.

No, even sometimes they're like, I just know how to talk to God.

Yeah.

I don't know anything else.

And we're just going to ask him to help your leg.

Yeah.

Perfect.

Yeah.

And it's simple.

They don't get wordy.

They don't feel like there's no formula.

Yeah.

They're just like, I'm just going to ask.

Cause he can, and he wants to.

Well, it's not even he can.

It's like, he's gonna, he's going to.

Yeah.

They're just like, well, yeah, why wouldn't he?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Duh.

Of course.

It's so beautiful.

It's gorgeous.

Um, so I was going through this miscarriage and it was the same week.

So this was in September of 2018.

Um, it was in September and I was going through this miscarriage during this week and I realized

I was having symptoms that were not, didn't seem to be part of the process.

And I was like, that's weird.

It was like my first inclination.

It wasn't massive, but it was like, yeah, that's weird.

Um, so I called my doctor, they referred me to a gastroenterologist and they said, you

need to get a colonoscopy ASAP.

And I was like, why?

That's weird.

Just as I guess just to see what's going on.

Like no big deal.

Um, at this point I never been aware of wellness or my eating, like I never paid attention.

I just kind of went through life, like by osmosis, you know, like just real chill.

What everybody else was doing was fine for me.

I was like, just never thought of it.

Um, my household was not very aware of any of that.

Very, um, Western medicine, like just did it all.

Um, so I go to this colonoscopy.

It's the day before my birthday, I'm doing a colon cleanse the day before my birthday.

Imagine a gift.

I know.

And, uh, I get a call the day after my birthday on the 18th and they tell me, um, after the,

they affirm it the day after, but they tell me, um, the day of my colonoscopy that the

biopsy said that I had ulcerative colitis and I never even heard of it.

I was like, what the heck is that?

Like what?

And they're like telling me, it's like the sister to Crohn's and dah, dah, dah, dah.

They're telling me all this stuff and they're emotionless about it.

The most emotionless.

This doctor that I had, he's no longer with the practice.

Thank you, Jesus.

Um, he doesn't need to be practicing on anybody.

He walked in the room, didn't even look up from his clipboard and looked at me and said,

so yeah, you have ulcerative colitis.

It's chronic.

You'll have it for the rest of your life.

Um, we're going to give you one of these medications.

You'll take it every day.

Um, eat this like kind of like, uh, this diet over here.

It should help a little bit if you're having some discomfort.

And then I'll see you in like a couple months.

And I was like, my world just flipped upside down.

I don't even know what you're talking about.

You could be speaking another language.

You're telling me I'm going to be on medication for the rest of my life.

You're telling me it's chronic.

That word's not in my Bible.

So I don't understand what you're talking about.

Uh, I was like immediately he looked at me.

He said, I said, wait a second.

You said, I'll have this for the rest of my life.

He said, yeah.

I said, no, I won't.

I won't have this for more than four months.

I did.

That's the first thing I said to him.

And he's like, okay, we'll see.

He was really stinky bedside manner.

Not great.

Um, puts me on this medication.

I'm like, fine, I'll take the medication.

But I still believe God would heal me because I had faith in the Lord.

I knew that I believe that I knew that God could heal, would heal and wanted to heal.

Yeah.

Like I believe that a hundred percent.

I had very strong faith, but I also didn't know the practicalities either of things.

Um, so I go home, I get this medication, puts me on sulfasalazine, find out I'm allergic

to sulfa.

Real quick.

It was a crazy experience.

Let me tell you.

And he found that out the hard way as well.

Yeah.

Guys, my, I start, my arms went numb.

My legs went numb.

I had to sleep sitting up all my, I started to get blurry eyesight.

I just sleep sitting up all night because I couldn't breathe.

And he started almost like hallucinating.

It's scary.

The trees started twisting.

Oh, it was weird.

Yeah.

There's nothing like it.

People don't, and the doctor doesn't even maybe consider that.

They're like.

And then you call and they're like, oh, yep.

That happens sometimes.

That's not what happened to me.

Let me tell you what happened.

This is awful.

I called my doctor, left a message.

I went down.

Oh, gosh.

I read side effects and stuff of this drug, checked them off like the, like check boxes.

Like it was like I had, everything was happening to me and I read it off.

And I said, this is what I'm experiencing.

Do you want me to continue or stop this drug?

At that point, I'd really trusted doctors completely without questioning up to this point.

And I was like, and I'm a silent sufferer by nature.

I'm like a, if you can't tell, I've got a little bit of like a, I could do it kind of

thing because I was raised by an, I can do it mama.

And she was raised by an, I can do it mama.

So it's in our blood, but I am a silent sufferer in the fact that like, I was like, well,

maybe this is a hump I have to get over.

Maybe it's like an, a body adjustment and I just need to like, you know, like make it

through and then it'll even out or something like it's me.

I'm the problem.

Ridiculous.

So I call this doctor.

I leave a voicemail.

He calls me back, leaves a voicemail, goes down the same list, like a checklist and goes

like repeats what I said and says, nope, repeats what I said, says, nope, repeats what I said,

says, nope, and goes, no, you're fine.

Stay on it.

I got it confirmed.

If I would have stayed on that another two days, I would have been dead.

Oh my gosh.

Insane.

I had two doctors tell me that if you would have stayed on that two more days, you'd have

been dead.

It would have stopped everything because my response was so severe, but I went off because

thank God my mom and my husband had this inclination and they had an intervention with

me.

They're like, you cannot stay on this.

Go off of it right now.

Like, this is not the way we're doing this.

This is like not okay.

So I went off.

I trusted them, prayed about it.

We're like, okay, I'm going to go off.

That's when my mom, she's such a mama bear and she's like me, she's a little crazy.

And she's like, she's just, you know, like those just like determined, really passionate

and determined.

And she went to research and found this doctor out of New York.

His name is Dr. Snow, who had had experience healing somebody through supplements with ulcerative

colitis and Crohn's and like treating them and everything.

So she's like, let's try this.

Let's just, just try it first.

Met with him over the phone.

Everything was virtual.

Was taken like slippery, oh, marshmallow, like all those things in powder form.

Like I was like, man, it was like my fourth and sixth meal.

Like I was taking so many things.

Like, I think at one point I was like taking 36 things.

It was insane.

And, um, it actually kept me okay.

Cause I never had a, even when I was diagnosed, the flare I had was not bad.

It was like very mild, like almost not noticeable, but very mild.

So I never had a bad flare.

So I was managed.

Come to find out, I had another miscarriage four months after that first one in December,

um, which was very devastating.

Yeah.

Um, really devastating.

Was able to pass that one also at home.

It was a little bit further along than the other one, but still was able to pass at home.

Um, I was devastated at that point.

I was like, what in the world?

So here's where the Holy spirit cool stuff comes in.

This is crazy.

Okay.

So I, at that point was devastated.

I was processing with the Lord.

I was like, God, what do you want me to do with this?

And I was like, I believe that I know you're the healer.

I know you can heal me.

You want to heal me.

You do heal.

I believe that Jesus is alive, just as alive today as he was.

Then I believe that his spirit lives inside of me.

I believe that the healer is still the healer.

The great physician, still the great physician.

What do I do with this?

And at that point, um, I'd had this dream where, uh, this really symbolic dream, and it's the

most symbolic dream I've ever had.

Like I have a couple of those periodically through my life.

This one was the most intense one I've ever had.

And it is like, um, I mean, it's wild and I think it spans years of my life and I've almost seen

all of it come to fruition at this point.

But, um, at that point I'd seen none of it.

And the first thing that happened in the dream was I stepped off a stage and turned and walked

into, um, my high school that I went to as a Christian high school.

I walked into a Christian studies room and I picked up a backpack and I was standing at

the board and I started teaching.

And, um, the next day I get a call from a friend who was like, Hey, there's this discipleship

ministry school, um, called jump school.

Uh, I really feel like you're supposed to be a teacher, um, there.

And there is this guy I want you to meet.

I've never met him.

Um, he's the head of this thing.

This is his ministry and he wants to meet with you.

So can you meet at the Starbucks tomorrow?

I'm like, okay, cool.

Maybe this is what God was talking about.

I go there.

Guys, I'd never seen him before in my life.

I had no idea what he looked like.

I immediately locked and I was like, that's him.

I knew it when I walked in.

It was like the Holy Spirit knew it.

We talked and he's like, you are the one I've been praying for.

This is exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

It was a class called worship 101 and songwriting 101, which is what God's called me to.

Which is, I hadn't walked that out in a minute.

I didn't have the typical worldly qualifications yet in years that would like, somebody would

think of me for that.

But the Lord saw me and was like, this is, I need you to do this.

And guys, it was training ground.

I was there and, uh, I had a semester off.

And during that semester off, I, um, we're allowed to take a class, um, and, and take

any class we want.

And so I had a semester off and I saw this class called, uh, what was it?

Uh, just healing.

It was a class called healing.

And I was like, Ooh, well, I need that.

So I was like, Oh, I need that.

So I might as well take the class.

So I take this class and to say it rocked my world is an understatement.

Uh, the challenge by the end of the class, you were to pray for a hundred people for healing.

Wow.

And this was during COVID.

Like just out in the grocery store?

Anywhere.

But this was during COVID.

So you had to do it virtually too.

Oh, wow.

The stuff I saw, the stuff I experienced, I can never regurgitate.

Like it's like, it marked me.

Yeah.

And I saw God use me who was not at the time physically healed, used my faith to partner

with, to heal other people.

Yeah.

Even remotely in other States.

Yeah.

In a moment.

Yeah.

Sometimes it was a journey.

Sometimes it was a moment.

Like I can't even tell you this.

It was so cool.

But the teacher of that class actually, um, pulled me aside after a class one day on,

we were on virtual like meeting and he's like, can you stay after?

I was like, sure.

Um, he was a mentor to me at that time.

And he's like, Hey, I wanted to talk to you because not because, um, he said I had shared

that I'd gone through miscarriages.

He said something was produced in me when you shared that.

And he goes, I can only explain it as a righteous anger.

And he goes, I believe it's holy.

And he said, I'm righteously angry because, um, the enemy stole from you and the Lord.

That makes me angry because that is not the way that that is supposed to be.

So he said, I want to invite you to this, um, this house churchy, like worship night, worship

and prayer night.

I was like, I've never been to one of those.

That sounds cool.

So we didn't know anybody, didn't know anybody at this house in Montgomery.

And my husband, uh, I was like, you have to come with me.

And he almost did not want to go.

He was like, this is like Sarah.

I didn't know what goes random person's house.

Like this feels really weird.

I was like, no, can we just go?

I want healing so bad.

Maybe they're going to, they're going to pray over me and maybe I'll get healed from

UC.

Cause I know God has that for me.

So maybe this is where, why would I miss that out?

If the Holy Spirit's going to be in the center of the room, so am I both hands up everywhere

I can go.

I'm two hands up guys.

I saw Randy Clark.

I did all the things.

I was in the middle of every room.

He prayed over me personally.

I was like, everybody's like, who needs prayer?

Who needs healing?

I'm like me front row, center of the room.

I'm the one God's going to heal me.

I just knew you couldn't convince me otherwise.

This was here in Ohio.

This is in Ohio.

Yes.

That's a nasty.

They need to bring it back.

Yes.

Yeah.

He was in Anderson.

It was great at Anderson Methodist church.

It was like right across from my grandparents' condo at the time.

So cool.

But anyway, rewind.

I went to this evening and guys were like worshiping and it was so simple.

It was just a guitar.

He was leading worship, the teacher and Jake and I are just sitting there and he's like,

here's what we're going to do.

We're going to worship.

We come out of worship and I love the way you facilitated it because everybody just,

we're just going to go into prayer.

And I want you to like, if you see anything, just share it.

Like if you see a picture, I don't care what it is.

First thing you see, first thing you hear, I want you to like share it.

Well, it turns out three, me and two other women saw a bird.

Doesn't mean all that, but he's like, well, we're going to connect those.

And it ended up like this one woman was like dealing with, what was it?

Headaches or whatever.

And she had a tinge jaw and all these things.

And at that time I'd actually had a two year break from migraines.

That's another thing that I deal with.

We're getting there.

But because I had a, you know, had had a measure of healing in that, he's like, Sarah, go pray

for her.

Like you have, you've had a measure of healing in that.

I want you to go pray for her.

I was like, great.

So I lay hands on her.

One jaw unlocks and drops.

Lay hands on the other side.

One, the other jaw unlocks and drops.

And then this other girl, we go, then both of us go and pray for the other girl that had

the picture of the, uh, the bird and she gets hit with the Holy spirit big time, like big

time.

She was having a full encounter, like tears, streaming, shaking the whole deal.

It was real crazy.

Um, but also I will tell you this, one of the things that I was taught that I believe strongly

and that I've learned over time is when the Holy spirit hits and when you do deliverance

and when you're working with that stuff, uh, a lot of times you'll see stuff on like Instagram

and like the social media where it gets crazy and people like get like real weird.

And it, you know, the, the person, it almost like challenges the dignity of the person that

never has to be that way because we have authority.

So it, it never has to be crazy.

Like when, you know, they don't have to fall.

They don't have to have all those things.

You can still offer dignity to the person experiencing the presence and it doesn't have to,

you know, be a spectacle.

Yes.

So, yes.

Anyway, we, uh, we prayed over her and she had that experience right after that.

A woman speaks up who, uh, own the house and she shares this verse from second Kings and

it says, she's like, I don't know why, but this is the verse the Lord gave me and I don't

know what it means, but I'm going to read it.

And it was, uh, the one about up till now the land has been unfruitful.

It was Elisha, what the direction God gave Elisha, but throw salt in the water and it will

never again miscarry.

Wow.

The word is miscarriage.

It's the only place I've seen miscarriage in the word.

It will never again miscarry.

It will never again have death.

And I just, guys, I was not, I'm not a very like quick crier.

Ask my husband.

I'm pretty like good.

Um, I'm emotional in a way that like is not, I'm not quick to cry, but I'm like expressive

if that makes sense.

So, um, I, from my belly, I felt a whale.

Like I was just, it was coming up because I had lost and I not, I grieved them, but it

just felt like a holy grief was coming on me and I just start crying and he looked and,

uh, my teacher looks over and he goes, Hey, he goes, that produced something holy.

There's something here.

And then this other girl who doesn't know me, who I just prayed for that had the encounter

with the Holy spirit says, uh, I'm supposed to pray over your womb.

They didn't know I had a miscarriage.

Nobody there knew anything about me.

She walked over, puts her hand on my, she goes, I'm supposed to pray over.

Can I pray over you?

She didn't say womb yet, but she knew it in her mind.

She prays over me and I'm thinking she's going to pray over my colon and I'm going to get

healed.

So I'm getting excited.

I'm like, yeah, I'm, I have an agenda.

And she comes over, right?

I have a full agenda.

We all do this.

I have an agenda with the Lord.

I'm like, this is the thing.

Well, she comes over, she lays her hand on me and she said, the Lord showed me that you

have damage in your womb and he wants to heal it.

And I felt fire, like fiery warmth in that area.

And I'm thinking he's doing it all.

You just don't know.

Cause you don't know everything about me.

He's healing my colon too.

That was my thought.

Guys, I'm not saying I'm great, but that was my thought.

I'm being honest.

So I was like, he's doing it all.

And she's like, I just see the Lord healing your womb.

And I'm just like sobbing, you know, like a mess.

So I go home and I'm like, you know, I'm good to go.

And, uh, a week later, I, and by the way, the damage, which she doesn't know is my second

miscarriage was an ectopic pregnancy and they made me take the, the trexate, which causes

damage.

Yeah.

So there was, but she couldn't have known that.

So anyway, prayed for me, guys, I'm not even kidding.

A week later, it was Jake and I six year anniversary.

I wake up in the morning, I get in my car, um, my grand big for my sorority, Cammy, uh,

she is a songwriter and she had a song out, uh, that I was listening to called shelter.

And it was on in my car.

It was like on a playlist.

I didn't typically have it play, but it was like on shuffle.

And in the song, she starts singing about hope.

And I literally guys felt a bubbling of hope, like come up in me.

And I didn't know what for, I was going to Kroger and I was like, that's what I like,

you know, I'm so hopeful about Kroger.

They'd have everything I want.

But right.

So good.

So I'm like, it's like bubbling up and I'm like, what is this?

This, um, by the way, around this time, this was like right after I'd been meeting with

Dr.

Snow and kind of getting some supplements and everything I'd start learning.

I, I self, you know, I read some books by Dr.

Josh Axe, Dr.

Jordan Rubin.

Yeah.

Um, I got the maker's diet book and I was going gluten and dairy free already on my own

and kind of adjusting some things.

So I was like holding well, um, as I'm going to Kroger, I feel this hope bubble up and I'm

like, that's weird.

Why do I feel so hopeful right now?

It's like weird about like nothing in particular.

Like I wasn't even thinking about it.

Well, I go to the Kroger and I'm getting all my stuff and I walk by the pregnancy thing

and I heard the Lord say, get one.

Wow.

I was like, why?

I hadn't missed a period.

I had no reason to take one.

Like I hadn't had a period yet, but I hadn't missed any enough.

Yeah.

There I had no reason to do that.

Yeah.

And, um, yeah, it was very weird.

We were actually trying to not because the doctors had told me, no, I'm serious.

We were trying to not get pregnant because the doctors had said, you cannot, not that you're

not capable, but all of my doctors, primary and gynos were all like, you can't get pregnant

because, uh, it's a risk to you and it's a risk to the baby, like life risk.

Like you need to not until you're good.

And, uh, I remember I had multiple people speak over me and said, you break that lie

off right now.

God is the God of life.

No one can say that to you because he is the God of life and he has the final say.

Yeah.

So I was like, okay.

But we weren't, we were still like, we're not trying.

Like we're going to be careful and you know, follow a system.

So turns out I get the thing.

I get home.

I think nothing of it.

I'm just like, I'm just going to be on this thing and call it a day and throw it in the

trash.

Guys, I was pregnant.

I was pregnant.

I was pregnant.

Was Jake even there?

He was outside like doing the lawn.

So I come down and I just hold it up and I'm like, what?

And he looked at me and he goes, what?

And he was excited, but he was scared.

Yeah.

And the first response, even my parents, like everybody was excited, but they were like,

their first response was like, is this okay?

Are you okay?

Is this going to be okay?

Like everybody was really scared.

Um, I can't even imagine the, I was good.

I was like, yes, Lord.

Yes, Lord.

This is awesome.

This is going to be good.

If God's brought me to it, he's going to bring me through it.

Like this is so the Lord.

And, um, I actually called my teacher and I told him, I was like, this is so funny.

You're going to find this hilarious thinking he's going to be shocked.

And I'm like, you're going to find this so funny.

Like I thought that the Lord was going to be like healing me of UC on that day, which he

might've, he might've, it's still coming.

And then I was like, but look what happened.

I was already pregnant.

I didn't even know.

And she prayed over healing for my wound.

So this is going to be great.

And he goes, Sarah, can I tell you something funny?

He said, the Lord told me that night you were pregnant, but I have a strict policy.

I can't tell people about pregnancies.

I was like, shut up.

You shut your face right now.

I was like, that's insane.

So, uh, he's not, he's not the kind of person to be like, I knew like, not like that, not

like, you know, prideful or anything.

He was like, I did know, like the Lord told me that you were pregnant, but I could not say

anything.

Cause that's just not appropriate.

And, um, tell you just crazy.

I know how cool.

So I was like, sorry, Dick, you weren't the first to know, you know, but it was great.

It was so special.

So that was, uh, my pregnancy with my youngest Judah.

And, uh, the hard part about that, this is where the, uh, the health and wellness comes

into it where I, uh, at five, no, 10 weeks, 10 weeks, I, we were on vacation.

I went and I started with the worst flair of my life.

Uh, well, one of the worst flares of my life that started my real battle with like, okay,

God, what does healing look like?

Um, and really trusting him through the trials.

Cause at this point I hadn't had the flair that people had talked about that I read about with

UC.

I was like, I just hadn't read a, like I hadn't read my story.

I'm like, mine's so wild.

It's like not a big deal.

Um, but I'm watching it and obviously I don't want, you know, if you don't know what you

see is, it's like, you can have, you have ulcers inside your colon and, um, you get a

lot of like blood in your stool and all of that.

And I was bleeding profusely.

Um, but at this point I had managed to the point where it was so minuscule and I was

like feeling okay.

I didn't have the pain that people talked about where it took them to the ground.

So I was like, I'm managing.

Um, well at 10 weeks with Judah, I, on vacation, I started flaring and lots of blood.

Just, I felt, I told the, I have told a lot of people, I really identify with the bleeding

woman in the Bible, the woman with the issue of blood really identify with that story.

Um, because I was like, God, I share her faith.

I know what you can do.

I know what you're capable of.

I know if I just touched the hem, just the hem, um, that I will be healed.

And, um, so as I'm experiencing this flare, I'm like, what in the world I was doing so

good.

Like I'm doing all the right things.

I'm still taking all the right supplements.

I was on bedrest for 15 days.

I couldn't get out of bed.

I was crawling to the bathroom.

Were you in the hospital or is this just at home?

I would not go at home.

I would not go to the hospital.

I refused because at that point I was terrified of what they would give me or do with me.

I was terrified, um, because of what I experienced and, um, I knew enough at that point.

I, I'm the kind of person and I know a lot of people are going to identify with this.

I'm the kind of mama that when something goes wrong, I become an obsessive learner.

Like I will, I'll become the, the primary knowledge in that field.

I will be the professor.

Like I go nuts and I can't focus on anyone else that are like, Oh, you might probably know

as much if not more about your own child or your own situation.

Like I became obsessive to the point where I probably ignored my kids for a couple of days

and like just dug and read and consumed.

And so I knew a lot about health and wellness at that point to where I started like becoming

more awake to like God's design for food and eating and supplementation, all that stuff.

And so I knew I didn't want to go that route, but I was so confused and desperate and pregnant.

And I was, all I heard was the ticker tape of the doctor saying, this is dangerous.

It could take your life or your son's.

It could take your life or your son's.

And I in bed had moments where I couldn't even keep water down and I was going in and

out of consciousness.

And I remember vaguely, uh, and I call that season like my like glass season where I felt

like I was sitting behind glass watching everybody live life around me normally.

And I was like, I just want to be able to go wash the dishes and I can't.

With all of this, like the, you've kind of painted yourself as like always God's got this, God's

got this, no like moments of despair through this process.

And I feel like we're maybe getting close and maybe we're just about to bring it up, but

were there any moments of despair within this that you kind of had to, okay.

You cannot imagine.

That's exactly where this is going.

Okay.

So I was in and out of consciousness a lot and I would ask the question, God can handle

our questions guys and he will answer and he will bring you back.

But the question I kept asking was, God, why would you bring me here for this to happen?

Like, why would you allow this baby, this life for me to experience this?

I said, I believed like I, I told the doctor it wouldn't be more than four months.

It's been seven.

Like it's been 10.

It's been 12.

It's been a year.

So when I hit the earmark, I was really, I had a hard time with that earmark, really

struggling, grieving.

I have a firm belief that grief doesn't affect your faith.

It doesn't, it doesn't mean you've lost faith, but there is grief because the world is broken

and bodies break and flesh hurts.

And that's just part of our existence here.

But in my heart, I still had faith.

So when I was going in and out of consciousness, I have a vague memory of seeing Jake on the

floor of our carpet begging God for my life and for the baby's life, sobbing, thinking I'm

going to die.

Like, and I probably was, I mean, I was like, it was really bad.

I was down to like 90 something pounds pregnant.

It was awful.

But after 15 days, somehow I got some strength back.

I really whittled down my diet.

I was eating like three things, not the best, but that's what I thought to do.

I was eating like three things, tons of bone broth.

I'd spend days just liquid bone broth resetting, trying to reset the gut, trying to reset everything.

And that would help a lot, um, just to kind of get out of the state.

So it took 15 days, finally did.

After I got to a good point, I sat down with my husband, my mom spoke into this a lot too.

And we talked about the balance of Western Eastern holistic, all of that.

And, um, I had to challenge my faith in a way that was, okay, God, I don't feel capable in

this moment to do what I feel like needs to be done because I'm pregnant and I'm dependent.

I'm so dependent and I have a dependent inside of me.

I don't know how to get out of this.

So I went to a GI doctor who actually was a friend from high school's dad because I knew

he was a believer and I have a very strict policy, which you heard when I called you, uh, I ask

every doctor the same thing.

Do you believe in Jesus?

Yes.

Do you believe Jesus still heals?

Yes.

Can you see me healed in your mind right now?

If you can't, we cannot work together because we don't have the same mission or vision.

Um, some people have qualms with that, but I'm a firm believer when I'm struggling with

something serious, that's where the faith has to be.

It's like when Jesus went to heal the little girl who they said was dead, but she was sleeping.

There were already musicians playing in the room because they were acting as if it was

a funeral.

They were grieving.

And he said, get out.

You can't be in here because there was too much lack of faith.

And he said, I, it just had to be the people who believed and who knew.

And that's when you're in a battle, you want people that you can see the win with, you know,

that will fight like they see the win.

Because if you don't see the win, you're going to be weak.

You're going to have a moment of doubt.

You're going to have a moment of weakness.

And I couldn't have that.

So, um, I, there was even people I had to cut out.

There was, I was given, I was given a book while I was sick and it was so frustrating.

Uh, and the entire book was a Christian book.

What's the book called?

I forget.

Yeah.

Call it out.

I would love to throw it away.

But basically it's a Christian book and the entire premise of the book from front, from cover to cover.

I read it because it was a gift was to accept what you've been given to accept, uh, the diagnosis that this is your life now, basically, and how to worship God through that.

And I was like, absolutely freak.

I was like, that's this theology is witchcraft.

I don't think so.

This is awful.

So I threw it out.

Um, and I actually called the person who gave it to me and I said, I'm sorry.

I said, thank you so much for this book.

I said, but I'm calling you because I love you.

And I want you to know that, um, this is not theologically sound number one.

And I don't receive this message.

And I said, I don't know if you've read it.

I said, but I, because I love you, I don't want you to receive this message over your life.

Let me tell you what God says.

Yeah.

Because it, it was devastating to me.

And that in itself of you saying that is almost acting in faith.

Yeah.

Like, because I wasn't perfect yet.

I wasn't, but I knew what's possible.

That is probably like allowing God into that even more, like just even rejecting that,

you know, a hundred percent.

And there's so many people that like, whether you have read that book and that's where it's

coming from, or it's just part of your mind.

Like the ulcerative colitis becomes your identity.

The sickness becomes your identity because you're just like, this is what God has given

me.

Yeah.

And like, God, can God use those things a hundred percent?

And he clearly did with you.

Right.

That's right.

But so many people like hold onto that and just like take it as their identity.

Identify it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's like a character trait.

I, one of the first things I did actually the day I was diagnosed, day I was diagnosed

is the first thing I did that I would recommend to anybody who got a diagnosis that was not

in line with what God says.

The very first thing I did was say, uh, was change my language from, um, I would never say

I have, it was always, I was diagnosed with, or I have symptoms of, because if you say

I have the spirit realm works in, um, legalities, territory contracts, that's how it works.

And that is huge.

And that's like, that I have is like ownership.

It's exactly right.

Yes.

Whenever somebody comes in here and they're like, oh yeah, that's just my diabetes.

Yes.

Oh yeah.

That's just my gut issues.

Oh yeah.

That's just my fertility issues.

Like, it's like, I'm like, oh, you want it.

Let's actually stop right there.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And have this conversation real quick.

Some people are very open to it.

Some people are like, oh, this guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

I'm so glad you talk to people about that because it's vital.

It's huge.

Your language is, is a massive part of your healing.

Um, and it get, and it has a thought, like, you know, like your language, your identity,

your language and what you're speaking out and acting out is just the external representation

of what you're feeling in your heart and in your mind.

And that stems from the cross because it all comes back to the cross because your identity

comes from, I'm, I was a sinner.

I'm saved by grace.

I've been forgiven.

I'm a forgiven child of God.

That's your new identity.

And if you still identify and say, I'm a sinner currently, you haven't identified with your

new identity in Christ, which is I am, when God looks at me, he sees Jesus.

He sees Jesus.

He sees the price he paid, you know, and that whole deal and what people struggle with.

I think that's interesting is in the same Bible, you know, we have to take context from every

part.

It's one story.

God never contradicts himself, but he also says, um, he went to the cross and he died for

our sickness, our disease, our infirmities.

He also says he died for our sins.

Why is it that Christians, we have, we have no problem when we come to Christ receiving salvation,

receiving the identity of I've been forgiven through Christ.

I am forgiven.

I am this because Jesus died.

I'm forgiven.

That's what we sing about.

Yeah.

But we have such a hard time saying because Jesus died, I am healed.

Yeah.

It's, I want to be healed.

I could be healed, but no, that's your new identity.

You are healed.

Yeah.

And it says that also in scripture that we're seated in heavenly places.

Yeah.

It says like our spirit already is eternal.

Yeah.

It already is where we are in like our spirit is a citizen of heaven already.

And that's why we say like the reality of heaven, when Jesus prays his perfect will on

earth as it is in heaven, because his perfect will is our salvation.

Our salvation, his perfect will is that we would live on earth as it is in heaven, which

is no sickness, no disease, no crying, no sadness, no, none of those things.

Are we going to experience that in our flesh?

Yes.

But what's the point of this entire thing of being saved on earth?

Because otherwise we should be saved and just drop dead and go straight to heaven.

What's the point of being here?

That would be great.

Right?

What is the point?

The whole point is that we would learn to overcome the flesh, that the spirit needs to

overpower.

We understand authority.

We understand our position with the Lord.

We understand who we are as children so that we can rule and reign with him in heaven.

A hundred percent.

That's the whole point.

You'll never be able to rule and reign over anything if you don't get who you are and your

authority.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So.

Absolutely.

Anyway.

Let's just end the podcast there.

Right?

Done.

Let people ruminate on that.

Stephanie, your authority in Jesus name.

Leave on a cliffhanger.

Yes.

Yes.

No, that'd be terrible.

We do have around 25 minutes.

Perfect.

I'll wrap up this.

I have to pee so bad.

Yeah, go.

Go, go, go.

Talk about what I want to talk about.

Perfect.

Wait, I'm going to take a brief pause to make sure Joah got down for a nap.

Do it.

I'm going to take a brief pause to check out my messages.

Sorry, I just need it.

Okay, his nap did start and he did eat food.

Okay, good.

We'll cut all this out.

Okay.

I love it.

Okay.

All right.

Anyway.

Sorry.

So.

Yeah.

Basically.

Where was I?

Where did I end with the health stuff?

Okay.

So I was learning all this stuff and pregnant with Judah and on, you know, on bed rest for

15 days.

Yeah.

Came out of it.

Called this doctor who I knew loved the Lord and everything.

And I, he answered all the questions, right.

But he was, you know, educated in Western medicine.

He'd been doing it for over 30 years.

That's what he knew.

He's not about to, you know, teach a dog new tricks right now.

Like he's on his way to retirement.

So I go in and out of desperation, he's like, Sarah, I need to put you on balsalazide.

You need to go on this medication to protect you and your baby.

We've got to get your inflammation down.

My markers were off the charts for Calprotectin, which is the inflammation marker that they look

at.

And, um, so I, I just talked to Jake and my mom about it.

And my mom said something to me that I'll never forget.

She said, listen, you have faith for everything.

You have faith that God will heal you, which is huge.

But do you also have faith that, um, you know, in the scriptures where it says that, uh, in

the end days or whatever, you can put poison in a Christian and it won't kill them.

And, you know, they can get bit my snake and won't kill them or whatever.

Um, she's like, yeah, you don't want to be stupid.

You want to be a steward, but also God knows the position that you're in right now.

And you don't know, like you don't have the funds for anything else right now.

We don't have the connections for anything else right now.

You tried, you know, all these supplements and they're just not hitting right now while

you're pregnant to protect this life.

He's recommending this drug.

So I had to sit there and say, okay, God, I believe that you're going to give me what I

need and withhold what I don't.

So, um, took that, had a great pregnancy.

When, uh, I get, after I, it was great.

I was fine the rest of the time.

Wow.

Uh, gave birth to Judah, our sweet little Judah.

He was such a miracle, such a miracle baby.

We named him Judah because it means praise and we were praising the Lord for his life.

And, um, great friend to our son, Joe.

Yes.

Literally best friends.

He is obsessed with Joe.

Uh, he talks about, he's, oh my gosh, literally upset.

He always was just to grab his little hand.

That's so cute.

He's the kind of kid you look at and you're like, I need like 17 more of you.

I tell Jake that every day.

Like he's not even my kid, but it means you don't have more kids.

Oh, it's the best.

It's the best.

Um, so had him two weeks later, guys, it's 2021.

I got COVID.

I had an acute pancreatitis attack.

They said, okay, that's probably a direct reflection of the medication.

We need you to go off cold Turkey.

Well, it's a bandaid on a bullet wound.

So because we bandaid the bullet wound while I'm still ulcerating underneath while it's

masking all the symptoms, I go into immediate flare, worst flare of my life, even from the

bed rest of 15 days, terrible flare.

It lasted for like six months.

Um, ended up going to, this is, this would create such a longer story.

So I am not, I'm going to cliff note this part.

Ended up going to Arizona hearing about, uh, stem cells because, um, I was so ill.

My doctor was like, you need to go on this Remicade infusion.

And I just firmly was like, I don't feel like God wants me to do that.

I don't know why I can't explain it, but I don't feel like God wants me to do that.

And I was so badly didn't want to go that direction.

Um, because I had learned that with this type of thing with autoimmune, it's like they,

it's a bandaid on a bullet wound and they keep moving you up.

It's like this triangle.

They keep moving you up and it's a means to the same end of getting your colon out.

It's just prolonging it.

And then you get party gifts at every single one.

You get a party gift of like a new autoimmune or like another like side effect or things

like that.

And I knew that to be true of everybody.

Party gifts is crazy.

It's true.

It's like a little party gift, you know, like we're going to party with this drug.

Here's your gift.

You get another issue, you know?

And I was like, I'm not trying to play this game.

I know what the Lord can do.

And I, I trust him.

I just trust him.

And I don't feel like I'm supposed to do this.

Um, but I also had the belief planted by my mother.

Cause she's a God fearing woman that, you know, if God gives us something to take,

he's going to leave what we need and take what we don't.

He's capable.

And to do that as well, I had to have faith for both.

So, um, that was the challenge that God was stepping into that.

I really believe he wanted me genuinely.

And a lot of people might disagree with this, but I really believe he wanted me to gain the

faith in that area because it was one place I didn't have it.

I was like, well, if I take this, I'm done.

And he's like, uh, no, I'm bigger.

Yeah.

I'm bigger.

I can do amazing things that you have beyond what you can ask, see or imagine.

So I need you to go outside of your box.

And so I, I stepped outside of the box.

I was preparing to get the, you have to do a TB test before you get Remicade.

And I was, I did it scheduled the next day.

I was down to like 97 pounds again.

I was very ill.

Could barely take care of Judah.

Had to stop breastfeeding because he was taking all the nutrients.

My Jake and my mom were like, you have to stop staging intervention yet again.

We're like, you have to stop.

I was trying to go two years.

I was like, come on.

Or until he bit me, um, that comes way before two years.

I know I don't do well with blood, but I was, yeah, I was so about it though.

I was like, I'm going all day, baby.

Like it was, I'd hit like the sweet spot where it was easy and it was fun.

I was like, this is the best.

I love it.

And, uh, so I was grieving that, but I stopped and I was so ill.

I could only sit in this like Brown recliner in the corner of our, uh, living room.

And Jake had taken the kids out for the day.

I put on worship soaking music and I, two awesome spirit filled women in my life that

I'd met through discipleship school, come and pray with me.

They offered to come pray with me that day.

Cause I was like, I just need a word from the Lord.

I need something clear.

And guys, this was the coolest that day.

Uh, we're praying and we're just talking to the Lord and my friend, Tricia, I think

it was Tricia or Lauren, one of them, uh, they they're praying and they said, Sarah,

I really feel like the Lord wants you to ask him where he is right now.

And I was like, I was so weak.

I was crying.

I was like, okay.

So I said, Jesus, where are you?

And I kid you not, I look up in the center of my room.

I see Jesus in the center of my living room.

And he walks towards me, bends down face to face, picks up my chin with his hand and

said, I'm right here.

And I immediately go into a vision and I'm sitting in an infusion room.

Mind you, I've never seen an infusion room in my life.

I had no concept for what they look like.

And there were like five mahogany Brown recliners, old recliners against a wall with the drips

behind them.

And I was like, that's weird.

I guess that's what it looks like.

And I had my hand out like this with the IV in me and Jesus comes up, puts his hand in

my hand and sits next to me and also says, again, I'm right here.

And I took that as I'll be with you through this.

Go for it.

And I was like, okay.

So I felt peace.

So I'm like, the next day I'm supposed to go to this thing.

My mom did not settle well with that.

She was up all night.

And she, this is where Google comes in.

She Googled.

I've heard this part of the story.

This is my favorite part of it.

She Googled.

She Googled.

And this was during COVID where you couldn't find anything natural on Google.

Nothing.

First, she Googles infusions for ulcerative colitis.

Top thing that comes up is a stem cell infusion in Mesa, Arizona for ulcerative colitis stem

cells and crazy, crazy scenario.

So these stem cells, these are not, these are like extracted from, um, you know how like

you can cord bank, uh, when you have a baby, you could pay for cord banking and like, you

know, they can take stem cells later and it's not like you're not getting DNA from the baby.

They extract it, they spin it, they remove all of that and you get the healthy stem cells.

They third party test these ones for health and all of that.

And they send it to you within 24 hours.

So they're fresh.

They're on ice.

Um, and then they infuse it into you.

I got 90 million stem cells guys.

We called this woman.

She's like, I can't tell you the results we've had, blah, blah, blah.

Um, I go on the plane the next day.

Cause we're like, we're going, I get on the plane the next day.

I, in a wheelchair going on the plane, I get 90 million stem cells infused.

I mean, I pray over it as we're, we have to thaw it out with our hands, praying over

it, praying over the doctors.

I'm like seeing it as a mission field before we go in guys, we walk into the infusion room.

It's exact when I saw five mahogany Brown, I have a picture of it.

I can send it to you if you want to post it.

And the picture of you in the wheelchair.

Yes.

I'll send it.

Yeah.

And the one after of me getting on, I've got it all documented, but, um, the exact same

room.

And I was like, Oh my gosh, this was it.

It was never meant to be the Remicade infusion.

It was this, this was where God was leading me.

And I got that.

And the next day I got back on the plane and I walked on and I didn't have a symptom for

three months.

Nothing.

I was perfect.

Granted.

Then I was having some symptoms again, went back, got more, another 90 million.

And the thing with stem cells, if you don't know much about them is they go, they migrate

to the most needy place in your body and help heal and regenerate.

Cause they can become any other cell.

Correct.

I believe I knew before this, I was having, um, is it liver or kidney issues?

Something.

I was having some sort of issue, um, where I was, I think it was kidney.

My kidney was really weak, like very dangerously low, um, or something.

My numbers were like dangerously low where they're like, if it gets any lower, we're going

to have a real problem and I'm completely fine now there.

But basically, uh, we feel like it went a couple of different places cause I had so much

damage in my body from a lot of different things, but I was good.

I came back again, had got another three months.

So I got to this like manageable state.

Um, and I kind of stayed there.

I learned how to eat.

I learned how to, I learned a lot more.

I kept like learning about food and I went, you know, crazy learning and absorbing all

of this, um, became the most crunchy later you'll ever meet.

I read every ingredient and everything on everything that goes in or on my body and my kids, but

like, I'm a little crazy, but in a good way.

And, um, it's true.

You know it.

Um, so I went on this journey and I was good for like a year.

Can we make sure it's recording?

And then what percentage is it at?

Oh, that's good.

Perfect.

And then that is when I, uh, heard a podcast with Dr. Patrick Flynn, the founder of the wellness

way.

Talk about his story.

One of my favorite bald men.

Yes.

I heard him on the, uh, spillover podcast.

Yeah.

I watched it with my husband and I was like, huh, I want to hear about this.

I want to hear his perspective.

Cause I'd seen a little, a few things on Instagram.

You have him on there.

And I was like, he's interesting.

Cause I already followed, you know, Josh X, Jordan Rubin, all these guys that were in

the, you know, the wellness and leading in that field.

And, uh, I was like, he's interesting.

And he told the story of his wife and the fact that, you know, she was told she couldn't

have kids, that she struggled with all these things.

And how he disagreed.

And I'm like, that's the kind of faith I like.

That's the kind of faith I like.

And I, I heard that he had faith and all of that.

I was like, this is the kind of place that is needed because, you know, you got to marry.

You have to have all of it.

Healing is holistic.

God is not a partial healer.

He's the, he's the Trinity.

He works in all of it.

You know, he's going to heal you mind, body, soul, like all of it.

And, um, God was healing things in me through this healing process, not just physically.

I mean, I was going through like, okay, do I have trapped emotion?

Am I holding on to unforgiveness?

Do I have fear?

A lot of times the gut, they say fear.

What's my, what's this fear I'm dealing with?

Like, what, what is it, Lord, that I need to go through?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Because it's all part of it.

Physically.

We really do.

It's true.

Yeah.

Um, and since then I prayed for a lot of people that I've seen healing and just through that,

just through addressing what they're carrying, you know?

Oh yeah.

Um, so I got to this place where I was like, okay, maybe I'll check it out.

So I called, uh, because there was no place.

Y'all weren't here yet.

And I called Dr.

Jacqueline in, uh, Colorado.

What year was this?

This was 20, 23, maybe 2022, 2023, still in chiropractic school, involved with the wellness

way, little babies.

We were involved.

We knew Dr. Patrick at that point.

That's awesome.

Yeah.

That's so good.

Um, so I called her and I asked her the three questions and she said yes to all three.

And I said, do you have experience?

Like, have you seen this healed in people?

She goes, oh yeah.

And I said, she's phenomenal.

And I also asked her, I was like, do you believe I could have a baby again?

And she's like, oh yeah.

I was like, you're the first person to ever say that.

That's awesome.

Since I've been diagnosed.

And she was like, oh yeah, you'll be fine.

I was like, okay, I like her faith.

Let's go.

Let's go to town.

Let's get to work.

That's the cool thing.

And that's probably why we joined the wellness way is because that's everyone's perspective.

That's right.

It's like the body was designed to heal.

God has a plan for your, not only wellness, but thriving.

Yes.

You know?

Why would I veer my belief system from God's plan when I'm a Christian?

That makes no sense.

A hundred percent.

And it's almost like, why?

Like, what do you mean?

Why wouldn't you be able to have another baby?

Right?

God's the God of life.

Yeah.

If he's anything, he's the God of life.

Yeah.

Right?

A hundred percent.

He says, he's all about life, life everlasting, life produced.

You need a bigger party in heaven.

Yeah.

Come on.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I'm trying to have an entire clan here.

I'll make my own people.

Right?

I'll make my own people.

It's the only thing you're taking with you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I'm trying to have a full house.

It is the only thing we take with us.

So why not just give our lives to it?

Amen.

So I walked with her for about a year.

I did my testing because we do the test.

Don't guess.

It was the first time anyone had ever done a test like that on me.

Comprehensive, especially the gut test.

Found what she believed was the bacteria that probably caused this whole issue.

Took some herbs.

It took nine months.

Time to make a baby.

Nine months.

And I was, I got back my results.

Guys, they were mailed.

Or they were, she got my results.

I didn't get them until a couple days later.

She got my results on the day that I was diagnosed in 2018.

Wow.

Look at God.

That's crazy.

Seven, was it six or seven years later?

And this is all just random.

Seven years later.

Random.

Wow.

And everything was a zero.

I was perfect.

My symptoms, I was perfect.

I had more energy than I'd ever had.

I mean, literally, we're not going to get into the TMI part, but it was all perfect.

Like, perfect.

And you know what I'm saying?

Okay.

It matters.

Okay.

It does.

It does.

It matters.

It's your number one indicator.

So anyway, I was feeling great.

And then we moved on to like, she's like, okay, we can move on now.

What do you want to work on?

I was like, what?

I was so good.

She's like, we'll still keep an eye on this stuff.

We'll still keep you, you know, we'll do your yearly, like we'll do another gut check

next year.

We'll keep your allergy tests up and, you know, make sure you're not eating food.

You shouldn't be in all that stuff.

But like what she goes, I said, my, I, at that point I'd been dealing with menstrual migraines

since I had my daughter, since before I had my daughter.

So for 12 years and, or at that time it was like 10 years and they were terrible, like

terrible, the worst.

Take me out, lights out.

Like the most excruciating torture pain that you're like, God, why, what is the purpose?

What is literally, unless my head's going to blow up?

Like we have a means to no end here.

Like this is stupid.

You know, it feels so dumb.

Um, and to be quite honest, I've been dealing with that up until like recently, like I've

been actually, this month has been incredible.

Like I have not had one, which is amazing.

Yeah.

Um, but a lot of people wrestle with my story with that.

Cause they'll be like, well, God healed you over here.

And by the way, I got an insert.

Yes.

I worked with her, did the supplements and all that.

But I also, um, had measures of healing in the presence of God periodically through those

years.

Um, I got a massive measure of healing.

I actually went to an event with, like I said, Randy Clark.

I got a big measure of healing when I was there and he prayed over me.

Um, I walked back that next week.

I was doing a lot better.

And then I had other moments where I just got measures.

It wasn't like the full, but I would get a measure.

And I think sometimes people, I believe in mercy healings all at once.

I've seen that happen.

That's a mercy healing.

Um, and God is capable of that and he'll do whatever he wants.

He's still sovereign.

But I also believe in journey healings because a lot of the time it's sanctification.

This is literally the difference.

He's sanctifying you.

Yeah.

Literally like I had a miraculous healing of my back and Annie is the journey.

Yeah.

So that's what we talked about in our first two episodes.

If you guys want to go back and listen, but yeah, it's.

And even Annie talks about like her, a lot of her journey is, uh, identifying with a hemorrhaging

woman.

Like that, like what I was going to say to that is like, what, what we keep saying is

God is a root cause.

God, he's not like, if there's something, a habit, a lifestyle choice of food that is destroying

you.

Like he wants to reveal that so that, um, or maybe he heals that immediately, but maybe

he wants to take you through the journey to increase your faith, to increase your witness

to others.

Um, yeah.

And I will say God is way more concerned about our belief of who we are, of us knowing who

we are in him than us experiencing life a type of way.

If he was willing to sacrifice his son for the sake of all to know who they are, when we

become believers, what makes us think we're going to have a different existence?

Especially with our, even just us knowing who we are.

Yeah.

He had to go through suffering.

He had to experience things, you know, and he wasn't separate from that.

And then of course we have to go through suffering and all of that.

But I think the biggest thing is recognizing who everything stems from identity because you

get your authority from your identity.

Your faith stems from understanding who God is in you and what that means for you, what

that declares over you.

So like the story of the woman of blood, one of my favorite parts of that, I don't know if

you guys have ever heard this teaching, but, um, the original language it's actually talking

about like when he wore, cause he was a rabbi, he had the tassels that hang off of his,

uh, cloak and she actually grabbed a tassel and the tassels stood for, um, they were actually,

um, the word of God, like they meant the word of God.

So she grabbed onto the word, she grabbed onto the truth of who God is and who, what that

means for her.

So it's like the authority of like speaking to things and declaring the truth of God's

word, despite what you see, despite what you feel.

Yeah.

Um, so a lot of times I feel like our faith leads us to words and our faith leads us to

proclamations and speaking that out.

There's something, there's a shift that happens between just believing something and proclaiming

something.

And I think that comes with the encounter.

Absolutely.

The deep encounter.

So you're like, like, just like that book, like, I know that that is not true because when

I go outside and touch grass, this is not true.

This is not how this works.

You know, and so it's like in that encounter, you're able to speak more truth.

That's right.

That's exactly right.

So through that, um, I, through that journey that kind of brings me to now, I, when you guys

opened your place here, I was like, Oh, it's about to go down.

We're going to change Cincinnati from the inside out.

Like I just knew it.

I knew that like God was, I prayed for you guys to come here.

Like I prayed, I was like, God, send a wellness way here.

People need this.

And I'll tell you what.

We did not want to come here.

I believe it.

I wanted to go to Montana.

It's the nasty nanny.

But we love it.

We wanted to go out west.

The world was our oyster.

And then all the doors opened and closed and we literally ended up in the office we're

sitting in right now.

We got the call to Cincinnati and I was like, really God?

Yeah.

And yeah, it's always been a prayer of like, please don't let me end up there.

Please don't let me end up.

And I keep repeatedly getting called back here.

So I love it.

Whatever.

I guess I'm here to stay.

Now we're here to stay.

Yeah, you are.

You're stuck with me.

But I will say the community has outruled any mountain trail I could go on.

So it's the people.

And I believe God sent you here for also, there is something unique happening in this area,

in the spirit.

Like I genuinely believe that.

A thousand percent.

And I believe that you guys have a unique calling in your life and a unique position in this time,

in this space for what God's doing here because God's a holistic healer.

Yeah.

And he's using you guys to wake people up and to continue to be that.

Like we always, at church, we always talk about it as like, God's been like raining on the ground for a long time, raining his presence down, raining his purpose down, and just pouring out and pouring out and pouring out.

And the ground's been like getting soaked and it's like ripe and it's ready to like burst forth.

We're preparing that soil.

Yeah.

And I feel like we're starting to see like this, like geysers start to pop up everywhere and it starts little, but like God's just going to soak this ground.

There's something coming in this area that I just truly believe is going to be a fresh move of the spirit.

And I think you guys are such a big part of that in the church, outside of the church, just in the body of Christ in general.

Um, you guys are also unifiers, which I love you are, you are, you are your unifiers.

Um, and I, I would like to say Jake and I have a heart for that.

Um, we both have a heart for unity in the body and unity among believers and in the spirit and between the body and the spirit and the mental, the whole deal.

I think that is the mission of God right now is before he comes back, he's looking for a pure and spotless bride and he's looking for a unified bride, unified in the body, you know?

Um, and so I'm excited for how you guys are shifting things.

Everything's about to die right now.

We're recording, but I'm like, we can go on a whole nother podcast.

This is good.

This is good.

I think this is, that's a great, this is a great place to, yeah.

Great place to end.

And I will say, you know, on that right before we, we end is like a unhealthy body.

Ryan and I have said that this multiple times, a sick body is just, it's almost dead.

Like when you, like you need to find healing, you need to find health.

Yes.

You need to dig up, you know, all these weeds in your body so that you can have a healthy life.

So that, so that you can continue to build the kingdom and continue to, you know, be the best version of yourselves that like, you know, brings the kingdom about.

That's our whole mission.

That's why we're here.

Um, and what were you, I was like, I'm just going to grab this book just in case it comes

up off the shelf today.

But I have this like bookmark.

This is one of my favorite books, the intellectual life by, uh, father, Sir T.

Lange, um, French priest.

This book was written in the 1940s.

And this is like the most, one of the most powerful paragraphs in the entire book.

I'll just read a sentence.

Christianized humanity.

Restart, restart.

Christianized humanity is made up of various personalities.

No one of which can refuse to function without impoverishing the group and without depriving

the eternal Christ of a part of his kingdom.

Beautiful.

And that is like exactly what Annie was saying.

Like the sick body is not able to serve, is not able to be present, is not able to glorify

God.

And it's the sick body that makes the story of healing to show God's presence even more

concretely like on the planet.

Yeah.

And I think that's how, in my story, God used every bit of my story.

Um, cause to even now, like you said, we planted a church in Mainville and I have so

much, there's a time for such as now, like for all the things that he's put in my path.

I'm teaching once a month and I lead worship with my husband and there's a freedom in it

and there's a, um, an ease to it that I never had before.

And it's because I'm so in the place God has me right now.

And I'm so like, just focused on, um, the freedom I have in him cause he's brought so

much freedom to my life and I know it's possible for other people.

And that's one of the, not bartering, but one of the barters I made with the Lord early

on was like, God, how am I supposed to do all of this?

Like this?

Like, I know what you've called me to, you've got to make the way.

And he did.

And here we are.

Here we are.

Incredible.

Sitting in Mason, Ohio.

Thank you, Jesus.

And I'm sure we'll have many more conversations with the Robinsons, with Sarah.

Yeah.

There's so much to share.

We have to have one with Jake.

You have to.

Yeah.

There's just so much fruit that comes from these conversations that we just want to be

able to share with others, to give hope and to just inspire others that this life

is possible.

He desires healing for us.

Yeah.

He desires a life of abundance for you, John 10, 10.

He desires a life of abundance.

So that's why we have people who live in abundance.

Would you mind if I prayed for everybody?

Yeah, absolutely.

I just want to release something.

Okay.

Lord Jesus, I just thank you for every person listening.

God, I just ask that if anybody is struggling in their grief and their pain right now, God,

that you would help them to walk by faith and not by sight.

God, I just speak a download of revelation of identity into every person listening right

now, Jesus, that they would have a fresh revelation of who they are in you, that you, as you give

measures of faith, Lord, I just pray that you would give a fresh measure of faith to each

and every person, that you would grow them, that you would stretch them.

And I pray by any means necessary, Lord, because you care so much more about who we're becoming

than how we get there.

And Lord, I just pray that in the journey, as we get there, that those who are listening just would

turn to you, would lean on you, would know that you are a strong father, that you're a strong

foundation to lean on and that they can share their grief and that they can share their doubts,

they can share their struggles, but that God, you're going to build them back up and that you have a

good, perfect and pleasing plan for their life and that your will is on earth as it is in heaven.

God, I pray that they would not doubt your will, that they would not doubt your capabilities,

that they would not doubt who you are, but God, that they would see themselves whole, healed and

healthy, um, the way that you intended them.

And that this is not an add on, um, all these things, supplements, all that is not an add on

to do more work, but that God, it's a peel back of the extras that in the, um, the covering that has

happened over time of what your original design was, God, that the additives are being stripped

away and that we're being revealed, um, as your perfect and original design, Lord, and that

everything, um, that is natural.

Everything you created was created for the good of those that you love.

And so we just, um, I bless each and every person with a fresh measure of faith.

God, I thank you so much for this podcast.

I bless Annie and Ryan and the wellness way and everything that they're doing, um, for you,

Jesus.

I thank you in your name.

I pray.

Amen.

Amen.
