Vibrant People

You don't have a time problem. You have a system problem.

Most people think they need 90 minutes, a gym membership, and perfect conditions to get fit. Then life happens, they miss a session, and the whole thing falls apart.

But what if I told you that you have 28 opportunities every single day to fit in a 15-minute workout?

In this video, I break down exactly where your time is going—and where you can reclaim it. No BS. No excuses. Just the math.

Because the truth is: 15 minutes of consistent action beats 90 minutes of a plan you never stick to.

If you're a driven professional juggling work, family, and life—and your fitness keeps falling to the bottom of the list—this is for you.

What is Vibrant People?

This podcast is for people who want to feel fit, strong, and energised again – but haven’t found a way to make fitness hold when life is busy.

You’ve tried plans that work on paper but fall apart under pressure.
You’ve had periods of momentum, followed by long stretches of drift.

Not because you don’t care.
But because most approaches weren’t built for real life.

On this podcast, we talk about how to build strength, energy, and confidence in your body inside a full life – not an ideal one.

Training that adapts when work ramps up.
Nutrition that stays simple when attention is limited.
Habits that survive travel, stress, family, and changing weeks.

These are honest conversations about systems, mindset, and identity – and how fitness stops slipping to the bottom of the list and starts reinforcing the rest of your life.

Speaker 1:

You have 96 opportunities for a fifteen minute workout every single day. And if you found yourself on this video, the first thing you have to accept is that it stood out for a reason. Now we can argue all day about whether a fifteen minute workout is effective. But if you're here, let's assume that the ninety minute gym workout six days a week didn't work for you. Now, fifteen minutes can be very effective, not because we necessarily work magic in those fifteen minutes, but because it allows you to do something that wasn't possible with the Impressive plan, stay consistent long term.

Speaker 1:

So let me show you how to make this time in your day and stop putting this off. Now, here we have our 96 opportunities. Now, let's play devil's advocate and assume seven of those hours are for sleeping. Right? So we wanna cross 28 off here.

Speaker 1:

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,

Speaker 2:

thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty one, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 2728.

Speaker 1:

Cool. So that leaves us with 68 left over. Now, let's assume that you're at work for eight hours with an hour commute and an hour lunch break. So that's another 32 that we're gonna minus off. 1234515171819202122224202627, 28, 29, thirty, thirty one, 32.

Speaker 1:

Cool. So now we're left with 36 left. So let's assume that maybe cooking and eating remove another six opportunities, for example. So one, two, three, four, five, six, and that leaves us with 30. And then we'll add in shower, brushing teeth, getting dressed.

Speaker 1:

We'll lose two more. Cool. So let's assume that you've also taken my advice and you've decided you're gonna work out from home with your body weight. So we've removed the gym commute, We've removed waiting for equipment, even getting dressed in your lovely sports outfit. We're left with 28 opportunities.

Speaker 1:

28. And even if you still feel like you're struggling to identify where the time is, I'd like you to do two things. The first one is to work out how much time you'll spend watching TV, and also check out the screen time on your phone. And I guarantee you will find some extra time there. And it might also be useful to identify any other moments where you feel time is getting sucked away from those 28 opportunities.

Speaker 1:

Now, the reason I showed you this is to show you that the time is there. You simply need to prioritize those moments, see those opportunities, and actually take action, and then you need a system that actually makes that time effective and continues to work and continues to allow you to stay consistent. If you want help building that system, DM me the word pressure on Instagram. Otherwise, look at those opportunities, identify where they exist for you, and start taking action.
