And Jamie's in the house,

the engine full of grip.

Never backing down, down, down.

So buckle up friends,

it's burpees forever Welcome to Sunday,

Sunday,

Sunday night CrossFit Talk Welcome to

Sunday, Sunday,

Sunday night CrossFit Talk Welcome to

Sunday

you heard it welcome to sunday sunday

sunday night crossfit talk on a tuesday

you better be careful maybe making a new

theme song for tuesdays no this better not

be a routine i prefer sundays for sure

yeah just the holiday got us out of

whack this week um when so that whole

like on a tuesday

rich eisen and his show does this thing

called overreaction overreaction monday

and sometimes like it bleeds over to

tuesday and so they still play the same

theme song for overreaction monday and at

the end they go on a tuesday i

love it so i stole it from him

uh yeah

Don't forget to like and subscribe,

people.

Like and subscribe to the channel.

We need that.

It helps the algorithm,

especially when we're moving around

throughout the week.

People need to know where we are.

And the more you do that.

Tessa had her ice cream ready and

everything for Sunday night.

What kind of ice cream?

I think we mentioned that we were going

on Tuesday the last week.

Right,

we did we took through it out there

that it was we didn't we didn't confirm

I guess we could have been a little

better with that.

um.

What was I I had something in my

head and it just totally went away.

Oh well that's the way it is that's

the way it is on this thing um.

We're here on Tuesday night, Labor Day.

Hope everybody had a great long weekend.

If you celebrate Labor Day, it's a big,

important day to me.

I mentioned it yesterday on my lunch show.

My dad was a laborer for forty five

years.

And so Labor Day is very special in

my heart because I lost my dad five

years ago and I still miss him to

death.

And he was such a hardworking dude.

And

So happy belated Labor Day to everybody.

Thank you for joining us tonight.

But before we jump into too much stuff,

don't forget to get your third Z so

you have a nice, good recovery this week.

They have a new flavor that just came

out.

Just straight up chocolate.

Straight up chocolate.

And I know some people tried to order

it over the weekend and the Jazzy code

didn't work.

That has been rectified as of this

morning.

So now you can use Jazzy at checkout

and get fifteen percent off your chocolate

sleep and recovery tool.

As well as strawberry lemonade is always

in stock.

I will be curious.

Will people like mix that with milk or

still like hot water and have it as

i always did it with hot water i

i do my i i never did it

with um i've never done it with like

uh what'd you do you do with milk

no i do the salt's calmer with hot

water because i like okay hot water it

basically tastes like uh just nice little

sweet hot warm drink i like it

particularly in the winter time when

you're a little cold and just like your

hot drink at night yeah for sure but

i could see the

I do the milk.

Yeah, I could see it being chocolate.

And you could have it cold.

Like if it's still warm and you want

to cool it.

So I did the salted caramel chocolate

milk, both hot and cold.

Okay.

I've not tried the chocolate.

I just got a bag.

And so I'll probably try it tonight.

I'll let you guys know.

KDL doesn't want the straight up

chocolate.

He wants the curved down chocolate.

That's not out yet.

It's opposite of straight up chocolate

that I said.

Okay.

And Tessa had a combo of Halo Top

and Rebel.

I don't know what Rebel is.

It's Halo Top in a different container

with a different name.

Okay.

Here's my thing with ice cream.

There are things that I'm willing to

compromise on.

Ice cream isn't one.

And I've just learned that if I just

allow myself one medium twist cone a week,

and sometimes I don't even get that,

but just one a week,

I just want the full-on thing.

I don't want the Halo Top version or

the low sugar, low carb.

I just want one good ice cream cone

a week.

That's it.

I don't mind the Halo Top,

but I don't eat ice cream very often

anyway.

I don't mind it,

but it's not like if I'm going to,

it's like non-alcoholic beer.

Yeah.

You know,

like if I'm going to have a beer,

I'm going to have a beer,

which I have not had one in a

very long time.

But if, if I'm going to, I don't,

if I'm going to have non-alcoholic

anything,

there are better tasting beverages than

the flavor of beer.

I'll just have the better tasting

beverage.

Are you a Ben and Jerry's guy, Scott?

I really wasn't.

I don't know if I've had Ben and

Jerry's more than five times in my life.

We have a couple of homemade ice cream

places here in town.

We have graders,

which is Oprah's favorite ice cream.

And she shared on her big things.

I like whatever show that she used to

do.

And then we have a place called Handles

out of Youngstown that makes homemade ice

cream.

But I prefer soft serve.

And soft serve ice cream places are dying.

It used to be there were tasty freezes

everywhere where you could just go up and

get a soft serve.

And Dairy Queen is not my favorite.

So that's the only like chain of that.

But we have a place that is in

the neighboring town, ten miles away.

that is where julie and i go to

the lake on a sunday with the dog

and then we go from the lake to

the tasty freeze in the neighboring town

and then we go home but julie's been

gone for the last two weekends so i

haven't even got ice cream in two weeks

does that mean you're still behind on your

shows so you can't watch anything without

her i can there's she let me watch

lanterns okay um

But that's it.

I watched one Reacher last night.

I watched one Ted Lasso last night.

And I watched one Lioness last night.

I watched both Lionesses last night.

So I need to catch up on all...

I'm still one episode behind on all of

them.

So, yeah, I...

yeah,

Julie and I watched those together and she

was, I mean,

she was in the middle of Pennsylvania.

She didn't have access to anything.

And, uh, so yeah,

KDL finished Richard season three last

night.

I thought I was behind.

Yeah.

This season is even crazier than every

other season and way more graphic.

Yeah.

The guy in the head and the prison

bars?

Yeah.

Yeah,

that made me almost want to throw up.

Oh, yeah.

So, yeah.

I don't want to give anything away.

So,

I watched movies the whole time Julie was

away.

If you have not seen In the Gray

with Jake Gyllenhaal and Henry Cavill,

stupendous movie.

If you like action,

It's great.

I didn't like Duffy.

Gosh, season three,

I don't even remember who Duffy was.

She was the woman cat or whatever.

Okay.

It's been a while.

She was like the, you know,

there's always one girl he gets involved

with.

It was her.

Season three?

Yeah.

Okay.

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

I got it now.

Got it.

I think this season of Reacher is the

best so far.

Loving it.

Shelly Young.

I'm loving it too.

I think it is probably the best season

because you don't know what's happening

next.

Yeah.

Like every time you think you've got it

pegged, it pivots.

I haven't watched a single episode of

whatever you guys are talking about.

You got to watch it.

It's good.

I like don't really watch many series

stuff at all.

Well,

it's only like eight episodes a season or

something like that.

So it doesn't take long to get through

them.

Prime.

Prime.

Prime.

So.

Yes.

For instance,

get involved with equals smashed.

Yeah.

There's always one every episode.

He picked the wrong one this year.

Because, well, I don't want to.

That's a spoiler.

Anyway, there's all that.

I saw that, Jamie,

you participated in the Hiller challenge.

The pop-up challenge.

What was that like?

It was fine.

Not the first time I've done it.

How long did that take you?

I have thirty-eight.

Are you basically just going the whole

time or your rest is maybe stopping the

rings?

Did you talk at all?

You're a talker.

No, I only talked like three times.

You rested during the talk.

I watched.

Whatever.

I watched you.

You are a notorious talker.

With one rep to go, you talked.

Did you see rep twenty-nine?

Yeah, it looked...

Twenty-nine looked like I didn't know if

you were going to get it or not.

Right, so I was like, well,

I'm not going to just jump up there

and do that again.

No,

I actually got the chocolate strips and

spent a year of not even touching

chocolate.

We have been friends for four years now,

almost.

Do you know how many times you stop

in chocolate on the last rep?

My insides flip.

You sent me a video.

I think it was not this year,

but last year of a workout.

I think it was a kettlebell one that

we had.

Oh, yeah.

The toast of ours.

And like you walked over to a bucket

and you were the slowest chocker.

And that was the first time I think

you sent me a video.

And I was like, Jamie,

you don't need to talk this much.

So I just assume now that you're just

always looking to talk.

She's a chocker.

I'm actually not.

But.

It's a good excuse for a rest break.

It totally depends on what I'm doing.

If it's just a workout with photo bar,

I don't really talk.

Mark Phillips says,

you always rip on the last rep smart

move.

I have ripped the last few times I've

done a lot, like, three muscle-ups,

I've ripped in the last five.

I mean,

I ripped at Fresh Coast right before the

game doing muscle-ups.

Like, lately, I've been tearing.

I'd have to tell this part of that

challenge.

Was it your breathing, your triceps,

your pull?

What was your limiting factor?

Press.

It wasn't her breathing.

No.

Like she never,

she kept pace other than the chalk.

Yeah.

I don't, I mean,

I could go a little faster.

I don't really know that I could go

much faster.

What was the waiting time?

Four forty.

Well, I don't know what the men got,

but I think Ariel got like four forty.

I do have to tell this one story

about Jamie because the first time we ever

met in person,

I went up to Michigan to film her

for a documentary of her.

Was it quarterfinals then?

I think so.

And in the middle of a workout,

she literally stopped and sat down on the

floor.

On the floor.

Like I thought she,

she had to give up.

I didn't even know what to film at

that point.

And then all of a sudden,

like she pops back up and keeps going.

I was like,

you just rest on the floor in the

middle of a workout.

I'm pretty sure like at NorCal.

I sit on the weights.

I think on my rogue qualifier,

after my deadlifts,

I just sat on the weights before the

front squat a little bit.

I'm like, middle of workout,

like Lucas Parker,

just sitting on the weights.

Throwback to Canadian.

Mark says that's some JY move there.

Yeah, it kind of is.

Yeah, he does it.

I'll have to think about that more often.

I haven't seen you do that maybe one

other time since.

Uh, no,

I did it in that at MFC in

that barbell workout.

I hated that workout.

It was like, I don't know.

I think it was back squat, front squat,

overhead squat mixed with,

it was the one that I beat Corey

on by like one rep.

Like I did one extra overhead squat.

Now every finish you flop to the ground.

Yeah.

That's like your signature move.

It's like a touchdown celebration for an

NFL player.

You just,

you go to the flop to the ground.

Did you do that workout in?

What was it?

I started crossing in.

Oh,

so you weren't at semi-final at regionals.

No, my first regional was like the,

it was, it was a two-part workout.

You had seven minutes.

You had to start at like,

there was like specific starting weights.

It was three,

a three rep over at squat and you

could only go up by five pounds.

So if you started at one twenty five,

you had to do you could, you know,

you had seven minutes.

So you do one twenty five, one thirty,

one thirty five till you till the time

ran out.

And at the nine minute mark,

you had to start the burpee,

the thirty burpee ring muscle ups.

Yeah, I start crossing after that,

but I know you're talking about because I

just watched Hiller's thing today.

Yeah, that was.

Yeah.

I mean,

I feel like that's kind of why he

threw it out there,

because he was having it.

this Heidi girl do it and he did

it so yeah and I Sam was Sam

Briggs was five nineteen back in twenty

thirteen I feel like I could get that

but that's that would just still been the

winning time on this pop-up contest oh she

did yeah okay well let's talk about the

Hiller video since you brought it up

Because I think that is exactly what's

been missing in this space.

And if people haven't seen it,

I'm going to...

If you've not seen this video,

it is this one.

Heidi Kunow,

I think is how she pronounced it.

It's called Next Generation Fit.

It's on the Hiller YouTube channel.

It is outstanding.

And it's outstanding because of this.

It is...

Looking at media from a proactive view as

opposed to a reactive view.

This is a young up-and-coming athlete that

Hiller went and filmed with for a day

or two.

I don't know what it was.

And had her do a, uh,

not a two thousand thirteen workout that

Jamie and Carolyn just talked about.

And her goals are to make the CrossFit

Games.

She finished in semifinals last year.

But this is why Drive to Survive and

Full Swing and all of those are successful

because it gets you to know the players

in the game before you watch the game.

When we're reacting to the people who win

and who are getting to the games already,

most of us already know who those people

are.

I've never seen this girl perform ever.

And now I want to watch her.

I want to see if she makes it.

It's a storyline that's been created

because someone was proactive with their

media.

And we tried to do that for years

with the semifinal interviews,

but I was so small at the time.

I agree.

And I actually think that's what made

things so much more exciting for me,

like was getting to know some of these

newbie athletes coming into semis,

watching them at semis,

seeing like what they're great at.

You know,

there's always like Hannah Black,

like no one really knew her.

We interviewed her, went and watched her,

and you watch her just blow something out

of the park, and you're like,

that's her dance.

It was, yeah.

Uh, Tessa says it was awesome.

Um, KDL,

it was what road to the game should

be.

And it's relatable to young athletes road

to the games used to be proactive.

You know,

there are people that were featured in

road road to the games that never made

the games.

And because of that, like,

I still remember who Tia Wright is,

even though she never made the games.

That's the first person that came to my

mind too.

I was just thinking in my head,

I'm like, there's a blonde girl.

I can't think of her name right now.

And you just said it.

Yep.

Right.

Because I,

after that interview and then she was on

the CrossFit podcast with her mom who

worked out,

like I know that story and I rooted

for her after that.

And even though she didn't make the games,

like I still know her today.

And that's,

what's been missing for ever in this

space.

And I'm so glad that Hiller took the

opportunity to take a gamble to do this

because a lot of times when you do

this and nobody knows the name,

nobody clicks the start button.

Is she in the Chicago area where he

lives or he went to... She's in Wisconsin.

That's why she likes Lydia Fish as well.

Correct.

This is where he went during WFP.

So...

My hope is she says she wants to

work out with Lydia.

I'm hoping that this is the connection and

that episode two of this story is the

two of them working out.

She did say it's kind of far from

Lydia.

You can take a weekend.

If this is your goal and you want

to be the best,

you'll take a weekend to go work out

with Lydia Fish.

Sure.

I mean, to be fair,

there might be athletes that are closer to

her.

true but if Lydia Fish is your hero

that's where you go and Hiller has a

connection with Lydia it just makes sense

in my head but I get what you're

saying the Bill Leahy thing was different

because Bill Leahy was massacred for not

following the rules ever in online

competition and got bashed by Hiller for

years and

until they met at crash crucible and they

talked it out live on video and that's

what turned that around and it was still

proactive in a way but it happened almost

accidentally this had more of a plan

behind it he was definitely already

semi-final level

Yeah, well,

he would kill online and then always

either not show up or get hurt at

semis.

And everybody was like, oh, he's just...

And then he would always get his videos

dinged for not following the rules.

Most of us didn't know Folo until Hiller

profiled her.

I knew Folo because she fell apart at

the end of semifinals and it was hard

to watch.

So hard to watch.

That was hard to watch.

But yeah,

I just wanted to point that out.

And if you,

just because you don't know who this

person is, it's still worth the watch.

And while this is a great step for

media,

we as consumers need to

Go like it.

Go share it.

Go do all those things so that more

of this happens in the space.

I mean, it's what, five, six hours in,

and it's got a lot of views.

Twenty-five thousand, maybe?

Yeah,

I've had it up for a little bit,

but it's twenty-two thousand seven hundred

right now.

So, yeah.

Hiller's been killing the videos really in

the last...

month or so like from the games like

some like amy cringle stuff that he had

like didn't have like a million views or

something oh that doesn't surprise me he

released that right right after the games

and then he went and then he didn't

release anything for a month so everyone's

like scrambling to watch couldn't have

been i mean this is best case scenario

for this heidi because people are have

been begging for him to come back so

they're

yeah it's good stuff so go check it

out uh carolyn did you know tim paulson

came from hockey too hockey players know

hockey i didn't like know him when i

was playing but i knew that he was

a hockey player he did say good things

about your hockey playing ability today on

savan oh he was awesome yeah they were

talking about like all the athletes that

had hockey backgrounds yeah

someone did i heard sauceman in the chat

bring up sam paul trombley um but what

it what i actually started was savannah

goes i think you're the only person that's

that played hockey and made it to the

games and then like tim was like what

about carolyn privo

and he goes she was way better hockey

player than i was and even played at

the pro level and so he it was

a nice shout out for you just just

to let you know yeah not him i

knew he played d one and then don't

know i don't think he played after that

he i think went all in on crossfit

yeah he he bought a box while he

was in college yeah

Basically the Canadians, yeah.

Yep.

I mean, not wrong.

Every time I hear like Canadians and

hockey,

all I can think of is the movie

Mystery Alaska,

where they skated to and from school and

to...

it's the easiest way to get around.

So you just got good on skates.

Um, what was, Oh,

I want to tell you.

So this is on the ketchup part.

Um,

so I started playing drums and you guys,

I told you guys that,

do you know what's a wild thing that

has come from it?

My step count has increased dramatically.

Um,

Because of the kick drum and the hands.

It's the hands and the feet hitting the

drum pedals.

My step count has gone way up.

What is it at now?

Is it saying your average went up this

week?

Yeah, it did.

My watch is like,

your activity has gone way up.

Blah, blah, blah.

That's cool.

And I'm having so much fun with it.

So much fun.

Are you learning through YouTube?

Yeah.

So the drum kit I got came with

three months free of Drumeo,

which is an online teaching software.

And it's been great.

I just have my iPad beside me,

and I put the video on,

and you play along.

And because it's an electronic drum kit,

I can Bluetooth to the iPad,

and the instructor and my drums are all

playing in my ears at the same time.

So I can hear him play me play

and his instruction.

And I know that like,

if I'm off beat,

I can hear it because I'm not playing

with him, which is,

has been a great teaching tool.

And I'm already doing fills around the

whole drum kit.

You decide to practice before your wife

came back home so that all of the

random noises were basically

done with so when my wife wasn't home

i i plugged my guitar amp into it

so i could hear it out loud and

like really crash it and do things now

they warned you shouldn't do that because

the bass drum is so deep and it

can blow the speaker out of a guitar

amp oh so i probably won't do that

too many times but it was cool to

kind of hear it all out

Um, did you, Scott,

did you watch the Travis Barker doc?

I did.

I watched it this weekend.

One of the best documentaries I've ever

seen.

What that dude went through.

If you don't know,

he was the drummer for blink one,

a two.

He was in a plane crash.

He,

sixty-five percent of his body was burned.

He lost all of his friends.

and somehow survived and is killing it on

the other side of that accident.

It's a really cool, cool watch.

But the crazy thing is the human body.

He was taking so many painkillers before

that because he had anxiety about flying

and a bunch of other stuff that they

had to dope him so much in the

hospital that he hated it.

And he went cold turkey after and has

not touched drugs after.

It's, it's a great, great,

great documentary.

But the problem,

the only bad part is you sing blink

one, eight, two for the next three days.

I like one, eight, two growing up.

That was one of,

I think that was maybe my second answer

to everyone.

Yeah.

Yeah,

and the members of Blink-A-Metal are in it

as well.

And every famous drummer is in the

documentary.

And they even talk about Blink-A-Metal

breaking up and them getting back together

and other things that the band went

through.

So yeah, it's really good.

I think Tessa is the one that recommended

it to me.

And I thank you so much for the

recommendation.

It was well worth it.

right let's get into the real stuff um

carolyn is now officially officially

official going to rogue it was announced

by rogue that her video submission was

accepted

And there she is listed on the female

qualifiers, Carolyn Prevost,

along with Emma Tall and Jennifer Muir.

Jen's from Scotland, right?

She is either UK or somewhere in that

area.

Yeah,

because she wrote in her story that this

is the biggest accomplishment of her

career, so over the games.

So I feel like she's – I didn't

look if she's from Scotland,

but that's got to be really cool if

she gets to compete there with her home

crowd and stuff.

And then on the men's side,

Fabian Hermans, Nate Ackerman,

Chris Ibarra, and Bailey Martin.

Big, big win for Nate Ackerman.

I mean, and Ibarra.

And Ibarra.

That's awesome.

Because both of them missed the games this

year, correct?

Yeah.

Yeah.

But Ibarra has been to events.

Like this is the first big,

big event Nate has qualified for,

which is huge for him.

Was Fabian there last year?

I don't know.

He smashed the qualifier.

He did.

He did.

I saw some comments about that Rogue has

set the precedence that you better be on

your P's and Q's when it comes to

video submission.

And because of that,

they had less penalties this year than in

years past because everybody knows we have

to do it right or we're going to

get dinged.

Yeah, I think for like a few years,

people would be like, oh yeah, I forgot.

I forgot.

You know, by this time now,

it's been like five years that they've

done basically, well, since it's,

that they've done the qualifier.

So if you don't know the way your

weights are to really read the rules and

that's on you and to meet all standards,

like they,

they are sticklers for all of that.

Yeah.

Kind of like if you miss a rep

in a round, your workout is done there.

It doesn't matter if you got back to

like that.

number after like you miss the rep that's

it they stop counting go to the next

video so should crossfit take a cue from

this and say look look what happens when

we set a precedence and this can be

what happens or is it is rogue just

smaller and easier to do that with

I don't think CrossFit has the bandwidth

to do that.

And look at how few people signed up

for Rogue Qualifier because probably of,

you know,

the weighing of all the equipment.

And I mean,

it could just be because there's not that

many places.

So if they didn't feel the workouts were

good,

but I think you need almost like an

in-between.

Yeah, yeah.

I wish there was some way to figure

it out,

but I've harped on this for years.

I don't think it's going anywhere anytime

soon.

ROGA does have a smaller team,

but they're not getting the thousands or

hundreds of thousands of signups for their

competitions.

They may, in a good year,

get a hundred qualifiers that do it.

Yeah.

Cause last year they only took one spot.

Yeah.

Like,

and that probably deterred a lot of people

cause they didn't announce how many they

were taking this year.

So the qualifier was already underway.

Yeah.

Well that I had seen it in a

comment.

Someone had asked like,

how many spots this year?

Then they wrote three.

So then I saw it and I was

like, okay, three.

So once I saw the workouts,

I was like, okay,

I think I can give these a go,

see what happens.

And I was on the good end of

the tree.

Did you see they put up the current

payout for athletes?

I did not see that.

So I think the lowest you can make

at Rogue is like fifty eight hundred,

something like that.

where the top end is well over a

hundred grand.

And it's, it doesn't,

it doesn't come off a cliff like the

games.

Yeah.

It's more of an incremental.

Like the first place is just a little

bit under the games,

but the second place is above second place

of the games.

So I don't get when people are like,

Oh, I'm not peaked, whatever this comp,

like bullshit.

Like you need to peak the road.

Like you can win more money there than

you will at the games.

which I don't, you know,

but I think that's a lot of talk

that people do often.

I'm trying to find it real quick while

you guys are talking.

But yeah,

so that's great opportunity for money for

the top end people.

Anyways, to try to get that big,

large cash money.

Plus the trip is paid for too.

They pay six nights hotel and then they

give a travel stipend for your flight in

the past.

Um,

North Americans had a certain amount and

then Europeans, international,

not just Europeans,

international had a little bit more

because they were coming to the States.

I don't know now because I haven't

competed at Rogue in Europe.

I'm assuming North American would have a

little bit more travel stipend than other

places.

What more can you ask for when the

trip is paid for and you don't have

to

think about all that and then you just

get to compete.

So I cannot find where I saw it

now.

Oh, well.

It looked like it was pretty good.

They always pay out well and they do

the travel and when you have no expense

to get there and you get well not

no expense but a stipend to get there

and a great payout.

That's pretty awesome.

no-brainer yeah in the slide to fill out

like a registry not registration like some

sort of like form and that's where my

measurement from my belly button to my

knee so I already know what that's for

another no a tilt my kilt can't wait

hopefully I measured correctly sorry I'm

looking something up

they always have such cool unique like

little giveaways like every single year

like they had the baseball jerseys they

had the guitar they've had the i think

they did golf sets maybe last year golf

club or something yeah i'll be anxious to

know what the what the toy is this

year yeah and like i don't know if

If the kilt is just for if you

haven't been there before.

That is what it is.

Yeah,

because the athletes that already have it,

I think they just maybe call up to

bring it or...

That is what I was told last year.

If you already had your kilt,

you were just told to bring it.

And then if you didn't have one,

they make one for you for that year.

Because it's like a special thread based

on an ancestry,

all kinds of stuff like that.

So...

Yeah.

That's awesome.

Uh,

Tessa wants to know what Katie's like at

rogue.

She's nice.

I mean, yeah, she was often, you know,

pen and paper when I'm there taking out,

taking down my splits.

Every,

every interaction I've had with Katie is

completely friendly, but all business,

all business and cares a lot,

a lot about the experience for the

athletes.

Um,

yeah that's like their big thing is they

want the athletes to be showcased they

want their equipment obviously to be

showcased but cares a lot about the

competition um in general wants to get it

right like every aspect of it and yeah

hard working always on the floor super

busy all the time the only time she

has not very personal too the only time

she hasn't been all business with me is

when she dogs me about penn state because

she loves ohio state

I get the text from her whenever Ohio's

playing Wisconsin for hockey or something.

I get her back sometimes though, too.

So yeah,

that's the only she loves her Ohio State

Buckeyes.

Like her name is in the rafters.

She is a commentator for the women's

basketball team.

I think that's her like her stress relief

from the rogue business.

uh does she bs with the athletes um

i wouldn't say anything she does is bs

with people she when she is there at

an event it is literally about everything

in the setup of that event she'll be

cordial cordial but not like just stop and

bs wouldn't you say that's a lot like

what dave is like she's more cordial than

dave like dave is very friendly

It's different.

I don't know how to describe it.

I mean,

I think he cares deeply about how that

plays out on the floor,

and that's what he's doing.

He's out there on the floor watching every

piece move, just like Katie would.

Yeah,

they might see it from two different ways.

She would have a different role at the

games than she will for the Rogue

Invitational, so...

because she plays a part in the

programming for Rogue alongside... I mean,

if it hasn't changed, then, you know,

Spieler, Josh, her,

I think have done the last few years.

Many years ago, Mayhem also programmed.

I think they went back to their little

group.

I'm assuming it's them again, but yeah,

I mean, she carries out the work.

Because they put so much on the line

money-wise,

Like they don't,

they're not claiming to be the fittest

competition at all.

They have their own, uh, style,

but they still want it to be a

good fitness competition because of the

amount of money that's online.

Um,

so they don't want to completely wreck the

athletes and,

or like make it so skewed to a

certain way.

Does Bill walk around too or is he

behind the scenes?

If you can find Bill talking at all,

you have seen a rare animal.

The only time I've ever seen Bill talk

is my best friend did a commercial with

Rogue because at the time he was a

crane operator and they were doing like...

how you know the the laborers and all

of that are also rogue ath or like

workout in gyms and stuff so they filmed

him on the job and then filmed him

in a thing and every time i'm with

him and bill is around he goes there's

my guy and he'll run over and like

hug my best friend and then he goes

off and does this thing again

Bill is a lot more involved in the

strongman side of things at Rogue.

So he, I don't know,

I think he programs alongside,

there's just one guy, like pitchers idea.

I think he's an ex-strongman guy.

Martin or, no, no.

Someone,

but he's very involved in the strongman

side and Katie takes care more of the

CrossFit side of things.

So I don't see Bill as much,

but he's always busy and working hard.

Magnus von Magnusson.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah, he's always at Rogue with him.

Jerry, that's who I had in mind, Jerry.

Oh, Jerry, okay.

Yeah, Perry's always there, too.

Yeah, Magnus is the head judge, generally.

Jerry's on the broadcast.

Have they announced the events this year

so far for the Strongman?

No, I haven't seen them.

Okay.

I wonder if the Strongman...

know because i'm assuming they would know

already right now what advanced events

they're planning for the strongmen know

well in advance well they usually have one

big apparatus of some sort that's either

new or so yeah i'd like to know

what those are to see if there's any

workouts that i can see if there's any

you know themes

that could get moved to the CrossFit side.

One piece of sad news I did want

to share with you guys tonight is a

Masters athlete who was a nine-time

Masters athlete at the Games passed away

from cancer.

She was fighting a long battle.

Her name is Linda Neustam.

I got to go to my notes.

Linda Elston.

Linda Elston.

That's a picture of her.

um she is friends with uh our shanna

bunce who is in the comments uh shanna

let me know that uh she fought and

fought and fought and lost the battle

today and wanted to make sure that people

knew she's a nine-time games athlete she

loved the sport she loved crossfit and uh

fought the courageous battle but gave into

it today so

Thoughts and prayers to her family and

everything there.

Was she in the same division?

Yeah,

her last game's appearance was in the

fifty-five to fifty-nine,

and I think Shanna was in that division

at that point.

Her last game's appearance was

twenty-three, I believe.

Yeah.

Nine years.

Last good year.

That's a lot of years.

So now let's talk about the Service Cup.

On the show,

we actually have the last year's champion

of the CrossFit Service Cup.

Can I just say,

Carolyn Prevost had a hell of a year.

The last three hundred sixty five days

have been pretty awesome for Carolyn

Prevost.

Service Cup winner, Masters Games winner,

Rogue qualifier, WFP participant,

going to the finals of WFP.

Damn.

It's been busy.

I'm looking at the days off I'm going

to have to take of work,

and I'm like, ugh.

Let's see.

Today was my first day back at school.

Students came back today.

That's fun.

So Service Cup,

the online version of the competition

starts in like on September fourteenth,

goes to the twenty first.

There are divisions for everyone.

There is a division now for first

responder supporter.

So if you just want to be a

supporter,

you can do the workouts as well.

It doesn't mean that you get to go

to mayhem at the end of the year

to compete.

Um, cause that is reserved for teachers,

uh, military, uh, fire.

Yeah.

Police medical fire medicals in there too.

Yeah.

So it's police, fire, medical teachers,

uh,

and military yeah um yeah so the there's

four workouts this one looks yeah it

reminds me of the open workout point one

yeah but it was like

Okay, fifty box jump overs,

med ball step overs,

lateral burpee box jump overs to finish.

Like that fifty to finish is rough.

Yes.

So all of these, and like this one,

if you notice,

the women are going to a ten foot

target here.

Same as the men.

So these workouts,

you have to do it as prescribed.

I'm going to program it for the affiliate

that I train at across the Coliseum.

but we'll give them scaled versions of

these.

They just can't sign up unless they do.

That's a lot of wall ball shot.

Yes, it is.

So I wanted,

when I saw this at first,

the Fifty Medicine Ball box stepovers,

we talked about at the games running with

the med ball.

Is that different than box overs with a

med ball?

I mean,

I held mine like this in the open.

Some people held it here or here.

So it's definitely way different than

running for sure.

It's much easier.

I would say because in the run,

you almost have to go like this so

that you can use your other arm,

which then puts you here.

You don't have to put it here on

the box step overs, I guess.

Um, but yeah, this one just screams yucky.

Joey Perez,

looking forward to this one the least.

Mark,

I had zero fun with med ball stepovers.

If I remember correctly,

Mark Phillips is not a tall athlete.

So then we go to workout two.

It's as many reps as possible in eight

minutes of, fifty foot back rack lunge,

twenty-five pull-ups,

fifty foot front rack lunge,

twenty-five chest to bar pull-ups,

fifty foot overhead lunge,

max bar muscle-ups.

I think they missed on this one.

I think a lot of affiliates,

and I want to program it for my

affiliate,

a lot of affiliates cannot do a barbell.

Overhead walking lunge,

front rack walking lunge with multiple

people doing the workout.

Like spacing wise,

this is not smart to put in an

online competition.

We did it in twenty sixteen,

twenty sixteen point one.

I think it was with like burpees,

chest to bars and stuff like that.

I think this is like annoying to do

with a class.

sure it's it's definitely not every gym is

like mayhem that can have all this space

to do front rack and stuff like i

don't a lot of times we have to

just do you know for fifty foot let's

say sixteen on the spot yeah that's what

we'll do i mean

If I was going to program this in

class,

I would just have them use dumbbells.

I would just do farmer.

Yeah,

I wish they didn't do a barbell here.

I wish they just did.

It doesn't need to be the exact same,

though.

Like, this is fine.

If you want to make this, do it.

If you want to program it for class,

you just use dumbbells.

I think it's fine.

No,

I just think it's annoying because people

want to still do the RX version.

You know how it is.

Yep.

Um, so you do dumbbells.

Now that's grippy.

Like that's not grippy with,

with chest to bars and bar.

You can relax your grip in this way

or here.

Like you can open your hand up.

Um, those change that.

Like I'll just probably write in a notes.

Like if space doesn't allow, you know,

do a on the spot.

Yeah.

You know,

but the workout progresses in gymnastics.

um progresses i think in difficulty of the

lunge you know back rack being the easiest

one front rack second and then overhead

third one so fun workout to do i

just think it's difficult to include in a

lot of affiliates especially yeah yeah

that's all same uh peter benoit that will

be an outside wad garage not big enough

And Joey Perez says the push-up or pull-up

chest-to-bar bar muscle-up progression is

getting stale.

There are only so many movements, though,

you can do in an online competition that

can be judged.

Like, you are kind of restricted.

We have to remember that.

Workouts three A and three B.

On a fifteen minute clock, four time,

ten shuttle runs, fifteen clean and jerks,

ten shuttle runs, twelve clean and jerks,

ten shuttle runs, nine clean and jerks,

ten shuttle runs, nine clean and jerks.

One shuttle run is twenty-five feet down

and twenty-five feet back.

So it's fifteen, twelve, nine,

nine on the clean and jerks.

And then at the fifteen minute mark,

complete workout three B in three minutes,

establish a one rep max clean jerk.

Three minutes.

Fast.

Is it one thirty five ninety five?

One thirty five ninety five for the

workout.

Wow.

I'm hoping I haven't looked at all the

standards yet.

I'm hoping you can like load up.

Second bar already read.

Ready?

either a second bar or start warming up

your lift before the minute mark.

If you're already, let's say,

I don't even know how long that's going

to take, but let's say that takes,

you know,

a certain amount of time and I have

plenty of time.

I can already begin.

And then after three minutes,

here comes my bigger lifts.

Um,

Like,

I hope that you don't have to wait

with the bar at ninety five pounds for

the three minutes because that's going to

be like a huge jump and not fun

to do.

Yeah,

you should be able to touch the bar

before that fifteen minute mark,

just not no lift counts or something.

Yeah,

which I'll assume that that's the case and

that you can start warming up your clean

and jerk because I mean,

that first part won't take fifteen minutes

for

a lot of people.

They will for some people.

And then finally, workout four for time,

a hundred double-unders,

Carolyn's favorite,

fifty alternating dumbbell snatches,

one hundred double-unders.

Quick one.

Thirty-five, fifty.

That is a quick one.

No room for error.

Nope.

Now, so Carolyn,

so we all know that double-unders is your

Achilles heel.

and but when it's an online competition

and you can repeat does that take some

of the pressure off of it no not

really um this volume should be okay for

me um it's when i start getting in

that above three hundred a lot under a

lot of shoulder fatigue that's when my

technique deteriorates and just my bad

habits start coming back

But this one I think should be okay.

So once you're done these four workouts,

so if people don't know, um,

you have this like overall leaderboard for

each of your services.

And then the winner of each of the

divisions that are moving on gets to

choose a partner from their respective

division.

And the finals is actually a partner

competition,

not an individual competition.

And.

you and your partner are trying to win,

let's say for the educators or military or

whatnot.

And you can pick anyone that has done

the service cup.

Now,

I don't know if you have to have

done the open to sign up for the

service cup.

Do you know if you have to do

the open or you can just sign up

for the service cup?

I've never seen any requirement for this

because it's outside the season.

So I would assume no.

Yeah, because I mean,

I guess people could have started CrossFit

right now and not have done the open

or injured during the season and now

they're fine.

Yeah, so I'm assuming Yeah,

so anyone that wants to sign up then

for it.

And then finals takes place at CrossFit

Mayhem.

And last year, it was super fun.

They treated us

amazing it was one of my favorite comps

of the year that i did we got

like jerseys yeti backpacks they had prize

money even for the podium um they had

snacks for us really really well organized

by mayhem which i wouldn't expect any less

because they're very very professional

super fun so if you are in the

service division take on those workouts

sign up and try to take down the

educators

Are you going to do another comp?

Are you going to add that one again?

I'm doing it next week.

Wow.

I don't know if I were to qualify

if I go to the finals yet.

I don't know.

I haven't decided.

I have decided that I won't do Crash

though.

That's a lot.

Too much in my first semester of teaching

my poor students would be not happy with

that.

So good luck to Carolyn on that next

week, and we'll check on her.

For what?

Just do them for you?

No, you can do it as a supporter.

No, no.

Oh, yeah, yeah.

There's like CrossFit coaches are a

division.

You don't move on to the finals,

but you can see where you stack up

with the CrossFit coaches.

I don't have my own one.

Why do you need your own one?

I don't know if that's a requirement.

I think just like fitness professional.

I think I'm trying to think it's not

even I don't even think it has to

be a CrossFit coach.

It's like Oh, remember all the divisions.

Well, while Carolyn's looking that up,

I'll move on to the next news item,

which is always Jamie's favorite topic to

talk about.

We had our first positive test from the

CrossFit Games.

Wayne O'Hara failed drug test after podium

finish at the CrossFit Games.

Second place?

He was second place at this year's

CrossFit Games.

Last year he was eighteenth.

Now they're making a big deal of him

moving from eighteenth to second,

but he was in a different division last

year.

Yeah.

And aged up to this division.

So there are some reasonings behind why

that jump may happen.

And again, I said this is afternoon.

I'm not making excuses for the guy.

He popped.

He tested positive.

He did the juice.

But sixty-five years old,

look at those arms.

Dang.

A lot of them look like that.

I feel like that's sort of the problem.

Yeah, I mean,

they only test the top three this year,

I think.

Yeah, I was surprised because it's been...

Top five?

Yeah.

Yeah, it's been five in the fifth plate.

So this is Jim's age bracket.

And when Jim was third,

the fifth place man popped that same age

bracket.

But I feel like this age bracket is

kind of notorious for it.

And I feel like you need to test

more than just the top three.

Someone brought up on the lunch show today

that if you fail a drug test,

you should have to pay for it.

because you know everybody talks about

that it's expensive and we can't test more

well that's a way to recoup the funds

sign an agreement that if you're tested

and you test positive you have to pay

for the test it adds just one more

thing that as a deterrent

To not want to test positive?

If you're going to have to pay a

couple thousand for the test?

I just don't think you're getting that

money back from that person after they get

a four-year ban.

If it's a contract, though.

Pay first and you get refunded if you

don't stop.

Here's the thing that's crazy to me.

It ain't like the money in sixty five

to sixty nine is so good that it's

worth like I'm sure these drugs aren't

cheap.

Like his investment in in making the

podium is way more than he'll ever recoup

as an athlete.

And but I mean,

I feel like at that age,

some of them are not even taking it

in terms of their performance.

It could just be for their health.

at that point and like they're signing up

for crossfit because they like crossfit

and it sucks because that's that's what's

going on you know for a lot of

them like it doesn't even need to be

about the money it just could be that

their body is not what it was when

i was younger what did he pop for

was it for testosterone

Yeah,

I don't think the article actually said

it, that the spin put out today,

because I think he got it from a

source and not the official drop from

CrossFit.

Joey Perez,

I don't care if people get TRT or

whatever,

if they feel like it improves in their

life,

but why sign up for a competition knowing

damn well you're going to pop?

I can't understand.

I agree.

If you're not competing,

do all the drugs you want.

I don't care.

Feel like a million bucks.

Look great on the beach.

That's all you.

But the minute you sign up for a

competition,

there are rules and you have to follow

the rules.

Exactly.

Yes, that's what I think too.

Do what you need to do for your

health or whatever,

but this is a drug-free competition and

you have rules.

We think this is the first of many?

I don't know.

seems awful late to me because the games

are the games are ended july it's usually

like two to three months is when we

get the reports like we're only five what

five weeks i i would say we don't

usually see them till like six weeks so

i we might get some more in the

next week or two

Doesn't testosterone have to be pretty

high to pop?

I believe so.

I feel like he probably could have just

been using a little bit to be baseline,

and clearly he was blasting it.

Yeah.

I think your T count has to be

over like nine hundred to pop.

They can't distinguish, I don't think,

between natural testosterone and

No.

Is it called synthetic testosterone?

Is that what it's called?

Not with the tests they're using.

Because it would be very cost prohibitive

to get anything.

And I am just trying to repeat what

I remember from what Hiller said.

Yeah.

I don't, please don't come at me.

I am not a steroids expert.

I am not a medical professional.

I don't know any,

I'm just trying to repeat what Hiller said

in a video one time where I think

that you, there are tests that can,

but they would be very cost prohibitive in

a,

in this niche sport environment that we're

in.

Well,

you better get Wayne on and ask him

how much he was taking.

Yeah.

I have had people on who have popped

before.

Yeah, you have.

And they talk about that you can use

up to so much TRT,

and I am sure there are guys trying

to ride that line.

Yeah,

that's what I feel like is probably

happening.

And they're trying to get right under the

line, and some are miscalculating.

Because you can inject it,

and you don't know what it's going to

read in your body.

I don't...

Again, I am not an expert on it.

I'm just assuming.

Because, I mean,

I know people have taken TRT and the

doctors get a reading to see how effective

it was, right?

They don't know that, hey,

we inject you with this and your

testosterone is going to be here.

So I think people are gambling and trying

to ride the line and some are

miscalculating that.

Tessa said,

I'm just baffled at the lack of character

if they are doing this.

I think the problem is,

especially in the eighth bracket,

they just tell themselves that they're all

doing it.

Like what you're saying, Scott,

I think they all tell themselves,

we're all on TRT.

We're just trying, like, yeah,

I think that's the problem.

Like the first,

like they're telling themselves that

that's, yes,

that's the only way that they can compete

is if they match up to everyone else

that they're competing against.

If you watch the Lance Armstrong

documentary, that's what he told himself.

He told himself the only way I win

the tour de France is to do the

thing that they're doing.

Right.

So,

you've heard someone say that phrase,

you know, that, you know,

guys are thinking that.

Oh, for sure.

And, and women are thinking that.

I mean,

you see it like everyone says everywhere,

especially about the masters.

They're like,

all of those people are on here.

So the athletes are going to start

thinking everyone's on here.

The expert has spoken.

They run a T slash E ratio test

and,

I think that's testosterone to estrogen.

I'm guessing ratio test.

If the ratio is off,

they run a secondary,

more expensive test to confirm.

To me, like when I was here,

people like how often they do like blood

work.

Like to me,

that's always like a red flag.

I'm like, yeah.

How about like, you know,

even like young people,

like young males that are just testing

like blood work all the time.

I'm like, Hmm.

Do you really need that?

Why are you doing all this blood test

of your stuff?

Mark Phillips, E equals epitestosterone.

See, that's how little I know.

I thought it was going to be like

exhaustion.

Yeah, that's the word.

Yeah.

About the blood work thing,

like when I was with Wild Health,

we did blood work all the time for

health stuff.

I guess you're taking stuff from them.

Yeah, it's obvious.

It's obvious.

I'm on all the juice.

Whenever people are like, oh,

I'm testing my blood work to see if

I can get range, I'm like, yeah,

I'm sure you are testing that range.

Like,

it's just not something that's in my head.

That's fair.

Whether it's true or not, I don't know.

But people are testing their blood all the

time.

I'm like, you have...

reason to do that um the last thing

i have is as i've been ranting about

this all week the missed opportunities for

crossfit in with if you guys didn't see

it uh patrick gosh now i can't his

name is a scheme no oh patrick wilson

who stars in the show cape fear does

crossfit

he actually brought CrossFit into the

show.

His character to do a release does

CrossFit and they showed him doing cleans.

And he was on an interview talking about

why he picked cleans because all the

reshoots and all the stuff and his form

was impeccable.

Like,

which is very rare in celebrity scene,

right?

Right.

He went to DC High Rocks this week.

CrossFit has done nothing to share the

interview,

done nothing to promote that he said this

stuff.

None of that stuff.

Goes to DC High Rocks this weekend.

And before the weekend is over,

High Rocks has a compilation reel of his

workout out to promote that he was there

doing it.

We know about the Tom Holland workout that

used to be called Cindy.

Or the Spider-Man workout.

We know that Will Plummer has been

training Chip Ganassi's racing team with

CrossFit for a couple years.

And they're just now doing a story about

it two years after the fact.

And then I got sent another thing by

a prominent...

affiliate owner and coach in the space of

a football player talking about how he

uses CrossFit to stay in shape for the

long grueling season.

And it's not Tyson Bajent.

And none of this has been promoted by

CrossFit.

And I know Hiller's saying they reached

out to Tom Holland.

I did see that in Dave's Weekend Review,

that they have made attempts.

But that is just one case.

And they couldn't share a clip of a

public interview that he did and give

credit to whoever did the interview.

Doesn't that happen all the time?

So they like CrossFit Games Instagram

never reposted that little clip from him

at the tennis.

I think it was a tennis conference saying

that he did Cindy for training.

Like CrossFit Games didn't even use that

because like they could have used that and

then posted some of the athletes like

doing Cindy over the years.

It's like, hey,

if you want to do this workout,

this is what it is or this background

of it.

You could take a compilation of people

going, hey, I did the Spider-Man workout.

I did the Spider-Man workout.

And it comes on and goes,

we call it Cindy.

Boom.

And it was derived from the CrossFit,

blah, blah, blah, as a girl workout.

There are ways you could use the stuff

that's out there without contacting that

individual.

It took them a year plus to share

one of Zlatan's

I don't know how to pronounce his name.

Soccer player, like most,

most followers of anybody in the world in

soccer.

And he does CrossFit.

It took him over a year to share

one of his posts.

What the hell is taking so long?

Why are you not?

Because you want to reach people outside

of our algorithm, right?

And these are people that are like,

The guy that did the High Rocks,

Patrick Wilson,

has eight hundred thousand followers on

Instagram.

Those are eight thousand people that

probably aren't currently doing CrossFit.

Tom Holland has millions of followers.

tag him in something maybe you get lucky

and he contributes patrick wilson did that

with high rocks they posted it he they

asked him to collaborate and he did like

i think right now crossfit should lead

into the high rocks that's getting really

popular and be like look at all of

our athletes doing well in high rocks

these are how are they training for their

high rocks crossfit you know like and just

like using but that like

I understand it's a great promotion,

but it doesn't go outside the algorithm of

fitness.

Like if you're trying to attract new

people.

But I think they need to reach outside

of the fitness algorithm with these

celebrities, with these football players,

with these anybody who's using it to stay

in shape in their season.

share a video share and maybe they

collaborate and maybe you reach eight

hundred thousand people you never did

before a lot of like celebrities will have

their personal trainers train out of

crossfit gyms like if you look at the

background you're like that's a crossfit

gym yeah probably might not have the name

crossfit because they don't pay the

affiliation fee but you're like yeah

there's the rings there's there's the wall

ball targets behind them um yeah

Jeremy says, what do you think it is?

I joke small team,

but what do you think makes this continue

to happen?

I believe that it's micromanagement.

I believe that the leaders of CrossFit

want to approve everything.

So it has to go through eighteen circles

of approval to be released.

And everybody wants to have their say as

to what it should look like.

Well, then it's not a small enough team,

in my opinion.

I mean...

There's just too many heads of department.

That's a problem.

Right.

It's too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

Yeah.

Is the old saying, right?

A lot of people who want to show

that they're important enough and have to

have a say in it and not enough

people doing the job.

And I think that is all it.

I think while Jenna had great ideas,

she had to get approval from everybody to

be able to release it.

Like Tyson Bajent getting up to the podium

and talking about if he doesn't succeed in

football,

he wants to be a CrossFit coach and

get jacked as hell, right?

It took CrossFit four months to react to

that.

When everybody in the space that does any

kind of media at all was sharing that

post,

even just diehard CrossFitters were like,

this is cool.

It's,

it has got to be the most aggravating

thing to me right now because there are

so many people sharing that they're using

CrossFit and we're not telling a soul.

And the thing about Patrick Wilson is

watch the high rocks video.

His wall ball depth is, is awesome.

Like he actually has great technique.

He is meeting all the standards.

Tom Holland doing twenty seven rounds of

Sydney.

Not sure about that.

Love to see that.

Yeah.

But he regardless, he's using it.

I'm just,

this is like my new cross to bear

in the CrossFit space.

Because they have to do this.

If they want to succeed at all,

they have to.

And if they don't,

then they don't ever want to be more

than what they are.

Yeah.

What are they currently working on in

terms of story?

Wasn't there like one or two stories that

they're like,

it's gonna come or something you know like

in a YouTube video they like posted like

little maybe Todd Weiss like one or two

stories but it just takes them so long

to like post the story like they're like

oh stay tuned for like more of the

video and I think that they just need

to just release it

It doesn't take a full production team to

make a story.

I find that reels that we post from

competitions and stuff like that,

the less manipulated and the less

additions you make to it and the less

editing, the better they do.

Because people know it's real.

With this world of AI,

the more glitzy and glossy and everything

it looks,

the more people speculate that it's not

real.

So the fact that you have to have

a full production team out to do any

kind of story.

And like we said,

at the top of the show,

everything is reactive.

Everything is so after the fact that its

impact is lost.

They put out that Tyson documentary,

that short eight minute documentary four

months after the thing happened and it

lost its, it lost its punch.

Life moves way too fast these days to

sit around and wait.

Because people are moving on to the next

big thing.

Spider-Man was the biggest movie in the

world three weeks ago.

In another week,

it'll be out on video and nobody will

even be talking about it.

My production team deep.

I know.

I know.

And again,

we showed the video that Hiller did.

Not the video,

but we showed that he did it.

Not trying to steal your views, Hiller.

Go check it out.

It's what CrossFit should be doing.

Create the storylines.

Don't sit back and wait for them to

happen.

are so many stories out there of people

trying to make it people didn't watch

rocky because he'd already won steal them

please all right guys i'm whooped this is

my third show of the day

Jeremy, can I just say Michigan State?

It hurts my heart that you even had

to ask that question.

I love when Michigan State football is

playing and I get to send Jamie texts.

How pissed were you with Michigan's win?

Missing second.

It's interesting.

I'm to the point where college football,

I am so over it.

Michigan gets away with everything.

It is what it is.

The whole state of college football,

which we talked about a lot on Yay

Sports tonight, if you didn't catch it,

go back.

The whole NIL,

the whole everything goes to court,

the whole Michigan cheats again,

all of that stuff.

It's just, I'm over it.

NFL starts tomorrow night.

I am full on NFL.

Go Bears.

Packers suck.

There it is, Jeremy.

All right, guys.

I hope you have a great rest of

your night.

We'll be back tomorrow with lunch with the

Clydesdale and the Cowboy.

And then hopefully we'll be back Sunday

night as normal this week because these

Tuesday nights are killing me.

Back to our regularly scheduled

programming.

with that.

I hope you guys have a great night.

See you all soon.

Don't forget to like,

and subscribe people.
