Is America in a defacto state of civil war? Is civil war the only way through this mess? Today I turn on the mic and share my feelings on the subject.
The American media is no longer neutral, instead, they use their megaphone to influence American power. The ideals of America have been hijacked by people who otherwise dislike or hate American Ideology. The left presents a 'my way or the highway' argument and for decades conservatives have been letting them be—choose to ignore the ignorance. We’ve reached the tipping point and must change our very nature to fight against the liberty stripping ideals. This Podcast is meant as a tool for common sense conservatives to arm themselves against the onslaught of negativity.
Ed Bejarana: Warning. This
episode is not going to be my
usual happy go lucky find a
solution episode. No. Today, I'm
sharing my feelings about the
political news and where I fear
America stands with relationship
to civil war. Welcome to the
conservatives guide to American
politics. My name is Ed
Bejarana. And I am an otherwise
happy go lucky conservative who
enjoys life in North Idaho with
his wife and two golden
retrievers. For all intents and
purposes, I keep to myself and
think your folks should live and
let live, you know, do unto
others as you would have them do
unto you. But I am frustrated
watching the news. All I really
tune in to see is the weather
and maybe some local interest
stories. But most of what they
show me is their political bias
and socialistic tendencies, the
American media is no longer
neutral. Instead, they use their
megaphone to influence political
power. The ideals of America
have been hijacked by people who
otherwise dislike or hate
American ideology. I started
this podcast as my way to fight
back from my little slice of
America. Call it a rallying cry
for other common sense
conservatives to arm themselves
against the onslaught of
negativity. It is time the
America hating progressives hear
from the silent majority. It is
time for conservatives to stand
up and be heard. Welcome to
conservatives guide to American
politics. This has been a rough
few months, I'm sitting here
recording today's episode. With
just a couple of notes. It's
very unlike me, I usually script
everything out because I feel
you deserve a well researched
work of information. But
sometimes I think we need to
speak from the heart. I think
the the notes, the footnotes,
the back notes. I think those
need to take a sidestep, I think
those need to take take a
backseat to feelings. I mean,
you look at what the left has
been doing for the last 40
years. They've just been feeling
their way around. But they've
been using a very disciplined
approach in their communication
methods. It used to be not many
of you are probably old enough
to remember but the Oakland
Hills fire was a major news
event. When the fire in
California was blazing away and
million dollar homes in the
hills of Oakland were being
burned to the ground. Every
single news outlet in America
cut in and for 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. That's all
you saw was the Oakland Hills
fire. And there's been episodes
like that throughout the last 40
years where something major
happens. And the news cuts in
now, I'm going to point to just
10 years ago, the last time that
Israel exchanged fire with
Hamas. That was wall to wall
news coverage was on every
single channel 24 hours a day.
Every single movement of troops
was broadcast. Not the time I
thought that tactically that was
kind of stupid. Why would you
give the enemies of Israel troop
movement information. But the
media they can't resist
themselves. They cannot think
logically when it comes to a big
story. They see blood they go
for it. And right now, there is
a lot of bleeding happening in
Israel. But But where's the
story? Are you seeing wall to
wall coverage in the media? We
have Hamas launching 1000s of
rockets into Israel. And we have
four Congress women, the squad
so called blaming Israel in this
battle between Palestinians and
the Jews. First off, there
wasn't Palestinian, but I'm
going to let's get past the
history point for just a second.
People have been hating the Jews
for a few 1000 years. This is
not new. The battle between the
Jews and really the rest of the
world
But how do we have for Congress
people, for Congress, women, who
lay blame for everything at the
feet of Israel. And as a result,
there's a complete media
blackout. Nothing. Now I'm sure
if Israel was getting their ass
kicked, that would be a little
bit different. If Israel was
looking bad during the battle,
boy they'd cut in and it'd be
wall to wall coverage. Why?
Because the media has a vested
interest in an ultimate outcome.
They don't want to see Israel
when and why is that? Why do
they carve out this little plot
of land? I don't even think it's
the size of Rhode Island.
Somebody checked me and send me
a comment on Facebook. I don't
think Israel is the size of
Rhode Island is it? If it is,
it's not much bigger. Here's a
little tiny plot of land with a
few million people lands that
they've had for 1000s of years.
And the rest of the Middle East
wants them out. Now, I'm sure we
can go back 2000 years and find
the source of the problem. And I
bet it was some Jew that did
something to some Palestinian
or, or some Egypt or, or
somebody in the Middle East and
epis them off. And and here we
are 2000 years later missiles
are being lobbed across the
border. But what was the phrase
we learned in kids sticks and
stones? Are we at a point in
America where we accept civil
war? Because we just don't like
the people? You know, that's an
interesting question. Let me
take a little side trip here for
just a moment. We'll come back
to that one. When parents
complain to a school board, are
they really making any
difference? You know, last night
on Tucker Carlson, he he showed
some video of parents speaking
at a school board meeting and
highlighted how they're really
making a difference. They're
sticking it to the man and the
last guy, he was speaking and he
was making some really good
points. But his facemask fell
down below his nose. And so the
moderator stopped him and made
him pull his mask up. And then
he demanded 10 seconds back and
they cut his microphone
microphone off. say that's the
school board as somebody who's
wasn't really listening in the
first place. So I'd like to go
back and challenge Tucker's
thesis. I love Tucker. Well, I
watch Tucker every single night.
Actually, it's one of the only
fox news programs that I still
watch. I've given up on Fox. But
Tucker, I like Tucker. But I
think he's wrong on this one. I
don't think going to the school
board and complaining is going
to make any difference.
campaigning against the school
board. That's a start. I think
we're past that. I think we see
the position that we're actually
in unfolding in Israel right
now. He you ponder on that for
just a moment. And that's kind
of scary what I just said. But
let's look at Portland at
Kenosha at Washington DC at New
York picked the democratic
controlled state of your choice.
A it's a hellhole. My former
town of Portland, Oregon, I
drove drove through there here
this last September. And it's a
homeless camp. The whole city.
It's a homeless camp. When I
lived there. Sure there was a
few homeless people downtown but
it's literally everywhere. Not
just downtown but literally
everywhere. Every square foot of
sidewalk on the major
thoroughfares has got tents and
homeless people. Every side
street has got RV is just parked
in the street. We have a
situation that's happening right
now in America, where people are
just doing whatever the hell
they want to do. And the
politically powerful are letting
them Why? Well, I think we're in
a state of defacto Civil War.
The only difference between US
and Israel right now is between
Israel and Palestine. They're
lobbing missiles.
We just haven't gotten there
yet. Well, I mean, at least one
side hasn't gotten there yet in
America, and Tifa BLM. They're
launching missiles. I see him
exploding every night on the
news, Portland and it's been in
under siege for what? 200 plus
days, almost a full year. How
long he is send me a message,
let me know how long have they
been fighting in Portland? And
what are they fighting for?
Unknown: What
Ed Bejarana: do they hope to
accomplish? They're trying to
burn down the Federal Building.
They want to defund the police.
What does that mean? defund the
police? Does that mean no more
police? Does anybody listening
to my voice right now think that
the intent of the left is to get
rid of police completely?
Unknown: No,
Ed Bejarana: that's not their
goal. Their goal is to get rid
of local police, you know, the
ones they can't control to go to
a more federal system. Kind of
like what they're arguing with
regards to the election system.
HR one, they're working to
replace the way our electoral
system works in America. Why?
Well, because they figured out
how to break the damn thing. If
they run it, you know, when
things don't go their way, at
three o'clock in the morning,
they'll shut all the voting down
all the county, make a few
adjustments and poof, their guy
is in the lead. Democrats can
have 1000 year rule. But I want
to ask this question good not
not as an alarmist, not as
conspiracy theorist. What's the
more likely results of the left
wing movement? You know, if if
liberals get their way, and they
take over our federal election
system, they get rid of local
police and replace them with a
government run Gestapo, I'm
sorry, a federal policing force
that's overseen by the citizens
bullshit. What's the more likely
system to happen? See, I think
what's really going to happen is
some really crazy person is
going to take over and with all
of that power, we're not going
to be to stop them. That's kind
of what happened in
1939 1937 1939. Hitler was that
immovable force. That didn't
work out for the world to well,
we can look throughout history,
and see how dictators rose to
power. It always seems like it's
toughest for the people and, and
here's a champion for the
people. But what we ultimately
get as a dictatorship, and
millions of people killed. So
let's ask this question, what is
the difference between left wing
and progressive? I was reading
an article on American thinker
this morning. And the answer is
nothing. Just word branding. The
difference between left wing and
progressive is brandy. See, we
go back about 15 years, and
liberals were just getting their
asses kicked. Because we called
them what they were they were
left wing nuts. They were
liberal radicals. But they found
a nicer word. They're
progressive, who's against being
progress, who's against being
progressive? So the democrats
are really good with language.
And we've talked about that on
conservatives guide to American
politics, week after week, after
week. There is no difference
between left wing and
progressive other than
progressive sounds good. We need
to call them what they are. They
are left wing, radical nuts.
These people who have the idea
of getting rid of the police in
favor of a federal system that
is a dangerous individual. These
people who think that boy, this
would be a great idea. If we
take all of the education out of
school, and we indoctrinate kids
with critical race theory.
That's a dangerous person with
an entire school board in
Southern California can
proverbially stick up the middle
finger to parents and say Screw
you. We're going to teach your
kids what we want to teach them.
That's dangerous. So let me ask
a really dangerous question. Is
it time to fight? is the time
for talking over? Are we done
with the negotiations? This is a
real delicate part of the
program, because somebody might
call in to the authorities and
say, Oh, he's calling for
violence. You know, I might be.
Let's look at what the left is
doing. And Tifa BLM. They
marched down the street, and
they break every window burden
of building steel, all of this
stuff, hurt people kill people.
They're fighting.
And what are we doing? Well,
were peacefully going to the
school board meeting and, and in
our three minute, a lot of time,
we're making our argument, only
be told, pull your mask up over
your nose. We're not getting
anywhere people. Were at a point
of defector war. The only
difference between US and Israel
right now is in Israel. They're
fighting people who are at least
man enough to love missiles.
We're fighting with both of our
hands tied behind our back.
While BLM and an Tifa tear apart
this country, we're trying to be
polite, because we know at the
end, we're still Americans.
We're all Americans. And we need
to keep this country together.
But throughout human history,
you know what keeps a nation
together, beating the shit out
of the crazy people, taking
those crazy people who would
want to kill you otherwise, and
pounding them into submission.
The threat of violence is the
most effective form of
negotiations when all else
fails. We are at a point where
they are no longer listening to
reason. They're no longer taking
our point of view into
consideration. Damn the other
ideas. It's the left wing way or
the highway. And it is time we
start fighting fire with fire
these people want to go to
battle on the street. Dammit,
I'm ready to do the same. How
