We also bring you Breaking News, Human Interest Stories and report on the Methodology of CrossFit. We also use the methodology to make ourselves the fittest we can be.

We are starting off with a bang before

we even went live.

Can't wait to talk to you guys next.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

It's lunch time.

Went like the Benedictine monk.

Very chanty.

Super nice.

I don't think people understand how

difficult that is to do.

I got a text this morning from our

producer saying that she is bogged down

with meetings today.

She wasn't going to be with us,

and my response was...

Son of a bitch.

I say I've got to turn that on

yet.

I really need to.

Yeah, I... Yeah,

it sucks that she's not here because I

have to go back to OG where I

have to run all the buttons and all

the things and...

It's very nice having her.

I'd much rather have her than not have

her.

But damn sure.

Your excitement is overwhelming.

It is.

It is absolutely.

I did.

I ain't going to lie to anybody.

I am tired.

I did one of our relatively long

conditioning pieces this morning,

and Brandon's either trying to kill us or

make us better.

It's a fine line.

It's a really fine line.

As Mike Tomlin used to say,

there's a fine line between drinking wine

and squashing grapes.

A hundred percent.

And might I recommend a product for you

to help you rest and recover tonight to

get over that piece?

Oh, please.

Thirdsy.

Thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy will get you

fifteen percent off the best sleep and

recovery tool in the business.

get a good night's sleep tonight

There we go.

Right off the bat,

not even five minutes in.

I like that.

I know.

I know.

I got my son of a bitch in

early, which I love to death,

and I got my third Z promo in

early.

Which we also love.

So now all that's out of the way,

and we can just get down to it.

Would not promote something we did not

actually believe in in Third Z Works,

period.

Amanda Fillers knows all about drinking

wine and squashing grapes as she has a

vineyard in her backyard.

This year,

she made five jars of grape jelly.

Next year, vino.

Who has a vineyard in their backyard?

What is really going on?

Margo Alvarez.

Margo Alvarez.

Yes.

I have two bottles of her wine right

there.

I quit drinking two and a half years

ago,

so that stuff's going to age and be

like, oh, it'll be dude.

Yeah.

A hundred percent.

You'll be able to, ten years from now,

you'll be like, yes,

I have a two thousand and

whatever whatever year it was two thousand

twenty five vintage yeah uh yeah amanda

must be sitting on the cash to have

a vineyard in her backyard she's got a

orchard i have an orchard but they aren't

grapes a vineyard or are the grapes just

a piece of the orchard is there a

vineyard inside of her orchard oh my

aerial shot of your property

I feel like that's the only kind of

shot you probably can get because if you

just try to take a landscape,

your camera's not going to be able to

get it all in.

Yeah.

Well, of the filler estate,

could we get a filler manor?

I'm like, oh, please.

Where is it at?

Mark Phillips said,

I got pine cones and poles and ivy.

also have uh joseph ramirez reporting

breaking news jaden daniels will not

approve that number of jars of jelly you

either have to eat one today amanda to

get down to four or make another jar

of jelly the easiest way is going to

be to eat one just go ahead and

just peanut butter jelly sandwiches for

everybody for dinner so there's that uh

grapes are one piece of my nine fruit

backyard nine fruit

Nine.

You know what happens if I plant nine

trees in my backyard?

I wouldn't have any more backyard.

I couldn't even keep a crabapple tree

alive.

So... I understand.

I understand.

It hasn't rained here.

Oh.

I don't know what that has to do

with drinking, Lito.

She's pouring one out for the PFA.

A little bit for me.

A little bit for the PFA.

Does Brent have an alcohol problem I

didn't know about?

Yeah, I didn't even know that.

Apparently the domain name was not...

um was not re was retained it has

been let to expire uh professional fitness

association has been may they rest in

peace do we not drink at funerals uh

no does coffee count like there's usually

coffee at funerals in in the south like

a whole lot of them hold on you

europeans do it right apparently

Yeah, I mean,

that sounds like a way better,

more fun time at a funeral for sure.

Yeah,

we go to a church and cry and

pray and that's about it.

Coffee.

Maybe have a quick potluck meal.

Yeah, a hundred percent.

Oh no,

where will we go to watch standards

videos?

And we don't have a standards manual of

all of the movements of CrossFit.

I was promised a comprehensive, right?

Was that the term they used?

A comprehensive guide to all the

standards.

And I still don't have it.

Unless it's in the mail.

It might be in the mail coming with

Shanna's jersey that she sent me because

it's still en route.

If you go look at the mail,

she sent me the tracking number.

So I've been checking it every day.

And the USPS says it's in transit and

on time.

It has been so since the fifth.

No, the second.

I'm sorry.

It's sixteen days at a minimum.

Is that how long it's taken to get

from Oregon to South Louisiana?

So I'm really starting to think somebody's

delivering it by hand.

Darn.

So turn a sober funeral sucks more than

funeral suck already.

One percent.

You can drink anywhere with a flask.

That is a fact.

Yeah, it is.

That is a fact.

As long as you can get it in

the door.

They got,

I guess if you have a plastic one,

I guess you can really get it anywhere.

But they got metal detectors.

They're probably going to frown on the

fact that you have a flask in your

pocket.

Yeah, they do have plastic ones.

They have ones that look like cell phones

even.

I heard rumors.

There may or may not be one in

my house that looks like a pickleball

paddle.

not saying not saying that they will but

or that there is but there's definitely

one of my house that looks a whole

lot like a pickleball paddle um ed said

that they knew your age so they're making

a large font version of the manual

Hey, bro.

I was looking at a thing.

I said to Scott, matter of fact,

the other day, like, you know,

all of us, eighties and nineties kids,

it's like this old lady.

And this is a whole bunch of different

captions underneath.

And like,

they used to send a big yellow book

to the house with everybody's names,

addresses, and phone numbers in it.

Just like, sure.

Grandma, sit down and have a,

down and take your medicine do you know

like i would have to get i would

have to have my glasses on to read

any of the numbers in that book these

days in a phone book oh lord yeah

they used like two font like a magnifying

glass that's probably why my close-up

vision is so bad as it is today

because i've been straining to read that

for so damn long

Looking for a plumber in the Yellow Pages?

We're just trying to find, like,

I know what street,

and I know his last name.

I don't know his parents' name.

I'm trying to call one of my friends,

like, to come over, right?

So you're just, like, looking.

All right, here's all the L's.

Cool.

All right, man, they live on this street.

All right,

so it's one of these three people.

So you just call and start asking.

So what we did when we were at

eleven, twelve years old,

because there wasn't no...

You could have seen me when your friend

was Jim Smith.

yeah we didn't have a whole lot of

smiths that was a whole lot of calling

yeah um well in uh in pierreport it

was it was like landry like there were

eight hundred landries in pierreport

blanchard which is my my grandpa's my

mom's size family name there's a lot of

blanchards in pierreport most of them we

knew but that's not the point like if

you were trying to figure out somebody

One of the other ones was this.

It said,

and you just decided to meet somebody

somewhere at a certain time and they

didn't show up.

You had no idea where they were or

how to get in touch with them or

if they were coming.

You know what I wonder mostly now that

phone books don't exist is one of my

favorite shows ever was NYPD Blue.

Andy Sipowicz used the phone book to get

confessions out of people.

What did he do now?

It wasn't by reading them to him.

No, no, no.

He didn't force him to read.

No.

So how do you get the confession out

of the criminal now?

What are professional wrestlers doing to

impress people nowadays if they can't tear

a phone book in half on screen?

I mean, seriously.

These questions may never be answered.

They won't be.

They won't be.

How could they be at this point?

Yes, Mark Phillips.

I can still tell you my grandparents'

number, my aunt's number,

my parents' number.

My parents actually just got rid of,

I say just,

it's probably been ten years now,

but they held on to their landline for

a very, very long time.

So did my grandparents.

I know a lot of numbers that are

no great use.

My childhood phone number still exists

because my mother lives in an area where

you get no cell service.

So she still has a landline.

Yes.

Amazing.

Yeah.

Do you know the number of telemarketers

that call in just, like,

the hour I may talk to her in

an evening?

Oh, I'm sure it's between five and seven.

Four thousand and three.

There you go, Judy Reid.

Yeah,

posture is suffering all over the world

now because we don't have phone books to

balance on your head.

The digital age is making people slouches.

I mean, this is terrible, dude.

This is absolutely terrible.

technology what are you gonna do um you

know everybody's talking about like hillar

disappearing did he really disappear or

did he just take some time off good

lord y'all need a man alone i saw

him yeah he was at the bears game

oh well there you go he's not dead

okay he's alive i can report that he

was in the baygent section at the nurse

game

with lydia fish erica folo nate ackerman

not yeah nate ackerman they were all at

the bears game in the bay gent section

so that's the fittest people in the

stadium is what you're telling me pretty

much pretty much the fifth section it's

the fit section um and then tyson had

a fundraiser after that they went to um

at the yacht club that's right there

beside the stadium

And they do it every,

it's a fourth annual Baygent fundraiser.

I think that he calls it first game

and it's always like the first preseason

game because that's the one he plays the

most in.

The most in, yeah.

Yeah.

So yeah, it's, it's,

it's freaking awesome that they were

there.

It was cool.

And they even, my podcast,

my Bears podcast broadcast live from his

fundraiser.

What I love about Tyson is he is

so self-critical of himself.

Well, yeah.

They won thirty four to ten and he

did nothing but beat himself up after the

game.

I'm sure I'm sure.

I remember a postgame interview with Drew

Brees and it was one of his most

accurate passing games ever.

Right.

He he was like thirty four for forty

or something like that.

Right.

Like he only had six incompletions,

no interceptions.

And when they asked him about it,

he was like, yeah, that one,

I should have threw it a little bit

further this way.

Like not just saying,

not asking him about the incompletions.

They were just talking about the fact that

he went, you know, like I said,

whatever it was,

he only had like six incompletions.

He went through all six of them and

said what he should have done different to

make them catch the ball.

Not the fact that, you know,

you only miss six times after people that

you threw to and you threw the ball

forty times.

Absolutely insane, dude.

Tyson threw an interception in the

preseason game.

He beat himself up for it.

He called himself names for throwing the

interception.

He, on the Bears podcast,

actually talked about the mistake he made.

Like, he knew what he did wrong.

He said,

I know better than to do that.

He left a read and then thought he

could come back to that read.

And that...

I'm oversimplifying what he said.

Right.

But...

crazy and speaking of all this tonight is

water cooler talk with the glintons is it

not our that's our yay sports show yeah

i want to say i thought it was

just called yay sports it was i think

they renamed it water cooler talk well i'm

gonna talk with with garrett but it'll be

on their channel and um i'm gonna try

to simulcast it on our channel sweet um

but tonight is a sports show

I don't know what we're talking about

tonight.

I'm going to assume sports.

I'm going to let title downgrade.

That is a title downgrade.

Mark,

tune in and express your discontent

because I am in full agreement it should

just be called yay sports.

Meg says it's still yay sports.

Okay, good.

It should be.

Maybe it's water.

That's the topic for tonight is water

cooler talk.

Oh, that would be interesting.

I wasn't paying attention during the staff

meeting.

Sorry, I really wasn't paying attention.

Or I wasn't invited to the staff meeting.

I don't know.

Either one.

It's the cooler talk.

The schmear campaign.

I don't know.

Fergie asks,

will Hiller become the next Armand Hammer?

We actually talked about that, I think,

last week.

I don't really want to.

We brought up interviews with Armand and

similarities between that and John Young.

So I don't really want to get into

it again.

I'm trying to get over all that.

Scott Corey Hiller posted a video of him

working out.

I'll sell it to you for a T-shirt.

I don't need it.

Just like any T-shirt?

Because I got several.

I'll send it to you.

Not a big deal.

You want a black shirt, a white shirt?

I got several in my drawer.

My wife would be happy to see some

of them go,

if I'm being completely honest here.

So, Fergie,

it can't be sports tea with Scott and

G because there's more than just me and

G. It's Jeremy.

There's a whole panel.

There's a whole panel.

There are four of us on the show.

There has to be four.

It can't be five because otherwise J.D.

and his crew would hammer down.

I was going to log in tonight and

be part of the panel,

but that would bring us to five.

I'd have to bring somebody else with me.

It's got to be four or six.

That's not all rules, guys.

Yep.

That's nothing we can do about that.

That's Jaden Daniels camp.

Everybody knows he owns the known,

the number five.

Yeah.

That dude is getting dragged.

Oh, rightfully so.

By the entire internet.

Like,

It doesn't matter.

One I saw yesterday was at a baseball

game, like an MLB game.

They put the dude's name up,

like he was next up at bat,

wearing number five unless I receive a

cease and desist.

I didn't want to get into all this

stuff,

but how many famous athletes wore the

number five before Jaden Daniels?

There were several.

several several i mean it doesn't matter

but no one thing that i did appreciate

is someone asked joe burrow if lsu told

him that they would not hand out his

jersey again and he's they did but i

understand that things come up and they

may need to yeah you know why because

joe burrow is a reasonable dude

And Joe Burrow's clout and street cred at

LSU far exceeds Jaden Daniels.

Well, and even if it wasn't before,

like just him saying that alone, right,

elevates it even more.

It already is.

But like just him coming on and be

like, yeah, of course they did.

But like it shit happens.

Like if it does,

there's a lot of people on a roster

and only ninety nine numbers.

Absolutely.

And he let them use the nines to

describe that.

It's amazing how that works.

Uh,

Joseph Vermeer is the scheduled to have a

finger from each hand and a toe from

each foot removed to comply.

It's a, it's look, it's just,

it's Jayden's world.

We're just living in.

I hope everybody has a real fun single

to jail next year.

It's going to be great.

Um,

let's get into a little bit of CrossFit

news.

there's crossfit news a little bit okay um

first of all see the new rogue athlete

and uh that's unsurprising here's the

thing bill and katie are not stupid by

any stretch of the imagination here comes

amy kringle

And the UK's royal family is about to

get bigger.

Meet your new queen of CrossFit.

And she may have just broken her fellow

competitor's will to compete.

Amy Kringle is the fittest woman on earth.

Pretty cool hype video done by Rogue

because they're good at that stuff.

And yes, Fergie, she is an absolute unit.

um and this goat we we talked about

the marketing of amy kringle that she may

be the most marketable athlete ever yeah

rogue knows that yeah that's what i said

dude bill and katie are not stupid very

long to figure out let's get that woman

in the stable

Yeah.

Because we about to make some cash.

I'm sure they were at the games.

I have no doubt of that.

Right.

Be like, hey,

I had the games watching the whole thing

fill out and doing like this,

like to each other.

Like, do you see this?

Yeah.

Can you have the lawyers drop the contract

real quick?

Like she needs a shirt.

Yeah.

That's fantastic.

Sean baiting Tia to come back.

The new queen of CrossFit.

Sure.

Hey, you heard,

did you hear Matt was coming back?

I did not.

Yeah, he's got to go for six.

He can't have five.

Because of Jaden Daniels.

Listen,

there can only ever be one queen at

a time.

Yes, absolutely.

You can't do Queens.

That doesn't work.

So what is awesome about that?

If Tia does come back next year,

you have the battle for the throne.

Absolutely.

And that is a great marketing plan.

If you're CrossFit,

that is what this sport has been lacking

because we never got the Laura Tia.

Nope.

Well, we can have an Amy Tia,

but we can have an Amy Tia.

um in addition uh rogue is we talked

yesterday that rogue is using the xenon

points for their rogue calculations after

further thinking about it because we got

that breaking news kind of like across

during the show sure rogue is a part

an official partner with xenon how about

that

they would be idiots not to add their

points to their system because if you're

an official partner,

you want Xenon to succeed.

So any kind of publicity you can give

to Xenon is a benefit to you as

an official partner.

It's almost like it's a symbiotic portion,

a partnership.

Weird how that works.

It is.

It is, isn't it?

But isn't it funny that Bill and Katie

understand that?

CrossFit is an official partner.

What have you seen CrossFit do to

acknowledge that partnership?

Again,

I really do think – I was thinking

about this the other day.

I really do think that at this point,

we're just putting too many expectations

on CrossFit's part because it's not like

this is a new thing, right?

Right.

But expecting them to be a business –

Yeah.

That's, yeah.

Apparently expectations are too high.

That's way too much of an expectation to

put on them is to run their business

like it's an actual business.

Hey, who knows?

Plus this way you encourage more elite

people to do Xenon.

That's why it's a good relationship.

And as a partner,

you would want to pump up Xenon.

Yeah.

And it just, it more, excuse me,

it even more ensconces Rogue, right,

in all of the things.

They are official partner of Xenon,

official partner of the games,

equipment sponsor for this, that,

the other thing,

like all the things whatsoever.

So all they're doing is just adding to

their legacies,

like put another brick up right here.

Here's the Xenon thing.

Hey, look, in addition to all the,

every piece of equipment you touch,

at a Xenon event is going to have

Rogue written on it somewhere,

you're also going to be able to accumulate

points in our system just for being there

and showing up and doing as well as

you can.

I'm curious to see how it's going to

work just for the fact that Xenon is

an ongoing thing.

So you kind of build up points and

you kind of build up points and you

kind of build up points.

So I want to know how that's going

to add in.

I'm very curious as to how that's going

to go.

So the way that I look at Xenon

is you create a standard number,

and when you beat that number,

that is your new number,

not that you add one and one to

get two.

That's what I was trying to say.

Yeah, you express it better than I did,

for sure.

Because that's how their prize purse

works.

Right.

You set a record.

Abby Domet has the record for females.

I can't remember who won on the men.

It wasn't Bill, right?

No, it wasn't Bill.

Oh, geez.

Anyway, Abby has it for the women.

If someone in London beats Abby's score,

they get that big prize purse.

It's a winner-take-all.

And then it works just like kill Taylor,

where if nobody does it,

it rolls over to the next Xenon.

And then, and so the more elite athletes,

and this is kind of what Mark Phillips

is getting to the more elite athletes

drive that score up,

the more elite athletes are going to want

to beat it because it means something.

Absolutely.

It's like looking at your scores on the

leaderboard at your affiliate.

Like if you have an all-time list,

like we have an all-time list up there

and going,

I'm trying to beat this dude's score.

Like this has been around for too long.

I am pretty fit.

This workout is really,

really good for me.

I'm trying to get a top score on

this board.

Yep.

Yeah.

My goal when I first started CrossFit,

because I knew I wasn't going to break

the pull-up record, was the back squat.

I'm going to take down the back squat.

And I did.

On the list of workouts that we have

on our – we literally have a big

whiteboard that's our leaderboard on it.

My goal is always to have my name

somewhere on all of them.

I'm not on all of them yet,

but I'm getting there.

You aren't getting any younger,

so you better get on that.

I'm only not on like two of them.

And I think one of them is I

just wasn't there the last time we did.

Oh, hell.

Not Jackie.

Pull-ups, thrusters, kettlebell swings,

four-meter run.

Gosh darn it.

Nancy.

Nancy.

Mark Phillips says that high jump one

still eludes him.

You know, yeah, well, I understand that.

Rogue also is announcing its participants

in the twenty twenty six Rogue

Invitational.

They put some more out.

They have three currently listed.

Helen.

Thank you, Helen.

That's it.

Helen.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So the first announcement was Elisa

Fuliano.

a great finish at the games makes perfect

sense yup um moritz feebig also hot no

it's the and then we have paige rogers

not shocked here either no none of those

are shocking

so uh what's cool is they're you know

they're great at the promotion i love the

like passportish photo and then they do uh

different highlights of the individual

pictures highlights and they do that for

every one of them which is pretty cool

the log muscle up the horizontal pegboard

speaking of pegboard did you see the mason

startup yes i watched it yesterday let me

tell you something mason if you're

watching this right now kudos good for you

for deciding to do that hey good for

you for not coming in last so can

i give you a different perspective on it

Oh, please do.

Please do.

I thought it was hilarious.

I hope she tells this story on the

Sunday night show.

Yes.

Carolyn ended up watching that,

rooting for herself to beat Mason.

I love it.

I love it.

She said she found herself watching the

video going, come on, Carolyn.

I gotta beat this dude.

Oh, good night.

That is fantastic.

And what was funny about it is that

I could see my, if that,

if I were involved in that,

I would be rooting for myself as well.

Absolutely.

I would knowing what I did,

like already knowing what I did in all

of the workouts,

I would still be like yelling at myself

to go faster.

Absolutely.

One hundred percent.

That is fantastic.

And of course then she had like more

analytical pieces and I'll save that for

the Sunday night show.

But the fact that you are rooting for

yourself when you've already completed,

you completed it a year ago.

Yeah.

And, and you're rooting for yourself.

Like nothing's changing Carolyn, but keep,

keep encouraging yourself.

So over a year ago, girl,

but you know what?

You try to get yourself to go faster

That's outstanding, dude.

That is fantastic.

I love the way that every once in

a while he'd be like,

I don't understand how they do this.

I just don't get it.

When he woke up on day three and...

like i just i don't know i just

don't know okay what he said he had

three left like three three things left to

do and he said you know it was

it's just that it just doesn't make any

sense to keep going back and forth between

my house and the gym i'm just gonna

just come in here i'm just gonna do

them all just get through them all and

you can see like he was beaten

absolutely just like beaten into the B I

mean, he beat himself into the ground.

So here's my, my,

my fun part about it.

We always say, right.

Or I always say, anyway,

I would love to see average CrossFitter is

in lane.

And everybody else is one through ten at

the games.

And then you get a kind of a

perspective.

Well, guess what?

Mason startup is an average CrossFitter,

right?

What I want to say is I think

your idea is stupid because I don't want

the games tainted by an average

CrossFitter out there.

But I do like this format of it.

Yeah.

That's what he gave us.

Do it without it tainting the event

itself.

That's what he gave us.

And I thought this was done very,

very well.

dude so good so good and then uh

somebody was talking about it yesterday on

savan show and savan was like do you

know he does a lot of stuff on

his phone that's it he didn't have a

camera it's all done on his phone which

to me is outstanding because like i have

problems making a a real on my phone

he's putting together an entire twenty

minute video it's outstanding dude

Well, you can get,

you can record in four K on an

iPhone.

Yeah.

Right.

Like it is the, the picture is awesome.

It's getting it from the iPhone to other

devices that gets hard.

Right.

Um,

I had to buy like special adapters and

all this stuff to do it.

And it takes up so much space space.

Yeah.

Like so much.

Um,

I was recording stuff the other day and

my phone was like, hey,

you're about out of memory.

And I had to go and go through.

And I realized that all the videos I

had saved on WeTime from the open and

from whatever qualifiers and whatnot were

still on there.

So I just deleted the whole WeTime app.

And all of a sudden, it was like,

yeah,

you just cleared up fifty megabytes or

fifty kilobytes.

What is it?

Two fifty six K, whatever.

I cleared up fifty of that with just

getting just just getting rid of WeTime

because I don't need it right now.

It's fantastic.

Technique sweater.

All right.

I miss Roe versus Boz.

I do too.

That was fun.

We need a new group Roe versus Boz.

I mean, they may be past their prime.

I think it's still fun for them to

be past their prime.

Like I would, I would.

Right.

But to expect them to do every open

workout in front of everybody, like,

and they've got nickels and all that kind

of stuff.

Yeah.

I wish we could find two more people

to do it.

David Johnson said that's basically what

he did in a crash with the Masters

athletes.

He's not wrong.

He's not wrong.

What I want to say about what was

shown is,

forever I lived in this gym on the

one side of Columbus.

We didn't have games athletes in our gym.

You don't really understand what a games

athlete is compared to the average

CrossFitter.

Then I moved to CrossFit Polaris,

and I learned real quick –

that that gap between games competitor and

average crossfitter is the grand canyon

yeah i think quinn robinson said it best

as an actual games athlete he's like i

mean you know i knew that there was

a gap he said but then i got

on the floor and i was like oh

there's even levels here at the games

Which brings me all the way back to

Mr. Voice of the Games right there saying,

you don't know how good you have to

be to suck at the CrossFit Games.

There's levels, people.

When you're doing a workout and you're

finishing round one and Christy Aramo

O'Connell is finishing round four.

Yeah.

And that is every day.

And just because she wanted to,

she ran like to the gym from her

home, which is like a five K. Well,

wouldn't you?

And then she ran home after.

So it is almost exactly five miles from

my house to the gym where I coach

and work out at.

And I have seriously,

if I didn't have to run across,

I don't have to cross the interstate,

but like go underneath the overpass and

whatnot and go through that intersection

to the interstate,

I have seriously considered running there

on occasion,

like for a Saturday morning workout and

then jogging back home.

And then I remember that that's a terrible

idea and I don't want to do anything

even remotely close to that,

so I just don't.

Um,

did you see that water Palooza has started

announcing who's on teams?

Oh, no, I didn't know.

Now,

I don't want to get your hopes up

too high because it is just,

just a teeny tiny taste.

Okay.

Is it, is it like each team?

Like they got only one team point.

Okay.

So don't get, so here's the brute,

you know, three of the six,

but what we do know is it's six

person teams.

Absolutely.

But who has been announced for brute is

Jason Hopper, Emma Lawson and Dallin.

Yeah.

So we have former games champ,

second place at the game,

second place at the games.

That's a pretty solid start.

There is a comment that I wanted to

show.

These two comments.

I like,

I like how pepper says you'll be missed.

James Sprague and Jason Hopper says,

James Sprague, maybe next year,

maybe next year, maybe next year.

That's funny.

I love it, dude.

Like you, if you can't drag your friends,

who can, who can you honestly, honestly,

I'd have done the exact same thing.

If I was either one of those,

I'd probably would have learned more of

the, on the hopper size.

Hey man, look, you know,

you had a really good year and whatnot.

Maybe next year you'd be able to go.

I mean, who knows?

uh fergie christy had has an amazing

engine literally the only woman that could

press t at the games on events with

running and lose every time by like a

millisecond and then they're laughing

about it afterwards

I asked her about it.

Like, do you get, like,

what is the frustration level of always

like just getting out touched by her at

the end?

And she said, you know,

I do my best.

I try to beat her,

but it is a little frustrating.

Yeah, of course it is.

Dude, as a competitor,

especially when it's somebody that like,

you know, you right next to,

and you just can't pass them for whatever

reason.

That's annoying.

Yeah.

Like kudos to him.

Like, good job.

Absolutely.

It was a good race, but like,

I want to beat you.

So if I'm just right there,

just I'm pulling on your heels the entire

time and I can't pass you for whatever

reason.

It's annoying.

It is annoying.

Um,

and it has nothing to do with the

person.

It's just annoying.

Cause you're like,

I know I put in all this work.

I know I'm fit.

I know I belong here.

I know all these things,

but like for whatever reason,

just can't catch up.

Jake, I love your question.

Who wins the twenty twenty six ranch run

prime prime Briggs or prime Kringle?

I just want to see it.

I'd love to see it.

If we could if we could get if

we could get we could pull prime Briggs

out.

I would brand new knee with a brand

new knee.

I would I would be hard pressed to

bet against Sam Briggs.

I'm kind of with you.

I think Prime Briggs beats the other two.

I think Kringle's third.

Yeah.

And then it's between the Tia Briggs

thing.

Right.

Because both Sam and Tia refuse to lose.

Absolutely.

They may both pass out and Kringle wins

by default.

It's entirely possible.

Yeah.

They run each other like racehorses and

just flat into the ground.

And then Amy just jumps over them to

get to the line.

They're in the road.

Yeah,

they race so hard that they look like

Alexis Raptors coming down that final

hill.

If you need any more proof or whatever

you want to call it about Sam Briggs,

just understand that there's video footage

of her passing Brett Fikowski for no good

reason other than he was in front of

her.

That's it.

It didn't make her place in any better.

She didn't win by any more.

Like she already beat all of the women,

but it was somebody in front of her

and she ran around him and dusted him

at the end.

Just throwing that out there.

It's one of my favorite video clips ever

dude.

There was no reason for her to do

that.

None other than the fact that I'm with,

I'm going to beat everybody that I can,

including this dude that's in front of me.

I.

I feel like...

I don't know how to describe this.

Sam gave up her body for every point,

every time.

Yep.

And the sad thing is her body paid

for it.

And even with that,

she was able to fight through those...

Like,

how many times did she go to the

games with a broken something?

At least three that I can think of

off the top of my head.

And she still, like, performed.

Meaning that she even put more beating on

the body.

That's the part that makes it hard to,

like...

because you need like two thousand twelve

two thousand thirteen Briggs.

Yeah.

She has everything after that.

She her she beat her body to hell.

One percent.

There you go.

Mark Phillips says AI says Briggs wins at

about thirty nine fifty.

Yeah,

I would say prime Briggs would take the

win.

but you have to go back to that

twelve two thousand twelve break yeah i

mean it's got to be prime breaks it's

not it's definitely not broken knee broken

elbow whatever didn't she have a fractured

tibia at one point that she ran with

i think i remember that oh no i

know she had a broken foot that or

that i clearly remember oh jake says she's

doing xenon london

sweet i am the problem is there's a

couple power output events on that that

that's going to hurt her she's going to

crush some of it it's that one rep

max snatch it's the one one one minute

on the eco bike and that right well

dude she's a machine yeah i understand

that but that is a flat out power

output event for a minute

I'm more worried about the Rhino deadlift

thing.

So my buddies that went said that once

you, if you figure out the rhythm,

like you can,

you can get a lot of output out

of it without having to be super strong.

You got to keep the flywheel moving.

It's,

it's less of a deadlift motion and more

of a like,

I'm going to try to crank it type

deal.

But you only get one pool on this

one for Xenon.

Okay.

It's just, well, you get three attempts,

but it's one pool per.

Interesting.

But from what I understand,

it's all about the range of motion.

Yeah.

If you can start at high,

then you don't have the slow point of

the pool and you actually get a better

score.

Oh, well.

That's how I've heard it.

I don't know.

I've never done it.

One thing I'm not doing is starting it

high.

High on your body, not high overall.

Got it.

Lena says she's doing pairs.

Yeah, sorry.

Yep, you're good.

It's on the magnetic rhino.

I believe the flywheel is disabled for the

pool, Corey.

It's on the magnetic rhino setting.

got it so bring yourself a big magnet

man that might be my fantasy football team

name magnetic rhino magnetic rhino you

gotta love it total wattage of your pools

interesting um i don't know i think that's

all i want to get into with the

crossfit dave's week in review didn't have

a lot of stuff in it other than

they're they're looking at doing a hybrid

l-one

which I don't think is that big of

news because they already do an online L-I

and they already do an in-person L-I.

This is just combining the two.

Yeah.

I got to schedule it,

but my certification's up soon.

I'll be doing a hybrid L-II in November,

more than likely.

I think it's a good move.

He said that the hybrid L-II is fifty

percent of the L-II's now.

And the only thing you do at home

is the lecture.

All of the other stuff you do in

person.

And then I saw CrossFit Network News said

that he has named his successor.

It wasn't quite as like

Emphatic is this is my successor.

He said,

if I had to name someone today to

take over,

Boz has experience programming games and

Boz is the natural person to go into

that.

But he didn't say Boz is my successor.

No, no.

I mean,

he also said that he's looking at how

many events for the games next year and

whatnot.

So it's not like he's saying, well,

if you want to talk about the games,

talk to Boz.

Don't talk to me.

Pretty sure he's still programming.

I just love it at this point because

there was so much speculation about,

is this Dave's last games?

Is this Dave's last games?

Oh, wow.

Is this Dave's last games?

No, it's not.

I didn't see him just, just granted.

I understand.

Twenty years.

I get it.

Twenty events.

Big deal.

All that stuff.

I just don't see him going out.

like that if that if that makes sense

like i just see him like he's gonna

slow i feel like he's probably gonna more

more slowly work himself out before he

just ups and leaves and that's gonna be

like twenty twenty events deuces i'll be

on education side if you guys need me

i think if i think if he's deuces

he's gone

Yes.

Like going, going.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Like I'm going to be at the ranch

fricking making olive oil, whatever.

If y'all need me, I'll be over there.

And belts.

And belts and whatever else doing.

And I just want to tell you the

leather he uses for the belts.

Cause I have his key chain,

which I'm assuming is a scrap of the

belt.

Yeah.

He doesn't let anything go to waste.

If you can help.

Right.

That leather is thick.

Like it is well freaking made.

That's unsurprising.

I don't see him making stuff that's got

his name, his brand attached to it.

That's not going to be top quality shit.

He's just not that dude.

It's like a loop that snaps.

I can put it on my belt and

be like the high school janitor with my

keys dangling.

If I wore a belt.

Scott's coming around the corner.

with the sawdust to clean up another kid's

puke.

Oh, here we go.

I do wear a belt,

but I'm not attaching my keys to it.

Sorry, ladies.

Keep yourself contained.

I'm not running around with keys attached

to my belt.

I know how many of you get excited

at the prospect of that,

but we're not doing that.

Mark Phillip has one as well.

It has a nice hardware in addition to

the leather.

It really does.

I think some of the hard,

like you can order,

if you order one of his belts for

him to make one,

like he'll do one with titanium hardware

for the belt, which seems like overkill.

Hey,

you didn't see me in my five hundred

pound days.

I needed every bit of strength in that

metal.

I'm going to need to add a mantium

belt if we can help it, please.

And thank you.

i put so much strain on that metal

i cannot i can't leave the house without

a belt i've done that for every once

in a while and i feel like my

pants about to fall off of me i

didn't i don't i don't work anymore

outside the house so like i don't really

need to wear dress pants fair point i

mean i just got i got my born

primitive jeans on you know when i

Send me some free stuff.

I'm wearing sweats and joggers every

single day.

I would love to.

Love to.

Matter of fact,

I'm working from home Thursday,

so when y'all see me Thursday on this

show, I will not have my microphone,

and I'm going to be in a t-shirt.

I do not have to go into the

office.

Speaking of t-shirts,

we have those available too.

But I have no producer to pull up

the shot of it.

They're balloon and they say Clyde

Zellmeyer on the front.

If you don't know what they look like

by now,

I don't know what to tell you.

They're outstanding.

They're super comfortable.

You should buy them.

put in the description or the notes or

whatever, your size, your address,

all that good shit.

So if whenever you buy one,

Scott knows who to mail it to and

who they're for and what size they should

be.

And if we run out of sizes before

you order, you might say...

Son of a bitch!

If you don't have them yet...

Go on and get you one.

Go on and get you one.

You get good looks, dude.

It's a good-looking shirt.

I wore it to the grocery store the

other day, and people were like,

that blue shirt on that dude.

I'm like, yeah.

Yeah.

That's sweet.

And if you're outside the U.S.

and you are interested, just DM me.

We'll figure something out.

Talking to you, Lito.

I'm not talking to anybody.

I'm not forcing this on anybody.

I am.

One of my favorite things to do while

I'm coaching is while I'm going through

everything and giving stimulus notes and

all that stuff and telling people what not

to do and then I'll just pull somebody

out of class like, I'm talking to you,

Scott.

Don't do that.

It's usually a lot of fun.

Alito got a free L two at the

giveaway at the games.

Absolutely buzzing doing it in October.

That is so cool.

Nice.

If anybody wants to donate to my L

two calls, I would be highly,

highly appreciative.

Just saying.

uh daniel arnson uh when they find

adamantium i'm volunteering to have the

wolverine procedure i hear it's painful

what yeah according to the movie i saw

it didn't look like it was like it

tickled the documentary i watched showed

that it was very very painful it did

not look fun at all

I know Mel, too, is a tax write-off,

Andrew.

I got so many tax write-offs that I

keep track of all year long.

And last year, put them all in,

and my wife was like, this doesn't even,

it doesn't help enough.

I know.

I just want the super serum.

Super soldier serum?

Yeah, absolutely.

Wonder how much taller I'd actually get

because I like average height now, right?

I wasn't even thinking about height.

I just wanted to strengthen the muscle.

I mean,

the strength of the muscle is cool and

whatnot,

but like he also grew like a foot.

it from like five foot two to six

foot two i don't want to be six

foot five i really don't i don't give

a damn what anybody says i really really

don't did you did i send you that

clip with a comedian talking about he

doesn't like tall people no he said i

just discovered i really don't like tall

people

It's like, because y'all don't understand.

Y'all don't understand how good y'all

actually got it.

You have never had to unlock your door

to grab something out of the,

or to open your corridor to get something

out of the drive-thru.

Like you never had to do that.

I have because I'm poor.

Yeah.

There was a time where my window did

not roll down.

That's a different type thing.

That was because I was poor.

yeah that's a different type thing every

time like a few times i ever have

to go to an atm to actually get

some cash or something i've got to open

a door when i park my jeep to

get the ticket out from the airport i

gotta open a door to scan a ticket

to get out of the parking lot i

gotta open the door every single time uh

mark phillips saw that use using a drive

up atm machine it's a nightmare it is

I always feel like people behind me are

judging me because, number one,

I'm taking too long,

even if I just got there.

And number two,

the reason why I'm taking so long is

because my door is open and I'm halfway

hanging.

The door is open and I'm out the

window all at the same time.

It's terrible.

So, first of all, speaking of cars.

When I was a kid,

we had a nineteen seventy one Plymouth

Fury three.

Oh, yeah.

It was the longest commercial car ever

made.

Yeah, I still is.

My friends called it Christine because

that is the make and make of the

car in the book, Christine,

that I read back when I was still

reading when books are still OK in

Scotsman because my dad thought he was an

ace mechanic.

Cause he had some souped up cars when

he was younger.

Fair.

So the, the car was overheating.

My dad's solution was to blow the heat

from the engine into the cabin of the

car to get the heat off the engine.

We're going to sweat it out.

I was driving with the windows down in

the middle of December and

Because it was so freaking hot.

Yeah.

And in the summertime, man.

Yeah.

And that was my to and from the

pool to lifeguard car.

It was awful, dude.

It was awful.

Free sauna on the way to practice.

Oh, man.

Anyway,

so I do empathize on the ATM thing.

I have to pull my side mirror in

so I can get close enough.

I can pull my side mirror in all

I want to.

These Tyrannosaurus Rex arms only go out

so far.

There ain't much I can do about that.

Well,

I have short arms for a five eleven

guy.

I'm also all torso, right?

I got short legs, short arms,

and I am ninety percent torso.

So if I need to get to some,

I am leaning all the way out.

Ain't nothing I can do about that.

And yes, Mark, that is also true.

The taller the vehicle,

the worse the ATM machine.

I happen to drive a Jeep with a

four-inch lift kit on it and

thirty-five-inch tires.

Doesn't help anything.

Like,

I didn't think that through before I did

all of that.

It's probably not the best idea in the

world.

Having said that...

Where do you hide the step stool to

get in?

When I keep it strapped to the top

of the Jeep.

Which is really a pain in the ass

to get down.

I gotta climb up the tire in the

back.

It's a whole thing.

Um...

Now, having said that,

when I used to drive a ninety two

Honda Prelude that was about an inch and

a half off the ground,

that was also a problem because now

instead of like what I'm doing now,

which is like leaning out and coming down,

then I was leaning out and going up

and like I look like a toddler trying

to breach the buttons.

This is a whole thing, dude.

There's a whole thing.

I don't recommend it.

Yeah.

I have an SUV now.

I used to have a Dodge Charger.

I found it more difficult from the Dodge

Charger than I did from like a regular

SUV.

Now, no lift kit, nothing like that.

Right.

But the reaching up from the Dodge Charger

was rough.

Yeah.

You can't see, right?

Because if your window line is right here

and like the screen is right there,

it's not you doing this.

It's not you leaning out.

It's a whole thing.

Uh, six, three has its advantages.

It does.

I don't know what it's like for you.

I've never been tall.

I've said that a million times, dude.

Like nobody's ever been like, Hey Corey,

can you grab that?

No, I can't.

If there's something to climb, sure,

I'll get it for you.

But other than that,

my eight-year-old is taking to climbing on

the counter now.

My wife told me yesterday,

she was jamming.

So I was climbing up on the counter

behind me to get something out for,

we were about to eat dinner.

And she said,

I did not know we owned a monkey.

And I said, what are you talking about?

Oh, yeah.

Well,

we've been having her since two thousand

seventeen.

It's fine.

uh anyway all right i think we're just

yeah that's good let's call it i think

we we've said enough you wouldn't wait to

get to the editing room to jazz me

up i'm already jazzy

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the
