8:30am: Half of a Nashville hot chicken tender over romaine lettuce with creamy ceasar dressing, made at home.
11am: A Nashville hot chicken tender over romaine lettuce with creamy ceasar dressing, made at home.
4:30pm: Blue Bell Java Jolt ice cream.
6pm: Crustless quiche with sour cream, bacon, pinto gold potatoes, frodo bell peppers, leeks, Boursin crumbles, chives, and havarti cheese, made at home.

9:30am: Leftover crustless quiche and a cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer at the office.
4pm: Roasted garlic and herb crackers with lemon garlic hummus.
6pm: Frozen supreme pizza that looks like it was crushed in a car door, no baking instructions.

6pm: Frozen fish sticks and sweet potato fries with tarter sauce and frozen spanakopita at Brian’s parents’ house.

12pm: Half of an everything bagel with carolina reaper cream cheese and a quarter of a za’atar bagel with thinly sliced country ham, Plugra butter, and cornichons from Benchwarmer Bagels, and a quarter of a Mortadella cheesesteak from Alimentari at Left Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina.
1pm: Cold brew with half & half from Little Native Coffee Company in Raleigh, North Carolina.
3pm: A glass of Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina at Raleigh Wine Shop.
4:30pm: Half of a chicken club sandwich from Alimentari at Left Bank.
6pm: Microwaved kettle corn.
