111: How To Create Or Upgrade Your Lady Inner Circle
Having the right people in your lady inner-circle will make or break your success. If you’re exposed to negative things, you’ll be negative and if you’re exposed to more positive things, you’ll become positive. That’s why you need to surround yourself with others who are on the same mindset as you.

Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's show. My name is Genecia Alluora, and I want to talk about how to create or upgrade your lady inner circle. Now, do you ever get the feeling that your friends are bringing you down? When you have to hang out with your friends? Do you feel like you can't mention money because you think so differently to the people you are hanging out with? Now, so what is a lady inner circle? Now, your lady inner circle is a group of friends or mastermind buddies whom you know that always have your back. These are the right or die friends and the mastermind buddies. They are the ones when you call when everything's gone wrong in your business or your life, or you know will pick you up, tell you it's going to be okay, or give you a kick in your pants if you need them too as well. They are the friends whom you celebrate successes with, your ahas with, and also your screw ups with. They are the but then you can outgrow your lady inner circle. It's sad but true. If you are working on your mindset, your business and your money blocks and your fellow friends or inner circle aren't, then chances are you will be outgrowing them pretty soon if you haven't already.

Genecia Alluora: So what happens then? You need to upgrade. So if you're in my Soul Rich Woman Blueprint program, then you'll know that we talk a lot about upgrades as well. Now, upgrades are one of the techniques you can use to get closer or to living your F word. Being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and happy family. The one that will make you feel abundant and like a money magnet. So how do you upgrade your lady in your circle? First and foremost, check who you are hanging out with. Are they friends who have all said that they want to start a business but then just complain about how they can't quite decide what to do or say it's very difficult? Do they say they'll do things but then it takes them months and months to get around to it. Maybe they are big on ideas to improve their lives but never actually do it and use every excuse under the sun to explain why.

Genecia Alluora: And if you are on fire with ideas and enthusiasm, your lady inner circle like to sit down and whine. Then you are not an energetic match. So I'm so sorry, my dear. It's really likely they will bring you down. When that happens, you pay with decreased business motivation that reflects in your bottom line, which means how much money you make. And even if you are not in business, that energy is a vampire energy. Sucking your life force away can stop your manifestation module in its tracks. So what can you do? Check your energy. The first thing to do when you suspect that it might be time to upgrade your lady inner circle is to check in with your own energy when you think about the group. You don't even have to meet up with the group in person to do this. Just think about how you feel when you are face to face with them. If it's time to upgrade, you might feel a couple of things. First, drop in energy. Two, irritated at the thought of seeing them. Three, a total eye roll about everyone who is moaning and complaining about the last time you met.

Genecia Alluora: Four, you love to excuse and skip the next session. You just want to find ways to skip the session. Well, these are signs that it's time to think about an upgrade. You might say, Genecia, these are my friends, my inner circle. I just cannot get rid of them. You know what, my dear, that's really totally cool. I felt that way before. But your mindset is the most important thing to your success in your manifestation of the dreams, your F word, the things that you want in life. Fabulous, freedom, financial independence, and happy family. And sometimes we outgrow our friends on our way to living the life we are consciously manifesting for ourselves. So when you are in business, it's no different. You outgrow some of your lady inner circle mastermind bodies. Well, if you're unsure of how to find another lady inner circle to mastermind with for your business, remember, it's totally possible. You'll definitely find another one once you open up yourself for it.

Genecia Alluora: So how do you upgrade your lady inner circle? If you need to upgrade your Inner Circle right now, then here's a few ideas of how you can. Give them a chance to come with you. If you don't want to lose your current Lady Inner Circle, then this might be the way to go. Suggest that you all study a mindset or manifestation course together. Or read a book on the subject to lift all of you up. I mean, you could try make it happen. Ways to get from stuck to unstoppable without changing who you are, even if no one stand by you or believe in you. Alternatively, you could read personal branding secrets. Just remember that you can't make everyone take the journey with you. Give them a chance to get on the train with you.

Genecia Alluora: But if it takes a lot of your energy to keep everyone motivated and enthusiastic about what you're doing, you know what? It's not worth it. You might have to face the fact that it's time to cut your ties to that group. So cut your ties. It may be as simple as saying that you can't make your meetups anymore. You are busy, your plates are full, or arranging other activities for yourself whenever the old group schedule something. And of course you could manifest a new Lady Inner Circle group. This might sound really harsh right now, but you know what? If you have cleared a space for it, you declutter your mind, you declutter your soul and created a space and get really specific about what you want. It will happen really very fast.
