We are going to jump from the frying pan straight into the flames of a different fire in this next episode as I interview Tannis Helliwell, who is at the forefront of an entire new genre of investigation, she has seen higher realms and spoken with masters, angels, elementals since childhood. Walking in many worlds, she has led tours to sacred sites for two decades. Her knowledge and understanding of other worlds and spiritual realms can be found in some of her books. I did listen to the audio of the Summer with the Leprechauns, and really appreciated. I actually laughed out loud many times at the antics and other things. It was a hoot. The next book I plan on delving into is her book called Hybrids: So You Think You are human. In 2000, she founded the International Institute for Transformation, which offers programs to assist individuals in becoming conscious creators. For decades now, she has been working with 1000s of individuals, leading workshops at Buddhist, Christian, and New Age centers worldwide. A warm welcome to you, Tanis. It is a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much for joining us today. So I thought we would start off with people tend to be changed after reading a book, your book, that really resonates with them. With the Dragon's Tale, I am sure that many people reached out afterwards to you to share their own experiences with dragons. Can you share one standout story that surprised you?

I think what it is is that many people are feeling called to dragons right now, and for me, the most standout story isn't a recent story. It goes back about 15 years, and I was doing summer camp for children and teenagers who were going through spiritual transformations, breakthroughs in consciousness, and their parents or their grandparents or some guardian would bring them, and it was a week-long retreat. And I had been teaching all about alimentos because I thought, well, kids want to know all about fairies, and they want to get their fairy friends, and and so the adults had been loving this, and the kids had been loving it, and then I did a guided visualization with who wants to appear to you. I had not talked about dragons the entire week. This is near the end of the week. I talked a heck of a lot about fairies, and we'd had you know fairy castles and fairy costumes and all sorts of things, and after I did the guided visualization, I was going around the circle of like 30 people, and I said, "Okay, describe your experiences. And child after child talked about their experience meeting a dragon, and their parents or grandparents or whoever was there with them, all met elementals, and they were like, "Oh my God! And there was even an autistic boy. I still remember him. He was about 15 years old. His name was Michael. He hadn't spoken in the group for the whole time. He had only whispered to his mum, and I said, "Michael, would you like to describe your experience? And he started talking. About this great blue dragon, which is one for will and power, who had come to protect him. Wow, that really gave me a wake-up call. As I said 15 years ago, that the dragons were appearing here to children, to help the children in the new age.

Yeah, absolutely. One of the book's messages is that humans must embody new ideas, thoughts from higher frequencies. In a nutshell, how do we do this?
Tanis 05:41
How to embody new ideas and thoughts from higher frequencies? Well, the simplest thing for folks to think about is stay positive. Higher frequency thoughts are all positive ones. They're ones around love and compassion and forgiveness and tolerance and non-attachment to having things your way, being optimistic and really a feeling, a deep feeling, Janelle, that which I have and I'm pretty sure you might have, is that spirit has its plan, and even though to our little few down here on the earth it looks like things might be falling apart, spirit has its own plan for us, and to definitely to trust this, I think more that folks trust in this deeper plan, and have a deep acceptance of it, no matter what is occurring in their the life outside them in the environment or the life inside them in their own relationships. To say, you know, this is all right. It's not pleasant. It's definitely difficult. It is a challenge. However, there is a purpose for this.

Yeah, and I think hope and faith are important aspects of it for sure.

Yeah. So, if people want to move to higher frequencies, this is the attitude to maintain, and it isn't a head in the sand, Pollyanna. No, you you see what's happening, but you still have this faith that you're that you're talking about.

Perfect. Does working with the higher frequencies have to do with the crystals. So I found it interesting in the book that that it was mentioned that the crystals are dormant in humans. I think it was like 2000 years. I don't know where we're at in that process. You were talking about the crystals in your pineal gland. Sort of where are the other crystals in your body? Because I've had other teachings around it, so I just wanted to get your take on it. And then, is it a goal for people to actually keep activating more and more of the crystals that are within them?

The pineal gland is very little understood by medical science, but I've been talking for decades now about how I call it the unicell, and I first wrote about this in 1988 in my first book. I know long time ago, long time, young person. I called it the unicell at that point, and this is where is stored the the crystals that can move us to higher frequencies, and it's like the third eye. It's directly in the middle of our brain, and it is not connected to the rest of our brain. And in science, they tend to think that it's the pituitary gland, that is the master gland that controls everything, but it's actually the pineal. We don't have to work at it. What will happen is that as we are moving into what we just discussed, these higher frequencies through positive thought, positive emotion, and positive action in the world, the three have to be allied. As we do this, our frequency just naturally rises, which triggers the pineal gland, and then we start to see and hear and know deeper truths. Truth is evolving. Truth is not stationary. It's not static. It evolves as our understanding and as our frequency evolves. When this starts to happen, then it triggers changes in all of our hormones and all. Of ourselves, and we just body and soul move to higher frequencies.

So what's interesting is in other teachings there were like crystals in your palms, crystals in the bottoms of your feet, crystals in your heart, and then almost like a a crown around your head, where it's surrounding, sort of like your pineal, that was like in like munay ki rites, in more of the shamanic tradition, and and that kind of thing. Have you worked with those kind of crystals in those parts of the bodies at all?

What these are is that they are all chakra points in our hands. We have the we have chakras here. We have chakras on the bottom of our feet. It's not just these seven, you know. There's actually 12. It doesn't just stop here with seven chakras. The seventh being here and it connected to the pineal. Right. But it's not just those seven. In on our Earth, there's actually 12 dimensions, not just these seven. And mathematically, we know theoretically, they mathematicians already talk about the eight dimensions, so that is already known. But this whole chakra line, even though it's 12 dimensions through our solar system, it goes right up to the great central sun, which is our creator.

Yeah, that was sort of my next question around all of that because in the book, Jake talked about. He made it clear that you know dragons have been with humans from the beginning, and when Earth was being formed, that dragons work with the source of all. Other references were like Holy Spirit and the one we call God, the Creator, and also the Great Central Sun. And I've actually had other teachings around the Great Central Sun. I was very curious about your take on how you define the Great Central Sun?

Yeah, well, the Great Central Sun for me is just another name for our Creator or our God, and that would would be the Great Central Sun, Jake, who is the dragon in the drag queen. He calls it the the source of all.

Well, and it's it's their energy source as well, right?
Tanis 12:27
Yes, and it is our energy source as well.
Janelle 12:31
So how does that all work? I thought it might do something with the crystals because of the crystals within the dragons as well. The crystals are in every cell of the dragon is that right?
Tanis 12:41
Yeah, but it's in our cells too. Yeah, it is as Jake says, and you know, as we're we're talking about it, this prana-that's what the the in the Vedas and the Hindu tradition they call it the prana, or Chinese call it chi, whatever you want to call it, this universal life energy is not just in our physical bodies. It's in our emotional or astral bodies. It is our mental or causal bodies. It is in our spiritual bodies. So it is in everything. But as Jake said in the book, the dragons can eat this or get energized by it, just like plants can absorb the energy of the sun and metabolize it, and humans, you know, have to eat the plants to get the energy. So there are very few people, although there are some, who are able to just live on prana, without any food, without any water, and this is well documented. So

Yes. Yeah. Okay. And there are. It's well documented that these people exist, have existed, and so what's possible for one is possible for all. They are ahead of many of us in that particular arena of our of our evolution because we all evolve different ways.

Perfect. We're going to switch gears a little bit. In you have shared that that a bridge is being created between humans and dragons. What does that look like, or how much of the bridge would you feel has been built already or created between humans and dragons.
Tanis 14:43
Well, as as you mentioned, the dragons have been here from the beginning, with the you know to help with the ball of energy that needed to be catalyzed so that it would start to. All the elements start to grow and evolve into the life that we have now. So that is their talent: is to catalyze transformation because their fire, the fire of transformation, has in it all of these elements: the earth, air, fire, and Water-they can catalyze, and that's what their role is with all evolving planets and solar systems-is to help to to do this. It has been here, but we've lost that connection over these last couple of 1000 of years, and dragons, to some extent, have been demonized by our Catholic Church, by our Protestant Church too. Except we focus more with the Catholic Church on things like that. They've been demonized, and they've been demonized in the West, but not in the East. The East, they've always thought of the dragons as protectors and great beings of wisdom. There's also a difference between our Eastern and Western mythology around dragons. It's

really interesting with the Eastern because, like in China, like I did feng shui and that sort of thing. That's sort of my background, and they definitely believe that they descended from the dragons, which is an interesting take on it as well.

Yes, especially the emperor, the emperor himself. Yeah. Yes, yes, and not just you know in China in the Quetzalcoatl, you know in in the Americas, the feathered serpent was also brought civilization to humans. We we find these myths all over the world. This bridge has been built from the beginning, but we've had a kind of collective amnesia in the West, as we mentioned at the earliest part of our our talk about the children. The children are feeling this connection. You know, of all the books I write, Janelle, this book, *The Dragon's Tale* has become my second best-selling book.

Oh, wow, that's great! Just like that, just like that, and it's because people are feeling this, and we're feeling that the dragons are coming here, which I would say they are coming here to help with the transformation of the earth, and and that's what I have seen, and have have written about. Perfect. So the bridge is being built. Yeah, and even you, I mean, here you are, you know. And you, you were before we went on. We were talking about the dragon lines, yeah, and how we've always talked about the dragon lines, which are the acupuncture and acu the meridians all around the Earth, and that's what the dragons work with. That's how they analyze this energy using those dragon lines. And we have these all through these energy meridians are all our acupuncture points. So the dragons are more concerned with the evolution of the Earth than they are of we little humans here.

Yeah, it's a great wayto put it. Yes, they have priorities.

They have priorities, and we better just fall into line.

So, getting back to like sacred sites, because you've traveled all over the world working with, I don't know, with the dragon lines and sacred sites. How how has that experience been for you?
Tanis 18:45
It was monumental. I don't in my life. I just follow what I'm directed to do. I never knew I was going to spend 22 years, each year going to a different country, to the sacred sites to activate those sites, which are on these dragon lines. Yes, it was to heal the earth, and of course, people who went with me. There was always a group who went with me to Egypt or to New Zealand or to gosh Japan or all over the world, and and these people were transformed. What was so amazing was that we were able to get into sites that are closed that no one can get into, and have private meditations, and places like Stonehenge, which is closed, they would open it up for the night for us, or Machu Picchu. People can only go up and stay in the hotel for one night. We'd get two nights. When everybody else was gone, they'd open up all of Machu Picchu for us for our rituals. In Ireland at Newgrange, we had a an Irish guide who had been doing it for like 30 years, taking people on sites in Newgrange and whatever. And she's we got private time in Newgrange to open up the site. She said, "I'm Irish, and I can't even get private time. It was easy, is all I can say. First Nations elders would have us in their lodges to spend the night and say that they were told to teach us as if we were of their tribe. It was a blessing, is all I can say. It was a blessing. It was a blessing to all the people who went. I think that I really feel it was opening these these energy sites, and this all happened. I haven't done a sacred site tour now for almost a decade, and that time in my life is over. But this preceded my work with the dragons to my active work with the dragons. I was aware that these dragon lines were connected to the birth of the new earth. This is very, very true, but I hadn't yet consciously met Jake, yeah, and been told that I had to write the book. All of these things were were very not known to me at that point. I think that a lot of what happens in my life anyway, and I don't know about you, Janelle, but I can't. I kind of get downloaded on a need to know basis. Yeah, yeah, same here.

Yeahn same here. Yeah, and it's like I get told to go places, and then I I just go, yeah, and do whatever's needed at that site, yeah.

Yes, and and you, I understand. You've been taking people to to along dragon lines to sacred sites and taking dragon eggs there. So let's hear more about that.
Janelle 22:22
Yeah, I mean it's interesting. I don't do tours like you. Usually, I go with a friend or someone where it's just the two of us, so that we can experience the lines, work with the lines, and do what's needed there. But yeah, there's certainly, and I'll talk about it a little bit more in future episodes, but there's definitely been a time where eggs were gifted to me, and then they hatched, and then they wanted to go to different dragon lines on the in the world, including places like Delos, Greece, as well as Roslyn Chapel. All over the world, you never know what you're going to get. It's like a box of chocolates when you go somewhere, and you're open to what you need to experience there for sure.

Yeah, and both of those places that you've just mentioned are very powerful sites. So this is wonderful that you're doing this.

Yeah, Roslyn Chapel is actually considered to be a dragon temple, along with Chartres. Those two are, you know, Chartres is on my list, my bucket list still, with the labyrinth and stuff. Just to backtrack with you a little bit, you read the Bible, you've worked with the Christian world. How do you balance your spiritual path, working with other realms and other beings within the Christian bend to things.

It it has to do with not just with Jesus, who I think was an avatar, just like Krishna was an avatar, or Buddha is an avatar, and it hasn't just got to do with that. It has to do with the Christ, and the Christ is the cosmic Christ. Is the aspect of the Trinity where you say the Father, the Son, it's also the daughter. Tara is a Christed figure as well, and the Holy Spirit, which is the Divine Mother, as well. Those three aspects for me have always been in my heart: the Father, the Son or Daughter, and the Holy Spirit, and which is the Divine Mother. There's no difficulty for me with this at all. I because I have always seen things, Janelle, since I was born, basically. Yeah, and I was raised Christian, and I sang in the choir, and went to youth groups, and did all this. But I started reading mystical Christian stuff early on, as I was also studying Tibetan Buddhism, or studying with First Nations groups and their mystical traditions. So it's mysteries of every tradition that has attracted me, and in the mysteries, not sort of the as Jesus said, those that have ears let them hear. Well, everybody's got ears, but we have either higher ears or lower ears, and when he when Jesus spoke the parables, it was on many levels, and so for the person who needs simple rules to follow, yes, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Blah blah blah. But very important. But what's the higher laws that he was talking about? And said, you know, in my in my home there are many mansions. Well, these mansions are all the different frequencies. When we die, we go to the frequency that we resonate at, and when we are still alive, but we're asleep at night, and we're dreaming. We go to the frequency that we resonate at, and some of us, and I think more and more of us, are awake in these frequencies. And I have always been able to travel in these various worlds, and but that is available to everybody, and a lot of schizophrenics have this ability. But the difference between a schizophrenic and a mystic is that a mystic, or myself, or many others, can close the door and choose to live in this normal everyday world, pay their bills, and drive the car, or see these other realms and talk in these other realms. And this, more and more people are. This is happening to them because why the frequency of the Earth is rising.

Getting back to the the Bible aspects of the Bible, so in your book about hybrids, you talk about 22 different intelligent non human beings who have interbred with humans, creating hybrids. So some examples you used are like dragons, centaurs, angels, elementals, those sorts of things. But in the book, Jake shared that dragons live in close frequency to demigods, advanced human masters, and he made a reference to giants. So, based on sort of what the Bible says about these beings, what do you feel is their relationship to dragons?

Well, sort of like the the way the Bible describes the beings. You know, like the giants tend to be Goliath is listed, and most of them,

Again, sort of. How do you see it?

Well, first of all, the Bible that we're we're working with currently, the Saint John's, the translation of the the Bible, it's edited. We're not work working with. First of all, we're not working with Jesus' original words anyway because the the the various gospels were written after.

Yeah, Jesus said very little, like when you pull it all out of the Bible.

Yeah, yes, and and each each gospel has a little different take on it, and I prefer Saint John's version of the Bible, because that is the mystical version of the Bible. But anyway, but there were many other books even in the Bible that were were taken out in the third century, and there were references to reincarnation, and there were references to to various other realms and things like this, but a lot of it was edited out. I personally have absolutely no conflict in me between my deep trust in the Christ and these wonderful avatars who are Christed beings. Christ is a title; it's Jesus the Christ, Krishna, Krishna, the Christ. You know, Bhagavan Krishna. So they're all Christed beings. This is a high, high. Initiation state of a high, high frequency of unity with the divine. All of us are going this way, as far as I'm concerned, and we're all just traveling the path, slow or fast. Some are slow.

you know, a little tangent off in this life. However, we're all going that way. So for me, there's absolutely no conflict. It was more of a surprise for me, Janelle, to realize that I was a dragon on the dragon world, and and I know that I am a mer person on the mer person world, and you know, so so that I have these other lives happening simultaneously with this particular one, yeah, and so that was more of a what? Yeah, reconciling all of that. Yes, yes, and I am a follower of Paramahansa Yogananda and his particular lineage. He wrote the book, like you know, the autobiography of a yogi. But anyway, in his particular lineage, the Christ, Jesus, the Christ, is a central figure, as is Krishna. He actually wrote a 700 page book, two volume book on the second coming of the Christ, all about comparing, talking about the Bible and everything Jesus said and what it really meant, and comparing it to the Bhagavad Gita, which is the Hindu Bible. So you see, in what and I didn't come to this until about six or seven years ago. That I, although I had read him over like three or four decades, I hadn't decided to to take him as my my leader. You know, we say guru. Yeah. But I hadn't decided that. But if you read that, or you actually read what his master, whose name was Sri Yukteswar, said. And Sri Yukteswar talks about, and I wrote about this in the in the book, and I don't know if I can easily find it, but he actually wrote about it in The Dragon's Tale, where he where Yogananda asks him, "What are you doing now? Because Sri Yukteswar was dead, but appeared to Yogananda in a physical form, just like Jesus appeared to Thomas of the disciples physically. This is possible for avatars, and so Yogananda was saying, "What are you doing now? And Sri Yukteswar said, "I am in a high astral realm, and this is the realm where there are gnomes and goblins, mermaids, and he goes through the whole a whole list and demigods blah blah blah blah, and I thought, and that's after I wrote the book on hybrids. Wow! Then I realized I had to commit that obviously I had been overshadowed with my work with elementals for two decades, and then the book on the hybrids, I had obviously been overshadowed for a long time by beings much higher beings than yeah, much higher.

One of the last questions I have for you is more like: After all of your experiences with other beings and other worlds, what are you still curious about?
Tanis 34:14
Oh, I'm curious every day. I'm curious about where this conversation goes, but I'm so totally in the present. I live mostly in the present, and the more I live in the present, the happier I am. So, I, I just, I'm curious about everything. I'm curious to know if, if I will be writing a book on the mermaid song, it's the only book that I still feel is calling, but it hasn't called yet, and I'm curious: will it ever let go of it, Tanis? I say to myself, and I do. I let go. I'm not attached to it. It's a curiosity about. I'm interested in you, Janelle, and what you're doing for the dragons. I'm interested in my little community where I live and difficulties they're having currently here. I'm interested on you know, if I don't do my meditation today, which I didn't, am I going to be off track or on track? And will it will it take away from what we're doing? Everything, everything.

Yes, I I feel complete. I've just so enjoyed our chat, and I'm so happy that you're taking friends, and maybe there'll be a larger circle that now will be drawn to you to start taking them to sacred sites and helping the earth. I think that this is so important that we humans do this, help the earth in any way we can.

It feels it feels like we're a link between heaven and earth, like we're the middleman, and we're we're much needed middleman to be part of that process. So

yeah, yeah, we're the. I feel that we're too. We're to be, we're kindergarten creators, and we're to be guardians of this planet, and to help all the different wonderful beings evolve, little vegetable beings and flower beings and little animal and insect beings and yeah, how do we help everything?
