Until he discovered Ironman, he did his research and explored the intricacies of form, cadence, heart rate, and optimal training techniques. As he became more familiar with endurance sports, his body no longer experienced pain, and his breathing improved. He reminds us that nothing is impossible when we reach beyond our comfort zones.
