Welcome to Essential Dynamics. I'm your host, Derek Hudson. Essential Dynamics is a thinking framework I've been working on to help with tricky problems in business and in life. And in in the podcast, we test the principles of essential dynamics through deep conversations with interesting people. This is not a podcast today.
Derek:I just have an announcement to make. Three things I wanna cover. First of all, thanks to all the guests who joined us on season three. Really appreciate your time, your insight, your humility. I think we learned a lot from each guest, and, so I really appreciate the effort that our guest put in.
Derek:Also, thanks to our listeners. Everything we do, we do it for you, and, really appreciate the interest in these ideas that we talk about on essential dynamics. So that's a wrap for season three. Thanks again to everybody involved. Second, I am pleased to announce that on December 19, we will be rereleasing the Essential Dynamics Christmas special.
Derek:It was first released two years ago on 12/21/2021. It's a great conversation with my friends, Reed and Bryn, about how Essential Dynamics ties into the Christmas story. Don't miss it. I'm thinking of maybe releasing it every year like a Charlie Brown Christmas, but we'll we'll see what our reaction is, after we do the rerelease. It's the longest episode, and I think it's really, really good and helps us understand both essential dynamics and Christmas a little better.
Derek:Finally, I'm excited to announce season four of essential dynamics podcast brought to you by Unconstrained. Season four will launch on Tuesday, 01/09/2024. In season four, we're gonna focus on providing real value to business leaders with the problems they face today. Over the past year, our unconstrained team has spent countless hours discussing, evaluating, and pondering the principles we're learning from all of our interactions with business leaders. We continue to test and refine the concepts of essential dynamics in these sessions, and we're learning so much that we feel like we just need to share in the podcast.
Derek:So most of our episodes will be multiplayer conversations among, my colleagues and I from unconstrained with other guests brought in on topics we see as critical to business leaders. We have unconventional opinions on a lot of issues, and we can't wait to share them with our listeners.
