Bryn:

Hi, everybody. I'm Bryn Griffiths. Meika's Birdhouse is happy to present a new podcast which is coming up this weekend, and we can hardly wait. It's called Birdhouse Banter. Now I'm out here.

Bryn:

I'm ready to look after my my pals here at this birdhouse. And, you know, the most important thing for me is, am I feeding them the right stuff? Am I doing what I need to do to make sure that everybody gets looked after through the entire summer and in particular the winter? Although today, it's apparently spring, but you can't tell by the snow on the ground. But nonetheless, we'll be dealing with birds.

Bryn:

That's what we're gonna talk about. Birds in Western Canada, and it's, it's gonna be a lot of fun. Looking forward to it. Both Ian and Janine will be joining us on the Birdhouse Banter, and we're gonna be focusing in on, obviously, all the stuff that they have in the store, which is, of course, Meika's Birdhouse. But the other thing too we're gonna talk about is we're gonna talk about some of the special stories from the rescue side of things, and that is Mica's Safehouse.

Bryn:

So we're gonna be touching on all of that, plus we'll be talking about birds of migration, what you could expect to be showing up here at the at the birdhouse and what you should be feeding them and all that kind of stuff. I I gotta tell you, though, this morning, I heard the Canadian geese flying over, and I'm thinking to myself, I know it says April on the calendar, but it is clearly not April on the ground yet. But, nonetheless, they'll be ready for it. We'll be ready for it. He'll be ready for it.

Bryn:

Everyone will be ready for it. First podcast is dropping coming up this Saturday, 7AM on April 11. Are you okay up there? Wow. They're they're excited.
