Michael Rozbruch [00:00:00]:
Buckle up everybody, because Michael Koenigs is. I'm going to read from the card. Is an entrepreneur, 19 time number one best selling author, speaker and interactive online personality and influencer. He's an expert in the growing field of generative artificial intelligence tools and has been teaching top professionals how to effectively use these new tools. Now, I know Mike for about 10 years and in the last few weeks we've been texting each other and he's been showing me his presentation. He's been fine tuning it actually. Said, Mike, can I get your presentation before the event? No, Michael, because I'm constantly tweaking it. There's so much new information coming and he's going to talk to us about that.

Michael Rozbruch [00:00:44]:
But throughout his career, KNX has been at the forefront of technological innovation, constantly exploring new ways to harness the power of AI and automation to drive business success. He's authored books, you actually have one of his books that was in your event box. And courses on topics ranging from marketing automation to productivity optimization. Sharing his wealth and knowledge and experience with aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders around the world. Let's welcome to the stage the one, the only, Michael Koenigs.

Mike Koenigs [00:01:21]:
Hello. How you doing, my brother?

Michael Rozbruch [00:01:23]:
Good, good.

Mike Koenigs [00:01:24]:
Michael, how's it going? Good. Great, man. Take it away. Thank you. All right. I'm so excited to be here. And just as Michael was saying, I was working on this presentation literally hours before I got here. Why? Because AI is changing so rapidly.

Mike Koenigs [00:01:41]:
So I know what's on your mind is number one, how do you get your time back? How do you get out of the overwhelm cycle? And, and one of the things that I think is really important about AI that not anyone I know of talks about is how do you use it to increase your top line revenue. I think a race to the bottom, bottom line revenue is fine to focus on, but I think we're in the game of top line revenue and using AI to do that. And you're looking at right now, how do you support or replace or enhance your teams? How could you use AI to actually hire more people who are already AI friendly? Another big thing that we're going to talk about today is the fear that every business owner I work with has, which is losing institutional knowledge, being able to have sop. So when you do bring on someone new, they can be functional and useful in days or weeks instead of months. And then we're going to talk about getting customers with AI. I'm going to show you some brand new tools. Some of these are, are within 48 hours of being released. And then we're going to talk about doing prospect research, actually getting customers, and then converting customers with AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:02:51]:
I'm going to show you a sales strategy that we use to do single call conversations that result in multi six figure sales. And you can use it too. So what is most important is this is a system that consistently drives more top line revenue with better systems and fewer people. The name of my presentation is the four quadrants of AI. This is all about upgrading yourself, your brand, your team and your top line with it. So let's get into it. I'll begin with a little story. That's how AI helped me get a speaking gig at the United Nations.

Mike Koenigs [00:03:25]:
And I'm telling you this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that AI used properly can make your dreams come true. I really mean that. And we can talk about the negative effects of AI and I am, no, I'm not a stranger to it, but I'm going to talk about the positive uses. So here's how it goes. I got a call from a friend of mine. I know these people from the same group that I know, Michael from Dr. Denise and Barry Goldstein. She's a doctor and he composes music.

Mike Koenigs [00:03:53]:
He's a Grammy Award winning composer. She called me up and said, hey, how would you like to come speak at the United nations about AI? I said, that sounds great. She said, there's a catch. I go, what's that? Well, I need your speech and your bio, UN approved, in my hands in four hours. And I need you here in 30 hours to speak to the group. Well, I live in San Diego, so here's what I did. Besides, I got really nervous because I'm used to speaking to business audiences. I have no idea how to speak to the United nations, all these different countries, all these different people.

Mike Koenigs [00:04:35]:
But what I did is I put together a complete bio and all the details that we needed. And the way I did it is by pulling out my app, a little tool called Otter. Now, there is a little bit of a backstory here. It turns out my wife, who's in the video that you see right now, has spoken at the United nations twice. She's been doing humanitarian work on the ground in Uganda, in India for 20 years. She's been to the White House multiple times. She knows a lot about this. So I got to cheat a little bit.

Mike Koenigs [00:05:11]:
So what I did is I pulled out this tool called Otter. Just raise your hand or put in chat. Do you use an app called Otter? Otter AI. In my opinion, this should be something you use all the time to capture every conversation you have, with permission, of course, and capture institutional knowledge and wisdom. But you can talk into otter. And what I did is I brainstormed with my wife Vivian for 20 minutes. And I just started out and I said, I'm Mike Koenigs. I'm speaking at this.

Mike Koenigs [00:05:42]:
I brainstormed with her. I said, what do you think we should talk about? They told me they want me to talk about AI. And there were going to be 50 different nations in the room about women and AI in undeveloped countries using it to grow their entrepreneurial capabilities and capacities, many of which don't even know how to speak English. So I communicated this. I put that transcript into ChatGPT. I said, make me a speech. Okay, well, here you go. It cranked out a speech for me.

Mike Koenigs [00:06:16]:
And then I said, I have to create a UN approved bio. Now, there's one important thing about a bio to the un. It can't say the words, nor can your speech say I in it. And it can't ever reflect anything about business. So I managed to put together this document, had it in their hands within four hours. Okay. Which would have been a miracle if I would have had to do this without AI it would have taken me weeks and weeks of time. So I had a speech.

Mike Koenigs [00:06:45]:
But then I thought, well, I got to make sure that it times out right, that it actually works properly. I had 10 minutes. Most people go over. Well, I used another tool called Invideo. And what I was able to do is upload my script. And this is the tool. InVideo AI. It's a tool that allows you to create a synthetic version of you or a synthetic video.

Mike Koenigs [00:07:07]:
It's like hiring an entire production team to write and perform and create a video. No editors, it's phenomenal. Can do weeks worth of work in a matter of minutes. So what I did is I pasted in the script, pressed a button and gave it some instructions. And it started cranking. And over a period, I just sped this up for you. It took about 15 minutes to get a draft. And you can see it's working in the background.

Mike Koenigs [00:07:35]:
And after it processes for a little while, it comes back and asks questions. You know, do you want to create a synthetic version of your character, synthetic version of your voice? You can literally train this to be you to. To create marketing videos. But in this particular case, I ended up choosing, okay, it's going to be made for a LinkedIn audience. Make it realistic video. I press the button and boom. In a little while, it made the video. Now, what I'm going to do right now is I'm going to show you a little clip of this video and I want you to imagine for a moment if you had a story to tell, if you wanted to communicate to an audience and engage them so they wanted to work with you.

Mike Koenigs [00:08:12]:
What kind of a story would you need to tell? Because Invideo could produce it. I'm going to play the first part of the synthetic version of the speech I ended up making to the United nations, just so you can see a little clip. And it was trained with my voice. Here goes.

Speaker C [00:08:28]:
Practical example. Imagine a woman entrepreneur in Uganda, India, or any community around the world. She has a brilliant idea, a socially focused business plan or an initiative that could transform her community. But there's one she doesn't speak the language of global finance or fundraising. She might not speak English, French, Chinese, German or Spanish fluently enough to confidently approach potential international funders or investors. But now she doesn't need to wait. She doesn't have to hire costly translators or production teams. She can open a laptop or even a smartphone and instantly tap into a set of four free, easy to use AI tools that transform her vision into a.

Mike Koenigs [00:09:17]:
The bottom line is that went over really well, really quickly. And I used the same strategy recently. Just last week I got booked to speak at NASA, which is coming up in a couple of weeks. I grew up in a little tiny town in Minnesota. I did not come from anything special. I never went to college. So if a guy like me can use tools like this, anyone can learn to do it. All right.

Mike Koenigs [00:09:39]:
But it's at least a nice transformational story just to give you an idea what's possible. So what I hope you do over the next few minutes with me is allow yourself to just dream big. And I'm going to share with you not just some really good applications of AI, but how to think in AI and how to bring the AI culture into your business. So here's what we're going to cover today. Number one, something I call the four quadrants of AI. I'll say this multiple times, times. Frameworks create freedom. And when you've got frameworks and you got the mindsets, the rest follows naturally.

Mike Koenigs [00:10:16]:
Next, AI is your meta coach, meaning you can talk to AI. I'm going to show you how to talk to AI, no matter how much you're using it right now, so you get better results faster, and how to hire amazing team members with AI. I had something terrible happen a few months ago. My number one decided to leave not because I did anything wrong or she decided she did anything wrong, she had a change in her family situation. I had to hire someone really, really fast and I had two weeks notice because of a family situation. I'm going to show you exactly how I hired and found not just one, but two amazing replacements. Next big question that comes up all the time. Which AI should I use? When? When should I use it? Why should I use it? So I'll show you a couple of tools, some of my biggest shortcuts, and then a new development in AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:11:09]:
They're called super agents that'll do your work for you. I'll introduce you to a few that literally can do all the work with very vague commands. And then how to automate client onboarding documentation, SOPs again, preserving your institutional knowledge. And then how to get your teams to use AI quickly. So you're ready, strap in, let me know in chat if you're ready to rock and roll and ready to learn more. Raise your hands so I can see you. I get to see you in here. It's awesome.

Mike Koenigs [00:11:40]:
Yes, ready to rock. Thank you for that. So by show of hands, and with an A, a B or a C, how much are you using? AI or ChatGPT? A, not yet. B, a little. C, a lot. Okay, quite a few not yets. All right. This is fantastic, man.

Mike Koenigs [00:12:01]:
I love this real time response. Thank you, thank you. A little ready to rock? Not yet. Ab. Alright. My goal, no matter where you are, is you can start or continue. Because this is a tool you use. And in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king.

Mike Koenigs [00:12:20]:
And you don't need to know a lot to be really, really effective. Now raise your hand or put it in chat. Does this resonate with you? I'm so busy running my business, I don't have time to learn AI. Does that sound like you or is that you? And I see a lot of yeses and a few nos. Now remember, frameworks create freedom. I'm gonna give you lots of little frameworks and mindsets. But. But first, this is my opinion.

Mike Koenigs [00:12:48]:
I put this up because I believe all of us as business owners have 18 to 36 months to jump on the AI bandwagon. And if you don't do it, your competition's gonna do it. And if you're not using AI inside your businesses, your employees, your teams are gonna start migrating towards organizations that do that. Give the freedom and possibility, not with the fear of losing their job, but enhancing their capabilities. We all have a window and I actually think it's shorter than 18 months now. Not too long ago this article came out. The founder of Claude, which is one of the top AIs anthropic, warned that AI will destroy half of all white collar jobs. I actually don't agree with that opinion, but the point of it is there's a whole bunch of white collar jobs that can be replaced with AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:13:38]:
But more importantly, people who are using it can use it to augment their capabilities. And that's the way I look. I look at it from a glass half full, not empty point of view. If you're using this tool, you can become three times or more productive very, very quickly and get hours of your time back every single day. And this is another quote you may have seen before. This is something that Sam Altman, who's the founder of OpenAI ChatGPT, said in my group chat with my tech CEO friends, there's a betting pool for the first year that there will be a one person billion dollar company. Now, if we were going to enjoy a cocktail or a drink somewhere together, we could talk about what those businesses might be. But it's my strong opinion right now that businesses that embrace AI and use it more effectively inside the business and the culture are going to win and win really, really fast.

Mike Koenigs [00:14:33]:
And like I said, if you don't, your customers will. Now, the next little thing I'm going to show you is just a little piece that my son, who's 23, made for me to show to you. But let me just see if this message resonates with you and then I'm going to move on into the meat. This is something my son made. This is 100% synthetic video using a new tool from Google called Veo3. Here it goes. You ever wish you could go back in time?

Samuel L. Jackson [00:15:02]:
Before Amazon blew up, before bitcoin hit.

Mike Koenigs [00:15:05]:
Before the iPhone changed the game? Well, guess what? That wish, that window it just opened.

Samuel L. Jackson [00:15:12]:
Launch 10 companies in 10 days. You can turn one idea into a.

Mike Koenigs [00:15:16]:
Brand in one hour. You don't need a coder, you don't need a team. You don't need to be a tech wizard. All you need is the right system. And that's what we're giving you. It wasn't perfect, but he made that in several minutes. And my son went to school for filmmaking and not too long ago, he was terrified. He's like, oh my God, this is going to destroy so many jobs.

Mike Koenigs [00:15:48]:
But you know what? There are young people who are going to be able to make entire feature films by themselves on a laptop, giving People all over the world with nothing more than a mold, phone access to create stories and communicate and do business with very few resources. Again, I look at this and say, what are all the opportunities? Think about the billions and trillions that are going to be created because of it. That, by the way, is my family. My wife Vivian, my son Zach. And oh, by the way, just yesterday, my son got a job for $80,000 making and doing AI. So he's in a completely different state of mind. And he's one of these Covid babies. He went to high school.

Mike Koenigs [00:16:30]:
He didn't have a junior or high school because of COVID So many kids right now are just in a place trying to figure out, where do I fit inside this world with things moving so quickly. So again, I just wanted to share that with you, just to give you hope that this is a tool for abundance. All right, so very briefly, 30 seconds, about me. You heard a little bit. I've been married 23 years. I'm a dad, obviously. I'm a stage three, a colorectal cancer survivor. 13 years, doing just fine.

Mike Koenigs [00:17:04]:
Five time serial entrepreneur. I've been in the business of building and selling companies most of my life. Now I just build them. I'm an author, podcaster and speaker. Michael mentioned that I have two companies. One's called Superpower Accelerator, one's called AI Accelerator. We've been training and teaching over 30,000 business owners and founders. And I live in San Diego, Baja, Mexico, if you've ever heard of Todo Santos and Malaga, Spain.

Mike Koenigs [00:17:29]:
So we are international citizens. I believe entrepreneurship is an international language of peace and prosperity. I think AI is a tool to enhance that. And no, I'm not a CPA or accountant. I don't play one on TV or the Internet. But what I'm going to share with you are some things that I've learned as I've been preparing for you. So we're going to begin right now with the four quadrants, the first of which is your AI superpowers. This is how to give yourself and your team new AI capabilities that multiply productivity three to ten times.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:04]:
So first of all, my number one simple AI tip. First of all, if you are an iPhone user, you have a little button on the side of your phone and you can use it to trigger ChatGPT, which is my go to number one. So left hand side, it's called the action button. You see that over here? And if you go into your settings on your iPhone, I'm sorry, if you're an Android user, but I know there's something like it. You can set up a shortcut so when you push that button, ChatGPT fires up. And if you make a point of taking your agency back and realizing there is nothing you cannot answer, there's nothing you cannot know immediately. So the whole idea of ever saying, I don't know how to do that or what is the best way to do X, it's already there. You have access to it.

Mike Koenigs [00:18:57]:
And as human beings, we've given up our agency through our legacy education and training programs, where we give up our power and our agency to institutions and other people. That's why I think this is so important, is get into the habit of being able to solve any problem and just talk to AI like a human. Think of it as a team member, an extension of yourself, and grab onto these superpowers. So young people are going to learn this. Us older people can too. I'm 59 years old. Next. This is a framework.

Mike Koenigs [00:19:32]:
It's called the Mac Method. So one is mentor. Teach me how to do this. You can talk to AI and say, I want to know how to do an xyz. Make me a prompt. That's what the assistant can do. Make me a prompt that will help me get this outcome. You can talk to AI, you can talk to ChatGPT and tell it what's wrong and where you need help and have it help you solve the problem.

Mike Koenigs [00:19:58]:
And then you can say, after you get the result, now critique and, and improve it. You have a dialogue with it, just like a human. Now, I told you already about otter, which is one of my favorite tools. Another very important thing, and this is critically important for you and your business, is if you think of your business as one thing, which is you make, you charge a service for value and you get paid. But if you ever sold that business, you'd get a check and it'd be a multiple of your ebitda. But if it was a system where you recorded all your data and you recorded everything you do all the time, you can make a clone of yourself to replicate and get rid of all the tiresome, annoying tasks that drive you crazy. And never lose institutional knowledge and never forget anything. So I'm gonna show you a couple tools that, that will enable you to build libraries of SOPs.

Mike Koenigs [00:20:58]:
So, for example, this is what happened. I told you I already lost my number one of four years with two weeks of notice. But because I had been recording all of our conversations and meetings with permission, of course, I had enough data to provide training material to get A new person, my number two or my number one. Rather up to speed in less than a week and a half. Fully productive. Here's another thing. Did you know that on your iPhone there is a button that you can press so anytime you call someone, in the top left corner there is a button. When someone picks up the phone, you press that top left, it will record the audio.

Mike Koenigs [00:21:44]:
Now that can be put into AI. And anytime I ever have a conversation now I say, is it okay if I record this conversation so I can take notes and I can follow up with you. But I use this non stop to build a library of wisdom and knowledge. Next up, if you use Zoom, I use a tool and there are many tools like this. The one I use is called Fathom. It allows you to capture every Zoom meeting as a video. It takes great notes. It's one button.

Mike Koenigs [00:22:13]:
It does full meeting summaries. You can take the transcripts and put them into a tool called NotebookLM, which I'm going to show you how to use in just a moment. And it can process mounds of content, like huge volumes, thousands of pages. And it's awesome for capturing testimonials and it runs completely in the background. So again, capturing institutional knowledge, being able to turn it into sops. So someone on your team or an AI and can do repetitive annoying tasks so you can focus on creating value. I believe right now losing information and notes is inexcusable. It never has to happen ever in your organization ever again.

Mike Koenigs [00:22:58]:
So the way it works is super easy. For example, this is a conversation. There's one button to click on to copy a follow up email and it's got multiple options. So it takes all the notes and it captures the video. Here you can see, it captures sales information. It'll grab onboarding conversations, everything you need, including time codes. So if you have to educate someone on your team instantly on every conversation that took place with a client, or an onboarding or an internal meeting, you never lose it again all in one place. It's remarkable.

Mike Koenigs [00:23:34]:
And wait till I show you how you can leverage this even further. So, a mindset AI. Think of it as a team member. It's a copilot, it's a multiplier, a mirror. You can treat it like a meta coach or a creative first draft partner, a conversation. So instead of ever waiting, by the time you could delegate to someone, it can already be done so you never have to wait. Or if you do a little pre work, you can go to your team and say, hey, I've already thought about this for a little while. And remember, frameworks create freedom, and without them, these tools are toys.

Mike Koenigs [00:24:13]:
I think they're a total waste of time. And you can use multiple AIs simultaneously and synthesize outputs. I'll explain what I mean in just a moment. So let's go into something simple and I encourage you to take pictures of your screen while I'm doing this. Okay. I'm going to show you some prompts that I use that'll be super useful for you. So for example, if you've been using ChatGPT, it knows a lot about you already. It's always capturing that information.

Mike Koenigs [00:24:43]:
And yes, if you're using a paid version, it is. OpenAI says that all of that is kept private and it's not being used to train the main model. But if you're using free tools, you are the product. Just remember that. Okay? So if it's paid, it's yours. If it's free, you're training and you're giving away your wisdom and your knowledge. But if you just put in this little prompt and said, take everything you know about me and describe me in just one word. Now, the word it came back for me was relentless.

Mike Koenigs [00:25:14]:
I'd be curious what yours is. Okay, so that's an easy one. It's like a little party favor. But this one's a little bit deeper. Let me explain this to you. So if you put in this prompt you are my AI meta coach based on your full memory of our past conversations. Do the Identify five recurring patterns in how I think, speak or act that limits my growth even if I haven't noticed them. For each blind spot, tell me where it shows up, what beliefs or emotions drive it, how it holds me back, and a practical uncomfortable action to challenge it.

Mike Koenigs [00:25:47]:
And then challenge me with a single brutally honest question that no one else in my life would dare to ask. But I need to answer and suggest a seven day self recalibration exercise based on what you've observed. It's pretty deep. So I fired this up just this morning using ChatGPT5. I pasted it in and you can see where it showed up now. It said I'm a perfectionist. I rework things all the time. Yes, I do.

Mike Koenigs [00:26:14]:
Constant horizon shifting. I'm an innovator and a creator. Delegation with a safety net, which basically means I second guess. I have a tendency to do that. Speed bias over depth, getting stuff done quickly, identity overload. So it basically asked me some hard questions and then it came back with some recommendations on how to self recalibrate here's what's important. ChatGPT will get to know you better than people who know you and help you become a better human and connect better. It makes you a better communicator and a better connector.

Mike Koenigs [00:26:47]:
How's that for a little bit weird, but because it gives you such immediate feedback, and yes, there's no question about it, many of these AIs can hallucinate, which means they can make stuff up. But I'm going to show you how I get around that. But I always think sometimes a good bad answer is at least useful forward momentum. So here's another good one. Give me my time back again. The more you use ChatGPT, the more it pays attention to what you're doing. Take a picture of this prompt. Want you to help me get as much of my time back as possible.

Mike Koenigs [00:27:20]:
So I want you to create a prompt, and based on everything you know about me, everything I do, give me 10 recommendations and suggestions on how I can become more efficient, get my time back, focus on my greatest, highest value, and start creating passive income or increase my value by three to ten times or more. What should I do first? That is an instruction that's telling ChatGPT to actually make a prompt based on what you want. You don't have to be a genius at making prompts, because AI will write them for you, it will teach you how to use it, it will make it better, so ask it to help you. Well, as a result of that, I popped that in and here it went. And again. I use ChatGPT all the time, so it knows where I spend my time and what I do. And it went through and, and it helped me figure out what I should do to become more productive, where I can create more leverage in my life. I encourage you to start simple conversations like this.

Mike Koenigs [00:28:18]:
So if this is the first time you're using ChatGPT, this is a great way just to get into the groove. And if you're an experienced user, use it to become a better human being, because I guarantee you, your spouse wishes you'd do this too. All right, so I got some good plans here. All right? So thank you for Marie Diane Skull. This is so good. So interesting. Next thing I know is you want someone to do it for you, but you need to know what is possible and the basics so you can find and hire someone. So I've been training founders how to use AI.

Mike Koenigs [00:28:51]:
I've been training young people how to use AI and get jobs with it. Over 30,000 people live hundreds of thousands through my social Media channels. What I found that's most important for business owner founders is you just need to know what's possible. And you can't walk into your organization and just dictate and say you have to start using AI or else instead you need to start using it to know what's possible and start thinking this way. So it becomes a collaborative exercise and you'll find productivity soars immediately like within hours. And here are some of the fears that that our employees have. You may have as well the fear of being left behind. Oh my God, this is moving too fast.

Mike Koenigs [00:29:32]:
Just like the Internet. Well remember I remember when faxes were around, okay, if you didn't have a fax machine, you weren't in business. Well then there was email, then there was Internet. This is just another round of that or becoming irrelevant. It's losing your edge. And being relevant is very important. Not being able to compete. There's no question that AI tools are going to do lots and lots of the tasks that you get paid to do.

Mike Koenigs [00:29:57]:
But if you are using it and doing more with higher value, you're going to make more and make it faster. And the first one who's involved in this are going to be the winners. Remember, in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king or one eyed woman. Lower margins than competitors who figured out how to use AI. That is absolutely true. And will my business or job exist in a few years? So telling people if you don't use AI your teams that you're going to lose your job or they're afraid that AI is going to replace them. No. You could be three to five times more productive.

Mike Koenigs [00:30:29]:
Even 20% more is better. That's straight to the bottom line. Or it's so overwhelming, it's changing so quickly I can't keep up. I'm going to show you the shortcuts so you don't have to worry about keeping up or I'm not a tech person. Look, remember, put it on your phone, press a button, talk to it, start a conversation. That's the first step. Anyone can do that. So let me tell you the story about how I lost my number one and I had to find a replacement and hire them really, really quickly.

Mike Koenigs [00:31:00]:
Millions were at stake here. So this is my mentor Dan Sullivan, who wrote the book who not how from Strategic Coach. Here's the story and it basically goes like this. You can see the prompt. Make a copy of this. You can modify it for your own purpose. What happened was I got word that my chief of staff and expert project Manager is leaving. I have three weeks to replace her.

Mike Koenigs [00:31:22]:
I need a high value person who can serve as my conscience and chief of staff. She runs all my projects. So I basically just described what I needed. I needed an excellent wanted and I knew who my ideal candidate was and the nature of the job. And I just started talking. Okay, this is a transcript of it, but I started speaking to ChatGPT, describing, and you'll see the last sentence was ask me questions to help me write a killer job description. Ask AI for help and it will ask you qualified questions that will help you so you can see what's the pay range. Is this W2 or 1099? Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

Mike Koenigs [00:32:04]:
It asks so many great questions. For more context. Well, as a result, within 40 minutes, I had a really, really good want ad created. It would have taken me weeks to do this by myself. First of all, I don't like hiring people. I don't like managing people. It's not my zone of genius, but it came up with things I never would have thought of myself. And it wrote this beautiful job description.

Mike Koenigs [00:32:31]:
I actually sent it out to some friends of mine saying, hey, I really need some help here.

Speaker E [00:32:35]:
Thank you.

Mike Koenigs [00:32:36]:
Three of my friends said, what you're looking for is a unicorn mic. This person doesn't exist. Well, I did post the ad and I got four responses inside of about four hours. And by the way, it also gave me ways to judge and manage this person. Also interview questions, like what questions to ask, how to scorecard them. It did it all. So take a look at the second response I got. Because the first person responded, I hired on the spot.

Mike Koenigs [00:33:10]:
The second person out of four sent back this message that said, someone said unicorn. Here's the message that she wrote, which went to my ea. Dear Laurie, while reading the chief of staff posting, I couldn't stop nodding. We build while flying the team Whisperer. She sent me a copy of all of her books. She writes, she talks about her experience, what she's done. The point is, this want ad resonated with who she was at her core. All right? And she sent her resume, all the things she'd done.

Mike Koenigs [00:33:45]:
We hired her on the spot. We had her up to speed because of some of the tools I'm about to show you. Got her trained with our SOPs that were AI enhanced in less than two weeks, fully functional. All right? So if that was useful, say that was helpful in chat, please. I want to know if that was useful. If you'll be able to use that right now. Or show me some hands. All right.

Mike Koenigs [00:34:08]:
Raise your hand if email drives you crazy and is a complete waste of time, and if you just got some of your time back, it would be awesome. I see a lot of yeses and I'm seeing lots of usefuls. Okay, this is something called fixer AI. So it does email automation. It writes drafts. It's easy to install and train. It costs like 20 bucks a month. It works with Microsoft and Gmail.

Mike Koenigs [00:34:32]:
If you use something else, I'm sorry, maybe they'll start supporting it. It learns how to write like you. It schedules appointments. And recently Goldman Sachs invested $60 million in this thing. They are not going away. And what it does, and you'll actually see it here, this is inside my own Gmail account. What it does is it tags every email and it will write responses in your voice for you as a draft. And all you gotta do is look at it and hit send.

Mike Koenigs [00:35:05]:
I haven't checked my own email now in four months because of this. Because my EA does all of it. But before that, she didn't write in my voice. And this thing is learned how to write like me. This, this saves me two hours a day. Okay? Now think about it. If you even had 5 minutes, 20 minutes, or 40 minutes a day back, what would it do for you? This one was a speaking gig that I got as a result of my AI following up quickly. So raise your hand if this is helpful.

Mike Koenigs [00:35:38]:
I want to see some hands. Thank you. All right, now, Samuel L. Jackson is going to say something here. But oftentimes people say, what's the secret to learning AI and getting good at AI? And I'm going to have Samuel L. Jackson answer that question. I apologize in advance if he says something that offends you, but here goes. Samuel L.

Mike Koenigs [00:36:00]:
Jackson, what does F A F O mean? Mike shouldn't be swearing on stage, but no one told me I couldn't fuck around and find out. You aren't going to lose a job to AI, but you will to someone using it. All right, well, thank you, Samuel L. Jackson. Apologies if that offended anyone, but what is important is this is a game. The technology is moving very quickly, but AI teaches you you don't need to know anything about it to use it, because it teaches you how to use it just by asking questions and restoring your agency. And the big secret to AI success are curious generalists who experiment. So if you go back to the days of being a specialist, getting a degree in a really specialized environment, here's the truth.

Mike Koenigs [00:36:52]:
Elon Musk said this not long ago, all of human knowledge in its entirety has been used to train AI. Now it's making synthetic data to train itself. It's basically become a time machine, thinking ahead and predicting what is next faster than humans are even creating it. That I know sounds like a crazy meta sci fi universe, but the point is, everything you need to know or want to know exists. It's just a matter of pulling it out and using it effectively in your job or your life. And thinking differently is the curious is the secret. So which AI should you use and when? This is one I get all the time. Other than ChatGPT, what are the tools? So I'm going to show you a bunch of tools.

Mike Koenigs [00:37:37]:
I'm going to explain them briefly, but I'm going to show you how I use them. And this is one of the biggest, best secrets that will make you or anyone on your team an absolute expert on any topic and be able to solve any problem faster than you can imagine without having to wait for someone to fail you. I call it the multiple genius strategy. So I want you to imagine for a moment if inside your phone or your computer you could have 10 PhDs or MBAs working for you 24, 7, 365 for about $1,000 a month, who all would go out and research or do anything you ask them to do and then fact check themselves and then collectively talk to each other and give you the best answer. Would you hire that group for $1,000 a month? Is that a yes or is that a no? Would you do it? Okay, that would be a hell yes. At Leah. Okay, good. Alejandra.

Mike Koenigs [00:38:38]:
Melanie. I'm getting a lot of yeses. Okay, that is the entry to there's no excuse not to invest in several AIs at once. I'm going to show you my favorite ones, the ones I invest in every month that give me my time back and have made me considerably more productive. Help my son get a job, help my wife launch a podcast and countless people we've worked with just by changing this mindset. Joydev said no at the moment. Oh, come on. All right, so I'm gonna show you a tool.

Mike Koenigs [00:39:07]:
I use this still, but it's not necessarily the one I'm gonna recommend, but I wanna illustrate an idea. So this is a prompt. At the bottom it says, I'm writing a book. My name is Mike Koenigs. Do deep research and study all my content transcripts, social media posts, and create an extensive detailed writing style guide complete with examples and samples that can be used to write Content and books in my voice to share with an AI. And I gave it my websites. So if you have any content, any website, any information with that prompt and you fed it into one AI, well, it's going to give you a style guide. I put this in this tool called Chathub, which runs ChatGPT, Claude Perplexity Gemini, which is Google Grok, which is another one.

Mike Koenigs [00:39:51]:
And then I pressed a button on the right that says Synthesize and it grabbed all of the results of all six of those AIs to build my writing style guide for me in less than a minute. Now, I want you to think about what just happened here. If you had to pay someone to write like you or you do already, and think about how long it took to train them, how much time it took and how hard it is to communicate an idea and have someone write. And you still have to review it anyway, unless you really trust them. Now you can tell AI to teach itself how to speak like you and write like you. That's what it did. And then it synthesized all that content together with a click of a button. Now, if that doesn't blow your mind, this is the future.

Mike Koenigs [00:40:42]:
And why those who use AI will be 80% or three times or five times more productive than those who don't. Now, here's another important principle. I call it monkey pick. Good banana. So if you think about if you had a whole bunch of bananas thrown down on the ground and you put a monkey out there, the monkey is going to go get the one it thinks is the best banana. So listen to this. And this is the way having multiple AIs work for you will work for you. Monkey, pig, good banana.

Mike Koenigs [00:41:18]:
So whenever I use AI, I start multiple AIs, I give them the same prompt and then I look at the results and I pick the good banana. So you don't have to be an expert at anything to be an expert at everything. So these are some of the AIs that I use. The yellow ones are the most important that I'll be using throughout this. So ChatGPT is the Swiss army knife. It's my go to. I have it on my phone. Like I said, it's my first choice.

Mike Koenigs [00:41:47]:
Claude at this moment happens to write really good copy. It does really good research. And then there's one called genspark and Manus, which are called super agents. There's a variety of them. Super agents. You can give them very vague instructions and it'll figure out how to solve a big, big problem for you and do all the work with one prompt, and it'll figure out how to prompt itself. So think of it like if you have a really, really smart operator in your business or really, really smart, experienced talent and they, you tell them one thing and they know how to do everything, they create a project plan, they hire all the people that are necessary and just get it done. That's what super agents are.

Mike Koenigs [00:42:30]:
So the point of this is, why use one AI when you can have 6 or 10 PhD geniuses working for you simultaneously? And that's the capability amplifier side of this. So the other important thing, I get this all the time. Well, what if AI hallucinates? What if it lies? What if it makes up stuff? Well, I just tell the AI to fact check itself. So I take the output from one, I put it in the other. I say fact check all this. Now, if I get six outputs and I have six doing fact checking, well, then, yes, I get great results. So now I just saw a message which Rachel said, well, I assume we would need subscriptions to each of them. And the answer is yes.

Mike Koenigs [00:43:17]:
That's why I said, would you invest $1,000, have six or eight geniuses PhDs working for you 24, seven. Now, me, I would rather have 10 geniuses, each with a separate office who all would go out and solve a problem for me and then talk to themselves and give me one great solution. That's why monkeys can pick good bananas, is because you don't have to be an expert at the result and tell what is good, or you have the AI do it for you. So the chances of something being wrong multiple times in a row, fairly low. Quadrant 2, one person marketing team. I want you to think about this right now. There you go. Leah just said 68 geniuses would be better than a human employee that I can't get to show up for work.

Mike Koenigs [00:44:04]:
Exactly. And when you've got someone really good who's motivated, who has AI, they're going to do the work of three people or five people. Okay? That's why this is so important to get on the bandwagon now. And your best people are going to want to go somewhere where they have an opportunity to increase their skills and their capabilities, their knowledge, and create more value. That's just the way humans are wired. All right, so how much time, money, energy, expertise does it create manuals and documentation, SOPs, notes, conversations from all your meetings? So imagine if you could put all of your meeting notes into one place and have it summarized in a beautiful document. This is a super agent called genspark. It's super cheap and it is super powerful.

Mike Koenigs [00:44:48]:
Let me give you an example of something I did earlier today. Now, when I was talking to Michael, he told me about this tool called Taxer AI. Raise your hand or put in chat if you've looked at this or seen it, because it looked pretty cool. Upload your tax documents for instant AI analysis. And what it does is you upload a bunch of files and uses AI and what it does, and you'll see in the demo screen in a moment, I click this button that says View Demo. You upload these documents. It's secure and it tells you it looks at the IRS transcripts and determines where extra charges interest credits could be found. And it's cheap to process.

Mike Koenigs [00:45:35]:
So this could be, and I'm not recommending it because I don't do what you do, but it could find some hidden money which could be a lot more valuable and do a lot of work in a short period of time. So you can charge more money and help your clients save more time and save more money. And imagine if you had four, five or ten things like this, you could add to your arsenal so you could do less, work with fewer people and make more money. Would that be okay? Well, so here's what I did. I took a little prompt because I'm like, well, what are some other cool tools? So again, take a picture of this. I said search for the top 10 of the top CPA tools. And I could have put any prompt in there like Taxer or better that use AI to increase productivity, billable rates, increase value. Summarize all the tools, include all examples, brands or logo icons, images, use cases and direct links.

Mike Koenigs [00:46:28]:
Basically, I'm giving an instruction that I would normally have to give to an MBA or PhD level researcher that if they did this, it would probably take them two or three weeks and they would maybe do a bad job and maybe it would be an ugly report and it probably cost you five or ten thousand dollars. But here's what I did. I fired up genspark. I put that prompt in it, I hit the Enter button. But I'm going to use my group of geniuses and start up multiple tools. One of them is called Manus. It is also a super agent. I gave it the same prompt because I know me, the monkey who knows nothing about your business can look at a report and know if it's any good.

Mike Koenigs [00:47:13]:
I put the same report in this tool called Manis. All right? And then once that started doing the same thing. So it's just like having a second PhD level researcher. Now I'm going to take that same task and I'm going to put it into another tool. All right, so Manus is this really smart tool. I put this in a tool called Minimax. Another super agent. Again, I like choices.

Mike Koenigs [00:47:39]:
I like multiple geniuses working for me. And you can get all these for around 20 bucks a month, just cheap. Here's another one. It's a super agent called Kimi. It was just released a couple weeks ago. I'm testing these out all the time now. Do you need to do all of them? No. I like choices.

Mike Koenigs [00:47:57]:
I like options. So this thing's going out and doing all this research. Let me show you the results. Genspark made a beautiful report. This is what it looked like. Now let's see if it looks cool and see if you recognize any of these. So it built a beautiful report. It went out and did deep research on the top 10 tools it could find.

Mike Koenigs [00:48:19]:
It made an executive summary. It summarized what's going on in the world of tax software and AI strategies. And it found multiple tools. It summarized them for me. So at a glance, I can know what's going on and know where I might invest a little bit of time. It gives you links to all of them as well. It gave me pricing. So again, if you had to do all this work by yourself, how much time would that take you? How much would you have to pay someone to do it for you? Probably a lot.

Mike Koenigs [00:48:53]:
Okay, so just so you know, this is how I keep up with AI. I consume about 40 hours of content in less than 40 minutes a day because I have AIs doing all the work for me. I just glance at it and find the most powerful tools that will create the most value. And I'm going to tell you this not to impress you, but to impress upon you. I charge $50,000 a day to consult and advise companies who want to know this stuff. Right? That's how I'm creating more value. And you can do it too, in any business you have by being the smartest and most knowledgeable person all the time on a topic. All right, so that's genspark.

Mike Koenigs [00:49:30]:
The rest of these tools ended up generating reports as well. So here are the downsides. Number one, sometimes you have to start and restart these. They don't run all the way through all the time, so you gotta babysit them. They're still new and content. Overwhelm. Just because you make a whole bunch of stuff doesn't mean it's good. So I create a bunch I glance at them and I pick the best one.

Mike Koenigs [00:49:53]:
And I have AI refine it. And polishing takes someone else to finish it. AI doesn't do all the work yet. It still needs a human in between who's got a brain who pays attention to details. And genspark is my favorite for now, but I'm tool agnostic. There's new tools coming out all the time. I'm constantly testing and trying them out. And when genspark breaks, I use manneths.

Mike Koenigs [00:50:20]:
Like I said, I'm agnostic. I don't care who or what does the job as long as it gets done right and it's of quality. So I'm curious. There we go. What are your biggest breakthroughs and takeaways so far? Pop them in chat. Would you please do that? I'd love to hear, because I got some more goodies for you coming up. What are the biggest ones? And yes, Lee, I know it's moving fast. I'm doing that on purpose.

Mike Koenigs [00:50:45]:
But remember to take pictures of the screen. So Roman says, I choose Grok. I love Grok. Okay, I need AI Leticia. Guy said we don't need any employees comfort level to get started. Time for me to do more, says Phil. Monkey see, monkey do. Lots of options.

Mike Koenigs [00:51:02]:
Good talking to AI to consult. That is good. And I need to start. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Good job. All right, next, quadrant three, opportunities and income. This is one of my favorite, favorite favorites.

Mike Koenigs [00:51:16]:
I want to help you get more customers. Now, this is really powerful. Imagine if every time you talk to a new prospect and wanted to talk to them about doing business with them, you knew everything about them. So the best way to impress someone is to understand them and to know how to listen to them. So this is a big prompt. Take a picture of it. I'm going to describe it to you, but it basically will say, I am with your name and your website and your LinkedIn and then give me a background dossier for the person you're going to talk to. And you can have your assistant do this for you, or it just takes a few minutes and then you describe what you want to do.

Mike Koenigs [00:52:00]:
So for Michael, I said I want to collaborate with him to help grow his business, create more reach, access bigger audiences. Yours would be, I want to help my clients save on taxes, find effective, effective, da, da, da. Whatever you do that you specialize in, here's the next part. Tell me everything you can about their personal life, interests, likes and past deals that will help me build trust and engagement and negotiate positively and Ethically, and then I tell it what to look for, their history, where they exist. Now, if someone has zero exposure online, you're not going to get a lot, but you'd be surprised what shows up. The last prompt says, and add 10 tips using Chris Voss's best negotiation strategies based on interests, his goals and results. Chris Voss, if you're not familiar with him, is an amazing negotiator. He was a hostage negotiator who worked in the Boston police force for many years.

Mike Koenigs [00:52:54]:
He's just an incredible guy. That guy knows how to listen to people and communicate in a way to bring both parties to a yes in a positive, ethical fashion. So you take that prompt, now you paste it into ChatGPT, which I did, okay? And ChatGPT, this is the pro version, by the way, which I pay for. It starts reasoning and researching. But I always use my circle of geniuses. I put the same prompt in Claude, and then I put the same prompt in genspark. I put the same prompt grok and the same prompt in Manis. And why do we do that? Why do we do that? Because I'm a monkey and I can pick a good banana just by glancing at it.

Mike Koenigs [00:53:43]:
That's why. All right, choices, says Nicole. Good banana, says Stephanie. Excellent. So each of these things goes out and does their research. So I'm paying a little bit of money. But if you imagine right now if you had to pay someone to do deep research on every prospect before you talk to them and create a complete dossier, a really detailed report that had everything about them. So when you sat down, you understood them.

Mike Koenigs [00:54:06]:
You understood their core values and what they stand for, what matters to them. Do you think you could have a more effective conversation that would result in them trusting you and wanting to work with you? And these tools are really smart. You can see what ChatGPT did. It looked up all kinds of information, but let's get to the results. Okay, so here's ChatGPT, the snapshot on the Roz Man. The Roz man, okay. Married to Rosalind, 33 plus years, two grown daughters, classic cars and drag racing. Okay, Talk to him about his 68442.

Mike Koenigs [00:54:42]:
Okay, that's his Oldsmobile. That guy loves his cars. All the things he does, all of his offers. By the way, there are citations there, which means it didn't make it up. His books authority, his career timeline. Again, this can save you hours of getting to know someone. So you can just cut to the chase and say, I've got five ideas that can help you Right now, based on the research, does this look accurate? You would not believe the rapport you have. And I've been doing and using this strategy now for about eight months.

Mike Koenigs [00:55:16]:
We've had our best year ever. Because when I talk to people, they feel heard and understand and known. And if you open their hearts, their wallets will follow. And it's not about being manipulative or conniving. All right, so here's another version, because I could pick a good banana. Here's what Claude made for me. Another. It's a little bit simpler, but I liked it.

Mike Koenigs [00:55:41]:
All of them produced some different reports, but at a glance, I had everything I needed to know. I could glance through all of them in 10 minutes. And again, this is an intimacy builder. It's not something that separates humans and machines and humans from humans. It's a better way to be heard and listened to and understood. And this will grow your business when you implement it. It is so breathtakingly easy. Okay.

Mike Koenigs [00:56:06]:
And someone says, is it creepy? Well, I'll tell you what. Everything's already on the Internet. And I'll just tell you this for anyone who's like, oh, what about my privacy? The moment you ever went on the Internet, you gave up all your privacy. The moment you ever used Hotmail or Gmail or any of those services, you gave up your privacy. The moment you signed up for Facebook or Twitter or any social service, you gave up your privacy. Guess what? The moment you bought a mobile phone, the government was tracking you. Just saying. So what? The question to ask is, how do I create more value? How do I create deeper connection? How do I make an impact in someone's life? Using tools that exist? And it wasn't too long ago you had to go down to the library, you went down to the hall of Records like every attorney has done for decades and decades.

Mike Koenigs [00:56:49]:
It's just faster now. So if it's creepy to you, it's because it's new to you. I get it. I don't disagree. Could this be weaponized? No question about it. All right. But be a good person and do good things. Next up, Notebook.

Mike Koenigs [00:57:04]:
Lm never losing institutional knowledge. This is a tool called NotebookLM. Now, here's how we use it. This is a way for you to put all of your wisdom, all your knowledge from your business into one place and never lose knowledge again. I use this tool for every one of our clients. So I'm gonna show you a use case for it. Okay. We did an event.

Mike Koenigs [00:57:27]:
We did something called onboarding calls, which meant every person who signed up to learn AI. We talked to them like real human beings. We captured all the conversations with their permission because we gave them the videos and the recordings because people love that. And we grab the transcript and put it into notebook copy, paste. Or you can download the files. You can put up to 300 sources of information in here and it'll summarize, it'll create manuals, it'll create SOPs for you. In this particular case, you can even add YouTube videos. You can use it to learn.

Mike Koenigs [00:57:59]:
It's free. Phenomenal. Okay, so then look at my prompt, take a picture of it. It says, give me a list of all the top challenges that each of the interviews have. By the way, I talked this. The grammar's not right, spelling's not right, AI doesn't care. It basically said, find the top 10 challenges that people have and what they want to use AI for. But for you, imagine if you captured all of the onboarding conversations with people and then you could ask this tool to give you a list of all the problems that most people have, which you intuitively know, but you'd have statistically what that is.

Mike Koenigs [00:58:35]:
So we fed this into it. Now I've got not only everything that everyone asked for, we built our curriculum, what we taught and trained based upon need. We had the most successful event in 10 years because of this. Phenomenally useful. But then I could say, make me a manual on how to do onboarding calls and turn it into a best practices document. And now I've got an instruction manual so I can hire a lower cost individual to do just that task. Okay. The use cases for this are phenomenal and all that can be saved and stored.

Mike Koenigs [00:59:11]:
And yes, it is secure when you are paying for it. If you use the free version, you're training the Borg. You know what Star Trek is, all right. The other thing it can do is it can create audio files. So imagine if you had all the latest tax codes, gobs and gobs, hundreds of pages of gobbledygook that you never want to sift and sort through, and you could basically upload it into this thing and say, make me a short podcast that'll teach me everything about it. So I made a prompt that basically said, give me the top 10 most impactful things that people wanted to learn. And it made in just a couple ofMinutes, a 10 minute podcast summarizing what everyone wanted to learn. So this is how you can super learn on any topic.

Mike Koenigs [00:59:58]:
You can see here it's 8 minutes, 55 seconds. I'm going to hit Play.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:00:01]:
We're looking at the recent AI accelerator live event onboarding calls. We've pulled out the 10 really key areas attendees are focused on.

Mike Koenigs [01:00:10]:
Right.

Speaker F [01:00:10]:
This is straight from them, what they need, what challenges they're facing right now.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:00:13]:
It gives us a really clear picture for tailoring the event.

Speaker G [01:00:17]:
Yeah.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:00:17]:
And the biggest single request, the one Aaron Biblow pointed out as most frequent.

Speaker F [01:00:22]:
Let me guess, how to actually do it.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:00:25]:
Exactly. Implementation support. They want the specific tools, the specific blueprints, how to put AI into.

Mike Koenigs [01:00:32]:
Now here's what's powerful about this. The human brain. We are engaged for conversation and storytelling. So the amount of information that gets communicated by this thing is amazing in a short period of time. So if you had something to prepare for, something to listen to, let's say you had to have a meeting with an attorney, a client's attorney, and all kinds of notes and stuff you don't even remember from a year ago, you could upload this, press a button, have a 10 minute summary that you can listen to on the way to the appointment, and know absolutely everything you need to know. So you're the smartest person in the room. That's the kind of thing this is good for. It makes training content, it makes videos.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:08]:
It's phenomenal.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:01:09]:
Straight in.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:09]:
We looked at a whole. Now here's something else it does. It can do conversations you can interrupt.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:01:14]:
We looked at a whole stack of onboard.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:16]:
Oh, hey, our listener wants to join in.

Speaker G [01:01:18]:
What's up?

Mike Koenigs [01:01:19]:
Here's what I'd like to know. I'd like you to give me the top 10 most frequently asked for problems that people have that they want to learn most about to make the AI Accelerator event awesome in order of value and most frequently asked. Give me a summary of all 10 first and then tell me who the top people are who talked about this.

Speaker F [01:01:43]:
Oh, that's a fantastic question. You want to get right to the heart of what folks are hoping to achieve.

Samuel L. Jackson [01:01:47]:
Absolutely. Okay, let's unpack this. Based on all these onboarding calls, we definitely saw some.

Mike Koenigs [01:01:51]:
Okay, I'm going to interrupt that because that is the future of education. Just in time. Learn what you need to know, when you need to know it on the job. Linear education's dead. Okay. That's what's happening here. You can learn anything about anything in short periods of time and teach it to teach you the way you learn. And it'll ask you how you want to learn.

Mike Koenigs [01:02:16]:
I think that is phenomenal. So I'm going to show you one more big idea before I wrap this up. But I'm going to show you how you use AI to get customers. Take a picture of this prompt says identify. Now, you'd describe who you want as a customer and if you don't know who they are, you could just feed it some of the data of your top customers and give it the domains and say, find more like these, but identify 100 female owned and operated businesses in North America, in major cities that fit the ideal customer profile. Okay? And if you don't know what yours is, you ask ChatGPT to make it for you. And you just describe them. Genspark has a tool called AI Sheets.

Mike Koenigs [01:02:57]:
It's like a spreadsheet tool and it does really smart stuff. So I paste that in. Now, in this particular case, I included my ideal customer profile for this client. I did it for. Press a button and this thing goes out and it starts building a list of right fit prospects for you. All right? And it's finding the business name, the owner name, the industry, the location, customer size, estimated revenue, number of employees, what associations they belong to. Okay, now this is kind of holy cow right now. Again, you could go back and say, well, this is creepy, but guess what? If you exist, you're online.

Mike Koenigs [01:03:37]:
That's just the way it is. So you either get used to it or you can moan and groan about it. And those who are going to use these tools first, those who don't are going to be putting shoe horses on shoe on shoe horses on horses. You know what I mean? Shoveling horse manure in the street in old New York. Or you're getting on with the program. I'm just the messenger here, but this thing did an amazing job. Then you could tell it now write a message to this person in my voice telling them why we should work together. Same strategy can be used for finding investors.

Mike Koenigs [01:04:11]:
And I did this for someone. I got their pitch deck. They told me who they were looking for and I said, go out and find them. And it found other people who've invested in deals like theirs. I did the same thing to find speaking platforms for a client, someone who wanted to get exposed. So I'm going to summarize now. And then we're going to get some Q and A. So here's some fast implementation tips for you.

Mike Koenigs [01:04:34]:
This is what I'd do if I were you. Number one, commit to an AI culture. AI is a mindset and a behavior. It's just like getting up and having a routine. You have to use it, start using it and engage your teams. Remember to FAFO leverage, capture everything Your institutional knowledge is your value. If you lost all your wisdom, all your knowledge, all your files, you got no business. And if you can't train people fast, you got no business.

Mike Koenigs [01:05:00]:
NotebookLM will do that for you practically for free. Use the multiple genius AI strategy. More experts are better monkeys. Pick good bananas and then hire. Use AI to find your next hire and make it your best hire who's also ready and willing to use AI. Use AI to get better customers. You can use it to do the dossier to find and create better relationships, creating a deeper, more intimate relationship quickly, one of trust, and then just take action. Join a group, a mastermind, to give you guidance.

Mike Koenigs [01:05:37]:
Work with Michael. He is one of the smartest business owners I've ever known. I love him. He's a man of integrity. He's a great, great human being. He's going to help take you from where you are to where you want to be. I can't recommend him highly enough, and he's also a great friend. So I want to open this up right now to some Q and A.

Mike Koenigs [01:05:58]:
I am yours for the remainder of the clock. Michael, that was, like, amazing.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:04]:
That was amazing.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:05]:
I appreciate you, man.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:06]:
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Give it up for Mike Koenigs.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:09]:
Thank you. Thank you very much.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:11]:
Wow.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:11]:
Oh, we got some chairs.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:12]:
Yeah, we got some chairs.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:13]:
All right.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:14]:
We have, like, 10 minutes or so for Q and A. I mean, that was, like, amazing, amazing.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:24]:
Thank you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:25]:
Let me ask you that. I'm gonna put you on the spot anytime, because a lot of the attendees are asking for the slides.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:32]:
Okay?

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:33]:
Can we have.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:34]:
Of course you can.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:34]:
Okay, good.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:35]:
The answer is always yes to Michael.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:36]:
Okay, so you will have the slides, everybody, that will be posted in the dashboard after this session.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:43]:
Yes.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:43]:
Thank you.

Mike Koenigs [01:06:44]:
Happy to do that for you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:06:45]:
Thank you. Because people couldn't take pictures fast enough. And where are the slides?

Mike Koenigs [01:06:49]:
Where the slides? Not a problem. You know what I'll do for you as a special gift? I will use genspark and take the transcript and make a guide and give you the prompt that made the guide, guiding you through it. So you'll get all the words, too. You can follow along and see how you can use this, too. All right.

Michael Rozbruch [01:07:04]:
Thank you, Michael.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:05]:
You're welcome.

Michael Rozbruch [01:07:06]:
Okay, who's got a question for Michael? Let's see. Who's got a question? We'll pick a few people. We got. Let's see. In room number one. I can't. I saw the person's name, now I can't. I don't see it anymore.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:21]:
Do you have your Hand raiser. Doodad.

Michael Rozbruch [01:07:24]:
Yes. They raised their hand. Raise your hand.

Mike Koenigs [01:07:27]:
There we go. Top, top Right there. I see three people.

Michael Rozbruch [01:07:30]:
Okay, we got one. Stephen in room two. Steve Gleinmeier in room two. Let's see who else we got. Let's see who's got a hand up. Okay, we got Leah Whitler in room two. Leah Whitler. And then let's go to room number one.

Michael Rozbruch [01:07:50]:
Who's got their hand up in room number one? Okay. Hilda. I know I'm gonna mess up your name. I'm gonna leave it at that. Hilda in room number one. Okay, let's start with you. Let's start with you three.

Mike Koenigs [01:08:02]:
You guys are awesome, by the way. What a great. What a great group.

Michael Rozbruch [01:08:05]:
Yeah, it is a great group. Great group. Okay, let's bring up. I think. There we go. Hey, Steve.

Speaker E [01:08:14]:
How are you, Michael?

Michael Rozbruch [01:08:15]:
Good, good, thanks. Good man.

Speaker E [01:08:18]:
And this guy here, instead of taking pictures, if I knew ahead of time, I would have had a video camera going just non stop. But it seemed to me that there.

Mike Koenigs [01:08:32]:
Was one.

Speaker E [01:08:35]:
Program that you used. You had like 10 other programs do the same thing. You took the responses from those and fed them into this one other program. I don't recall what program.

Mike Koenigs [01:08:48]:
That one was called Chathub and it costs like they have a little subscription and it will actually auto join a bunch of the services for you. It's good. Now I'm using the individual services because Chathub doesn't always have the latest version. But from a speed, efficiency and ease, you could run six different AIs and one button that synthesizes the output from all of them. So it's a good hack if you want a shortcut.

Speaker E [01:09:19]:
Okay. My one other comment is, wow, I.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:23]:
Feel like.

Michael Rozbruch [01:09:26]:
Oh, you blew a lot of people.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:27]:
Thank Michael. Thank Michael. Yeah.

Speaker E [01:09:30]:
Well, I, I super appreciate the your time to come and share this with us, but wow, that's a lot to take in. It looks like it'll be fun.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:42]:
Fantastic. Make sure you read the book. There's some great mindsets in the AI accelerator book, right?

Michael Rozbruch [01:09:47]:
You all have the. You all have the book in your event box. Read that. Thank you, Steve.

Speaker E [01:09:52]:
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:09:53]:
Okay, our next victim is, by the way, Mike. Just so you know.

Mike Koenigs [01:09:57]:
Yeah.

Michael Rozbruch [01:09:58]:
I've heard several speakers on AI the last 18 months. You by far are the creme de la creme.

Mike Koenigs [01:10:08]:
Oh, thank you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:10:08]:
I mean, you are Mr. AI, and I think you guys realize that. Okay, let's go to Leah.

Speaker F [01:10:14]:
I'm going to second what Michael just said. I'VE seen multiple AI presentations recently and yours was mind blowing. It was awesome. So I'm already sold on the AI. I started forcing myself about May of 24 to learn it because I have understood that AI is not going to take my job, but someone using it will. And so I have literally made it my goal the last year and a half. I'm going to like it no matter what. Like sucking on lemons.

Speaker F [01:10:42]:
So my question for you is.

Mike Koenigs [01:10:45]:
Word.

Speaker F [01:10:46]:
On the street is that within 24 months, ish. 24, 36 months, jobs like accountants who do tax prep and lawyers, we're going to be gone. Because AI can do all these things with the super agents. What do you think? Or how do we make our particular industry tax resolution kind of AI proof? Because I can see the massive efficiencies I'm going to gain having my SOPs and all of those things in AI. But I want to make sure while the IRS is in a circus, I still have a job.

Mike Koenigs [01:11:19]:
Yes. Okay. I thought about this a lot and I think about it a lot. And the answer is seek top line revenue. Find where you can create maximum value in an organization. I'll give you an example of something that happened not long ago. Someone came to me and he said, hey, have you ever heard of R and D tax credits? And I'm like, I think so. I, I checked with my team, turned out they haven't been filing them.

Mike Koenigs [01:11:42]:
Well, they went ahead and did it and they charged me a percentage of what they were going to get me and that was six figures in the first year. And then they went backwards multiple years. It was a huge deal. So where can you create value versus provide an hourly service? And if you think about the type of clients you have, what we all should seek are better customers who pay more and more and see and reward the value.

Michael Rozbruch [01:12:11]:
Which are resolution clients. Yeah, I mean, I agree. I think tax prep, bookkeeping, accounting, that model is in a death spiral. Yeah, I mean it just is. But resolute. So AI is really helping IRS out on their end, which in turn is going to help us out as resolution specialists. Because more people are going to need help. They're not going to be able to interact with the agency with those QR codes.

Michael Rozbruch [01:12:35]:
I mean, most people, some people don't even have computers. So I think Resolution, any advisory service, it could be planning resolution. I, you know, I'm biased. I think resolution actually has a much broader market than planning. But that's why I think now is the time to really hone in on your resolution Practice and build that up.

Mike Koenigs [01:12:56]:
Yeah, Great question. I love it. Think value.

Michael Rozbruch [01:13:00]:
Yep. And that's what you create with resolution. I mean, it's all value proposition based. Thank you, Leah. All right, let's go to Hilda.

Mike Koenigs [01:13:09]:
Nice shirt.

Michael Rozbruch [01:13:10]:
Yeah, I love the shirt.

Speaker G [01:13:13]:
Thanks. I wanted to say thank you for the helpful information. It's really, really been worth it. I just discovered ChatGPT and I've been using it a lot. But definitely everything that you put out there, it's really, really, really worth it. I wanted to ask you. So thank you for that. And then I wanted to ask you, what tax resolution software or apps do you recommend for managing cases you share Tax, Tax R or Tax AI.

Speaker G [01:13:44]:
But I wanted to know if there's any specific one that you recommend. I know a couple of softwares out there that helps with it, but we're looking into affordability for the beginning.

Michael Rozbruch [01:13:56]:
Hilda. Tomorrow I'm doing a whole session on software and CRMs and case management tools. So you got to be here tomorrow because that's when I'm going to be going over all of that. I have a whole session planned on that.

Mike Koenigs [01:14:09]:
Right on.

Speaker G [01:14:10]:
Perfect. Tax R AI. I know you should.

Mike Koenigs [01:14:13]:
That was the one I demonstrated. That was the one I did. Went down the rabbit hole and I realized quickly I'm out of my league. And because we were moving so fast, I decided I knew Michael was going to be focusing on that and I thought, let me show you how to research and study versus try to get too far into the weeds with something that I couldn't be an authority on.

Michael Rozbruch [01:14:33]:
By the way, we're using AI. Thank you, Hilda. We're using AI in our business more and more each day. How many of you have gotten the Success Summit close down emails in the last few days? How many of you have seen those emails with the circus theme? Yeah. So what I did is I put the Success Summit landing page in chat with a bunch of other things that talked about the event. And I said, give me seven emails that talk about the event. Each email with more urgency until the close down. Here's the price, here's the discount.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:09]:
And it wrote all these emails. I had to just edit maybe 3% of them.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:13]:
Yep. And it's so much better now. And some of the tools that I showed you, like Manus, you can create all the campaigns very quickly if you just describe your intent, what's the outcome you want and it'll learn how to speak like you, learn how to talk to you. And it just gets better. But the first step to take is the first step. When's the best time to plant a tree?

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:35]:
Now.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:35]:
Yep.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:35]:
Yep.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:36]:
All right.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:37]:
All right, Mike. Well, I think that's going to do it. Great session.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:40]:
Thank you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:41]:
Great session. Thank you, Mike.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:42]:
Thank you.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:43]:
Thank you.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:43]:
Thank you, guys.

Speaker H [01:15:44]:
Beautiful job.

Mike Koenigs [01:15:45]:
Thank you. Beautiful job, Rosman.

Michael Rozbruch [01:15:47]:
Thank you. Thank you.

Speaker H [01:15:49]:
Was Mike incredible or was he incredible? I was in the back taking notes like crazy, and I'm really glad that he's going to share his slides because I had my camera out cadence, and I was taking picture, picture, picture, and I couldn't keep up. And so that was absolutely incredible. All right, so let me ask you this. How many of you feel a little bit more empowered than that? You can use AI Put it in there in the chat. Awesome. Yeah, I do. I do. For sure.

Speaker H [01:16:17]:
Fantastic. And can you see how it'll save you time, it'll make you money and make your business run more efficiently? Put that in the chat. Oh, my goodness. Absolutely. That is incredible. Look at all of that. You guys are incredible. I know we keep saying this, but what a great, great crowd you are.

Speaker H [01:16:34]:
We love the participation.

Mike Koenigs [01:16:37]:
So.

Speaker H [01:16:40]:
Let'S talk about. It can be a gift.

Mike Koenigs [01:16:42]:
So.

Speaker H [01:16:45]:
AI can be a gift for you, and he's going to gift you the slides. But speaking of gifts, every time that you take action, like you're doing here, like on the seven level, deep out.
