These security screens are really all about home protection. If if it's one about out of 10, I would give it an 11. But it just looks really nice and it just adds value to the house. If you stop and think which are higher priority, which areas are most vulnerable, front door, side doors, back slider, and again, the kids bedrooms, uh, if they're on the ground floor, those would be a must. Honestly, I think they're the greatest things I've ever purchased. There's really no better thing you can get when it comes to your safety and uh just feeling comfortable in your own home. I never worry about anything. They look like they came with the house. It's just really a beautiful job.
If you're interested in financing, we have a few different plans. One is the zero down, no interest, no payments for 12 months. So, it's same as cash. the bank is going to say, "Look, I'll give you all the money you need to put these things on there, but I need you to pay it in 12 months." And so, you're going to want to pay it in 12 months. So, that's good for clients that have their money parked somewhere, they want to keep it parked there, and then in 12 months, they know they can pull it out and pay that thing. The other type is over a longer period of time, 8 or 10 years, and that's at about 12%. And again, I encourage all my clients to just look, you don't want to go that period 8 10 years at 12%. You just want to hammer this down as quickly as you can, but it's zero down. So, you can get started. You can get that security right away and then over the next year or two, there's no penalty to prepay, right? So, you can get going and then just pay it off when you're ready and there's no penalty for that, right?
