7pm: Half a can of Burial Rust Vienna style lager.
January 2, 2023 (Monday)
10am: Fried green tomato Benedict with gravy, bacon, salad, and roast potatoes, and coffee with half & half at Sunny Point Café in Asheville, NC.
3pm: Meatballs parmigiana, onion rings with ranch, and pickles at Marvinho in Mebane, NC.
6pm: Cheez-Its, Dietsch’s milk chocolate and white chocolate pretzels, and half a can of Fonta Flora Dandy Pale.
January 3, 2023 (Tuesday)
9am: Colectivo coffee with half & half, made at home.
1pm: Ramen with chili crisp and Korean spicy Sunchips.
6pm: Pork bourguignon, made at home, a bottle of Zillicoah American style Ryewine with Brettanomyces, and Dietch’s chocolate pretzels.

9am: Colectivo coffee with half & half, made at home.
12pm: Salt and pepper red wheat focaccia, made at home.
3pm: Leftover Pork bourguignon.
5pm: A clementine.
7pm: White chocolate Dietsch’s pretzels.

1pm: Cold brew with half & half at Cup-A-Joe in Hillsborough.
4pm: A slice of pepperoni pizza from Whole Foods.
7pm: Angel hair bolognese, made by Brian.

9am: Colectivo coffee with half & half and a sunny egg over black eyed peas and toasted focaccia, made by Brian.
2pm: Leftover focaccia and Dietsch’s chocolate pretzels.
7pm: Cheese tortellini and spinach soup, made at home.

8am: Colectivo coffee with half & half and a scrambled egg and korean chive sandwich on toasted La Farm sourdough, made by Brian.
1pm: Leftover tortellini soup and bolognese.
3pm: Part of a Palmer’s chocolate Santa.
6pm: Chuck roast and jus, mashed sweet potatoes, glazed carrots, and sour cream, made by Brian, and a bottle of Red Oak Helles.

10am: Colectivo coffee with half & half and an easy egg over toasted La Farm sourdough, black eyed pea gravy, and sauerkraut, made at home.
2pm: Leftover chuck roast in jus with rigatoni, made at home.
6pm: Fried oysters, salmon, mushroom and parsley rice, broccoli, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and two glasses of Ruttenstock Gruner Veltliner.
January 9, 2023 (Monday)
8am: Colectivo coffee with half & half, made at home.
10:30am: A cajun chicken biscuit and hash browns from Bojangles.
1pm: Mixed greens with leftover Japanese dressing and toasted La Farm sourdough with olive oil, made at home.
5pm: Cabbage, yuk choy, fried tofu, jalapenos, and onion in an oyster chile sauce over rice, made at home, a bottle of Red Oak Helles, and Dietsch’s milk chocolate pretzels.

9am: Colectivo coffee with half & half and toasted La Farm sourdough with two over easy eggs, made at home.
12:30pm: Mixed greens with leftover Japanese dressing and two beef hot dogs.
2pm: Dietsch’s milk chocolate pretzels.
5pm: Lablabi with garlic sour cream, sardine oil, and lemon, made at home, and a bottle of Miller High Life.

9am: Colectivo coffee with half & half, an easy egg over toasted La Farm sourdough with olive oil, leftover garlic sour cream, and mixed greens with Japanese salad dressing, made at home.
1pm: Half of a mango and Dietsch’s milk chocolate pretzels.
6pm: Ricotta, sungold tomato sauce, and spinach pizza, made at home, and a bottle of Miller High Life.
January 12, 2023 (Thursday)
9am: Ruby coffee with half & half and an over easy egg on toasted La Farm sourdough, made by Brian.
12pm: Leftover lablabi with sour cream and croutons made from leftover pizza.
5:30pm: Kielbasa with sauerkraut and mustard and panzanella with mixed greens and leftover pizza croutons, made at home, and a can of Birdsong Jalapeno pale ale.
January 13, 2023 (Friday)
9am: Ruby coffee with half & half and leftover lablabi with garlic sour cream and toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
1pm: A hot dog with ketchup and Sunchips.
6pm: Steak tacos with slaw, cilantro, onion, lime, datil hot sauce, and refried black beans, made by Brian, and Dietsch’s dark chocolate pretzels.
January 14, 2023 (Saturday)
9am: Ruby coffee with half & half, refried black beans, scrambled eggs with cheese, cilantro, and hot sauce on tortillas, made at home.
1pm: Palmer's chocolate.
3pm: Mozzarella sticks, fries, and part of a gyro from American hero.
6pm: A Dietsch’s dark chocolate pretzel.
