Speaker 1: Good evening. I'm sure that it's been a long day for you, but before you sleep, it's important to devote some time to reflecting on your day as a spiritual practice that serves to keep you spiritually healthy. And so it is that we end this day with an evening practice using the violet flame, the 7th ray aspect of the Holy Spirit, to transmute density, discord and accumulated negative karma. And in the process of this inner work, we acknowledge our beloved Saint Germain as the master Cohon of the violet ray and we extend our gratitude for his assistance. As we invoke the cosmic powers of the violet flame. It is important that you do not lie down, but rather sit up tall with a strong spiritual backbone in preparation for the use of the violet transmuting fire.

Speaker 1: So make sure that you are sitting in a comfortable position. Place your hands palm up on your lap and with the soles of your feet flat on the floor. Now close your eyes. Turn your eyes toward the light within you. At your third eye, don't strain, simply allow your eyes to softly turn toward your brow chakra.

Speaker 1: Now just relax, focus on your heart, and using your inner eye, see the threefold flame consisting of a blue, pink and yellow plume of fire quietly burning within the sacred chamber of your heart. This burning flame of love has been hand placed in your heart by God himself. And it represents the three aspects of the Trinity being father, mother and son, which are the creative force in all things. Now take a nice big inhale and breathe in the will or power aspect of the Godhead. And on the exhale let go of personal self will.

Speaker 1: Take another really big inhale and breathe in the active intelligence of the Holy Spirit aspect of the Godhead. And on the exhale, let go of the need to figure things out. Take another big inhale and breathe in the soul consciousness of God. And on the exhale, allow your soul to merge with your personality. Using your inner eye, see the blue, pink and yellow flames of love merge to become a luminous violet fire.

Speaker 1: See now that your heart is engulfed in the violet fire. Notice how the flames begin to grow and grow until you see yourself sitting within this beautiful transmuting violet fire. Now breathe in love and breathe out fear. Notice that you can hear the sounds of this roaring violet fire as it dissolves and consumes all imperfections in you. The violet fire is above your head, below your feet and all around you.

Speaker 1: You are completely loved and protected as you sit within this transmuting violet fire of love. Now bring your attention to your rude chakra. And if you would like to gently place your hands at the area of your root chakra at the base of your spine and breathe in love and breathe out fear. Tonight we think about those things that caused us to be afraid today. Where you fell off the spiritual wagon, so to speak, by getting sucked into the fearful belief system created by the Matrix.

Speaker 1: And where you plugged back into lack and limitation because you bought into an old and outdated thought system of I need to go along in order to get along. Now see here at your root chakra a beautiful red lotus flower and call forth the violet fire to purify your mind and to blaze through and around you, consuming all negativity. See this red lotus flower spin beautifully as the violet fire crackles and roars, dissolving every bit of fear in you. In the name of forgiveness. Violet flame blaze forth.

Speaker 1: Now move to the sacral chakra and again if you feel moved to, place your hands just below your navel and breathe in love. And then breathe out fear. Now examine your day and reflect on the areas where you felt out of sorts and stressed out because of what was happening. Pay attention to any relationships that were strained in any way and notice where you felt blocked from expressing as your authentic and creative self. Remember the moments where you judged others and those areas where you were not at peace.

Speaker 1: Visualize your sacral chakra with a beautiful orange lotus flower and invoke the cosmic powers of the violet fire to dissolve and purify all disqualified energy. See this orange lotus flower spin and become more of a luminous orange as the violet fire brings perfect peace and harmony into your body, mind and spirit. In the name of forgiveness. Violet flame blaze forth. Move to the solar plexus chakra now and visualize a golden yellow lotus.

Speaker 1: Place your hands on this chakra at the level of your stomach only if you are moved to and breathe in love. And on the exhale. Breathe out all fear. Straighten your spiritual backbone, put your shoulders back and reflect on your day by seeing the areas where you felt powerless, where you gave your power to someone else, and how this left you feeling alone and frightened and feeling abandoned by God. Now breathe into the solar plexus chakra and call forth the healing powers of the all consuming violet fire.

Speaker 1: See the beautiful yellow lotus flower spin beautifully as every last bit of low self worth and no self love are being alchemically changed into self love and self esteem. Breathing gratitude and on the exhale claim in the name of forgiveness, violet light blaze forth in me. And now bring all of your focus to your heart. Here you must place your left hand on your heart to receive the love of self and then with your right hand on top of your left, give that love back.

Speaker 1: Now breathe in love and breathe out fear. This evening, feel inspired as you devote this time to your holy. I am God presence. Reflect on your day now and notice the areas where you closed your heart to others ask yourself if there is anyone that you need to forgive.

Speaker 1: Was your mind closed today? And did you wish for certain people to just go away? Notice if you bypassed your heart today and where you simply couldn't let that other person in. Now breathe into your heart and visualize the violet flame around you consuming all imperfection in you forever. See the beautiful green lotus flower in your heart spin as it dissolves all memory of anger, jealousy and hatred and then burns them away in the all consuming violet fire of freedom.

Speaker 1: Breathe in love and on the exhale claim in the name of forgiveness. Violet light blaze forth in me. Move up to your throat chakra now and see at the hollow of your neck a beautiful blue lotus flower. If you wish to, you may place your hands on your throat chakra.

Speaker 1: Breathe in love and breathe out fear. And if you need to clear your throat, you are in a very powerful energy center because it represents your will and the power of the spoken word. So now reflect on your day and see the areas where you did not exercise the power of choice because you felt like you didn't have the right to speak up. Notice where you swallowed your words and choked back tears because you felt that you shouldn't say what you really wanted to. Think about how you lacked willpower today because you have a bad habit of not being congruent in thought, word or deed.

Speaker 1: And then notice how this zapped you of your power. Now breathe into your throat Chakra, and see a beautiful blue lotus flower spinning beautifully as you call forth to the violet flame of freedom to take action in your life. Allow this all consuming fire to bring you greater healing and purification as it alchemically turns all negativity in this chakra into positive electrifying energy. In the name of forgiveness, violet flame blaze forth. Moving to the third eye chakra see a deep indigo lotus flower between your eyebrows and if you wish to, place your hands at your third eye.

Speaker 1: Now breathe in love and breathe out fear. Now reflect on your day once more and notice the areas where you began to see the world with the eyes of duality. Notice where you lost sight of your holy God presence and began to see yourself with poor self image. Before you sleep, you must change the perception of yourself and see with the all seeing eye of God that you are created in his image and likeness. So imagine that you are God looking at Himself.

Speaker 1: Or see that you are pure love, recognizing the love that you are. Tell yourself that you are perfect, whole and complete. Now see at your brow chakra a beautiful indigo lotus flower and connect to the light within you. Before you retire to bed, open your heart and allow the violet all consuming fire to burn away the insane perception that you have of yourself and the world by allowing it to give you vision to see the divine master plan in all activity. Now breathe in love and on the exhale exclaim in the name of forgiveness violet flame blaze forth.

Speaker 1: Now bring all of your focus to the very top of your head and feel energy at your crown chakra. Take a nice big inhale and breathe in. I and my father are one. Now rewind the film of your day and take note of all the areas where you were thinking, analyzing and stressing over the silliest things.

Speaker 1: Remember the moments where you thought that you were alone and that God was just a thought. But tonight, before you go to bed, you must breathe into both your heart and your mind the divine peace of God and feel his grace pouring down over you like a cascading waterfall. Now breathe this grace into your body, mind and spirit and feel that you are more than ready to lie your body down to sleep. Now visualize a violet thousand petals lotus flower at your crown chakra and see it spin the fastest of all seven lotuses invoke the light of the violet fire to dissolve every stressful memory of this day. And as you breathe in love claim in the name of forgiveness violet flame blaze forth in my heart, mind and soul.

Speaker 1: Now see your entire body with its seven lotuses. Imagine that the all consuming violet fire is electric and divinely charged as it consumes and transmutes any residue of fear back into love within your energy system. Stay here in the violet fire of your I Am presence and allow it to raise your frequency to the level of the Christ mind. Now breathe in love and breathe out love. Place your hands in prayer position now in praise of beloved Saint Germain for the gift he brings as the keeper of the freedom flame of the violet fire.

Speaker 1: He asks you to claim freedom for yourself as you lie your body down to sleep by calling forth the violet fire as the governing presence of God even in your dream state. And so it is that we invoke the light I am the commanding governing presence of God blazing the violet consuming fire around and through me blazing forth as my holy God presence commanding harmony and perfect peace consuming all past karmas in me. I am invincibly protected as I sleep. Breathe in the violet light and let it activate every cell in your body to become the perfect health of God as you sleep and on the exhale see the violet light as the light of God that never fails. You are now ready to snuggle into your bed so lie down and cover yourself with a blanket of violet light.

Speaker 1: Close your eyes and rest now and allow the freedom fire of your I am God presence to sustain you as you sleep. See the violet fire around your body from head to toe and around your bed filling your bedroom. Take a breath and on the inhale just know that this violet fire will protect you and comfort you all through the night. And on the exhale just know that this all consuming violet fire will alchemically change every cell of your body into light. Good night, my friend. May God bless you.
