Live More, Earn More

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and feeling foggy, exhausted, less tolerant of nonsense, or quietly wondering “where did I go?” - this episode is for you.

In this deeply honest conversation, Lucy shares her lived experience of brain fog, night sweats, fluctuating hormones and confidence wobbles - and how midlife has actually become her most powerful, creative and aligned season yet.

This is about slowing down without stopping, creating a business that fits your energy (not drains it), and realising that your forties, fifties and beyond are not the end… they’re the expansion.

You’ll learn:
  • Why midlife is not about decline - it’s about the choices you make
  • How to work with your cycle, hormones and energy
  • Why brain fog doesn’t mean you’ve lost your edge
  • How to build a freedom-based business without hustling
  • What it really means to create your “third act”

If you're a solopreneur or dreaming up your next big thing - this is your permission slip to do it on your terms.

✨ Abundance. Alignment. Action.
It’s time to live more and earn more - with ease.

You are not past your prime.

You are in your power.

Midlife isn't a crisis.

It's an awakening.

It's an opportunity to create a life.

And a business that you love that makes
you excited and fulfilled and you do

something you've always dreamed of.

If you are feeling the blues about
perimenopause or menopause and feeling

like you are just not happy right now and
thinking, where have I disappeared to?

This episode is for you.

I was talking to one of my girlfriends
yesterday, and she's a little

younger than me, and she was like.

What's happened?

I've just, my brain has
turned to mush and I get it.

I have been in the swirls of brain
fog for at least five years, and

it is debilitating and horrible.

And as women we go through so much,
our bodies change, our hormones change.

And if you are going through perimenopause
and brain fog and fluctuating hormones and

all of the things, it can feel hideous.

I've just started on the night sweats.

And I am thinking what is going on?

I'm having to wake up in the night, change
my pajamas, and it's just revolting.

I'm sorry to, that's too much information,
but there is a lot going on and it's

really hard when we are juggling all
of this actually to create a business

that brings us joy, that enables us to
create passive income and also where

we feel like, yeah, I can do this.

I've got the confidence to do
this, and I feel alive and aligned.

And it can be a lot.

And if you are struggling right now,
I hear you and I, you know, hats off

to you for being here for listening
because it's a rollercoaster and

we just take one step at a time.

And I think this time in our lives is an
opportunity to slow down and recalibrate

and figure out what we really want and.

We lose some of those caring, nurturing
hormones, we are less tolerant.

And so it means that maybe, you know, like
we, we are less just, we can't be bothered

with the BS and the nonsense of things.

And so sometimes it means that we can
actually deliver more, do more, even

though we're working in a different way.

And you know, for me, I definitely
try to juggle my hormones so that I

am most productive at certain points.

And you know, for me, I'm,
I'm getting a period every two

weeks, which is really boring.

And, but I find that I will have
in my cycle, I am having times

where I am, like I'm at my most
productive and enthusiastic, and at

those points, that's when I'm really
creative and I'm gonna go for it.

And I say, right, this is
a day where I'm feeling it.

I'm going to create content.

I'm going to do all the things.

I really think it's about listening
to your cycle, and so for me, there

are times where I will press pause,
I'll snuggle under the duvet, and

I don't try and do everything.

I might read a book, which I had
never have imagined doing before,

or I'd go for a walk and I'm just.

Allowing myself to slow down.

But at the same time, then there are,
there are points where I'm feeling

like, oh, I feel pretty good today.

I feel enthusiastic.

I feel like I'm top of
the world and I go for it.

So this morning I woke up
and I was feeling energetic.

I was feeling on it, and it
was, I thought, you know what?

This is a great day to
create some content.

And so it's listening to
your body and adapting when.

Is right for you, rather than
just trying to push through.

Even on the days where
you feel pretty sucky,

because there's such a myth, there's
such a myth that women slow down

in their forties and fifties and.

I know I, you know, I have some
girlfriends who say to me, oh yeah, I

can't wait to slow down and retire, and.

I get that, you know, some
people that's what they wanna do.

For me, I feel like I'm
just getting started.

I feel like I have so much
enthusiasm and drive and energy,

and I've certainly had moments of
wobbles and lack of confidence and.

But I feel like I'm getting started
right now and I'm ready to go for it.

And if that's you, then stick around
because just because we're going through

menopause and perimenopause and we're
juggling it all, doesn't mean to say that

we can't still create things we love.

We're just gonna do it in a different way.

We are still gonna be enthusiastic,
we're still gonna be passionate,

we're still gonna do our thing, but.

We are maybe just those, we're having
to do less of the people pleasing

and more of the going for it.

'cause we know what we want
and we're gonna get there.

So despite the brain fog,
I will use mushrooms.

I use lion's mane, I'll
use MCT oil, collagen.

Use all the things that are gonna
help you, HRT, all the things that

are gonna help you to stay, like
feeling your best, feeling your most

vibrant, and then at the same time know
that this is, this is the third act.

This is your opportunity to say, right,
what do I really wanna do with my life?

Because you know, it might be that
you are in the season of raising

children or just feeling like you
had to climb the corporate ladder.

Now you can create
something that is yours.

And it's an opportunity to go for it
because there's, there's no rules.

There's no one holding you back.

It's just up to you and what you wanna
create and if you are ready to go for it.

As a solopreneur, I have
a mastermind that I would.

Love to share with you because I feel
like it's, you know, for women who

are ambitious, regardless of feeling
like, oh, I've lost my confidence,

or I'm having a wobble, we are there
to support and nurture each other,

but at the same time, we wanna build
something because life is about

creating something that can work for us.

Regardless of what time in life, whether
we are in our fifties, sixties, or

seventies, it's about creating something
that is going to work for our lives,

fit around our families, fit around
what we wanna do, up our ambitions.

And if you are ready to say I wanna
work differently, I wanna maybe

like slow down a little, but I still
wanna work and I still got drive

and passion, then this is for you.

And if you liked this video.
