Carolyn Prevost has taken part in the Q,

the Rogue Qualifier,

and we're going to look live in one

minute to see if she made it or

not.

Let's go.

Welcome to the show, it's time to ignite.

Scott's silky smooth voice keeps the vibes

just right.

Caroline on the mic,

wants a star on the ice.

Games athlete so strong,

keeps the balance precise.

And Jamie's in the house,

the engine full of grit.

Never backing down,

doesn't know the words.

When together they bring the fire,

never say never.

So buckle up friends,

it's burpees forever.

Welcome to Sunday night.

What is going on, everybody?

Welcome to Sunday, Sunday,

Sunday Night CrossFit Talk.

Carolyn Prevost did the Q,

the Rogue qualifier.

She has not looked at the leaderboard for

the last, I don't know,

half hour or so.

She was in contention to qualify for

Rogue.

We're gonna look at the leaderboard live.

Vicky, you wanna pull it up?

My legs are shaking.

Man, we're really building the suspense.

Key blowed up a little bit there, ma'am.

And it's no longer a tie between three

and four.

Oh, boy.

Just so you know.

You got her by one point.

Congratulations, Carolyn.

Dude.

Pending video review.

Carolyn is one of the top three.

To qualify for the Rogue Invitational.

Yes.

I'm not worried about her video review.

I'm so used to Rogue.

Yeah.

Fingers crossed.

Good job, dude.

Those were so close.

Yeah, that is so awesome.

They were good workouts for me, though.

Like I knew the first two were good.

And then the last one was going to

be hard with the handstand pushups.

I'm good at kipping gymnastics.

And then in the rules,

it said that you could keep the wall

facing handstand pushups.

And that gave me that gave me a

shot.

That's my worst score.

But the other two,

I was very happy because I like hinging

and squatting.

We had an interesting conversation before

we went live.

Because if people don't know,

Carolyn has been the tester for Rogue for

the last couple years.

This is evidence that she is a good

tester.

She's a great tester.

And this is top twenty.

Rogue doesn't...

This is harder to make than the games.

I mean, only three spots?

That's pretty tough to do.

And they only take twenty total.

The games takes thirty.

So, congratulations, Carolyn.

Thank you, thank you.

You are a rogue athlete, hopefully.

Pending video review.

I will not post anything until it is

official.

I got the last men's spot so far

over Bailey Martin.

Wow.

We have that on the agenda later,

but okay.

You're looking at it.

You might as well talk about it.

We're not talking about Rogue.

We might as well talk about Rogue.

I don't want to go back to it.

So she's fitter than the bad bunny

lookalike Dave uses.

Yeah,

that means you won't be able to test

any of their actual workouts for Rogue or

the event.

I mean, that's a good thing.

Although I do love, love, love testing.

I mean,

if I don't have to test and I

can do the comp, that's always better.

Vicki,

can you pull up the men's leaderboard for

Jamie, please?

I'm looking at, like,

Barlow is kind of far down there.

Tenth?

Tied for tenth?

Actually seems like these would have been

decent for him.

So the male, we have Fabian Hermans.

It's currently in first,

Nate Ackerman in second,

and Chris Ibarra in third.

That's actually changed up from what I saw

like fifteen minutes ago.

Oh, really?

What was it before?

Nate Ackerman was not in the top three

fifteen minutes ago.

Wow.

So I wonder if he waited to put

in a score that he just redid.

Yeah, I don't know.

Has the woman changed?

I don't know.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for

people to post.

I don't know.

I haven't looked at the men's for like

fifteen minutes.

But anyway,

Bailey Martin just outside and Isaac

Newman, Tom Kingdon, Michael Wislowski.

Then you have like Jorge down there a

little bit.

I know Jack Farlow's down there.

But again,

these are the toughest standards in the

sport,

and video review is important for all of

this.

We have to wait for all of that.

But there's your men's qualifiers as it

just closed at eight p.m.

tonight.

So five minutes ago, six minutes ago.

And that's what we know as of right

now.

And Carolyn, you're still in third.

I'm going to come back in ten minutes.

I'm going to eat dinner.

I have a steak waiting for me and

a dog looking at me.

I'll be right back in about ten minutes.

TV talk it is.

The chat wants it anyway.

I will kick her down.

Don't forget to like and subscribe to the

channel.

This is the only channel where you have

a rogue qualifier.

Just saying.

Just saying.

That's our one flex.

We have a road qualifier on this show.

That's pretty cool.

Those were not easy workouts.

Tessa said she's dancing right now.

She actually told me that if she got

in,

her treat was going to be ice cream

tonight.

That's a great treat.

Question of the week for Scott.

If someone loses their Clydesdale card in

the summer,

can they get it back during cuffing

cuffing season?

If they gain weight back Fergie,

I would never wish I'll gain of weight

back.

You're killing it.

Don't worry about it.

You are grandfathered into the Clydesdale

club and you're like six,

three that automatically gets you like

membership in.

uh so daniel arnson says the chat is

too busy lunch show my stuff gets brought

up more i told vicky not to bring

your stuff up daniel oh dang snap daniel's

getting assaulted on all sides man we had

like went over programming stuff this

morning and he's yeah he's struggling um

Member for twenty seven months, KDL.

Dan wants you to mention him and Jamie

teaming up.

Yeah.

So, yeah.

Neil Arnson.

Yeah.

And you,

Michigan and Michigan State are coming

together.

We're having to separate our team,

our team love a little bit.

High Rocks.

No, no.

Just like within like doing some of the

Hitler fit programming.

You know, it's like,

it's always been a peeve of mine.

It's probably just because I take things

so seriously when people, like,

I don't care if you log Rx,

if you have detailed notes,

but if you just put scores in with

no context that are like wildly

impossible, it's frustrating.

And Dan and I are just of the

same mindset on that.

Okay.

Well, that's cool.

So did you do anything fun this weekend?

We had Veronica's wedding shower this

weekend.

Oh, cool.

Yeah, it was really nice.

We did it at the gym.

It was kind of like we did Lucas's

graduation party was at the gym.

Getting used to setting up and

transforming the gym.

What was the workout for the shower?

We did not.

We had the gym beforehand and then cleaned

after.

But we did the cheat.

That's my favorite workout of all time.

Nice, simple, easy, you know,

like nothing too hard to coach.

So it was a good,

it was a good programming for a Saturday.

I went to Pennsylvania for the weekend.

My mom had a list of things she

needed done at her house.

So went back.

It started with my dad when he was

alive,

built in a bookshelf in the one room

and she wanted it gone.

She just,

it was taking up too much space and,

And, uh, and the,

the sideboards were way too heavy for her

to do anything with it.

So I got to take a hammer and

a crowbar and a drill and I got

to take care of the built-in shelf and

we got that out.

The only,

this is the wild that way I pull

it out and I'm like, oh shit.

And when the person came in and laid

carpet,

they laid it around the built-in

bookshelf.

Oh yeah.

So when I pulled it out,

there's bare floor.

Yeah.

So we got a piece of wood to

like lay down and, and it needs like,

we need to paint it and do all

that kind of stuff and make it look

much better.

But at least I got that out.

And then she had a lot of technology

stuff she needed help with.

So we got all that.

And then we went to a family reunion.

Oh,

and uh it's i kept saying last week

on the lunch show i'm going to my

mom's family reunion but i am part of

that family as well so it's kind of

mine too and uh but these are like

her cousins and stuff like my mom's

immediate family are all gone all of her

sisters have passed away um so it's like

i know one of her cousins the others

i the only time i ever saw them

was at another family reunion okay um

and it was it was wild i got

seated with a guy who wanted to talk

politics the entire time oh boy and it

let's just say we didn't agree on much

and i was trying to be very diplomatic

in my conversation because i didn't want

to start a scene at a family reunion

um was this a direct relative or like

a marriage marriage okay

yeah marriage and and the funny thing is

he started the whole conversation with was

i hate talking politics at events because

people just get pissed at you into a

fight and then he proceeds to do an

hour and a half straight of politic talk

wow yeah it was i was begging for

my mom to say hey time to go

She actually said it at one point.

I ran.

I put all the chairs in the van.

I grabbed the broccoli cauliflower salad,

put it in the van,

and then she talked for another twenty

minutes.

I was like, oh, please,

can we get out of here?

But I had a good time with my

mom, and we had a nice weekend,

and I got everything done.

We had my family reunion last weekend,

so this must be the time for family

reunions.

Fergie says no politics or religion at the

dinner table.

He literally led with that.

That's the ironic part.

Tessa says got to do the Irish goodbye.

I wish.

Did you have a reunion shirt?

No.

No, we didn't do reunion shirts.

Literally, the families are so small.

There was only like twelve people there.

Oh, wow.

It's really sad.

Like,

yeah but i did get to learn this

history it doesn't matter it's not for

this show um but we were on a

piece of land that my family had owned

and still own to this day and it's

in this beautiful mountainous area of

pennsylvania along the river it's really

cool uh crossfit says those people only

exist at the family reunion by that logic

yeah um

So anyway, um, there was that.

And then, um,

we got back today and I watched episode

four of the new reacher season.

I have not watched episode four,

but I have watched the first three.

I will probably watch that after I get

off here is crazy.

It's already so crazy.

Everything I thought that was going to be

got flipped on its head and in episode

four.

Okay.

And I pride myself on being able to

figure out the storylines.

They got me.

They got me good.

I'll have to let you know if it

got me.

And you have to get through the whole

episode to get the flip.

Just so you know.

Anyway.

Did you watch yours, mine, and hers?

Or yours, mine, and ours?

Did you watch that?

hers mine and it's like it's like three

sides to the story you know like like

i don't think i did it doesn't sound

familiar you should watch it i'd be

curious what you thought yeah i'm into

lanterns now and um of course ted lasso

coming back and i know you've never

watched it which is a dirty shame i

have not watched it but i am fully

caught up on lioness so

that's and the new episode comes out

tonight for that hers mind and the truth

says kdl yeah that might be what it's

called yeah that might be what it's called

so the um episode one of lanterns is

wild that says daniel and that's correct

um i can't it's episode two comes out

tonight everything comes out tonight so

then i gotta catch up through the week

Uh-oh, Jamie froze for a second.

Someone called Ted Lasso bluey for adults.

Ruin me.

I see it kind of-ish.

I mean,

the whole premise of Ted Lasso is that

he is so positive in a world of

negativity.

And I love it for that.

So I guess that's why I get the

Bluey thing.

I have never seen Bluey,

so I don't even know if I would

get that.

I have neither.

I'm only assuming because it's a kid's

show, and it's animated, and it's...

I don't know.

My daughter's twenty-five.

We are way past Bluey.

Yeah.

Um...

This episode of Bluey is called Soccer

Coach.

Anyway,

so those are what I'm watching right now.

Yeah, that's about it.

It's been a hell of a week with

work,

and now I have to go back tomorrow.

But I'm off Friday.

I'm off Friday to go see Carolyn in

Indianapolis for World Fitness Project.

We'll get into that next.

World Fitness Project is this weekend in

Westfield, Indiana,

which is just outside of Indianapolis.

All the workouts have been out for a

few weeks, so we know what they are.

The schedules are out.

So let's quickly go through the workouts,

knowing that Carolyn's going to be there

competing.

and the first one is her favorite the

thing she's been asking for forever um

forty yard dash pro agility five ten five

shuttle that's the one i want to see

so bad and max broad jump thoughts carolyn

Yeah, I'm excited for it.

I have not tested the forty hour dash

since I kind of injured my hamstring doing

it a month ago.

But my hamstring feels fine.

I just didn't want to risk anything

before.

If it's going to rip,

it's going to rip there.

I don't care.

I still regardless of whether I get in

or not,

it's a good test and it should be

there all the time.

Like, that's my thing.

I just my problem is, I haven't worked.

So I do a lot of powermetrics,

I do a lot of acceleration stuff.

But a like max velocity type training,

that's something that I've stopped since

playing soccer.

In.

When they first made the games,

I would do like a lot of like,

sprinting for like a significant amount

of, you know,

training um so i think i just didn't

have enough reps there before i went full

out so yeah uh cross fat wants to

know do we see a hamstring or achilles

pop in the field and then right after

that he said oof bad timing because you

just said your hamstring was it scott was

it in the i think it was like

grade one though it was just telling me

that you know i'm not twenty to twenty

five anymore it was like okay you old

girl like relax

Was that in the fantasy chat where

somebody posted the draft order was

determined by basically doing, like,

four-yard sprints?

And they all tore something?

Was that not in that chat?

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

I was dying laughing.

Like, literally every single one.

I actually saw the video on, like, ESPN.

Yeah, so it was a fantasy football league,

and they determined draft order by a

four-yard dash,

and you see like six of the ten

people pull up with hamstrings.

Yes.

It was hilarious.

At that point, I'm just like,

I'll draft last on the snake.

That means I get tenth and eleventh.

But it's important.

Like they released this workout pretty

early.

This is the first one that they released

of all of the workouts.

And I think that's important to do just

because this is not something people train

very often.

And we're going to get two attempts at

each of them.

And there's like a twenty minute window

and you get to either take the two

attempts or one if you're satisfied with

that.

on each of them.

Like the four-yard dash,

they're mandating a three-point start.

So for people that don't know,

two feet on the ground,

one foot on the ground.

hand on the ground as well so you

can't be in any other position to start

so that's very technical so you're going

to see people with not great positioning

there which could impact their

acceleration speed pro agility also has a

certain start that you have to start with

i think it's a three-point start as well

um and then the max broad jump like

you can't have your like you can't fall

forward with your hands so you have to

fully stick it

so i'm not sure what happens if there's

a no rep if that's part of your

attempt i'm assuming it is um and then

yeah you can wear cleats uh across that

i'm assuming i would be surprised that

we're doing a five ten five agility

without cleats that would be awful um that

stance to start is the typical that is

the nfl standard

for their combine and but it's not it's

not a stance a lot of people practice

oh definitely not in crossfit why would

you it no this is a this is

a first appearance yeah um larry young did

say that he tweaked his hamstring getting

up to go pee at three a.m the

other night so when you're old you got

to be real careful i still like the

test though and i'm excited for it um

hopefully all goes well uh pc says i'm

seeing a lot of people standing straight

up out of the three-point stance defeats

the purpose of the stance yeah you really

should be like it should be a jump

leap forward to get you going is what

it should be um but we'll see um

event two,

twelve parallette handstand push-ups,

twenty-four GHD sit-ups,

twelve box jump-overs, six flip sleds,

and that is four rounds for time.

And I didn't realize how heavy this sled

is,

so I went to go look back on

how heavy the pigs have been at the

games,

and I think those for the females is

around three-fifty normally,

and this flip sled,

I don't have access to it,

so when I tested this

When I tested this workout,

I just did like a hang,

clean and jerk.

And I did pretty light,

but like every rep was like a single

rep, clean and jerk,

drop it to the ground, hang,

clean and jerk.

Just, I mean,

this is one that if you have the

flip side,

it's a huge advantage to practice,

but I don't know what that feels,

what that's gonna feel like,

that four-forty,

because it seems like it's a heavier

number than we've ever seen.

at least at the CrossFit Games,

and I know the pig is a different

shape.

It's a little bit longer than the flip

sled, but I just don't know.

I don't know how that correlates.

That seems very heavy.

I'd be curious what the flip sled was

at crash when I did it.

You have the fulcrum,

so it does take some of the weight

off.

It's just you still have to deadlift it.

Like,

normally every flip like every time we had

flips at the games i liked it like

i didn't pause like i would just do

straight up like knee to here because i

grew up doing a lot a lot of

tire flips with hockey it's like we always

drove the knee um but i'm assuming this

is a completely different technique with

the flip side so i hope that we

get to play around do you think people

get capped

Possibly.

I think there's with a field of fifty.

Absolutely.

Like I think every workout,

there's people that will get capped.

There's a field of fifty.

Anything with that many handstand pushups,

parallette handstand pushups,

you're going to get capped.

And then you add something heavy like that

flip sled.

Now you're taking out two different realms

of people.

So for sure,

we're getting some capped people.

But I like this workout.

I think it's very athletic.

I think the box jump overs are high,

you know, thirty six thirty.

I love that.

I would like it forty to thirty six

inches.

But yeah, I like a high box jump,

parallettes.

It's well-rounded.

It's a good mix of the gymnastics is

going to matter,

then also the flip sled is going to

matter,

and then your ability to move the box

jumps.

GHD,

there are some people that can cycle GHD

very fast, just in general.

Do we know if they're going to do

a standard or not for it?

I don't think so.

I think it's a hand on the ground,

hand on the...

top of the pads.

And that's basically their standard.

They're keeping it like out of the judges

hands.

At least they did last year.

Crossfats has good balance for big and

little peeps.

Yeah.

So then event three is and there are

seven events at this one.

Ten K run.

We did the short burst stuff at the

combine, and now this.

Yeah, and I think both are important.

We only get this all the time.

So, yep, this is not my favorite,

but it's important to have in a test

of fitness, and it's going to suck.

You'll do good.

I think I saw a lot.

I have not ran more than five K.

I have not tested.

I have not trained for this one at

all.

I think I saw on their Instagram that

this is going to be available for

spectators to run the exact same course

and see how they do against the field.

That's always embarrassing.

That's always embarrassing.

And they just smash your scores.

You're like, ah, darn.

Yeah,

but they didn't do things before and

after.

Yeah,

they didn't do a four hundred eighty pound

flip sled before.

I'll tell myself that when I get smoked

by a bunch of people here.

It's an outside run.

Yeah,

and I think it's going to be pretty

flat is what they said.

Then we have the max bench press.

I see a lot of people practicing max

bench press.

A lot of people.

I have not practiced too much.

I bench naturally like every...

cycle that I do.

It has not helped me over the years.

I don't know if I have long arms,

but I have struggled with pressing

strength.

A lot.

I like deadlifting, not benching.

So I didn't focus too much on this

event.

I'll, you know,

do what I can and then move on

from there.

Judy Bauman says number three and four are

not my favorite.

Judy Bowman says spectators can also just

do a five K on the course.

So I wish we could just,

we get to choose Carolyn because of,

I elect the five K five K better.

Larry should love this one.

Make him WFP is number one fan.

I started following Larry online,

and the amount of weights he has,

I don't know if that's at your garage.

So many weights, Larry.

You're a strong man.

That's why I'm benching.

We talked on Friday.

When the bar bends and you get whipped

on a bench press,

you're lifting a lot of weights.

That's crazy.

Tessa can't get past a one-fifty-five

bench for the lifer.

I just think,

I just think it's cool that WFP are

doing these type of events because these

are events that a lot of people in

the fitness world do,

and people can kind of compare and see

what crossfitters are able to do.

And it gives a lot of data to

other athletes, you know,

as you're going through your training,

okay, these are good top, you know,

this is a bench that you should be

having.

And like,

know we're seeing a lot of peers and

yeah people saying that the the weights

are inflated and stuff but it's like no

other comp we're getting eight minutes to

just do as many reps as possible or

like as many sets as you want you're

not limited to only two lifts or three

lifts um there's no pressure like you can

have eight minutes you can do your warm-up

in that so i think that's why you're

seeing a lot of crazy numbers in the

wfp with these type of formats

Which, I mean, can be risky as well,

too,

as you're maxing out with a lot of

time.

But, yeah,

I just like that they're taking a chance

on these type of workouts.

And it's giving a lot of data to

athletes to bring back into their training

after that.

I know it can be more difficult to

view or showcase on a live stream when

you do it that way,

like eight minutes and people are lifting

all over the place.

But I feel like it's the only way

to do it.

If you're going to program these One Wrap

Max things,

I feel like it's the only way you

should program it.

Quick PSA.

Fergie's about to eat a pint of Rebel

ice cream that expired in March.

Someone please schedule a wellness check

tomorrow.

Seems fine.

It's been in the freezer.

Probably just cut the freezer burnt parts

off and you're good to go.

I have ice cream like that in the

freezer.

All right.

Next one.

Five...

Five is two rounds for time.

Fifty chest to bar.

Twenty five sandbag squats.

Hundred and fifty foot sled push.

I love sled pushes and it gets such

a bad rap because the lanes aren't even

the lanes.

This person had an advantage.

But God, I love it.

I just love it as a test.

So I'm glad they're bringing it back.

And this is a very heavy sandbag to

put for the squats for fifty reps.

I practice.

I didn't do this workout at all.

I just practice in a workout,

a combination of chest to bar and that

weight for sandbag squats.

and like sometimes like it really depends

on the width like on the size of

the bag some bags you can put it

behind your back and like you can maybe

hold it there and there's other bags that

are huge and like it might fall you

might have to put on your shoulder to

just um be able to stabilize it there

so depending how what's inside the bag if

it's just sand or what are the other

things that they put in like rogue does

sometimes they put

Yeah, they have like a rubber pellet.

Yeah,

so sometimes that can fill the bag a

little bit more.

So, you know, it can play a role.

But I think those squats are going to

be a big factor in this workout,

a huge factor.

If you drop it,

having to clean it again,

put it into the right position.

Like, if you drop quickly,

it's not that bad.

But if you drop the stand bag squats

and you have to do multiple sets of

that,

That's way more time consuming.

So to me,

I look at this and I look at

the squats.

I could be wrong.

I haven't tested it,

but that seems to be the big part

of the workout.

I understand the sled pushes on the turf,

and that's where I would want it to

be,

but that has not stopped controversy in

the past.

North Park was a turf.

High Rocks.

And well,

one's in the sun and one's in the

shade and one got wet and one didn't.

And one was by the misters and.

Right.

But I'm just glad, I'm just glad they're,

they're bringing it back.

I love a good sled push.

So, um, but I mean, again, another good,

I think this is a good event.

Like, yeah,

I think the programming is good for, um,

this tour.

All right.

Let's do six.

is a final day.

A thirty twenty two cal echo bike.

Hundred and fifty yards swim.

Rest two minutes.

Hundred and fifty yards swim.

Thirty twenty two cal echo bike.

So their original version,

their original version,

many I think like

before they had said like a five minute

time cap for the first part.

But you can as soon as like,

let's say who's gonna win this one page,

let's say Paige wins this event of this

first part.

I don't even know how fast she is

in the water.

But I know she's a good summer.

Oh, you know, someone like her.

they get their two minutes there and then

they continue.

Like there's,

there's no five minute wait for the field.

People are going to be, yeah,

people are going to be entering the water

for the second one,

fifty at different times.

You know, it's not going to be,

let's say five minute rest, two minutes,

everyone at the seven minute mark jumps

into the water.

This will, you'll have,

you'll be able to see different people

take the lead right away.

The crazy thing about this workout is

there's no place to hide.

Cause you have to push the echo bike.

And then when you get in the water,

you,

there is no resting spot unless you're on

the wall.

Right.

Right.

Like, so.

Yeah.

I want to consider flipping over on your

back.

If you're an amazing,

if you're a great swimmer,

you can push the echo bike a whole

bunch.

And if you're not a great swimmer,

like you're.

Can't push it that much.

Then you're going to go just.

hyperventilate in the water you know so

like you kind of you have to know

yourself in this type of workout and just

go at your your own race a little

bit because yeah um and then finally event

seven is for time thirty five twenty five

calorie row twenty five muscle ups one

hundred fifty foot handstand walk five

squat snatch

Nine minute cap.

I think the squat snatch,

squat snatch is important because there

are people that are very good at power,

power cleans, power snatches,

especially in that type of weight when

seventy,

but forcing them to squat snatch under

that shoulder fatigue like that can be an

easy mess for, you know,

a lot of people towards the end of

the workout at those type of weights.

For sure.

I mean, anyone.

Happens to the best.

I like this workout till the squat.

Shocking.

So those are the seven events.

It's being held in Westfield, Indiana,

which is just outside of Indianapolis.

And the schedule for the weekend is...

Up on IG, Instagram,

if you want to check it out.

Friday morning,

I think it opens at like seven in

the morning.

There's a workout you can do.

And then Pro One starts at nine a.m.

Eastern time.

And that is,

we just went over the workouts.

And then there's throughout the day

different workouts, team workouts.

Pro two go at,

I think it's one ten, one thirty,

one thirty.

There we go.

There we go.

One thirty p.m.

Then when we move to Saturday,

we have pro three at eight a.m.

Elite team start at seven a.m.

And that's the run, the ten K.

Then four for both teams and individuals

is ten and eleven respectively.

And then event five for teams and

individuals is two forty and three fifteen

respectively.

Then we move to Sunday, Sunday, Sunday,

Sunday.

Oh, sorry.

It is elite teams and at nine and

pro six at nine thirty five.

Then it is pro seven and elite seven

twelve forty four teams pro seven at one

thirty five and the final heats pro seven

three thirty four three thirty.

Look how precise it is.

I like competing pages competing.

She was on the list.

Why are you doing a workout with Paige

and Bailey?

I mean, there's no way she's... Oh.

No, no, no.

That must be from before.

Maybe she's coaching.

I mean...

She's going to be fighting for a freaking

podium or something.

Maybe she looked at it and said,

this is too easy.

I need to add one more workout in

on Sunday just to complete my training.

Are we sure she's competing?

I mean, Bailey and Fee make sense.

She is on the roster to compete.

And Patrick is saying watch out for her

in the comments.

So the spectator run is at nine a.m.

Is that right?

The spectator run.

There.

Yep.

And Pro Four was the...

Belief run?

Is that correct?

No, that Saturday is pro three.

Look to the far right.

You can see run route.

Oh, I see.

All right.

I like that they posted all these,

like the schedule like that for the full

weekend so people can kind of plan ahead.

Like, that's good.

Yeah, I like this.

Patrick just said,

Paige did twenty workouts at the games.

Seven seemed too easy,

so she added one in on Sunday.

Well, they better.

Maybe it's hey,

maybe it's like Tyler and Bailey.

Maybe.

Maybe it was something they planned and

then page got an invite.

Who knows?

Hey, we'll be there.

We are going to be there all weekend.

So we'll see who shows up for the

workout and we can report back.

So excited to go.

So that is WPFP this weekend.

Uh, there are some season standings.

I don't know if Vicki has that or

not.

Um,

It's not on the Instagram.

Don't worry about it.

It is basically because this is the second

event of the year.

However they finished at Tour Stop One is

where the season standings are.

Then you add the points for this one,

and those combined points will then be

what qualifies you for Copenhagen.

And I believe it's the top thirty,

correct?

Exactly.

they're also doing prizes for just tour

stop two so you can win individually for

tour stop two but the main goal is

to get to copenhagen to fight for the

big contract right and that is the top

thirty scores with the combined points so

here we go roman one event tour stop

one you have sprague in second tudor anold

nate ackerman chandler smith

then we'll switch over to we don't need

to go through the whole fifty uh and

then it's right beside it vicky it's in

it's shaded it's right beside men's

leaderboard but there you go uh amy

kringle won the first tour stop she's

winning everything this year laura horvat

uh emma tall oda ludwig kim

I can never say that.

Andrea Solberg, Vartha Monroe,

Mathilde Garness, Sydney Wells,

and our very own Carolyn Prevost is just

on the outside of the pro contract.

You're like at twenty four.

Yep.

So I think there's two.

I think there's two people, right,

that are coming from.

that were in front of me,

maybe one or two.

So technically it moves me a little bit

closer to the top of money.

But maybe PC can answer this.

So is there still money for,

so the first tour they gave money all

the way to thirtieth place.

WFP posted on their Instagram a money

breakdown to tenth place for this one.

I'm not sure if they just didn't post

what the rest of it was or if

this tour stop only has money to tenth

place and then it's qualifying for the

finals.

Or does this tour also have down to

thirty?

I was just wondering that.

I saw what you saw,

so I didn't know.

Not only a contract,

but pretty decent prize purse in

Copenhagen.

Larry with the Super Chat.

Thank you so much, Larry.

You're the best.

For coverage, I'll be at the Salt Mine.

There you go.

Thirty payouts.

Pays out.

Top thirty.

Carolyn is riding a high tonight.

Top thirty get money,

and she may have qualified for Rogue.

I was thinking about this as I was

like, but even if my videos are good,

let's say hypothetically,

other videos can be bad.

And because it's so close, it can,

it can move.

Right.

So I was just, yeah,

I was thinking about that, but like,

it doesn't even matter if all of mine

would be good.

It's other people's as well.

Cause because of how close though.

Yeah.

Uh,

and everyone who gets to Copenhagen gets a

payout.

Nice.

get that ice cream girl what is that

that looks like a lemon it looked like

a bun lex lex just gave me a

chocolate covered i think it's like a

banana now and then these are just uh

i just got she just gave me this

it's like a sorbet

That is not ice cream.

That is, oh,

that's an insult to ice cream.

No, I love these.

These are so good.

I get them at Costco or Target.

I didn't say they were bad.

I just said they're not ice cream.

No,

she asked me if I wanted ice cream

or this.

I chose this.

All right, all right.

We had ice cream the other day.

Fergie ate all the ice cream.

Uh, yeah, we'll,

we'll see how that goes tomorrow.

I want to report out Fergie.

Um, okay.

So, uh, yeah,

so we'll be doing coverage from WFP all

weekend long.

I bought new microphones.

Oh, wow.

Microphones that work with your phone,

Jamie.

I have one that works.

No, no, this is, this is better.

Okay.

Yeah.

We're good.

We're in good shape.

Okay.

and we'll see what we can get for

you guys make sure that if you're not

already a member if you're a member you

may get to see some things a little

bit earlier than the rest of everybody uh

so you can do that by hitting that

join button um it's just three ninety nine

a month less than a cup of coffee

at starbucks there you go um

Now we have Rogue Invitational.

We kind of went over the unofficial

leaderboards at this point.

But the one thing I did want to

add is it was announced that Rogue was

adding Xenon points to their official

leaderboard.

And it broke while we were on the

lunch show,

and I just kind of reacted to it.

But then after thinking about it,

Rogue is an official partner of Xenom.

So it only makes sense that you promote

your partner.

Absolutely.

I think it's a great move by them.

Like force people to try to get,

you know, Waterpalooza is on there.

Xenom, WFP, right?

So like try to get people to go

to these comps.

And if you're providing equipment to these

comps, like that makes sense.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah, I think it's a good move.

And I think it's an example that Rogue

is setting to partner with people and to

build those relationships and promote the

other sports as much as you can.

Oh, my gosh.

Vicky, our very own producer,

gifted five Clydesdale Media memberships.

So if you're in the chat,

you have a shot at winning a free

Clydesdale Media membership for one month.

So if you win that,

you'll get to see the coverage this

weekend earlier than everybody else.

So thank you so much, Vicky.

You're the best.

With that, I think that's it for Rogue.

The next thing I wanted to talk about

is the CrossFit Athlete Council made

recommendations.

Not recommendations.

This is feedback they gave based on what

they had heard from athletes to CrossFit

HQ.

Um, the,

the things I want to touch on Vicki

are in the notes and I want to

go down to the divisional games.

Cause we are,

we do support our masters here.

Um, divisional games.

I thought this was about the most harsh

criticism and probably the most just is

that masters athletes game experience did

not meet the standard expected of the

CrossFit games.

They also complained that the testing

volume was lacking for all divisions.

What broke my heart is that Dave Castro

responded by saying that CrossFit advised

the divisional games organizers to run a

leaner competition to reduce stress on

operations, volunteers and logistics.

While I have understanding that the

volunteer piece is tough,

if that means that holding them in the

same week creates a,

a stress on the volunteers,

then move it to another week.

Yeah.

But I know I was in that judging

community.

I know a lot of them travel for

the whole week and they would bounce from

venue to venue to do whatever they were

asked during that week.

They were too focused on having three

judges on the floor for the elite

individuals and running twenty.

I mean, that's the thing.

That was their focus.

And if that was your focus,

then don't run these together because you

provided no support.

Don't hype it up that this is the

going to be the best year yet.

Twenty three anniversary all back

together.

Don't hype it up that way.

Just type it up your usual.

Twentieth year.

It's going to be the best individual games

that we've been able to put together.

I just don't.

I don't see why you hype something up

and then.

Basically scrap it for the.

It just shows where all the priorities

are.

Right.

Right.

It.

And I have to agree with Patrick in

this one.

Dave told them not to find the fittest.

By doing that,

you're telling them you don't have to test

the fittest.

My only argument was Carolyn is the

fittest.

That is not debatable.

But I do think that reducing the test

does enhance not finding the fittest.

Absolutely.

For the most part,

this is going to be found.

It messes up like possibly two through

six.

Well, even all the way down,

all the way down.

Yeah.

With, with six or seven tests,

it's easier to get an unbalanced test,

which could throw off who wins even.

Yeah.

Yeah, it could.

Especially in some of these,

some of these races were really tight.

Yeah.

The men's thirty five thirty nine was very

tight.

Yeah.

Katie else's they have less than no money.

How do you know that?

That is the one thing that completely

infuriates me.

They are a private company.

None of us know what the bank account

says.

All we know is what they say.

The other and I will make this point

till the cows come home.

Sixty-two percent of the open revenue

comes from masters age groups.

Sixty-two percent.

I'm not saying that they deserve the full

show that the elites get.

I get that the elites draw more of

a crowd.

And that's more revenue the elites grab.

But they shouldn't be shit on.

The people that are giving you all the

money shouldn't be shit on.

having more and more taken away.

Tessa says,

but why are they trying to sell?

That's also bad when sixty two percent is

coming from your masters,

like you have to find a way to

get younger crowds to do CrossFit for it

to be cool and to to sign up

because it's like, what's the turn?

Like the turnover in terms of like

regaining

this young population because it is all

masters and it's this generation that grew

up with CrossFit and we're just getting

older.

But like,

are we really getting a lot of newer,

younger, not as much.

So let's go back.

Tessa said, why are they trying to sell?

That is what private equity does.

Private equity for the most part is a

five-year plan.

Buy something,

make some money on it and sell it

in five years that is why that is

just what private equity does they are not

in it to like make it a wonderful

experience or to grow something they want

to grow it financially make money in five

years and sell but it is this private

equity company has messed this up so bad

they can't even sell it after the five

years

uh might explain why affiliates are

closing faster than spirit halloween

stores in november i that's a whole nother

that's a whole nother rant i mean are

we still losing affiliates i feel like

that that sort of dropped off i don't

know that we don't know that number either

well that's true we like honest to god

you only know what they tell you yeah

But this is what I'll say.

I don't think any less gyms are doing

CrossFit,

but I do think less are paying to

put CrossFit on the building.

That's the problem.

And CrossFit is alienating those people

rather than trying to bring them back in.

Now,

Bruce says his words are he wants to

build that relationship back and bring

those affiliates back.

But I heard other CEOs say the same

thing.

Yeah.

I'll believe it when I see it.

I mean, it just...

Forty-five hundred is just a big ask.

What's more than that?

What are you offering?

What are you getting for that?

Like, if it was a good deal...

that people would pay for it.

It's just not a good deal anymore.

You're not getting anything for that.

I mean, the name is worth something,

but I feel like it's closer to that

two thousand.

It is not Hobart's responsibility to do

garage gyms.

To be honest,

they're dumb not to do it because it

would raise their numbers considerably and

they could say they have

Ten thousand affiliates,

fifteen thousand affiliates because they

could add those to the mix.

But whatever.

Anyway, we got way off track there.

But yeah,

that that is everybody thinks they know

what the books are at CrossFit because

they just believe everything that's being

told.

I've lived in the business world long

enough to know that the public doesn't

know what's really going on behind the

closed doors.

If they were a public company and had

to report their financials,

then we'd know.

But they're not.

They're a private company.

Nothing has to be reported.

They don't have to tell a shit.

I just hate that Dave responded in that

way because it makes me believe that he

took that criticism and was like, yeah,

I'm aware.

Like nothing's going to change.

That's exactly what he expected and

advised.

So it is what it is.

just confirms the theory that the masters

don't mean anything to crossfit hq and

that that's the point like carolyn's right

there are no young people signing up for

the open anymore i not know but limited

number of people young people signing up

now you have all of these masters athletes

that are signing up but you're treating

them like

So where do you go?

So, I don't know.

it's just a hard sell for the,

for the teenagers, because, you know,

all these other sports lead to an avenue

of,

let's say a scholarship at a university.

Like there's no scholarships in CrossFit.

There's no, you're not, you know,

your education isn't paid for, for,

for being fit.

So that's why it's just not attractive to

young teens.

Like they'll do it to train for their

sport,

which is what they should be doing

anyways.

Um, but

when you have to basically train full time

and not go to school for a lot

of people and live at home and all

of that.

Like it's just, you're not getting those,

that young crowd that like could be

really, really good at CrossFit.

Like it would have to like enter more

schools.

It would have to,

they need to focus on schools or like

colleges to like enter,

which I don't see it happening because

then young teens would be like, Oh,

I can get a scholarship to that school

and be on that team forever.

I don't know how that would even work,

but like, yeah.

But if that's a great idea,

if it were,

if it were up to me,

market to the colleges, that's,

those are your future clientele.

If you can get,

if you can make it where colleges start

creating CrossFit teams and then there's

an avenue for a high schooler to try

to get into college to get a scholarship

and

It's an avenue to grow the sport from

the young side.

But there has been no effort for that.

The only time that happens is a club

or is when the school or people from

the school make the effort.

Like, you know,

Carolyn's an affiliate owner in a high

school.

Why aren't they pushing that more?

The more you push into high schools,

then the more it will leak into college.

The more it leaks into college,

the more young people you get signing up

for the Open.

The more they get into the competition

part of it,

then they want to do more and more

and more.

So...

Too much gold.

I can't read it all.

A couple other things that they made

observations to HQ on were that more food

in the vendor village area.

I will agree with that.

Yeah.

When I was out there,

there was no place to eat.

But wasn't that stipulated by the SAP

Center?

They didn't want extra vendors outside

because they wanted people to eat at

the... Well, sure, but there's ways to...

It just needs to be negotiated.

Vicki,

you can take that down because I can't

read through that.

I'm just going to go off notes.

And we lost Carolyn.

The other thing,

the CAC asked for clarity for the season

by October.

And the response was it would depend on

logistical and contractual requirements.

So not going to happen.

Um, and then they made the,

the observation that all of us have been

making, uh,

there's been a lack of marketing for the

community cup.

Yeah.

Boy,

most people don't even know what's going

on.

They didn't even mention it at the games.

Uh,

Yeah, they did.

I mean,

Dave mentioned it on his week in review.

I knew it was going on.

We, we try to follow that.

And like last year we did the community

cup in our gym.

Not that we can, but we did,

we did it.

And I didn't, I just didn't think,

I mean,

we had already done the first workout,

the hopper workout,

like the week before the games anyway.

I was not reprogramming that.

So like that was poorly that needed to

be addressed before the games.

Like, Hey,

this is going to be workout one of

the community cup.

So save it.

Yeah.

But they didn't even mention it at the

games.

Like they days we can review.

Sure.

Day.

Like it got mentioned here and there,

but not everybody watches days.

We can review just us geeks.

Um,

my biggest issue was CrossFit HQ asking

for help for the community cup.

CrossFit HQ has the biggest form of

marketing in their Instagram and they have

just posted twice in the last two weeks.

Yeah.

They did ask the CAC to help them

market it.

Wow.

Yeah.

Wow.

Yeah.

That's, that's not the, I mean,

CrossFit really needs to embrace just

becoming a marketing company again.

That's their job.

embrace it they just need to do it

yeah um fake seven says where the game's

going to be next year as we just

told you no clarity on next season and

because it depends on logistical and

contractual requirements

That is the stance of CrossFit HQ.

You know what helped CrossFit HQ?

A good night's sleep.

And they could get a good night's sleep

if they went to thirdsy.com,

typed in the promo code Jazzy,

got fifteen percent off the best sleep and

recovery tool in the business,

and then they could make decisions that

make sense.

No melatonin, it's third party tested,

they're not gonna pop at the games.

Not that people do anyway.

And, and yeah, it's got grass,

grass fed collagen protein in it to help

you recover from your workouts.

There it is.

And it tastes good.

It does.

Every time I forget to take it,

it's such a big regret for me.

And I feel it the next day.

Cause I am so on my body is

used to it.

It helps me sleep so good.

Yeah.

Anyway.

Do I want to... I did want to...

Since the last time we talked,

there's been a little bit of a shakeup

at HQ.

Jenna Hauka stepped down.

We talked about it a little bit on

the lunch show,

but I didn't get your take or Carolyn's

take on it.

I mean, I didn't...

I don't know Jenna at all.

But you saw what was produced.

I do think things were getting better in

a way.

I mean,

we talked about there's things that were

still being missed.

Like you had sent that one little campaign

that you did.

She said she'd work on it.

Nothing ever got.

I don't know if that's a her thing

or an entire department thing.

No idea.

But there's things that as a marketing

company, they're just failing on.

So I don't know.

Whoever needs to get.

listen, I like Jenna.

I like Jenna a lot.

I think she took something that was

non-existent and made it something again.

Does it need improvement?

Sure.

But she,

she took the CrossFit media department

from something that wasn't posting at all

to at least active again.

And some really cool stuff came out of

it.

I would agree.

I don't understand why she needed to be

let go.

So we're not going to get clarity on

that.

We'll see if anything changes.

And let's be real.

In the corporate world,

when you say that I'm stepping down,

a lot of times that means step down

or you're going to be fired.

Right.

You were being let go.

And by stepping down,

it doesn't hurt her for future employment.

So I think...

I mean, I don't want to speculate.

It's her story to tell.

Yeah.

She posted that she stepped down.

I'll just keep it at that.

But what's funny is I was watching another

podcast and they did,

it's a Chicago bear podcast and they did

pencil pen or Sharpie.

What they did.

And so I think we need to bring

it back this off season,

but I was gonna ask you pencil, pen,

or Sharpie,

CrossFit marketing is in a better place

now than when Jenna took over.

Sharpie.

Yeah,

like she brought it way better than when

she wasn't there, not even close.

Yeah.

Sharpie.

I agree, Sharpie.

Which to me is just questions the decision

to try to push her out.

I just don't know what the focus could

be.

Where are they trying to go?

What wasn't she doing?

I don't know.

Got some Sharpie.

Sharpie.

Pen.

Pen.

Grant being harsh,

my eight-year-old daughter could have

improved it.

I also added,

she did some really cool stuff.

The school teacher series was great.

The overweight guy who went and got his

L-I was great.

There was some really cool stuff that came

out of it.

So it wasn't just getting it active again.

Again, I could be critical.

I'm not going to step on her grave.

Right.

She's gone.

We have a new chief marketing officer

coming someday, but there it is.

Uh,

Katie L she was not here for five

years.

No, she was only here for like, months.

now grant's backpedaling no i like jenna

she did great i'm just saying they were

at zero nearly when she took over all

right i forgive you maybe her salary was

at odds with bruce's financial plans hey

are you going to take shirts to wfp

i am

Yeah,

if you didn't already get a Clydesdale

Media shirt,

they bring power and superpowers to the

world one shirt at a time.

I will have them with me at WFP.

And if you see me at WFP,

they're only going to be twenty five

dollars.

Save that shipping, folks.

Because it costs about seven dollars to

ship.

So I will take off the shipping cost

for all that.

My wife said it looks great on me.

The blue is really sharp.

I'm sorry.

I really love it.

It came out way better than I could

have even imagined.

So yeah, get yours.

If you don't,

if you're not going to be WFP,

you can cash app or Venmo me at

the QR codes on the screen.

And underneath are my usernames.

All I need in the memo is your

name, address, and size.

And I try to get them out within

a day after order.

So thank you, Vicki,

for putting that in the comments.

we are not going to visit SoCal.

No, I don't.

We're out on California, besides Carolyn.

Well,

and I'm going to see my daughter in

Montana in September, so that's my budget.

The other thing happening is we're still

waiting for... I might go to watch.

Lex might be...

She's registered to compete right now

there in the Masters Division, but...

Is she on the outlaw team?

The outcast team?

You heard it here first.

Lex is on the outcast team now.

But you did hear a podcast today where

it mentioned people that may be on the

outcast team.

You want to fill us in, Carolyn?

Yeah,

I was listening to Justin talk about he

wants a redemption on his pegboard last

year at the Rogue Invitational.

So he's building this longer pegboard in

his garage, his amazing home gym.

And during the show,

he mentioned that him and Ellie will be

competing.

Did you hear anything?

It stopped at, we'll be competing...

So what she was trying to say is

that Justin and Ellie will be competing at

Waterpalooza SoCal on the OutKast team.

So those are two of their six.

Those are the only two that we have

an idea of for OutKast, correct?

Correct.

And what's been announced by Waterpalooza

is Brute so far is Dallin, Jason,

and Emma.

Somebody somewhere said James already

though.

Well, in the comments,

Jason and Dallin are rip on James saying,

well, maybe next year.

I want to say it was fee on

girls interrupted.

Somebody said James would be there.

Or James said it.

I don't know.

Yeah.

And then proven has been announced by

water Palooza as Ricky, Olivia and Kyra.

But Colton said on Savan that he was

going.

Okay.

And he said there's no surprises.

It's who you think it's going to be,

which leads me to believe that it's going

to be podium finisher Jay Crouch.

Yeah.

And if Jay Crouch is going,

he's probably going to bring his

significant other, Maddie.

That makes sense.

Yeah, or Tia.

Or Tia.

Put her on.

Let's go.

that would be savage that would be awesome

since she competed last year pregnant to

show back up a little comeback tour yeah

yeah wouldn't that be that would be such

a huge story so yeah anyway that that's

what we know so far and we only

still only have

For TTT, we only have Noah and Travis.

No,

but Waterpalooza has confirmed none of

them.

Oh, okay.

So anything that you've heard outside is

not official.

Gotcha.

But I can only assume that it's at

least Annika.

And Lydia.

And Lydia.

Yeah.

With.

I think it's the boys.

Noah, Travis, and Chandler.

mean i feel like they kind of i

hope they take their one a day well

who would be the other guy i don't

know it's not like they those three don't

perform well they do just fine every year

i don't i right okay jamie knows things

sometimes

Okay.

All right.

With that,

what else do we have on here?

I have some quick hitting news and then

we'll get out of here.

Ricky and his wife found out what they're

having.

They did a tic-tac-toe board with balloons

that popped either pink or blue.

Okay.

And Carolyn's internet is dying on her.

Um, it is going to be a boy.

Congrats.

Um,

and then Katrin and Brooks got married.

You see all those pictures?

I did.

Pretty.

Yes.

Ricky is married.

KDL.

He got married like six months ago.

It was last off season.

Yeah.

And then, um,

I also saw that Katrin is not going

to be on the studio show at WFP.

What?

Well,

I'm assuming she just got married and she

may be busy.

Yeah.

So Pip Malone is taking the other seat.

So it is the guy, Derek, Pip Malone,

Annie Thorisdottir, and our man,

Seth Jumpship.

Is Seth going back?

He's there.

He's announced as being on the studio.

I've never met him in person.

I might get to meet him in person.

I don't think I've ever met Seth in

person either, now that you say that.

Yeah.

He'll probably be super busy,

so he probably won't.

And then the Crash Crucible final,

qualifiers final.

Is Sarah competing?

she get an invite to where did where

did we see that sarah was getting another

invite wfp oh boy we could see it

firsthand wow okay that ten k run is

gonna be real fun to watch she's gonna

opt in for the one k you should

just tag me in i love sarah i

love her to death she's one of my

favorite all-time crossfitters

She had so much potential.

She's a two-time podium winner at the

Games.

But come on.

I don't want to see this version of

Sarah.

Tessa loves your arms so much.

I don't know what's going to happen if

you ever wear sleeves on this show.

I almost did.

I was getting cold.

Summer's going soon.

I'm just trying to get my last warm

weather apparel in.

Bruce asked if Sarah needs to hang them

up.

I think for elite competitions, it's time.

One of my greatest memories was at the

twenty eighteen games,

twenty seventeen games.

I was working North Park as a volunteer.

She had the leader's jersey on.

That year.

And she came out on North Park and

the crowd was so freaking loud.

She had so many fans.

It was absolutely bonkers.

Bigger potential, Sarah or Mal?

Mal.

Mal was a robot.

Cyborg.

That's like if you think she's ever even

going to step on a competition floor

again, though.

Well, he's asking who had more potential.

Oh, Mal, for sure.

Mal, for sure.

Yeah.

I mean, Sarah technically did more.

She podiumed twice.

Mal podiumed once.

Yeah.

But Mal was going to,

if she kept down that road,

it wasn't sustainable, though.

Yeah.

know what i mean like the way she

was doing it was not sustainable for her

so i always hate that like speculation

thing my issue with sarah and again i

one of my probably my favorite female

crossfitter of the time she made so many

mental errors on the floor

She was always forgetting to move a chess

piece or she was always finishing on the

wrong side of the field,

or she always forgot to move something.

She was supposed to move.

She just,

she never could piece that she had all

the physical talent.

It was that part that,

that held her back.

Cause she, she was in contention to win.

Yeah.

I mean,

what a different story we're telling if

she beats Katrin or Tia in those.

And if Katrin doesn't game the pegboard

in.

Sarah might win.

Um, so yeah, yeah, she didn't,

I don't want to say she didn't have

it between the ears.

She just lost focus at crucial times to

make sure she did everything on the floor.

And,

and another athlete that I think is very

similar to that is Anika Anika in those

times where the last rep fails or,

you know what I mean?

Yeah.

So

uh so crash crucible do we have the

leaderboard's down i think i'm sorry the

leaderboard's down oh it's down well

that's no good no i don't even think

i can go off memory on that yeah

because there were names there that i had

not heard of yet i no i did

not do the crash

Well, I don't,

I wouldn't have to do crash.

Right.

The masters athletes don't have to do

crash.

And if you're a games athlete and you

ask,

you pretty much can get in from what

I understand.

I suppose I could ask you are right.

Someone wants to sponsor me to get to

crash.

I'll go.

There's so much happening in the next

month.

I know we have WFP this week.

We have what a Palooza SoCal next month.

We have crash next month.

It's just crazy.

It's always my birthday weekend, too.

Derek Summers asked if we've watched the

new podcast with Bailey, Ricky, and Jay.

I only saw a twenty-second clip.

I have not watched it.

I watched probably the first half.

Okay.

I don't want to dog people because it's

episode one.

My episode one was shitty.

Like, it's deleted forever.

Like, it was so bad,

I took it down.

I mean,

the girls did pretty good for their first

episode.

Well,

eight hundred technical issues and...

That's true.

Right?

Yeah.

So, that's my thing.

Like, I thought it was fine.

I thought it was entertaining at times.

I think they're kind of all over the

map and they talk whenever you have three

people on, trust me,

we do this every Sunday night.

Talking over people is,

is hard not to do.

It is hard.

And they are, you're right,

Derek and the Australian accents make it

very hard to like focus.

Totally.

So I'm learning.

Yeah.

If I watch,

more of that i think i'll i'll learn

some more australian and bailey's actually

new zealand right i think he always likes

to say he's not aussie he's but i

thought i mean jay was funny he put

on his medal in front of the other

two and ward on the show and i

mean i like a good punking

um anyway well that sucks that that sounds

like you had to leave i mean i

can look but i don't think it's all

right we have time before it comes up

that's true and the big names are going

to be the invitees

Because JR saves ten spots for invitees,

right?

Yeah.

With that, that's going to be streamed.

We've got Waterpalooza SoCal that's going

to be streamed.

We've got WFP this weekend that's going to

be streamed.

There's going to be lots to watch in

the next month.

But until then, go watch Reacher.

I cannot wait to hear what your reaction

is to Episode Four.

I looked at Julie and was like, aw,

shit, I was completely wrong.

Am I going to be able to get

you to do a workout this weekend?

Maybe.

I was thinking about bringing some of my

little things just to do something this

weekend.

Might try to head up Hiller,

so maybe we can get the three of

us to work out.

Hiller?

Mm-hmm.

He's going to be there?

Mm-hmm.

Wow, you know more than I do.

Okay, I'm out of stuff to say.

You got anything left?

No.

I'm excited for this weekend.

I'm excited to see WFP in person.

Yeah, me too.

I want to see what,

I want to see how it looks in

person as opposed to on the stream.

And I always like to watch events in

person because I can watch what I want

to watch.

Now you,

you lose out on information because

sometimes the broadcast knows things that

are going on that you don't know.

Right.

But, um,

But yeah, with that,

I'm going to head out of here.

I will see you guys next week.

I'll see you tomorrow.

Shoot.

Tomorrow for lunch.

Lunch with the Clydesdale and the Cowboy.

With that,

we'll see everybody next week on Sunday,

Sunday, Sunday Night CrossFit Talk.

In for being with us today.
