Seth Holehouse is a TV personality, YouTuber, podcaster, and patriot who became a household name in 2020 after his video exposing election fraud was tweeted, shared, uploaded, and pinned by President Donald Trump — reaching hundreds of millions worldwide.
Titled The Plot to Steal America, the video was created with a mission to warn Americans about the communist threat to our nation—a mission that’s been at the forefront of Seth’s life for nearly two decades.
After 10 years behind the scenes at The Epoch Times, launching his own show was the logical next step. Since its debut, Seth’s show “Man in America” has garnered 1M+ viewers on a monthly basis as his commitment to bring hope to patriots and to fight communism and socialism grows daily. His guests have included Peter Navarro, Kash Patel, Senator Wendy Rogers, General Michael Flynn, and General Robert Spalding.
He is also a regular speaker at the “ReAwaken America Tour” alongside Eric Trump, Mike Lindell, Gen. Flynn.
Welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Holhouse. In just a few short days, we have a historic event approaching, which is the inauguration of president Donald j Trump. Now, obviously, this is a big, big shift in what's happening here in America, especially after four years of the Biden administration and just experiencing what's happened to our country in this past four years. You know, record inflation, open border.
Seth Holehouse:I mean, I don't need to tell you what life has been like in America. But one of the questions that I have is that, is there something being planned for the inauguration? Because I have to admit, you know, from the election night up until now, I've been surprised at how peaceful things have gone, whether it was, you know, January 6 in certification or really anything before that. It just has been, I guess, almost eerily quiet. It's been you know, is it a calm before a storm, or is there no storm coming?
Seth Holehouse:And we're so used to these storms that we're just thinking that someone's coming, it's not. Well, according to my guest today, sheriff Mac, someone that has been on the forefront of pushing for strengthening our our own dedication and loyalty to the constitution, bringing the constitution back in, and even to the point where he sued the federal government, the Clinton administration over an unconstitutional gun law and won, actually, at the Supreme Court level. I mean, you know, sheriff Mac is a power player in protecting the constitution, but he has a pretty dire warning and a pretty bad feeling about what could go down during the inauguration that he's gonna be sharing with us. So, folks, please enjoy this interview with sheriff Mac. A future where every decision you make today creates a foundation of security for tomorrow.
Seth Holehouse:Right now, optimism fills the air. A new chapter under Trump is beginning, and opportunities seem endless. Markets are climbing. Spirits are high. But beneath the surface, whispers of change grow louder.
Seth Holehouse:Policies, tariffs, and global shifts are shaping a new economic landscape. The US dollar holds strong, but what happens when the world questions its place, which is already happening? What happens when nations turn away from the familiar and toward the uncertain? Gold is different. For centuries, it has been an anchor in the times of change, a hedge against inflation, a shield against volatility, a sanctuary when the world feels unsteady.
Seth Holehouse:Gold doesn't follow the tides. It remains steadfast, unyielding, and enduring. Close your eyes and imagine your wealth secure. Imagine your future unshaken. This is the promise of gold, a tangible investment free from the whims of politics and markets.
Seth Holehouse:The time to act is now. While optimism reigns and markets soar, remember that true wisdom comes from preparing for what others cannot see. Gold is not just an investment. It is your anchor, your protection, your legacy. Take the first step towards securing your future, and there's no better company to work with than noble gold.
Seth Holehouse:Protect your future. Act now. Call (626) 654-1906, or visit goldwithSeth.com to get your free gold and silver investment guide. Again, that's six two six six five four one nine zero six or gold with seth dot com. Sheriff Mac, it is such an honor to have you on the show.
Seth Holehouse:I've been following you for quite some time, and it's just it it's, you know, wonderful to sit down and talk with you today. So thank you for being here with us.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Seth, I really appreciate the invite, and it's an honor to be with you. And, I'm looking forward to getting to know you better and joining forces and saving our country and restoring our constitution.
Seth Holehouse:Hey. Those sound that sounds like a a battle plan I can get behind. So I'll just give you my own quick, introduction. So you are the the genius sheriff behind the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. This is how I first discovered you in looking and understanding the role of sheriffs.
Seth Holehouse:I know that you've been attacked pretty heavily for the extreme, perspective that sheriffs actually hold, you know, power locally, not the federal government. And I've I you know, in looking you up, you know, between the southern, you know, southern law your southern poverty SPL, I think, and ADL and CLE.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Southern poverty law.
Seth Holehouse:There you go. SC. Yep. Any organization that can attack someone, they've attacked you, which tells me that you're over the target. So before we jump into kind of the meat of today's show, why don't you just give us a quick introduction just for the folks that aren't as familiar with you?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah. I spent twenty years in law enforcement. I started as a a meter maid. I was and the official term for meter maid is parking enforcement cadet because you're not really a cop, they have to call you something else. But but I started that back in 1977, and then I worked my way up.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I I became a full time police officer, patrol officer in 1979. Did everything in law enforcement imaginable, except I never beat anybody up, and I never shot anybody. There was probably one time when I was sheriff that my deputy and I should have shot a guy, but his son kept coming to his side, back and forth to his side. We had good cover, and I decided we're not gonna do this unless there's really unless he starts pulling the trigger, we're not gonna shoot him standing there with his son. But okay.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I didn't. But then when I ran for sheriff, I had been a cop for eleven and a half years, and we moved I was a cop in Provo, Utah. And I moved because my wife and I both had an epiphany, some from her parents, that we were supposed to get home and run for sheriff, and neither one of us wanted to. It was just crazy. And then my wife and I had the same epiphany at the same on the same day, and we said, we're moving home to run for sheriff.
Sheriff Richard Mack:It was really a foolish thing to do because I I I'll quit my job there and run for sheriff and then not win. You know? And then we're going, oh, okay. Now where should we go? But but, really, it was not my idea, and who whoever brought up the idea was theirs.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And I believe it was inspired, and we were supposed to be sheriff, and I was supposed to be sheriff. And then in, pursuant to that, my wife and I kept asking. Every now and again, we say, so why the miracle election, for sheriff? Well, nothing of any significance to prove that meaningful happened the first four years, the first term. Then I was reelected in 1992, and a year later, it happened.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We saw president Clinton signed the Brady bill into law. And we didn't think too much of it, except he made some he made a comment that the Brady bill gun control would make America so safe that even our nation's police would not need to carry guns anymore. And and I'll tell you, that Bubba, he's fun. You know, you know, Hillary, I didn't care for her at all, but Bubba is fun. He's a good liar.
Sheriff Richard Mack:He's a good entertainer. And so then to follow-up that, I didn't think much of the Brady bill until 01/21/1994. And when that happened, there we had a sheriff's association meeting in Phoenix, and there's only 15 counties. One five. Only 15 in Phoenix in Arizona, I I should say.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And it's the sixth largest state geographically, but only has 15 counties. So the counties are all real big. And three agents of the BATF are at the meeting. And everybody's kinda wondering what? What is this going on?
Sheriff Richard Mack:And they handed us a 25 page document that detailed our marching orders from the United States government, United States from Congress, as to what we had to do to enforce the Brady bill for the federal government without any negotiation, no funding, and a threat of arrest if we failed to comply. Now this is a copy of the Supreme Court decision. I studied the case over and over and over. I'm telling you right now, every American should have this in their pocket, in their glove compartment, in their car, in their purse, in their home, and you should have this ready readily available to hand to other people. Let me tell you, Seth.
Sheriff Richard Mack:If this decision had come out yesterday or within the last few weeks last few days, every patriot in America, every freedom movement in America would be absolutely going crazy. There would be fireworks going off in our heads and our fat in our life. Everybody would be screaming about this on every talk show. Fox News would be carrying this everywhere, and the left would be screaming, crying, and whining. Oh, no.
Sheriff Richard Mack:What look what the horrible Supreme Court did to us. This is the most powerful state's rights, local autonomy, federalism case, tenth amendment case in the history of America. And every one of us should be passing this around and be very familiar with this. It has not changed since it came out in June of nineteen ninety seven. This is what gave the emphasis for me to form the CSPOA because the credibility is right here.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And you wanna talk about what you brought up earlier? That we believe that the sheriff is the top law enforcement, top executive in every county in this country? Well, justice Scalia wrote this decision, and in his introduction, he says this. The answer to the CLEOs quest challenge sorry. The answer to the CLEOs challenge must be sought in historical understanding and practice.
Sheriff Richard Mack:He's calling the sheriffs that did this lawsuit the CLEOs. And the Brady bill itself also says that this order from the Brady bill to the CLEOs, and they brought it to the CLEOs. That just so happened to be the sheriff, the sheriffs in every state. And so So
Seth Holehouse:is is is We are the
Sheriff Richard Mack:we are the chief law enforcement officer.
Seth Holehouse:She okay. Chief Chief law
Sheriff Richard Mack:enforcement officer. Officer. Yeah. I see. We don't answer to anybody else.
Seth Holehouse:And the supreme court
Sheriff Richard Mack:We have no other laws.
Seth Holehouse:Stood by you.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Except the people.
Seth Holehouse:I see. Wait.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Say that again.
Seth Holehouse:So, basically, you you you stopped the Brady bill, and this is the supreme court came out and said, actually, we're standing with the sheriffs and recognizing that the sheriff is the CLIA is the chief law enforcement officer
Sheriff Richard Mack:The CLIA.
Seth Holehouse:In every county.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And it even went much more powerful than that. I I hadn't I couldn't even have dreamed in my wildest dreams that Scalia would take this case as far as it did. He clarifies the commerce clause. He clarifies the sixth article where it talks about the supremacy clause. And he says he actually quotes Madison in this, and and he says as Madison he actually quotes the Federalist Papers and the Founders, obviously.
Sheriff Richard Mack:If he's quoting the Federalist Papers, of course, he's quoting the Founders. As Madison expressed it, the local or municipal authorities for distinct and independent portions of the supremacy. So and and each of us within our own sphere of authority. So, what we have to do is define the sphere of authority for the federal government and it's very limited. The constitution was written to limit the sphere of authority for the federal government and so that in a nutshell is a five minute description of where my life went.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I I thought I was just gonna be a cop and a sheriff, but it end up that I was quite the activist, and that actually cost me my third election. The people in my county, where I was from, where my dad served about thirty years in the FBI, they didn't want an activist, and I didn't want to be an activist. But I was not gonna let this go, and I was the first one in The United States Of America, the first sheriff to file this lawsuit. Six other sheriffs, six. So there was a total of seven of us out of 3,100 that did this lawsuit.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And I heard from a lot of sheriffs that said, oh, man. This is the worst thing ever. I wish I could join you, but we're with you all the way. And and then anyway, but seven of us put our lives on the line for it. It went to the supreme court in December of nineteen ninety six.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Sheriff Prince from Montana and I were the two sheriffs that represented the seven, and rightfully so. We were the first two that filed. And then on 06/27/1997, this amazing, miraculous decision was released. And then my wife, when I brought this concern of mine, I was I was just so preoccupied and and so concerned, if not downright scared, about this. Because when it came to me that I was gonna sue my own government on this, I realized that that was the Clinton administration.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And the miracle really there was we sued the Clintons, we beat the Clintons, and we lived to tell about it.
Seth Holehouse:You didn't, you didn't commit suicide by shooting yourself in the back of the head twice with, with two different handguns
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah.
Seth Holehouse:Exactly. You know, while hanging from a tree. Wow. Well, congratulations on that.
Sheriff Richard Mack:It's really a miracle, and and everybody should go to our website and get a bunch of these. Look. I've written eight books, and I make I actually make some money off of the the other books. This one, we make about 17¢. So you can get three of these for $5.
Sheriff Richard Mack:You should get dozens of these. And, folks, if you wanna just show your friends, family, and local officials what what government is really for and what it's about, you wanna get a copy of this, little review of my case. This has all the most important parts in it. And if you wanna study the case, Google Mac v US and read the whole thing. The best review I saw was on from Cornell University Law School.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And that's where I took that's where I took all this information to get this. Look. You can read this in ten minutes. You should spend about an hour studying it. But this will thrill you.
Sheriff Richard Mack:It's an absolute miracle.
Seth Holehouse:On the website, which is csp0a.org, how do we get that here for folks that wanna go get that?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah. The the book here? The one this
Seth Holehouse:one? Yes.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah. You go to shop, and it shows this. It should be bigger. I wish it was. And then it shows a place where my hand is holding it pretty much like that.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Let's see if it's it's not on it's not on that page. There's my book, the county sheriff of America's Last Open. That one's small too. Yeah. Now Oh, here it is
Seth Holehouse:right here.
Sheriff Richard Mack:There's my hand.
Seth Holehouse:Okay. There we go. Okay. Perfect.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah. There it is.
Seth Holehouse:And that's, so it's csp0a.org. So constitutional sheriffs and peace officers association.
Sheriff Richard Mack:While you're there, every one of you can join the CSPOA posse, and and we believe that that's essential to getting the deportation done. Right there on the front page, it's $11 a month or $99 a year. That makes $8.50 a month about. But this is really how we get our funding. This is what keeps us going.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We don't ask sheriffs to join us, and we don't ask sheriff for dues. Because I don't wanna get funding or dues or any of that in the way. We want one thing from sheriffs, to be trained, to be educated in the constitution and their oath of office, and we want them to be constitutional. We all we ask is that they keep their oath, uphold, defend, protect, preserve, and enforce and obey The United States constitution. Folks, the solution isn't Donald Trump.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I'm glad he's there, and it gives us a window for the solution. The solution is Independence Hall. We must return to those fundamental principles that our constitution was founded upon, the the principles of god, family, and country. And if we do that, America will be saved, and and we have an opportunity to restore our constitutional form of government. If we don't do that, if the Trump administration doesn't do that, which I believe they're going to, but if they don't, then America is pretty much gone.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And and and folks, it'll just it'll be a huge movement to get Kamala Harris back or somebody else that is gonna completely put, the finishing touches of the coffin, for our American constitution. Destroy our constitution, and you destroy America.
Seth Holehouse:I I couldn't agree more. Well, in kinda transitioning into the discussion of of Trump and the inauguration, we were speaking before we started recording, and and you've got a lot of, alarms and red flags that you're seeing about potential threats of the inauguration. So it's been you know, I have to admit, you know, since the since you won the election and coming in and and, you know, the certification and everything, I've been eerily surprised, I I guess, you know, at how smooth things have gone. You know? Yeah.
Seth Holehouse:And there's no been no more assassination attempts that we, you know, that we know of. There's and and so my concern is, like, okay, are they planning something for the inauguration? But I wanna see obviously, you know, with your background, you're gonna see things I don't see. What what are your thoughts?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Well, first of all, if we were to analyze this from a security standpoint, how many attacks have we had about the last three week? We've been we've had major computer hacks. The IRS, who has probably the most sophisticated, secure computers in the world, have been hacked. But oh oh, on a satellite note, but the Dominion machines can't be hacked.
Seth Holehouse:Of course.
Sheriff Richard Mack:All of these others can be, but the no. No. That's the exception to the rule is voter tabulation computers cannot be hacked, cannot be altered, cannot be damaged, nothing. K? What a farce that is.
Sheriff Richard Mack:If we were to analyze this, how many international terrorist groups, jihadists, ISIS, Hamas, Al Qaeda, whatever they're called, there's what the the national terrorist group of the day, how many of them have infiltrated America during the last four four years? And it started before that. It it it's it's certainly has been happening the last ten to fifteen years, but exponentially increased the last four years. And intel that a lot of our sheriffs have been to say that it's tens of thousands. Some have gone even above a hundred thousand, that they're here.
Sheriff Richard Mack:They're in
Seth Holehouse:here. Is actually this is a recent, this just came out, I think, today or yesterday. Was a breaking news talking about how a Chicago HVAC Worker discovered a layer of sleeper cell filled with explosives, firearms IDs, and fake fire and police uniforms. How many other cells are undiscovered waiting for the signal to to strike? This is from a muse over on Twitter, And that this is and this is frightening to me.
Seth Holehouse:It's like, okay. They found one.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Of course
Seth Holehouse:it is. How many did they not find?
Sheriff Richard Mack:And what kind of uniforms did they have in hiding?
Seth Holehouse:Yeah. Fire and police.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And fire and probably ambulance do, but but those are sometimes the same. Folks, if if we just analyzed how many cartels are now set up in America, how many Latin American gangs are in America, we've seen some of their work almost on on a daily basis. They just announced that nine of the Venezuelan gang members were finally arrested from three months ago from overtaking an entire apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. It didn't look like they were ever gonna take any action against them, that they were all too afraid of them. Folks, we have to take action against them.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And so we've seen the drones. We've seen the threat of drones numerous times, and that was reported again last night in another location, and that the drones were moving at an amazing high rate of speed. And and once they got phone calls about the drones, the drones immediately disappeared. Just. And so we know that they're capable of amazing computer hacks.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We know they're capable of of frightening violence, and we know they have all the sophisticated weaponry imaginable. So what are they waiting for? They might not do it on the twentieth. They might not do it on the nineteenth at the rally that he's, that he's presenting, that president Trump is, in Washington DC. If I was his top security adviser, I would be telling him, mister president, there is no way that you and your family and all of your cabinet should be in the same geographical location ever.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And if they were to hit and want to really do something to really attack America, that's where they would do it on January 20. They would be doing it downtown Washington DC. We need to cancel the inauguration. We don't need the pomp and circumstance. We don't need another victory lap.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We need you safe. Go inside the White House. Have your family there, whoever wants to be there. That is a fort that's very well protected. Anything outdoors is not very well protected.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Anything outdoors with a million people there, even a hundred times worse. There's no way they can provide adequate security for a million people unless they had one officer per two people. That's going to be impossible. It is a it is a security nightmare. And I don't wanna be right about this.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I don't want to say I told you so, but general Flynn has said the same thing. And Ted Nugent, I just talked to him two days ago, and he said the same thing. And he was actually invited by the presidential team to attend with him and his wife in chairs, and you know that's the top of VIP treatment. He had a reservation at the Waldorf. He's not going, and he told him who invited him, who called him.
Sheriff Richard Mack:This is too dangerous. The president shouldn't do this, and we all need to watch it on television and have it broadcast throughout the world and watch and show him signing his oath of office. And that's my that's my recommendation to president Trump. We don't need the pomp pomp and circumstance. We we need you to stay in office.
Sheriff Richard Mack:This is to not only protect you, but America and the voters. A lot of people get get hurt out there. Just I mean, take Butler, Pennsylvania from six months ago and say, what if this was numerous shooters and and and even bombs from multiple sources? No. This is this is not a wise choice.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I I know that he's already released a program and the agenda for the inauguration. I pray that that's a decoy, and and that we don't do it. I know that'll disappoint a lot of people, but weighing the risk against what we're to gain by the pomp and circumstance of this event, no way. Mister president, please change this and and make you and your family safe. We we we really, are concerned, and we need you.
Seth Holehouse:I mean, even know, you mentioned the drones, and I've seen a lot of a lot of drone footage coming out of Ukraine or just other, you know, footage of his drone operators. And, I mean, not to say how easy it would be, but, you know, what if someone had, you know, 10,000 drones all kind of stationed, you know, miles away, and all of a sudden, they all, at high speeds, had explosives strapped? I mean, there's this there's so many things that
Sheriff Richard Mack:I I said the same thing. So so there's a thousand of them, 10,000 of them, and and we shoot down we shoot down 90%. Yeah. We lose. You know?
Seth Holehouse:We shoot down 99.9%, and there's that one that gets through. Exactly. Yeah.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Exactly.
Seth Holehouse:Yeah. It's it's frightening.
Sheriff Richard Mack:It is, and and and there's just no reason for it. What's the reason? You know? A memorable a memorable time. Yeah.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I almost said memorialize. A memorable time for us to be happy about him being president? Okay. Well, I'll be happier when he's president when he starts cutting the federal government budget and cutting the bureaucracies. That's that's what we're really hoping for.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We're tired of government oppression. We're tired of the tyranny. We're fed up with the liars and the bullies of the wash of the Washington DC syndicate and including and especially the IRS. And look look at the corrupt spending of this government. It's utterly corrupt that they don't even see it anymore.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And and so let's look at this, really a quick analysis. These corrupt politicians, including some from both parties, mostly Democrats who fund Planned Parenthood. The Republicans had a chance to defund Planned Parenthood a few different times. They've never done it. It always doesn't go through for some reason.
Sheriff Richard Mack:But let's look at this. I have a national organization called the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Why am I not funded by the federal government? We teach people to follow the constitution. We teach all public officials to respect civil rights of all people.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Civil rights. Show me another civil rights movement going on today, and don't say the NAACP because they're not. Okay? So what are we doing? Why are we not, being fair?
Sheriff Richard Mack:If if the fourteenth amendment equal protection under the law says means anything, then I should be able to get funding from the federal government just like Planned Parenthood. They are a private organization that provides no government service. Ours provides a little bit of a government service. We teach every sheriff in this country to enforce and obey the constitution. We want the constitution restored.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We want it respected. They do not. So do
Seth Holehouse:you keep hearing more cases of your friends and family getting a life threatening diagnosis of cancer, or perhaps it's even happened to you? Well, the unfortunate reality is that turbo cancer is now a worldwide epidemic. But the question we should all be asking is, what can I do about it? Well, the good news is that there are therapies that are working and proven in thousands of clinical studies. So one study on PubMed found that breast cancer's growth rate dropped by forty percent in only twenty four hours after using red light therapy.
Seth Holehouse:Another study on prostate cancer found that forty nine percent of the over four hundred male participants went into remission with just one red light therapy session. A lymphoma cancer pilot study showed that three out of three of the patients became cancer free. It sounds unbelievable, but it's true. And you can discover all this information and more in a special training program from investigative medical journalist Jonathan Otto, who will show you how you can use red light, including the specific wavelengths as proven by studies for all different types of cancer as well as tinnitus, weight loss, wrinkles, acne, dementia, cognitive function, depression, anxiety, long COVID, jab injuries, stem cell regeneration, lower back pain, sciatica, the whole array of autoimmune diseases, including thyroid disease, arthritis, lupus, and gut disorders, and so much more. In fact, you can get your own in home red light therapy device risk free as you're completely covered by a sixty day money back guarantee and a three year warranty.
Seth Holehouse:On top of that, you've got financing options so you can get it now and pay later. And the best thing folks is that this technology has become amazingly affordable. It's way less than you you expect with the smaller units costing only a couple hundred bucks. So just go to myredlight.com to make sure you don't miss out this free special training program and claim the extremely limited time bonus gifts and discounts, which include an additional 10% off with the coupon code Seth. Again, go to myredlight.com to get access to the free training.
Seth Holehouse:And if you make a purchase, make sure you use a promo code Seth, that's s e t h, to get an additional 10% off the already heavily discounted red light therapy products.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Half a billion dollars a year goes to Planned Parenthood. They, turn, take that money and give it back to politicians for their, campaign funds. And so that little bit that big circle there of turning all that money and rotating it through congress, through Planned Parenthood, and then over to the abortionist in Washington DC and in congress. Absolutely illegal, unconstitutional, and criminal. And so we're saying this, I'm not even gonna get into, are you pro life or pro choice?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Pro choice is a is a lie in and of itself. They don't believe in pro choice because if you choose, you're accountable. But no. So pro death or pro life, pro choice, whatever you wanna call it, not even to get into that argument. Is it proper, lawful, and constitutional spending giving money to a private organization that provides no government service?
Sheriff Richard Mack:That is against the law. So the number one thing that has to go when we're making those cuts is Planned Parenthood, and the and the very next one needs to be the Federal Reserve and their collection agency, the IRS. And and we're gonna be pushing this. We already have, but we're gonna really be pushing this a lot more. Why would any sheriff, the Clio, the chief law enforcement officer of any county in this country allow the IRS to do anything in his county?
Sheriff Richard Mack:That's called a check and balance system. And a law enforcement officer, the chief law enforcement officer sees the bullying, intimidating regime and practice and routine of the IRS. And he says, no. You're not gonna come here in here and do that to to my citizens. And by the way, there will be no random baseless audits on any citizen in my county because the Fourth Amendment says that's against the law, and we will enforce the constitution in this county, especially the Bill of Rights.
Sheriff Richard Mack:The Bill of Rights says you have to have probable cause. So we're on a roll now, and then we go and we and we also defund and abolish numerous agencies in Washington DC. The first one probably be Department of Education because Ronald Reagan promised to get rid of Department of Education and never did. And we're going to, and we're gonna get rid of all these others. The EPA, the USDA, the FDA, and on and on and on.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Army corps of engineers.
Seth Holehouse:I'd love to see it.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Doesn't that sound like freedom again, Seth?
Seth Holehouse:You you can taste
Sheriff Richard Mack:it. America. We're setting you free.
Seth Holehouse:Yeah. Well, one thing I wanted you know, and I know that we've got a tight schedule here. You got about ten more minutes, but I I wanna get your thoughts on the deportation because I if you look at the you talked about all the criminals that are here. I've covered this extensively, interviewed border agents and all kinds of folks about this exact thing. And it's not like going in and knocking on a door and saying, okay.
Seth Holehouse:Everyone hop on the bus. I mean, this is this is removing gangs.
Sheriff Richard Mack:That's how they got here.
Seth Holehouse:That's how exactly. That's not how they're gonna get out of here. Right? So, obviously, unless we, you know, kinda use the entire military apparatus in our own country, I mean, it's a massive thing. Yeah.
Seth Holehouse:It's not gonna happen. But how you know, from a sheriff perspective, what what role do you think sheriffs would play in something like that?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Well, I've already told I've already called Tom Homan and told him, I don't believe that it could happen effectively if we don't have the sheriffs involved. And and there's lots of sheriffs already letting it be known that they're willing to help. They already have detention centers. They have jails. They have posses, hopefully, posses, and they can help.
Sheriff Richard Mack:But nobody in this country knows the counties better than the sheriff. They know where a lot of these pockets already are that we were talking about earlier. These cells are they know where they are. And getting their posses to be the eyes and ears of the community and letting them know and keeping that intel going to the sheriff, and the sheriff holds them for ICE to come pick them up and fly them or bust them out of here. I think that's great.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Has this ever happened before in history? Clinton's did deportation. Obama did deportation. It's happened before. And Eisenhower, after World War two, did 1,500,000 deportations.
Sheriff Richard Mack:It can happen, and we have the technology even more to make it today. The military can only be and should only be used at the border to make sure that those who are sent back don't turn around and come right back in and to stop the bleeding. Stop all immigration at this point. And I would even say legal immigration, all of it needs a moratorium until we get a handle on all of this, and then we can start doing it, in or an orderly fashion with people coming in lawfully.
Seth Holehouse:And are you seeing I know that you're a very key person in contact with a lot of the the constitutional sheriffs, you know, sheriffs that really, you know, really kind of vowed to uphold the oath that they made to the constitution. Are you seeing there's more and more support for that? Are there are there more and more sheriffs that are becoming more, you know, I guess, open about this? As crazy as it seems, right, that a sheriff that, you know, like, you know, you were accused of being, an activist, right, for going up against the supreme court for, you know, protecting the constitution. So are you seeing that there's especially, I guess, maybe since Trump, you know, won the election, I'm seeing there's a lot more opening up.
Seth Holehouse:People are speaking more freely. They're less scared to, you know, to kinda stand up and and say what they really think. Is the same thing happening in the the sheriff and law enforcement community?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Yeah. I think so. First of all, I was totally impressed by something that came out, and and this is kind of a statistical analysis of the election. Remember when they put up the color of the entire United States map and how many counties were red that supported Trump, it was 85. All we need is the sheriffs in those counties in that 85% of America who get involved in this.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Okay? They want these criminals out of their counties. This criminal element that almost daily strikes another blow against innocent people. We're not just talking about Lake and Riley and the others who have been murdered and attacked. And how about the ambushes on police and the other attacks on police from these illegal aliens that are committing all these heinous crimes in in our country.
Sheriff Richard Mack:And yet we'll have democrats who say, no. We're not gonna support this. We we wanna protect these people that are here. You know who they're protecting? The cartels, the gangs, and the terrorists that are trying to destroy our country.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Folks, we need the sheriffs. We need that 85%. And if the sheriffs get involved, this is gonna be safer and more effective for all of us. So and that's our whole theme at CSPOA. If you have a constitutional sheriff, the solution is both effective and peaceful for all of us.
Seth Holehouse:And what's the what's the call to action, you know, for the folks who are watching this? What you know, regardless of whether they're, you know, that their sheriff is wherever they stand. Right? Whether they're in a in a blue county or what what's the you know, people need ideas. People need, the the the tools to get things done and to feel like they have some control over the destiny of this country.
Seth Holehouse:And so, you know, speaking to the American people, what should people be focused on right now? What what can they do?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Well, all of you need to realize is those of us who sued the government back in 1994, we won, and here it is. First, you wanna get ahold of that, and then you wanna hand one to your sheriff. But maybe even before any of that, you wanna call your sheriff because now this is getting down to the time frame that we really need. He needs to hear from you. You are his boss.
Sheriff Richard Mack:He has no other supervisor. Call your sheriff, whoever answers. Tell him you wanna talk to your sheriff, but whoever will talk to you, tell him. We all hope there's thousands of us here that hope that the sheriff will be involved in helping with deportation. Can we count on that?
Sheriff Richard Mack:Has he already let and I don't care if your sheriff is Democrat or whatever. Call them. There's a lot of Democrats that still support deportation. Okay? Especially lawmen.
Sheriff Richard Mack:They're tired of the crimes. So get involved with your sheriff. Get a relationship as best you can with your sheriff, and leave the messages there for the sheriff. We hope you're getting involved in helping Trump and Homan with deportation. We also are here to help you, sheriff.
Sheriff Richard Mack:We wanna support you. We wanna be part of your posse, and you can depend on us to have your back. Well, Trump needs to know that the sheriffs have his back.
Seth Holehouse:Sounds, you know, surprisingly simple, which all of us should do that. Also, I'll bring your website back up again. It's csp0a.org again. And I highly recommend people come here. They can join.
Seth Holehouse:It's a great way of supporting. As we looked at the we went to the shop, and you have all the books and everything that they can also access on here. The pamphlet, you know, that you've got there as well. Yeah. This is it.
Seth Holehouse:Actually, this is actually when I first discovered you because I was looking into constitutional sheriffs. You know, this is back when I was living in a different state, and I was wanting to understand, okay. Where's my sheriff stand? And I found your website, and it was such a great resource in understanding this because that was a conclusion I came to. Right?
Seth Holehouse:If if the IRS or the ATF or any of these organizations show up at my front door and and they're doing things that are unconstitutional. Mhmm. And I've actually seen this from great videos of where an ATF agent shows up, and they call the local sheriff, and the sheriff comes out and arrests them. They say, oh, no. I'm ATF.
Seth Holehouse:It's like, well, you know, that may that could be a fake badge, and so they'll get a they'll arrest them. Like, that's how things should work when our government is has become tyrannical, which I hope that Trump can undo a lot of that. It really comes back to the the the local at the local level.
Sheriff Richard Mack:Gotta love it. So, anyway, thanks so much for the time. Yes. And I look forward to getting back with you. Maybe right after the inauguration, we can talk about how it went down.
Seth Holehouse:Or That'd be great.
Sheriff Richard Mack:I hope I I hope that's happening. And and folks, be safe. Be smart. Call your sheriff.
