Kasra Dash: Today we're going to be talking about the benefits of AI employees. I am joined with James Dooley. We've been testing out a lot of AI employees. We've been messing around with artificial intelligence as a whole really over the past two years. So James Dooley, what are the benefits of AI employees?

James Dooley: Benefit number one for me is scalability. It's infinite scalability with artificial intelligence. If you get inundated with inquiries, which happens a lot in lead generation over at FatRank, many businesses cannot deal with the volume. An AI employee can go back and forth, gather information and reduce the need for a dozen staff. These are tedious tasks that an AI employee can handle. So scalability is definitely benefit number one.

Kasra Dash: My second benefit is the data set and memory. Even if you've ever spoken to myself or James Dooley in person, we forget a lot of things.

James Dooley: What's your name again?

Kasra Dash: Exactly. AI does not forget. It remembers far more. I wish I could plug AI into my brain for the memory side of it. From a business perspective, better memory means better decisions.

James Dooley: Benefit three is that AI never rings in sick. It works every single day. It never turns up hungover on a Monday morning. Humans ringing in sick can massively hinder certain businesses. Consistency is a major advantage with AI employees.

Kasra Dash: You also never need to motivate an AI employee. That alone is another benefit.

James Dooley: Another big one is SOP training. When you train new staff, you often repeat the same processes and the same information multiple times. With AI employees, although they are not perfect, you usually only need to train it once and it has it locked in. This ties back to the memory point you mentioned.

Kasra Dash: The next benefit is speed. An AI employee can respond within seconds. A human might respond in an hour if they’re busy or on another call. AI can get required information instantly which is a huge advantage for any business.

Kasra Dash: Another advantage is consistency in communication. Humans can go off on tangents. AI sticks to the straight line. It reduces errors and keeps every interaction structured.
