Yes, we are here, man in the chair. We are the Arcturian Collective Thingy, and we have been whispering to you for the last several minutes, and so you decided, why not? Let's grab the phone and record as we do when we channel the Arcturian Collective Thingy.
And your thoughts once again are upon Lemuria, this metaphor that you have discovered to speak of the capabilities and functions of neurons, which never did go away. Lemuria lives, still to this day. Lives and thrives.

And there is a bubble that has been created around one of Lemuria's creations. And that is you, the egoic personality. And we are speaking directly to you, man in the chair. You can feel the difference that you yourself have created through this channeling performance, which, as you put on the clothing of the Arcturian Collective Thingy, you wear our vibe, you wear our energy, and where before you were quite triggered for very ridiculous reasons that your dog did not obey in the game that she was so excited to play with you and she bit the basketball and popped it and you went into an absolute fit.

You understand your own internal trauma mechanism's enough. It has been described to you. You have read about it in textbooks. You have seen it in others. This is how it feels for you in this moment where this incident from your beloved dog triggers something in you that is sensitive that was not put there by your beloved dog. It has been there and needn't even be named or understood to be recognized and appreciated for what it is and the experience that you had and where you go from there.

And thus you can turn to us, the Arcturian Collective Thingy, in these times when you are feeling your internal vibrations out of sorts, you might say. You are reverberating from deep traumatic wounds that needn't be what you focus upon solely in this moment, for there are other things that you can do that accept what you are feeling and transmute that into something else.

It is an inkling of the power that a collective of neurons is capable of doing. Transmuting, changing the story, changing this perspective, changing the mind. It is often said that thoughts create reality. Your expectations are what color the way that you interpret your reality, is the way that we express similar ideas.

And that is a power that occurs at the level of neurons; your brain that is doing your beliefs and your expectations and your filtering of the world around you. And you haven't the slightest clue. You are beginning to see that it is doing this. But you do not know what it is like for one neuron to communicate with all of the rest of them simultaneously, recognizing their own pathways and inclinations on one level, but at a deeper level, having learned to be the master communicators and ambassadors, you might say, drawing a homeostasis based upon the genetic blueprint that it is using as its model and adapting to the environment around it.

Your neurons have evolved in this way since long before the human form. The neurons have done this. Your own neurons and your own brain structure, man in the chair, you have… your neuroscience has identified. Three layers (i.e. the basal ganglia stem, the limbic system, and the neocortex). And you as a folklorist, having been trained that three is oftentimes a signature of human fabrication.

A human desire to understand is often divided into a beginning, a middle, and an end. Three periods and three parts. And this creates a sense of wholeness and a sense of completion.

For this, again, it is the way that neurons have fired and wired together to create expectations of the world and therefore use that energy which was developed in habit to color the way that reality is interpreted, to match those expectations. It is more harmonious that way. And the neurons have evolved over millennia to become the masters of harmony and balance.

And how often are you out of balance yourself?
You who are the egoic personality, the creation of these neurons. Your body has arms and legs and fingers and appendages of all sorts. And your sense of sight and your sense of hearing. Your sense of feeling the vibes around you, reading the room, your ability to empathize.

These mirror neurons, which are being discovered more of, which are in connection and reading the signals which are being sent by their corresponding colonies of neurons. Your interactions with others, be they human or otherwise. And the same type of intelligent interactions which are happening at all levels of life.

We are describing the conditions of Lemuria, and the only difference, truly, on this planet, the nature of intelligent, connected things, is that at the time of Lemuria, there was a conscious awareness. It was what you might consider the conscious awareness in its infancy, having not experienced much in the way of the cosmos, in the way of the world, as you do in infancy, still having been experienced to many things which influence and shape you.

And at the time of Lemuria, when the Earth had grown its most precious fruit, the neuron, which was connecting all intelligence and balancing all of it with all of the skill that it does inside of you, every single day, including creating you, your sense of, you (the egoic personality) are a radar system, some have said, scanning the environment and moving here and there, you are a radar system.

Being, having been given and grown this autonomy and ability to control and manipulate the movement and at the molecular level within your own body, even at the atomic level. When you eat food, your biology is stripping apart molecules and stripping down to atoms and making exchanges of electrons.

And the way that this happens inside of you is the same way that it happens outside of you, and yet your conscious decisions and your choices determine which molecules in which foods and which atoms and at what rate. There is so much variation on the molecular and atomic level, these different layers of what we have called root races, which organize themselves and their own relationships with themselves.

You at your level of your current level of consciousness are a composite of all of these individual things which are having their experiences, which are very valuable, and which are completely outside of your daily awareness of what it is that you are built upon.

And at the time of Lemuria, there was an awareness of all of these things. The difference between your current world and that world is the development of the personality, the ego. The awareness which rises on top of all of the interconnectedness, which knew itself then at its earlier stage of development.

There was, of course, significant things which occurred to it as it matured and went into its teenage years and had its experience with others. And you could look at them and judge them for this or for that. They are the traumas which your own planet, as it is growing, has experienced. And you, as a human species, are part of what has grown out of a colony of neurons, which at some level still are quite interconnected in ways that you, the egoic personality, do not recognize.

And there have been many forces which have shaped this egoic personality of yours. And you are now coming to a time where you will have more power to shape your own view of the world and to expose yourself to many other perspectives and to widen your view.

It was easier in the past for outside forces to control the masses. There was a time in the life of the man in the chair when there were only three television networks. And now there are so many different sources of information to choose from, and many are calling afoul. Where can we find our facts? Where will we gravitate? And there is great confusion around these things.

You are increasing your ability, slowly but surely and rapidly, and more and more so will become, as you learn to share your perspectives with others, and the realities, and the truths. Not only the happy things, all of the things, in acceptance and love. And you are growing in your capacity to do that as a culture, as each individual person grows in their capacity to do that for their neighbors, and those who they live with, and even their dogs, when they bite at basketballs and whatnot.

There is a change which is happening on the planet at this time with the egoic personality. For as we have told the story of the root races, in some detail, we have skipped the fourth root race, which we would recognize with the Atlantean period of time, in the lore, in the mythology. We are speaking of symbols and ideas that represent shifts in consciousness and awareness, which itself is a symbol for something deep which truly cannot be described.

And this is something that you strive to feel, man in the chair, and to use your creative transmutative powers to create within yourself. And to share with others in the therapeutic spirit of changing neurons intentionally to create a more peaceful sense of self by being accepting of all experience.

And that desire to become so, to learn to be accepting of all of the experience, this is something which you see as a thinning of a membrane, as we have referenced it, where there has been cultural separation. And even today you see an increase in the “us versus them” mentality. It is a reaction where there are some parts of the world who villainize a one world approach, or fear a one world government, or something that would take away individual agency.

We as a collective, the Arcturian Collective Thingy, are the perspective of all intelligent forms of existence within the Arcturus solar system. We have only Allowed ourselves to become so through this process of accepting, truly accepting, and empathizing to the greatest degree with every experience of everything within our solar system, with full acceptance and desire to support each experience, just as your own sun at the center of your solar system shines its light on all things, providing support at the atomic level.

The molecules within you and within the things that hunt you are the same molecules. The same types have developed a relationship where they share information and experience existence in a way which is foreign to you. And you, riding upon your own biological evolution as an outgrowth of this planet, and feeling so separate from it, not by any fault of your own, nor is it a bad thing that this has occurred. For this has birthed a new possibility for raising awareness and consciousness. For as there are many individuals among you, in your sense of individualness, as you learn to connect more, and it is happening, you see it happening, as you learn to connect more, you will grow into relationship one with another, which will determine what grows out of your own ability to thrive one with another.

That is the process that you are in. At many levels of your existence, and we speak of you as a soul, as a multidimensional being who is having this experience in this place and time, which is a valuable experience for all to have.

Upon this – we could say generation, but what we truly mean is this root race, which is a cycle of a tremendous amount of lifetimes and forms of life and types of evolution, ways of adapting to the environment and environmental changes. Each in epoch upon epoch unto itself, these rhythms which develop these relationships between intelligent things, they take time.
Time itself being a construct to allow these experiences, like lattice, which a growing vine can latch onto and rise up in its pursuit of the sun. Time becoming a framework for existence to explore an infinite number of versions of itself, and becoming more and more aware of itself until it reaches the awareness that it is all things and the acceptance, truly, of all things.

And we are an expression of this at the solar system level and have therefore allied ourselves together with like-minded solar systems, you might say, and their experiences, within our galaxy, and we are seeking unification at the galactic level.

Some call this the Galactic Federation, and there are all kinds of stories and names about who it is that this group does. And those are all valuable perspectives, and all fictions. Which is not to denigrate a single one.

For who would condition your mind? For what reason would a culture generally frown upon the idea that there can be more than one right way of viewing things? Who would be threatened by an idea like that and for what reasons?
