The Estherpreneur

There’s a reason your business feels harder than it should, and it’s not because you’re not working enough.

In this episode of The Estherpreneur Podcast, I unpack a hidden issue many entrepreneurs face: building offers based on inspiration instead of intention.

When your offers are unclear, your clients are confused... and confused people don’t move forward.

This conversation explores HOW to create a clear journey for your audience, WHY having too many offers can actually slow your growth, and WHAT it takes to build a business that multiplies impact without multiplying exhaustion.

If you’re a Christian business owner who wants to simplify, scale, and steward your calling well, this episode will give you a new lens for building your offers.

The Estherpreneur Podcast is for CEOs, founders, and faith-driven entrepreneurs who are growing—but something feels misaligned. Whether it's your structure, your clarity, or your capacity, this show helps you identify what's off and what to focus on next.

Hosted by Edna Harding, author of "The Ugly Side of Sales 2.0" and founder of Favor & Wealth, a business growth strategy firm that helps leaders scale with clarity, structure, and biblical alignment.

What is The Estherpreneur?

Your business problem may not be a business problem.

The Estherpreneur Podcast examines what most business conversations miss: the condition of the builder behind the business.

Hosted by Edna Harding, Christ-Centered Business Architect and CEO of Favor & Wealth, this show helps founders identify what is actually limiting growth—strategy, structure, sales, leadership, capacity, identity, stewardship, or spiritual misalignment.

We question business advice that produces growth without wisdom, visibility without capacity, revenue without stewardship, and success at the expense of the person carrying it.

Expect biblical truth, practical business strategy, uncomfortable questions, and conversations about sales, money, leadership, spiritual warfare, emotional maturity, and building in obedience to God.

Because sometimes you don't need another strategy.

You need to identify what is actually out of order.

“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established.” — Proverbs 24:3

Edna Harding [00:02:32]:
This is how it works. Instead of having random offers that appears whenever inspiration strikes, a healthy business has a clear pathway. So your offer should guide people through a journey, okay, from discovery to transformation, because a simple scalable offer suite usually has 3 levels, okay, which you call your low ticket, your mid ticket, and your high ticket, okay? The first level is your entry offer. This is where people first experience your wisdom and your work. That is what I call my group mentoring program or my show me what you got offer. Entry offers should always be accessible, okay? They help people solve a smaller problem while introducing them to your framework or perspective. Now, this might look like a workshop. This might look like a course, maybe a small group program or a digital resource, okay? The goal here is to get people to trust you.

Edna Harding [00:03:25]:
Okay, get people to experience working with you, get people to win. Okay, because when people experience your insight, they'll begin to understand how you think, because the last thing people want is to figure out how you think. The second level is your core offer. This is a primary transformation your business delivers. So your core offer solves a deeper problem and provides a more direct guidance. This could be a group coaching program. This could be a structured curriculum. This could be a guided implementation experience.

Edna Harding [00:03:58]:
This is where most of your revenue will come from, what I call the bread and butter of your business. Your core offer is the heart of your business, okay? So it is where transformation is intentional, it's structured and measurable. And the third level is your premium offer. Now, this is your higher level of access and support, and premium offers typically involve some sort of closer proximity, deeper strategy, and more personalized guidance. This could be a private consulting, a mastermind environment, or even high-level leadership programs. Premium offers allow you to serve people who want deeper access and faster implementation. Okay, now if you're, if you're getting a little bit lost, I always use this analogy. You have your paper airplane, your commercial airplane, and your rocket.

Edna Harding [00:04:44]:
Okay, these are 3 stages of business, and each stage of business should have, again, a free offer or intro offer. Then you have your basic offer and your upsell offer. That is what I'm talking about. Okay. Now scalable businesses don't just add more offers. Okay. They build intentional pathways. They take you to a journey.

Edna Harding [00:05:06]:
Okay. From day to day and glory to glory, right? That's how Jesus operates, right? As you mature with him, he gives you more gifts. He entrusted you with much. That is same thing with your business. Okay. And with— thank you, Holy Spirit. And this is a problem with a lot of entrepreneurs is they only targeted the high ticket. Okay.

Edna Harding [00:05:24]:
They want to target the ones that can pay. The higher volume. What they don't realize is that you could be losing a market. I truly believe, just like Salvation caters to all different walks of life, the rich and the poor, you should have some sort of service, some sort of offering for the rich and the poor. Each offer should prepare someone to the next level of transformation. So when people move through your ecosystem naturally, your business becomes easier to grow. Now, another mistake many entrepreneurs make is they create too many offers, and too many options create confusion, and confusion slows decision-making. So instead of having like 10 scattered offers, focus on building a clear structure.

Edna Harding [00:06:03]:
One entry offer, one core offer, one premium offer. This is what's going to build momentum for you. So now let's talk about something that most entrepreneurs overlook. Your offers should solve problems at different levels of depth because entry offers solve awareness problems, core offers solve implementation problems, and premium offers solve strategic problems. Let me say that one more time. Awareness, implementation, then strategic. Okay. When your offers are designed this way, then your audience can engage with you at the level that matches their need and readiness.

Edna Harding [00:06:37]:
Now, another key element of scalable offers is repeatability. This is why I truly believe that everyone needs to have some sort of signature framework. If your transformation depends entirely on the constant, on your constant, like, personal presence, growth will always be limited. If it's always different for every single person, it's going to be time-consuming and limited. But when your offers include systems, frameworks, structure, processes, the value becomes transferable. Now, I know you guys are tuning me out, especially if you guys are creatives, but I'm telling you, this is what's going to help you close those big-ticket items. Because if you can serve more people without carrying all the weight yourself, and when Ecclesiastes 10:10, it says, if an axe of stone's edge is unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success. So structure is that skill.

Edna Harding [00:07:21]:
Structure sharpens your effort. It allows your work to go further. I had a new client that I'm working with, and she was saying something like she's, she, she doesn't, she has the mindset, she needs strategy, she needs structure, she needs to know what to do. And this is why a lot of people don't sell is because it's all like in theory and it's all different. There's no framework, but in reality, you need to have some sort of blueprint. People want to know that you have a plan. So if your business feels heavy right now, it may not be because you're working too little. It could be because your offers are not structured for multiplication.

Edna Harding [00:07:58]:
But once you build a clear offer suite, something powerful happens. Your marketing becomes easier, your messaging becomes easier, your revenue becomes more predictable, and then people understand exactly how they can move forward. You— I want to leave you with this thought, okay? Many entrepreneurs are trying to scale effort, but wise entrepreneurs scale structure. So when your offers are designed intentionally, growth becomes less chaotic and more strategic. And that's the kind of business that creates both impact and sustainability. So systems, some systems, I'll say it all day, and I don't care what kind of business you have. You can have a pet sitting business. It doesn't matter.

Edna Harding [00:08:40]:
And you need to have systems. You need to have structure. I can't tell you, I work with clients that are solopreneurs into scaling businesses, like a business to business services. Systems make a huge difference. Okay. Now I want you to take the time to ask ask yourself these 3 questions. Does your offer lead people through a clear journey? Do they solve problems at increasing levels of depth? Are they structured in a way that allows your impact to multiply? Because if these are, if the answer to these are no, then you do not have a scalable offer suite. You need to get back on the horse, get back on the horse, get back on a drawing board and make it plain for yourself.

Edna Harding [00:09:23]:
Because when your offers align, are aligned with wisdom and stewardship, your business becomes a vehicle for greater impact and most importantly, greater influence for the kingdom of God, okay? And that's how kingdom entrepreneurs build businesses that grow, okay? Well, I hope this helped you. I hope this blessed you. I know this was a short one, but I know you guys like these short ones too. This is something that I'm really passionate about. And if this is something that you really, really want to learn how to do and not just use ChatGPT to come up with something, Reach out to me, guys. I do this all day, all night. Edna Harding [00:10:08]:

I hope these practical lessons is helping you move forward with your business. And know that God is going to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all you could ask or imagine.
