THE ZOHAR

The prophet Elijah (Eliyahu) informed Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, “Many people will be sustained by your book [the Zohar] once it is revealed in the last generation before the End of Days. As a result of this, [Moshiach will come, fulfilling the verse,] (Leviticus 25:10), “You shall proclaim liberty throughout the land....”

The Zohar and other such teachings have been available for hundreds of years, and learning these teachings always brings merit. However, their true depth will only be recognized by the final generation before Moshiach when these teachings will be explained and understood.
