Happy Labor Day, everybody.

Looks like we are riding solo on a

Labor Day Monday.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

CrossFit, boobies, music on repeat.

High-fiver hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

it's labor day what's going on everybody

welcome to lunch with the Clydesdale minus

the cowboy today it looks like um so

what is going on man every i hope

everybody had an amazing amazing labor day

weekend three days off from work for this

dude always appreciate those weekends um

You know,

my dad was a laborer for forty five

years and shout out to all the men

and women who work in those fields and

grind those lathes, grind those, you know,

all that stuff, all the trades, man.

I think they get forgotten a lot in

this country.

And it's really what built who we are

today.

And that's what today is all about.

Celebrating the laborers who kind of

did everything they could to build this

country with their own two hands,

and I appreciate them each and every day.

Meredith,

camping with four kids under the age of

ten,

it's been raining for the past day and

a half.

You sent me on my way on the

first line,

and then the second line just sealed the

deal.

Camping with four kids under ten,

that is just a disaster waiting to happen

in my world.

So glad I finally figured out what Labor

Day was.

Here's my pet peeve, Meg.

Leave it to Meg to light the fuse.

I hate when people think it's like another

Veterans Day or Memorial Day.

I love the military.

They should be celebrated.

But Labor Day was not founded on a

military holiday.

And it is uncanny how many people on

social media post, like,

thank you to our soldiers on Labor Day.

You should thank your soldiers every day.

Not saying that.

Just saying that that is not what Labor

Day was intended for.

So...

I thought it was when women went into

labor.

That's a magical thing too.

Kudos to the women going into labor.

But I think I don't, maybe I'm wrong.

I don't know.

All these years, when I was really young,

it was a big deal because my dad

worked in a machine shop.

He could work every machine in that shop.

And Labor Day was special because of that.

Um, Oh,

and it's make sure we don't wear white

day now.

I, I honest to God,

like my head cannot even cop comprehend

and wrap myself around fashion.

I am the least fashionista in the world.

Uh, forty-niners Chica.

I'm in Australia right now watching at two

fifteen AM.

Wow.

That is, that is dedication to this show.

I appreciate it so much.

Or you have insomnia one or the other.

Um,

Retired Steve,

my parents framed for thirty years every

day was Labor Day.

Right,

but this is the day to honor those

people.

Honor those days.

You know, I get it.

My dad, literally,

he brought home metal chips on his shoes

and calluses and blisters on his hands.

Like, dude, we lived that life.

The eighties were a brutal time for

laborers, though.

Brutal.

Meredith says, you guys aren't campers,

right?

Meredith, when I was a kid,

we used to leave our house on Memorial

Day for the soldiers,

and we would come home on Labor Day

for the laborers.

We camped every summer for like three or

four years.

There were some really great times with

that.

There were some wild times with that.

one of the wild times as we got

into a lightning storm thunderstorm and

our camper leaked everywhere my mom was

like that's enough we got in the car

we went to a camper sales place and

bought a hardtop camper the next day

brought it in traded i think we traded

in the soft top camper at that moment

and she's like we're never doing this

again

And the crazy thing,

the crazy thing we camped like three to

five miles away from the house.

So it was just back then it was

a way to get away from the phone.

We didn't have cell phones.

We didn't have anything like that,

but like literally just getting away from

all of that stuff.

Right.

Just kind of cooking over a fire every

night, doing all that stuff.

Um,

But there were some really good times with

that.

Rode my bike.

It was a working farm that we camped

at.

And they had cows and turkeys and hogs.

And so it was...

And we got to play around with all

that stuff.

I got opportunities to bale hay.

I got opportunities to work with the pigs,

which I hate to this day.

don't know how colton does it um the

turkeys were dirty as hell um but yeah

it was an experience for sure and i

thank my parents for that uh retired steve

we called ours the cramper yeah we got

a hard top camper but it was nothing

like these new fifth wheels and oh that's

not like it was literally

like when it was sleep time,

the whole camper were beds.

When it was a wake time,

there were no beds.

It was one of those where you converted

everything, uh, in a,

in a like split second, not split second,

but you know,

converted everything over to living space

for the day,

converted it over to sleeping for the

night.

Not a lot of space.

Did my dad escape with all of his

fingers?

Machine shops are notorious for taking

them.

My dad passed away in twenty twenty with

all ten digits.

He didn't come out unscathed.

I will say that.

You know,

it's it's a weird work environment, man,

and it does its damage.

They had I

I don't know.

My mom will probably correct me tonight

when she calls me or I call her.

But there was this cooling liquid that

they used to keep all of his stuff

cool.

And I think that did some damage to

him and his lungs.

He did some of his own by being

a smoker and some of that stuff.

But I think that towards the end of

his career at this machine shop,

the cooling stuff on the machines did as

much damage to him as anything else.

His skin took a brutal beating,

all of that kind of stuff.

Mark Phillips,

the military killed my desire for camping

that I ever had.

Yeah, my wife will never camp.

We went camping when we were dating one

time and got into such a brutal argument

that we were never going camping again.

And I say that and then we went

one more time with our church and we

didn't even make it till like twelve

thirty at night and we were packing up

and heading home.

So, yeah, camping.

We're not a camping family.

That's that's for darn sure.

So I wanted to I want to bring

up a couple of things.

It's just me.

It's probably going to be a shorter show.

I'm trying to build a grill today.

I had a smoker grill for a long

time that I used like faithfully a couple

times a week.

And it finally died.

Got rid of it.

And then I saw the price of grills

now and I was like,

I just can't see myself doing that.

And

Yesterday, I was like, man,

I haven't had a grilled piece of chicken

all summer.

And I'm just dying for it.

So I went on to see what Labor

Day end of summer sales there were on

grills.

And I got a little tiny three burner

grill for ninety bucks.

Now I'm trying to put it together because

it's just my wife and I now.

And at least I can throw a burger

or some chicken on there.

But I'm almost done.

I'm almost done.

I've got the top all together.

I've got the bottom all together.

Now I've just got to combine the two.

But my wife's coming home this afternoon,

and hopefully tonight we can have a nice

piece of grilled chicken for dinner.

That's the plan.

But I wanted to share this with you.

So here's my problem with the Blackstone,

Ed.

It's not a grill.

it's,

it's a flat top and a flat top

cooks differently than a grill.

Like I want the char, I want,

I want grilled vegetables.

I don't want fried vegetables,

which is what like a flat top does.

So, um,

Yeah, that's my problem with it.

It's just not what I'm looking for.

If I want a flat top,

I have an electric griddle.

I can do stuff like that.

Ditto,

I grilled ten chicken breasts this

morning.

Oh, there's Vicky.

Okay.

Okay.

Leave me hanging.

Just kidding.

I always have two tanks.

One is a backup.

I actually have two tanks because I have

a propane heater that I use in the

wintertime in my garage.

And the crazy thing is my smoker was

a pellet stove.

So I was so used to like filling

pellets.

So I'm actually going back to propane for

the first time in like

eight nine years um so anyway that it

is um i still push my lawn i

can't stomach spending money on a riding

mower all that's wild as long as you

is i don't know how big your yard

is mark um so that would be that

would be the

I push mow my lawn when I mow

it.

With my heart stuff,

we actually hired a guy to do our

lawn for the season.

He's done such a nice job.

Like,

I don't know if I can ever go

back.

Um, but anyway, yeah, we always push mode,

but I don't have a lot of yard.

When I grew up, we had a,

we had a lot of yard on a

hill and that was brutal.

I used to,

I used to mow in like football cleats.

So.

slice up some potatoes thin with some

onion seasoning, salt and a lot of butter,

wrap tight in a foil and put over

the coals for fifteen minutes,

then indirect heat while grilling your

protein.

Awesome.

That's if you have an open fire, right?

Or are you talking Blackstone?

Speaking of football,

we have not mentioned football yet, Meg.

It's on the docket.

It's really going to be on the docket

tomorrow night for EA Sports.

There's a lot of football stuff going on.

A lot of football stuff.

I don't know how much I'm going to

dig into it today because I want to

dig into it tomorrow night with the group.

So if you haven't been catching the EA

Sports show every Tuesday night, six p.m.

Eastern time,

Garrett Clinton, Jeremy Eat World, myself,

and Joseph, we kill it.

And it's so much fun.

It has become, as Garrett puts it,

it's her play date,

so Colleen doesn't have to talk sports.

And I'm all for it.

It has been so much fun.

So.

Anyway,

I wanted to share this real quick because

I went off a couple weeks ago about

CrossFit not capitalizing on the Tom

Holland workout thing.

And I've seen Hiller mention it since and

some other people do that.

But what I wanted to show is we

actually shared this thing about Patrick

Wilson doing cleans during Cape Fear and

why he did all that stuff.

And wouldn't you know it,

Patrick Wilson did the,

I think that was the DC High Rocks.

And High Rocks,

before the weekend was over,

before the weekend was over,

put out this video.

I'm going to mute the music,

but there's Patrick Wilson doing a high

rocks.

Now he's been interviewed saying that he

does CrossFit to work out yet.

Yet CrossFit has not taken advantage of

any of that.

They haven't marketed any of him saying

that.

It's out on the internet with interviews.

They show his clean technique,

which may be the best celebrity clean

technique I've ever seen.

And here, look at his wall ball depth.

Like the guy knows CrossFit.

And here, high rocks.

The weekend's not even over.

The weekend is not even over.

And they have a full reel with Patrick

Wilson doing high rocks.

That pisses me off to no end.

They are so slow,

so slow to react to all of this

stuff.

It's like it has to go through twenty

seven layers of approval.

They might as well work for the

government.

It's just ridiculous to me.

Look at that burpee.

His burpee was chest to the floor.

Chest to the floor.

We don't get celebrities that do this

stuff and do it at this level of

technique and standard.

It's just so upsetting.

There was a perfect opportunity.

We showed it on our show, what,

And here it is, High Rocks.

Twenty minutes after he's done has a reel

out promoting their sport with this guy

that actually has awesome technique and is

well-known outside of the box that is our

sport or their sport.

Yeah.

It is,

I can't even express to you how pissed

off I am about this.

It was the perfect opportunity,

and then you let High Rocks beat you

to the punch again.

He taught CrossFit on this podcast,

not High Rocks.

He taught CrossFit.

And showing the technique of those cleans

was impeccable.

And a month later,

he does a High Rocks,

doesn't say anything,

and High Rocks is already using it to

promote their sport before the weekend is

done.

And then you wonder why they're getting a

million people and we're getting whatever.

Whatever.

Mark Phillips says, don't blame us.

We have no CMO.

You did when the guy did his podcast.

Now,

maybe she didn't have any power at that

point.

Who knows?

It's almost like CrossFit wants to stay

niche.

I don't know.

I was trying to pull something up before

I went live and I don't think I

got to it fast enough.

I'm going to try to do it here

as I'm talking.

It's always easy to do two things at

once while I'm doing this.

In the same lines,

I'm going to share this as well.

So I think this was on Dave's story

yesterday.

Yeah.

So Dave was at the IndyCar race in

California yesterday.

And Alex Palou won the race.

He is part of Chip Ganassi Racing.

And he does CrossFit to stay fit to

race.

So

In the post, Dave says,

fun day at the IndyCar race of the

year at WeatherTech Raceway.

Had a chance to meet Alex Ballew.

We're doing a piece on him as he

uses CrossFit to train for races.

He's also secured his fifth Indy

Championship of the year,

so congrats to him and Chip Ganassi

Racing.

What?

He's already won five races.

Why is it taking this long?

I don't know for a fact.

I know Will Plummer trains one of the

IndyCar teams.

Will Plummer that you sometimes see on the

Glint and Things podcast,

sometimes calls in Savan.

He trains one of the IndyCar teams.

I don't know if this is the one.

I actually have had a long... Well,

Will was on Ye Sports a couple weeks

ago,

and we were talking about IndyCar versus

FI.

And I need to reach out to him

and find out if this is his team

and what he's doing to train them.

But if so,

Will's been doing this for a couple years.

Again, everything is slow to react.

It just takes so long for them to...

Plummer is the trainer for Chip Ganassi.

I'll interpret your Ganassi to Ganassi.

So it is Will Plummer.

Will Plummer has been...

talking about the fact that he does

CrossFit training with this racing team.

And not just the driver,

but with the entire pit crew.

And I know he's been doing it for

a few years.

Why is it taking so long to capitalize

on any of this stuff outside our little

box?

It shouldn't take that long.

High Rocks put it out in the same

freaking weekend.

Oh, come on, Jeremy.

I should send Jeremy a link.

I don't know what he's doing, though.

It's just ridiculous that it takes this

long.

You had Tom Holland.

Now Cindy's called the Spider-Man workout.

instead of cindy because we didn't get in

front of that then you have patrick wilson

talking about crossfit and doing an

impeccable clean and we don't capitalize

on that he goes does one high rocks

and they have stuff out before the

weekend's over and now you have this chip

ganassi racing who's been training

crossfit for a couple years and finally

finally we're doing a show with them

patrick clark last year wfp did an

engagement with a bunch of indie drivers

and teams and we found out they did

a lot of crossfit type workouts even wfp

is doing better than crossfit is all this

stuff and i went to their event it

was it was as good if not better

than the games

Much more enjoyable.

Agreed, and it's hurting the brand.

HQ promoting CrossFit will drive

membership to the gyms,

which increases affiliate revenue.

I don't think it's as simple as that.

I mean, it would take some creativity.

It would take some ways of showing this.

But you're reaching a population that

isn't in the normal CrossFit algorithm.

That's the key.

Someone once told me when you're in this

media world,

what you're looking for is shares because

shares get you outside of your normal

algorithm.

If people share your stuff,

it is then shared to their population.

And the more it's shared and the more

that trickles out,

the better off it becomes as a promotion,

right?

And so when you,

like Patrick Wilson shared that or

collaborated with High Rocks on that

video,

so that went to his million and a

half followers or whatever it is, right?

Not just High Rocks' followers,

but now we're going to people who watch

Cape Fear.

That's the key, right?

Yeah.

If you go back to the Tyson Bajan

situation,

which I wouldn't even put it the same.

I love Tyson.

I'm a Bears fan.

But in all reality,

he is the backup quarterback for the

Bears.

We have an indie racing champion.

We have a guy that's on a huge,

huge television show that is killing it

right now.

And nothing.

Don't forget Zlatan.

Zlatan was posting about CrossFit for a

year before CrossFit shared one of them.

Just sharing it.

I don't know.

One of the downfalls of lack of leadership

is lack of vision.

We're living that in the CrossFit world.

I want to give Bruce a chance because

I don't think he has his troops in

place at this point.

Pardon the analogy.

I think that is coming in the next

month or two.

And we'll see what happens with that.

But in the meantime,

the dumpster's on fire and nobody has a

fire extinguisher.

Yeah, Wayne, I saw that this morning,

brought a tear to my eye.

Matt Sui played for both of my favorite

teams.

He was a Penn State Nittany Lion,

and then he was a Chicago Bear,

the main fullback blocker for Walter

Payton and best friend of Walter Payton.

If you read...

water Peyton's autobiography, uh,

at the end of his life,

what Matt Suey plays a big role in

that book.

And, uh, yeah, can't,

it's years old gone way too soon, man.

Just like Walter.

But, uh, yeah,

that brought a tear to my eye today.

Um, anyway,

I think that's it for that thing.

And then speaking of F-One,

Will keeps trying to get me to watch

IndyCar.

He did on this show.

My problem with IndyCar is I don't know

the players yet.

There's nothing out there that I've gotten

addicted to anyway.

Drive to Survive got me to become an

F-One fan because I now know the players

in the game.

And when you know the players in the

game and you know who you like and

who you don't like,

that's what makes sports great.

And CrossFit's missing the boat on that

too.

They do nothing to promote people

throughout the leaderboard so that you

have a rooting interest for all of those

people during a competition.

The reason that the heats other than the

final heat get called ass heats is because

nobody knows who they are.

We tried for a long time on this

show to promote the athletes from those

semifinal athletes,

those people who just made it to the

games.

And I wish I could keep doing that.

I really wish I could.

But my job just doesn't allow me to

do those interviews right now.

And without the chance of getting fired.

I really only have my lunch hour now

to do a show.

It's a very small window to fit people

in.

But that's what F-One did.

And F-One is huge.

It's probably the second biggest sport

around the world behind soccer.

They get half a million people at a

race.

CrossFit missed the mark with NoSean

Moreno when he was starting running back

for the Broncos and was doing CrossFit and

even owned a few boxes.

Yeah.

They missed it so bad,

I didn't even know that, Patrick.

And my ear was to the grindstone a

lot.

And I didn't know that.

Ed says, Nineteenth to first,

Kimi was great.

He was, and that makes me sad.

He just wins too much right now.

I don't have a problem with him

personally, Ed.

I'm just anti-Mercedes.

Did Bailey Martin get a backfill for

Rogue?

Yes.

Top-thirty-to-hundred athletes have so

much storytelling rather than the

top-thirty we already know about.

I know.

Some of my favorite interviews were

semifinalists in that thirty-to-hundred

ed.

The things they overcome,

and they're so open,

and they're so willing to tell their story

because someone actually wants to listen

and hear it.

So...

Just wish I could do more.

Agreed.

Would have been nice to have a Ferrari

win in Monza.

Yeah.

Charles Leclerc going out early was not a

good day for Monza.

But Kimi is Italian.

So they got at least an Italian to

win.

Right?

Also, Damon...

Is it Damon Jones?

Well,

Damon from Shark Tank used to own like

five CrossFit gyms.

They missed the mark with him as well.

Yeah.

He talked about it on Shark Tank too

when there were people bringing in fitness

type stuff.

And none of that was used either.

It's Damon John.

Damon John.

That's what it is.

Just took me a minute to fire up

the... Yeah.

Hire me, pay me six figures,

and I'll do those interviews, Scott.

Yeah.

Not going to happen.

If I had six figures to give you,

I wouldn't be doing my day job.

What else do we got here?

I'm trying to avoid the football stuff and

just hold it for, for three gay sports.

Cause there's just so much to talk about

and I, I want the back and forth.

Um,

I watched a couple of movies this weekend

too,

that I would highly recommend someone in

the chat here recommended to me,

the Travis Barker documentary, um,

Thank you.

Thank you for recommending it.

It was in credible.

I,

it was so moving throughout that

documentary.

Like I was on the edge of my

seat.

If you don't know who Travis Barker is,

he's the drummer for blink one.

And he did a bunch of other stuff

in the hip-hop world and punk bands.

And then he was in a plane crash

where him and one other person were the

only survivors.

And sixty-five percent of his body was

burned.

And he came back from that.

And he came back from losing his friends.

And he came back...

The amount of stuff that dude has overcome

to still be one of the greatest drummers

in music is...

And they have all the other great drummers

in this documentary talking about how

great he is.

And it is so good.

If you are a music fan at all,

if you just want to hear a comeback

story, it's awesome.

And then I watched In the Gray.

It's Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal.

It started off and I was like,

this is...

This is a little cheeky.

I don't know if this is going to

go anywhere.

And Guy Ritchie is the director for it.

The cinematography that Guy Ritchie brings

to movies is so good.

And in this movie,

he had such a great storyline.

It was so well done.

If you like action and you like great

cinematography and a great storyline,

again,

another movie that I just was on the

edge of my seat from beginning to end.

So good.

And then I watched Masters of the Universe

earlier in the weekend.

Again, my wife is gone this weekend.

She's been gone for a week.

And I'm not allowed to watch any TV

shows that we watch together.

So all I had was movies in my

downtime.

Playing drums and watching movies.

And Masters of the Universe was better

than I thought it was going to be.

I don't know if you go in with

this bar set so low that it just

exceeded that bar by quite a bit.

It's definitely worth a watch.

If you grew up with He-Man at all,

the Masters of the Universe,

it did not take itself seriously,

which is what made it successful,

in my opinion.

Because it didn't take itself seriously,

then you didn't have to either,

and you just got to go on a

fun ride.

The new He-Man was okay.

Yeah,

I'm not putting it in Academy Award stuff,

Ed.

I'm just saying, like,

I went in not thinking it was going

to be much, and it exceeded that bar.

So then I enjoyed the movie.

Best Jared Leto in years.

Agreed.

Agreed.

Guy Ritchie is goaded.

Mobland almost back.

I've not seen Mobland.

I need to check that out.

Travis Barker is goaded.

He is, Jeremy.

I don't know what platform, Zed.

And if you listened to last Friday's show,

you'll know why.

Rock stars and planes just don't mix.

What's wild, KDL,

is that he avoided planes from that point

after for a while.

I don't want to spoil anything if you're

going to watch a documentary, but...

and they talk about this in the first

part,

like he rode on the queen Mary to

Europe and back every time his band would

have to tour in Europe.

And they,

they got him a room with a drum

kit for him to practice and train on.

And when I say train like that dude

trains and,

it's a shame it's not CrossFit.

Like,

cause that would be epic if it was,

and maybe it should be,

maybe someone needs to say, Hey,

why don't you try this?

Um,

but because of how hard and how fast

he plays the drums,

like he has to be in like excellent

shape.

And, uh,

yeah it's good and like i've been playing

drums for this will be day four today

once i do my lesson it's a workout

dude um i underestimated the workout it is

when you start using the kick drum um

because you're you're using legs arms the

whole bit it and that dude plays way

way way a hundred times faster than i'm

currently playing

mark i really don't i don't know what

platforms they're on and i i i'm sorry

about that rock band used to kill my

legs guitar hero and rock band those were

the days i gotta tell you man i've

taken i'm on lesson four today it's three

classes every day yesterday i took them

twice

I'm having so much fun.

It is so much easier to pick up

than guitar.

it's still not easy, but it's easier.

And, uh,

I'm having such a ball with it.

I'm hoping it takes over my Lego addiction

completely.

And so now I have to buy Legos

anymore and I can just use that to

like work my arms and hands when I'm,

when I'm bored and just, so yeah.

Plus it's movement, man.

Like it is really,

truly like a mini workout.

It's like my accessory work.

Uh,

Jeremy's been drumming since he was love

to see you getting after it.

Dude.

It's so much fun.

The only bad thing is like next,

next week I had to Montana and I'm

going to be away for eight days with

no drum kit.

So I don't know.

I don't know what I'm going to do

to like stay in practice.

Or how far I'll fall back during that

time.

So I've got to figure that all out.

I want to leave you with a couple

funnies just because it's Labor Day and

why the hell not.

Bring a couple pencils with you.

Pillow and sticks.

Hey, that's not a bad idea.

I could throw some sticks in my suitcase.

Yay.

Montana.

Get a bucket and sticks.

Yeah.

I'm sure my daughter has a bucket.

Um,

so first I'm going to do this and

maybe we'll talk about this on the sports.

Maybe not.

Um,

I don't know if you guys saw this.

Hopefully it comes up here.

James Franklin,

former Penn State coach and now coach of

Virginia Tech.

They got a penalty for a crazy,

crazy reason.

I don't know if you guys saw this.

Penalty for high-fiving one of our members

of the Corps.

You know, I don't, I don't,

I'm not a huge fan.

I don't know why we can't high five

somebody in the military.

It seems somewhat un-American to me.

They got a penalty for high fiving the

cadets in the military part of their

school.

Like it wasn't even like, watch this.

It's not even like an,

like an overenthusiastic high five.

Got a penalty for high-fiving one of our

members of the Corps.

I'm not a huge fan.

I don't know why we can't high-five

somebody in the military.

Are you kidding me?

That is just utterly ridiculous.

Tomorrow night on EA Sports,

I have a big-time riff about the NCAA

and their lack of ability to govern.

And the fact that this is the hill

they're going to die on to throw a

flag for a guy celebrating a touchdown

with the military members of his school.

We'll talk about this tomorrow night,

I'm sure.

I got Jeremy all queued up now.

Ref's umps and judges continue to outdo

each other's stupidity.

And then we're going to leave on something

funny.

I don't know if you've seen this.

It just cracked me up today.

Got to turn off the music.

So this is a hack on how to

store your water bottles.

Look at that.

And then this guy, this is his,

his version.

And I know every dude in the chat,

this is how,

that is how we get the water out

of our water package.

Drew VWI just started listening Sparky for

twenty years.

Amen Scott.

And then the last note,

we talked about this last week.

We talked about Sporty Beth had a spinal

cord injury.

She actually fell, it says here,

we didn't really know how last week.

Beth suffered a devastating twenty-foot

fall that left her spinal cord,

spinal injury and damage to her spinal

cord.

She underwent a nine-hour operation,

including spinal fusion,

and is now waiting for an ASIA test,

which helps classify the severity of the

injury and her guide to recovery.

There is a GoFundMe account out there for

her.

I know Hillers posted it.

We put it in our chat on,

I think, Thursday or Friday last week.

And I know she got dogged a lot

by the CrossFit world, but dude,

she's human.

She fell, she's hurt.

She needs help.

And I know the one thing about this

community is it rallies around those in

need.

And hopefully we can raise some money for

her.

because nobody deserves to go through all

this and then struggle with how they're

going to pay for it.

So I'll leave it with that.

Prayers and thoughts out to Sporty Beth.

Hope she recovers quickly and regains all

of her strength back.

With that,

I hope everybody has a great rest of

your day.

KDL,

those are pictures from the past before

she got injured.

Anyway,

I hope everybody has a great rest of

your day.

It's happy Labor Day.

Make sure you thank those people who

helped build this country with their own

two hands.

With that, I hope everybody just,

I don't know, stay jazzy.

You wouldn't wait to get to the editing

room to jazz me up.

I'm already jazzy.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cavalry in the

heat.

Crossfit movies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, you
