Pick something you find extremely difficult to do or face. Then make two lists, one for the reasons not to do it. Another for the reasons to break through the barrier and do it.
Then, see which list is the one you really feel is the best. Be honest!

This week, I have a challenge for you that might be a bit tough, especially for creative people.

I want you to create two lists. These lists should be based on something you want to do but find it challenging.

On the first list, write down why you haven't pursued this thing yet.

On the second list, jot down all the benefits you would experience if you could overcome this challenge.

Once you have both lists, take a moment to reflect and ask yourself if it's truly worth the struggle to overcome this obstacle for the benefits you would gain. I'm pretty sure the answer will be yes.

That's your challenge for this week.
