this is gonna be some bad advice what's going on gents what's happening bro how's it going it's going well how about you guys can't complain yeah how was the uh how was your getaway bro it's fucking much needed man uh i make a living off the phone it's nice to just have five days away from it so yeah much needed man sedona is beautiful i feel you yeah where did you go Sedona Arizona oh damn from Indiana to Arizona what what prompted that I'm part of a community it's called the do hard things community where a bunch of us retards just sign up and do hard shit together so we went out there did a bunch of like half marathon hikes climbed up this mountain called Bear Mountain where it's just like fucking straight up you fall off you could die type shit so a lot of dudes like my individuals went up that and did that so yeah that's fucking awesome yeah I didn't realize we were having the gunslinger on the show today oh yeah you don't even know Michael he's like kind of like you in a way he's not one of those people that was like uh got fat and then he's been fit the whole time you know no I've been seeing that you know wrestling and all this sort of stuff I gotta ask why didn't you go military thought about it uh two parents raised I was my both my parents were military so mom was air force dad was uh army special forces army ranger so it kind of always played my mind but uh right after wrestling I decided not to go
wrestling in college I was pretty smart so I got some scholarships and decided like hey let's take advantage of that get some free education so that's part and why but if i wasn't gonna get any scholarships i was leaning towards the military though i can see it though i mean it make everything makes sense now you got fucking army ranger father you know mom's in the military too yeah you got enough of it yeah for sure man i was definitely raised like a military kid fucking got in trouble i was scrubbing baseboards with toothbrush type shit hell yeah that's what we do in this house did you get that poster custom made back there i did yeah that's my mantra so yeah going my dad it was something it was just always been engraved in my mind since i was a kid like don't be a pussy like just fucking figure it out and do it so is it that dbap thing that i keep seeing is that you that i keep seeing that from that's you right probably yeah that's it all the time yeah yeah i think you said it to me about 40 times on the timeline in the past fucking six Please say to Mike Moore anything.
So Indiana, dude, have you been in Indiana? I know you wrestled for Indiana in high school. You been there your whole life Yeah I was born in Alabama because my dad was stationed down in Fort Benning at the time But I was only there for like a year but yeah i been in indiana ever since though okay yeah i went to a wedding about five years ago we drove to indiana we stayed at indianapolis bro we drove through there it was just cornfield cornfield and it was just nothing bro and even the city like indianapolis it was like i compare it to like pittsburgh it was like not a lot of hustle and bustle there it was kind of quiet actually yeah the midwest is fucking dead i don't know how you do it yeah it's yeah that unless you're in downtown indy yeah it's very very accurate way we were a block away from saint elmo's we okay nice yeah we ate dinner there i know that place is like a little famous i guess the steaks were all right but that fucking shrimp cocktail bro it's fire i've been there oh yeah oh yeah that shit is money dude yeah no that's good i used to work downtown so i come from an it background so i worked like a block away from saint elmo so So basically, before I did this full-time coaching, I was always downtown.
So, yeah, it's a pretty cool state, man. We've got a lot, too. There's a lot more outside of that. I mean, we've got a bunch of sports teams, a bunch of, like, different parks and shit you can hike at. So there's a lot. You just got to know kind of where to look. I'm sure, yeah. Yeah. So let's talk about your wrestling career, man. I like to nerd out about that. I was a big wrestler. I know you had, like, a big loss that kind of paved your way through your thinking and how you went about life. talk about your wrestling career. Like me, I think it's one of the best sports to put your kid in. Period. Facts. Absolutely, man. I think it is the best sport by far. Anybody that says otherwise, they just never experienced the sport.
They don't know what it's like to go through it on top of cutting weight. I started out when I was young. I think I was six or seven. Real early, my dad got into me. Thank God. I just grew up wrestling. That was kind of my sport. I did football. I did baseball. Stuff like that, too. I played all of them. But I just really the idea like hand to hand combat kind of was always cool. I just like doing shit was hard. I enjoyed beating guys up legally without getting in trouble. You know, I mean, so did that. And then, yeah, basically my sophomore year of high school is the one year I decided like not really. I kind of looking back on it now, I still work hard, but in my eyes, I was kind of lazy. I didn't want to cut any weight. I was fucking tired of it.
So I bumped up a weight class where I was giving up some size and lost this fucking kid. I should not have lost to like I was better technique, but he was a strong motherfucker. And I lost and ever since that day man, it lit a fire under my ass to get in the weight room Because at the time I wasn't really lifting So I was fucking in the weight found the weight room seven days a week doing honestly most of the time two sessions on top of wrestling practice running and then i just literally wrestling took over my life and then um yeah end up doing it end up being pretty decent have the all wins of my school record winning sectional regional semi-state two-time state placer and then uh so then it was next like okay do i want to pursue this in college i thought about it but i'm like there's no mob there's no nfl with wrestling you know i mean like unless you want to get like paid you got to be like the top one percent like the Yeah, you've got to be an Olympic wrestler.
Yeah, and I was like, I'm not that good. So I was like, all right, cool. So let's go enjoy college. Let's take advantage of the scholarship. Let's actually be able to eat food and not have to fucking miss another Thanksgiving. Let's party a little bit, enjoy college, be a kid for once, you know what I mean? Because I'm so disciplined with wrestling. So I'm grateful I didn't do it because it shaped my life and everything I am today. But, yeah, man, I credit everything in my life. War on that because of the sport of wrestling and the hard work and discipline I learned from it, for sure. 100 100 now i kind of did the same thing i uh did not wrestle in college i got a couple offers for full rides but i was just done man the cutting weight man 30 40 pounds i mean i wrestled 119 almost every year i was 112 119 119 119 and i was done bro nice i gotta ask you what did you place in state i got eighth my junior year and seventh my senior year lost both the matches to get third or fourth by a point um junior year i took a guy down literally clock expired with half a second so that fucked me the second year dude i had this guy in a headlock twice on his back strong motherfucker from bumfuck up north somehow rolled dude i had my hips down everything this motherfucker rolled me the match ended up being like 18 to 17 type score type yeah okay so those two they those two still haunt me back in the day but uh so basically one check for
Mikey, I did better than Bailey. Okay. What did you get? I took fifth. I was in the semifinals against, I don't know if you recall, Matt Valeni. How old are you? 31. Okay, you're way younger. So, yeah, Matt Valeni ended up winning national title for Penn State. Oh, shit. So, yeah, I lost to him in the semifinals. He beat my ass like 9-0. But I took fifth, yeah. All right. Didn't get tech balled. You didn't get pinned by national title. That's pretty cool. 9-0, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yep. That's cool, man. I never did wrestling. I said like a little bit in school never like it was like PE class wrestling you know yeah real wrestling so for someone who doesn't know when you say state is that like out of everyone in the state in your class yeah yes yeah how many people roughly we talking about for weight class like a store districts first so if all the schools in the state wrestling district top three in new jersey anyways top three then move on to regionals regions top three move on to atlantic city which is where it's held and then it's 24 to 32 people are in states and you we're talking about many hundreds oh yeah how many schools there are yeah like indiana probably yeah in indiana there's probably like a thousand per weight class give or take i guess yeah so it's a lot yeah did you guys have wrestle backs in your districts and stuff uh yes you have you have to get to the semi-finals though in districts to be able to
wrestle okay yeah we were similar so we had like you had to win the first one correct first okay yeah because that's what makes it tough because a lot of schools like you can lose the first one wrestle back but like there's a lot of years at semi-state so we have sectional regional semi-state state so semi-state the ticket rounds you have to win the first two they'll be defending state champs back to like go against each other and yes a state champ don't make it to state even though it's just you got a shit in a tough district or a region it's like fuck yeah yeah it's tough man for sure yeah so your fitness story i mean you're like we talked about already i mean you got like as we know half this fucking country more than half is obese and you got fitness x you know you got a mainly a ton of people that like went from skinny to now in shape or fast from a shape you've been in shape the whole time you run marathons you you do you uh power lifter bodybuilding like tell us about that like why you you don't really have a specific thing like a lot of us i feel like we're into the bodybuilding thing you like kind of do it all he's the total package he's an athlete he's an athlete yeah so kind of in a way the hybrid athlete which i think is gay i don't like to say that but um yeah after wrestling that after uh wrestling i was like well i still want to fucking compete i love competing you know what i mean so i was like what what is that next nature
well i fell in love with the weight room after that match so i was like all right let's try out this powerlifting shit i love lifting heavy so i did powerlifting for a while and then i also did bodybuilding in between as well um and i was always like i want to be strong and i also want to look jacked as fuck like why just pick one like i don't want to be a fat fucking powerlifter and i don't want to be a bodybuilder who looks strong but isn't strong so combine those like my style of training of power building is what i call it and then as of 2023 so i played a lot of slow pitch softball as well traveling across the country like competitively not just like beer league shit so i played a lot of outfield so i had some cardio but i wasn't really like doing dedicated cardio outside of that well my wife she's a beast like iron man triathlons like it's like top five like she's legit good so it kind of motivated me like huh That's kind of scary and, like, not really my thing, so, like, why not do it?
So I, like, love making myself uncomfortable. I love suffering. And so I was like, let's fucking sign up for a marathon. So I was actually reading David Goggins' book. What is it called? Can't Beat, whatever it was. Can't Break Me, right? Yeah, something like that. Can't Hurt Me. Yeah, so I had, like, 10 pages left. I was smoking a joint, actually. And then I closed the book, and I just signed up for a marathon in three months. I had never ran more than five miles at the time. I was like, fuck it. I got to figure it out. And I actually ended up only running like three times before the marathon, and I just went out and I just did it. So I'm like, okay, cool. So if I can do that, what else can I do? Boyd Meyers shit.
Yeah, literally. Boy, I love Boyd. Boyd's actually the one that trained me on the gays. How the fuck can I run from this shit? But yeah, then I got triathlons, and then now I'm just like, okay, I'll just keep pushing. So I did a 70-mile triathlon. I'm getting ready for a 140-mile Ironman here in two weeks. And then I did a 50-mile ruck last year. Next year, I'm actually – I remember that. Your feet were fucked, man. Yeah. That was fucking crazy. Did you change your socks at all on that ruck? Yeah. What happened was, it was a 50-mile ruck. At mile nine, it just blizzard in Indy. So, like, 12 inches of snow. The trails were real fucking bad. It was 20 degrees outside. I stepped in a puddle at mile nine. I'm like, fuck me.
Well, we had two stops planned at mile 15 and, like, mile 38 or something. But I changed socks then. By then, they were wet. It was fucked. And then just blisters were fucking forming like crazy. And I could feel, I could literally feel blood, like, I was stepping in blood every puddle, you know what I mean, in my foot. But I was like, fuck it, I signed up for it, I'm going to do it. Did you get one of those nasty blisters that just kept swelling and didn't pop, or did all of them pop by the end there? No, dude, they didn't pop. So there's pictures on my Twitter, like, they're massive. They're fucking bad. I'll have to check that out, because I've had some golf ball-sized one on my feet. Yeah. It's fucking brutal.
By the way, again, as an outsider here, if you get, like, step in a puddle on a long rock, that's a big deal. That's a huge deal. Yeah. Because now you're adding moisture to all the friction. Fuck it. It's going to be over very soon if you can't change your socks immediately. One step in a puddle. Yes. Yeah. If your boots are not water-protectant, I mean, it's really hard for full submersion to not soak your fucking feet all the way down to the sock. Wow. We never talked about this. Now, in basic, I forget how far. How far was the ruck that we did in basic? How far was the one that you did? So, by the end, to finish, you had to do that 12 miler. Yes. But I don know how like we did a four miler and then a few weeks later we did an eight miler and then we did four days in the field where over those four days it was like 40 total miles but the first day was like 12 out and you had to make it out 12 right So I don know what you guys ended up doing Yeah, we did it a little different. I think it was six out, six back, straight.
And I don't know what happened, bro, but I think my shoes were a little big. Dude, I couldn't walk for three days after that. My feet were like, bro, it was so bad. Blisters everywhere, bleeding. It was fucking horrendous. Bro, I found myself the back of the pile where the van is right behind you. You know, the van that's like, get in here. You can all be over. Just hop in. Because you're like cowboy stepping with how bad the blisters are. You'll have to kill me before I quit, bro. I'm not getting in that fucking band. Yeah. Yeah, not fun. So, you went to college. What did you study? Did you have a W-2 before you started everything? Yeah, computers and information technology. So, I was a network engineer. So, working on data centers and shit like that.
Okay. What a fucking nerd. No, I'm just kidding. No, I am a nerd. What did you end up doing with that, though? What does that look like in practicality? Yeah, so, a company called Simon Property Group. They, I'm sure there's malls where you guys, we own, or they own, like, 250 of America's biggest malls. So, basically, I was the guy responsible, one of the team of network engineers responsible for, like, installing networks, internets, Wi-Fi solutions at properties, stuff like that. A lot of data. Were you hands-on? You were hands-on installing everything, or were you on the back of the network? I was on the back side, so we, like, hired techs to go out and install shit, and we'd be the ones doing the configurations and making everything talk to each other and shit.
So. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. So, what prompted you to leave, and were you, like, was it hard? Was it, like, there a fear to leave for coaching? Yeah, so, what happened was, so, actually, so, I did that, Ebs and Cos, an intern there, I worked my way up, and then, in 2022, I had a buddy who's really fucking smart at plumbing, he's a plumber, and he wanted to start his own business. Well, he didn't know shit about systems, how to build a business. And he's like, hey, he's like, would you be willing to run this with me and start a company from the ground up? And I'm just fucking tired of the corporate life, tired of asking for permission. Like, you know what? Fuck it. Like, it was a huge pay cut, like 50% pay cut going all in on a brand new business.
So I actually did that from 2022 to 2025. And then I end up, we mutually agreed to part ways because I had already automated enough of the system or the business where I didn't really need to be involved anymore. I was like, so let me keep my equity. Let just part ways save the company some salary Yeah Yieah
So I found one guy. I've been watching his ads or his YouTube videos. He's a business coach. I was like, fuck it, dude. I invested a good chunk of money in him. He taught me how to run and create a business, ground up. And so I basically, May 2025 was the end of my contract. And I was like, all right, cool. I got to leave the job. And at the time, I wasn't making enough to make a living. I was like, fuck, I got to figure it out, though. I just forced myself, threw myself into deep waters, like, figure it out, sink or swim, motherfucker. And here we are now, man. It's been recent, actually. Yeah, so I started while I was working that job. So really, man, I was going to the gym from like 4 a.m. to 6 a.m., go work 8 to 5, and then I'd work on the business till midnight. And that was my life for a year. That was literally all I did. It fucking sucked.
Yeah. But it allowed me to still have income coming in while building this up to where when it was ready to leave, I still had enough income to start making a living off it. And here we are now, man, still growing, blessed to be able to work for myself and help people with their health and shit. So it's pretty cool. That's awesome. So what's your, speaking of the coaching, what's your, I guess, philosophy? You get people with all walks of life. Like, what's the deal with the coaching aspect for you? Yeah. So helping everybody from kids, older adults, but now it's mainly, as you see, like my content, I kind of target more TRT, blood work analysis type stuff. So guys that really want to optimize their hormones and their health, business owners, higher level guys, I just wanted to take it to another level. It doesn't have to be, it could be anyone, but particularly TRT, that's a big one we help guys with, right? Get them to protocols dialed in. As you know, doctors, they're putting on dudes with shitty fucking protocols. We're coming in, we're fixing them, getting guys actually feeling good again. Blood work analysis is a big one. Most people have no idea how to read a blood work analysis or handle.
So we not only go through, show them what's what, any deficiencies, we're going to put them on a protocol to get shit fixed, and just really optimize guys' health, and then also in the process, get them jacked, get them strong, whatever their goal is in the process, too. How much of that stuff comes down to, like, mindset? Like, as opposed to just protocol, you know, adjustments, how much of it on your side is just tweaking the person's mind, understanding their psychology, and coaching them through sort of a mental battle or emotional, psychological, spiritual battle? Yeah there always I always say you can have excuses that fine but your goals don give a fuck Like at the end of the day we all got shit we got to deal with so it you going to have to make some sacrifices and you going to have to change your mindset And so we're big on, part of our community, too, is encouraging guys to do hard things. Like, cool, you came to us for a cut, that's great, we all want to be shredded, but it's like, now we've done the cut, let's reverse out.
Yeah. After this next year in June, I'm going to go run the Grand Canyon rim to rim. So go down the canyon, cross the Colorado River, go up and then back. So that's the type of shit. What's the fucking mileage on that? It's like 50 miles and like 28,000 feet of elevation or something. So it's basically a big ass stair climber is what it is. So just doing shit like that and like, it doesn't have to be that extreme, but it's like, hey, let's step outside that comfort zone or stepping them to step or encouraging them to step on stage for the first time. And, yeah, but in a mindset, that's a huge aspect of doing anything. As gay and cliche as it is, but you can literally do anything you set your mind to.
But you got to fucking believe it. Like, truly believe it. I mean, that's 100% it. That's kind of like anybody at the top of their game, that's going to be the philosophy that carries you beyond. Yeah. Yep. I did, were you, did you ever go to one of those intensive wrestling camps in high school? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. No, I did the J-Rob intensive wrestling camp. Nice. That's a good one. 28 days in the summer. Yeah. We ran a marathon after that. I mean, who the fuck am I? Like, and it was just, honestly, after 28 days of just busting your fucking ass in that camp, it was like the easiest run I ever did in my life. Oh, yeah. It was nothing. And then I did the OKC one with John Smith. John Smith, yeah. The 15-day one, and I think that was a half marathon.
Hell yeah, dude. Yeah. There's like, there's in shape, like running, and there's wrestling in shape. Yeah. Nothing comes close to being in wrestling in shape. Nothing comes close. Yeah, bro. For sure. Yeah. I agree. So, does that count even like MMA or other things like that? It's probably similar. It's similar, yeah. Because MMA is a blend. A lot of the highest, the majority of champions in the UFC, they're wrestlers. If you look at it, I think something like 80-90% of all UFC champions have a wrestling background. Right. And the best seem to be all wrestlers. Yeah, because you control where the fight goes. It don't matter how good you are as a fucking boxer if you can't defend a double leg takedown. Do you know what I mean?
Do you think that that's harder than Iron Man stuff? Yeah, by far. And that's what it is. There's a saying, once you've wrestled, everything else in life is easy. And it's so fucking true. And that's where it's – yeah. I went in the military. It was a fucking joke. Basic training. You had people struggling, bro. I was like, this is a fucking joke, dude. This was the easiest thing. I fucking loved every minute of it, dude. I bet, yeah. Getting paid to work out. Yeah. Yep. That's exactly what it is, man. That's dope. So you're a big dog fan. You love dogs. Love them. How many dogs you have? Three. Three dogs. What kind of dogs? So two Great Dane Boxer mixes and a Golden Retriever. Oh, big fuckers. Big boys, yeah. Okay. Yeah.
So do you like cats? Would you ever own a cat? No, fuck no. Fuck yeah, bro. Hell yeah. I don't hate them, but I'm not going to go out of my way to get one. Yeah. What if a little kitten was by the side of a highway and it was alone and you could tell that nobody was owning it and it needed help? Would you take that little guy in? I'll pick him up, but I'm not going to keep him. I'll find a home for him. I could post on Facebook, have a home for him within a week probably at least. Nice. I'm going to keep driving. Drive over him probably. You might swerve into it.
Oh, fuck. So, Bailey, I do have a bone to pick with you. Oh, boy. Here we go. Here we go. So, I posted, I think it was right after, you know, it was during the Texas takeover. I went to Culver's. By the way, definitely the best fast food burger I've ever had. By far. It was fantastic. The rest, eh. McDonald's, still overall better. now your defense kind of wasn't fair because you said in order for it to be great you had to bring your own seasoning and season it yourself well i think that's kind of cheating yeah i'm insane this is the first i'm hearing this is this is fucking ridiculous i always say like it's laurie seasoning is what we bring my wife and i look like fat fucks we just bring our own fucking seasoning and season shit in the restaurant the fucking culvers unbelievable unbelievable yeah this is Mike bone to pick you can bring your own seasoning like you know if you go to like a fine dining place imagine like chef brings five star fucking chef brings you like a meal and you like oh I got my own fucking scene Well they used to fucking provide it So could I remember like Lowry's?
Yes. Like, I don't know if it's Lowry's, but it's like that type of seasoning. Because I remember after I was fucking cutting away for state for like an ISWA off state tournament, we went to Culver's right after like dumbass worst fucking pre wrestling match. Yeah. Anyways, me and my buddies, we were starting. We got that. They had it there. And so that's what got us like on that kick. And then they just basically got rid of it. This was like a decade ago, but that's where I originally got the idea from. So like, fuck it. Now we've got to bring it with us. What is Lowry's exactly? What kind of seasoning is it? I don't, it's like, uh, I don't even know what's in it, man. It's just like that. It's not like salt. It's like that orange tint seasoning.
Um, like an all purpose. It's like, yeah, all purpose. Yeah. Okay. Gotcha. Interesting. Michael, you have any, lifting questions for our friend here? I mean, my stuff will get to you at the end. I kind of want to jump through everything. Okay. So, I mean, let's start having some fun here. Yeah. Rapid fire. Rapid fire, man. First thing comes to mind. All right. One dessert for the rest of your life. What are you picking? Chocolate chip cookies. Oh, hell yeah. God damn, bro. There we go. See? Go fuck yourself, Mike. That's fucking terrible. No, you're both wrong. That's a win. Mike is correct.
Instantly master one skill. What would it be? wait what say that again you could instantly master one skill like the matrix you could download a skill and instantly master it what would it be playing the drums playing the drums are you are you a uh musical guy you fuck no but that'd be cool to be able to download it and do okay yeah that's cool alex likes that answer yep uh what is one small thing that bothers the shit out of you fuckers not racking weights okay i like see all the time i go to like five different gyms dudes like every fucking gym on that i think the uh do you go to like the uh those corporate gyms that's what yeah a couple of them is where i go to yeah it's brutal in those fucking places i mean we just opened one up by us it's like a fucking massive sick gym it really doesn't happen much in there but those corporate gyms are fucking it's like a two and a half 45 25 five i'm just I'm like, what the fuck?
And I'm the anal fuck, you probably are too. Yes. Oh yeah. You redo it. Yeah, I'm like, I gotta fucking fix it. I can't leave this shit. Because then people think I did that. Yeah exactly I was walking by a leg press a few days ago and somebody left five plates on each side And I was astonished because it like bro if you can push five plates on this you been around long enough to know re-rack your fucking weights i have to take 10 plates off this machine i think it's a fucking war crime bro yeah that's like the most common machine i think it happens it's fucking ridiculous yeah yeah yeah would you want to know exactly when and how you will die why or why not no i just want to live life how i want to live life on my terms and whenever god tells me i'm ready to go that's when i'll go because then otherwise i'm just living in fear my whole life that's how i feel countdown yeah yep do you have or have you had a guilty pleasure food combo that should be illegal something crazy that you do i'm betting yes definitely as a wrestler you probably did some wild shit uh the only thing i think it was crazy i used to do like peanut butter and Dorito sandwiches.
Just peanut butter and the spicy nacho Doritos as a crunch. I actually haven't done that in a while. I might do that this weekend now. Peanut butter and nachos. That's fucking brutal. Yeah, not good. I could get down with that. Cool Ranch Doritos, though. Yeah, but with peanut butter? Yeah, I can see it. Cool Ranch is the best Dorito, by the way. If money was not an option, All your bills are paid and you already bought a house. What's your next purchase?
Probably a sauna right now because I don't have one. A sauna? Yeah. That's a good one. But you're a billionaire. Dude, I don't give a fuck about a mansion. He's a simple man. Lambo, dude. That shit don't appeal to me at all. That's me. What can make me feel good? I used to hate saunas because I used to sleep in them and cut weight. But now I can actually be in there and just actually enjoy it without a trash bag on. It's a lot more enjoying. Yeah, I'm the same, man. I don't give a fuck about cars. They laughed at me. I'm like, dude, if I was a billionaire, I'd drive a fucking Corolla. Same. Yeah, I don't either, man. Yeah. We did not laugh about you about the cars. You're fucking misremembering. Yeah, we were just trying to get you to understand, like, if you could, and money's not an option, and you can still have whatever fucking car you want, have the best Corolla, wouldn't you just go get a brand new one that has all the bells and whistles?
Sure, I'd get the 2026 Toyota Corolla. There you go. Yeah, that's kind of what we were getting at. All right Here a fun one I don know if your wife will get offended from this but you don have to answer if you don want to Usually those questions are for me to ask but yeah If you could marry or bang one digital or animation character, who would it be? Oh, my God. A cartoon character could be a 3D animation. Who would it be? Every time you ask, bro. We have the same answer every time here. I don't even fucking know, dude. I haven't watched cartoons in forever. I don't know. Maybe the Jessica Rabbit. Yes!
I remember as a kid, I was like. The thing is, everybody has the same fucking answer every fucking time. Unbelievable. Unreal, dude. And you're fucking pretty young, too. When did that come out? I mean, that was before both our time. Yeah. I watched it growing up. Yeah. That's fucking crazy, bro. Bailey give me some knuckles dog and Michael too and Michael yeah I said the fucking female from Avatar yeah I mean if you're an Avatar too I guess he's a sick fuck it's okay weapon of choice in a zombie apocalypse outside a gun or whatever you think my AR-15 what about when you run out of bullets though you're fucked A bat. I'm pretty good with a baseball bat. Okay. That's fair. If you could uninvent one thing, what would it be?
Toe. Fuck. I don't know, man. It's a tough one. Yeah. Fuck. I'm sure there's something fucking dumb. I've come back to that one. I can't think of anything off the top of my head. No worries. Mine was the gallon milk jug from Costco. yeah fuck that thing see it's so brutal dude yeah I agree with that the worst design ever Michael you're up no I'm not up Alex you're up okay Bailey what's the most dangerous animal with your wrestling background what's the most dangerous animal you think you have a chance against in a head to head fight to the death battle maybe a mountain lion ooh damn son what I'm not gonna say a fucking tiger or a fucking bear I don't have a choice but mountain lion's a little bit smaller We had somebody say a fucking black bear.
There's no fucking way, bro. I mean, that's the one that's – yeah, if you're going to fight one, it's definitely a black bear. What's the saying? Like, if it's black, fight back. If it's brown, lie down. If it's white, get fucked. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, I don't think mountain lion's even conceivable, bro. I think black bear makes a little bit more sense than a mountain lion. Maybe, yeah. I don't know. I'm just thinking, like, the size ain't crazy. You fall back. You put your forearm up. Let it bite your forearm and scrunch its neck. Dude, the slash. Rip its fucking eyes out. The slash. That's what I'm saying. You just got to survive that and get that fucker's neck. You just got to survive. Yeah.
Okay. Another animal question. If you could turn into one animal for 24 hours at a time for the rest of your life, and you could turn it off at any point during the 24 hours, what animal would you like to be? Bald eagle. Fuck yeah. Fucking fly and see whatever the fuck you want. Be wherever you want. Fast as fuck. Yeah, definitely. Freedom. read them. Yeah, Mike's a pussy too, by the way. Tell him. Tell him, Michael. That's because this motherfucker doesn't agree. He was like, I'm afraid of flying. I don't like flying, bro. Fuck that. You're a bird, though. You don't think about it. I'm still me, though, as the bird. I think I'm sick. I picked a wolf, man. A wolf would be dope. By the way, just to realize, Mike, you forgot one of the most important questions to ask Bailey.
What? well if you had 24 hours or 48 that's not my question that is your no that's your question that is 100 you're right fuck i forgot it's right here did you forget you were a gay man i did we need to hear bailey's answer now i did if you woke up as a woman for 24 or 48 hours what's the first thing you would do go on a jog and stare at my tits go on a jog and stare at my tit he's a fucking savage this guy that's awesome i don't want to jog that was brutally specific dude yeah i run all the time like why not just watch some things bounce probably break my neck in the process but that's fantastic what'd you say me who well yeah or any of you guys i said i said play with my tits and mike go ahead michael what did you say again I don even know if I answered that question No you said kill myself Oh okay There you go That right 100 By the way this clip when we were about to tell you what I said it did ridiculous fucking views on Instagram Really?
Really. It's unbelievable because he's such a closeted gay man. It's unbelievable. And he said it right in front of his wife too, which was nuts. Go ahead, Mike. I said get fucked. See what it's like to get fucked. knowing you're a man yeah that's gay dude you know who agreed with me the manliest man in the fucking world fucking Harambe esoteric Harambe he's like fuck yeah I'll be a whore bro is that the big jack dude on twitter you're talking about you guys are unbelievable too funny Alex would you forgive your girl if she caught you cheating um taught me she i don't know i would never do i got cheated on numerous times that shit fucking sucks i don't wouldn't wish that upon my worst enemy man it's the worst fucking question it's a joke question that's the point mike would you forgive her if she caught you yeah he's a nice man see look what mike see that's all it takes how would you you said you have uh how would you parent like a son versus a daughter differently i don't know if it'd be that much different so we got one son we got an eight-month-old son now kind of want another one i want a girl actually um she'd probably be a tomboy realistically my wife you look at her she's basically a bro like can't offend her she would get along with us group just fine uh probably wouldn't be that much different honestly okay i'd encourage her to do the same shit i'm gonna encourage my son don't be a pussy let's do hard shit savory or sweet for
breakfast or breakfast french toast probably sweet okay what's your ideal ac temperature at night 66 hell yeah my dog fucking crazy yeah that's my dog i also know the health benefits of keeping your house cool too, like as a fitness guy. So I just, it's got to be cold. Michael prefers 95 because he's a fucking poor fuck. You fucking cold blooded Like a steak in a meat locker bro Michael tell them your temperature Yeah it like 72 73 What the fuck I wouldn't be able to sleep. Yeah, no shot. Fuck that. Yep.
But your bill's nice and cheap, though, at least. Yeah, usually. I mean, I don't even really run it, but, like, in the peak of summer for the AC and then in the peak of winter, I just kind of let it be ambient otherwise. Where are you at? Where are you located? I'm in Raleigh, so it's pretty fair weather. Gotcha. Yeah, January and July.
What do you think is the most gangster way to die? If, like, you know, death is coming for all of us, what would be, like, the most gangster thing you could think of right now on the spot with no time to think that would be, like, that would be awful. Bailey died like that, and people would be like, holy shit, this guy's a fucking gangster. I keep doing all this hard shit, you know what I mean? grand cane iron man so for me doing a challenge like that eventually i want to run like a 250 mile race so dying like something like that i'm not gonna go swimming in the ocean in two and a half miles i might get my fucking shark too so i might not be here in a month yeah like killing two sharks before the third one eats you or something yeah can i ask the fault sorry i forgot i wanted to ask him one question that i forgot that was not different cut or bulk what would you rather do cut thank you i i swear to god i think people that have wrestled it's just so easy fuck yeah it's every time the bulk is so much fucking harder man yeah i just said it went back i made that i did a question on this i went viral on tiktok and like people like arguing in the comments but most people like no there's no way cutting so much easier or harder like no it's not dude you just don't eat as much fucking food yes you have hunger like that's not hard dude especially when you just live with hunger like i was hungry my whole life
uh like no you're just a pussy dude like just don't eat the food but having to eat food i eat like six meals a day i'm never fucking hungry and i'm still full from the last meal my god damn it did i have to eat a fucking gin yeah dude bulking properly with clean food 10 times harder it's not enough for debate agreed yeah alex oh yeah um because you said early like in the episode in the show about the you know you went up hiking on these mountains and stuff I just watched some of these I just watched a couple movies where these people were like climbing like the crazy cliff faces and stuff like that i don really i don think consciously i have a fear of heights but i think subconsciously i do because in my dreams i everything that's scary is like some crazy height and one time i we hiked up half dome you know half dome in yosemite uh no i haven't been there i don't think i've heard that one not kind of interested by it yeah if you saw it maybe you'd recognize it but it was it was like there was a point where it was like a long hike that part was easy but then you have to like clip in on this very like sheer cliff face and you're looking down and i remember like my fucking hands shaking and like my brain going away like i'm just like in like pure survival mode so i'm wondering if that do you feel any of that when you're doing stuff like that or would that be something that would be interesting to you to like climb up the cliff faces like that guy alex
connell that guy's fucking that was yeah that was nuts i like doing hard shit but shit like that where there's no fucking harness and like if you you have one air you're fucking dead i don't know if i'll i probably will never go that extreme uh but if i'm clipped in with the harness maybe you know i don't ever have like a desire to like fucking climb mount everest or shit like that it's just more like the physical aspect like there does come a point it's like especially now being a father it kind of changes your view on things of certain things you don't want to do anymore uh but like this bare mount one just did like we got up there like 75 miles per wind wind gust and like there was only about two feet from us in the edge and like it was blowing us so we had to like lean in the mountain type shit so we kind of fell a little bit too like hey if you're not fucking careful if you're like you're gonna fall to your death so yeah it just comes to the point as long as there's something as long as nothing too crazy you got a little bit of wiggle room like i'll do it that alex dude that documented i mean that shit what he was doing is just crazy my palms are sweating thinking about it yeah fuck that man yeah that is nuts we should add that to the list boys of questions yeah I'm like what would be the way to phrase it Mike I don't know I'll have to think about that yeah like some kind of what's some fear that makes your fucking palm
sweat yeah flying yeah I fucking hate it yeah even as a bald eagle yeah fuck that Mike your turn yeah man so we'll probably round this out with some fitness shit Um, what's your favorite lift squat by far? That's the, I feel like I couldn't even get that out. You were like, it's by far the hardest lift on the fucking planet. And people are so fucking scared of it. Especially this, dude, I just get under a fucking squat or a barbell. I fucking, it makes me feel like a man, you know what I mean? Just fucking heavy ass weight, pushing you down. The only options to go up. Right. Uh, yeah, I love it, dude. Most bang for your buck lift, I would say, for your overall body. I mean, it's just unbelievable what you're going to get.
What's the craziest squat day you've ever done? I don't mean necessarily the sheer numbers-wise, but have you ever just got in the rack and banged out 200 fucking squats, pushed yourself balls to the wall, some sort of Tom Platt's leg day? Yeah, I've done a lot of cool squat challenges. So my all-time PR is 620. I've done 405 for 20 in one set. Damn. I've done 225 for 225 reps. That's crazy. I've done like 315 for 15 by 15 before. Oh, shit, bro. I just like to do fucking weird, like where I can't walk for like a week. When I did like 225 for 225, I did that like five days after the marathon. So my legs were still fucked. I was like, fuck it. Let's see if I can do it. And then, yeah, that sucked. Yeah. Yeah. 225 for 225.
Isn't that nuts? That's fucking insane. It wasn't even like lifting. It was just cardio at that point. Like my lungs were on fucking fire. Wow. Wow. That's incredible. So if you had three exercises that you could do, you could only do three exercises. Sorry, I always butcher the way that I preface this. If you could only do three exercises for the rest of your life, what three would it be? Probably the big three. Squat, bench, deadlift. Really? Yeah. No body weight movements? I do love body weight, but if I only had three, it'd be the big boy. because body weight's great going me wrong but like you need some weight to like build a physique that's really well what if what if you had pull-ups on there right and you had weighted pull-ups or something yeah like i said because i love pull-ups and dips too like that would be like definitely like my top 10 adding those two um but yeah if i was limited three just big three because you can hit damn near everything with just those what are your best lifts on all three of those uh squat was 620 deadlift was 610 bench was 330 that was all at 165 pound body weight Wait hold up now you're squatting more than you're dead lifting Just barely yeah Barely but still that's like Unprecedented most people are always pulling way more Than they able to squat that really impressive My legs have definitely always been the strongest aspect since I was a kid for sure You probably have to attribute some of that
to getting into wrestling so young because naturally you're always operating from that squatted position. What are you weighing right now? Right now I'm a fucking Kenyan, dude. I've lost like 15, 20 pounds since Ironman. I weigh about 175. Normally I walk around about 190, 195. I'm a Kenyan. I'm ready to get back in the fucking weight room, man. What's your height? 5'6". Okay. Short king. Hell yeah, bro. Yep.
Yeah. I've only been lifting like once or twice a week right now because I'm just doing so much swimming, biking, running. So it is, like I said, when I started this prep, I was like 195. I went on a run, and I was like, oh, it's time to lose some weight, dude, because you just fucking feel it. Yeah. So when you walk in the gym, I mean, you're kind of like me, probably jumping around to a lot of different gyms and shit, seeing shit all over the place you see people doing it the same stuff pretty much everywhere but what's like that one exercise or the one thing you see that you almost want to go out of your way to be like what the fuck stop what you're doing please deadlift oh yeah yeah so fucking bad dude bro i hate to interrupt but i did my first deadlift in 20 years today on Twitter. I mean, my form is fucked up. It needs to be worked on, but you can fucking give me shit on the timeline when you're done and look at it.
It's not the greatest form, I'll tell you that right now, but hey, listen, we're back doing it. Yeah, dude, it's rough. I see shit like that across all exercises, but deadlift in particular, man. I was actually lifting with a buddy a couple weeks ago, and he's like, should we go say something to that guy? I was like, dude, if I stopped and helped every fucking dumbass in the gym, I would never get a lift in. I would never. At the end of the day, it's like, yeah, that's what I do for a living, but I'm in the gym for me. I got to work on me, you know what I mean? but like the very red i might do it like if it's a kid like a young kid um like if i see like a bench press too like hey the fucking elbows are flared right i'm like hey bro real quick just tuck them elbows in a little bit i'll say that and i just try that out next time you know i mean um but yeah deadlift by far is the worst that's interesting because i was gonna say the side like the oblique the side oh fuck the hip god that's the most bro standing there with the plate it's It's like, buddy, yeah, nice spine workout you got going on there, you fucking retard.
Yeah, man. That's literally the most worthless exercise on the planet. That warms my heart that we could share that. Yeah Yeah There better shit to hit Well you know Mike prefaced something earlier with like this might piss off your wife But my last question I always have to say that because hopefully it not her But what's the worst date that you've ever been on?
I don't know if it's really a date. It's kind of, I'll just be transparent. It was like a one-night stand with some bitch. And she was like jumping on my back and like trying to like kiss my neck and be all cuddly. I'm like, I don't fucking know you. Get off me. And I was like, you need to leave right now. So that's basically what that was. I don't think I've ever really had a bad date, but that was one that's like, you're very annoying. Please leave. So you just kicked her out? Was this before or after? This was in college, my man-horse days. I didn't give a fuck. I got my nut. I'm like, get the fuck out. I got to go to work tomorrow. Where'd you go to college again? It's a local college, IUPUI, Indianapolis.
Okay. Yeah. It's like Indiana University, Purdue University combined, like locally, Indy. Yeah. Got it. awesome that's all i got man i thought of two more so one was do you already have a spoonful of game no i need to fucking get that i'll actually order that today i need that i will yeah mike send me a link i'll buy one right now i do i do want to get one is that how you eat like huh is that how you eat i feel like he probably hates himself like michael oh really what do you see like like he you're probably just a chicken and rice guy right I mean, I eat the same shit all the time. Like right now I'm doing like a breakfast burrito that has a tortilla, ground beef, eggs, potatoes, and like some fat-free shredded cheese, two or three chicken and rice meals per day.
I'll throw in like an interest carb shake. I'll do like a protein and dextrose shake. And then like at night we'll do some type of red meat. Right now we're doing like sourdough buns, 90 through 7 ground beef. I'll eat like 12-ounce burgers, and then we'll do like either pasta or potatoes with it. Most of the time I eat. But on the weekends, though, we have a little bit more flexibility. Yes, you do. I see you do that. Yeah, for sure. But most of the time I'm eating the same shit. Just typically Saturday, Sunday nights when we kind of change it up. I just, I got so much shit going on every day. The last thing I want to do is try to figure out what the fuck I'm eating. We do the same thing for the weekends.
Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Well, second question was, I've seen you talking about the beautiful Genesis. Yeah. And I'm curious what, what caught your eye about that and why you, uh, what was interesting you about? Yeah. So I was actually just meal prep. I got like one week left. So I'm about to order it probably this week. um dude i just if you look at my supplement counter dude it just stacked on top of it and like i taking 50 pills a day it like it fucking annoying as fuck so i like i need something that just condensed i can just do a scoop so that what drew me to genesis man so yeah i be doing a video on it to kind of help you help you out uh thank you yeah yeah absolutely man but yeah no i'm looking forward to it it literally sounds like it was made exactly for this guy so yeah i think you put out posts a lot a lot about the fucking handful of shit and you're like, one goal, fucking round.
Yeah. Yeah, dude. It's old. Yep. So that's it, fellas. Do you have any offensive questions for us to try to make us look bad on the internet, Bailey? It would be fantastic if you could do it. Oh, fuck. I don't know. I'm on top of my head. I'm trying to think. Fuck. No, I mean, nothing crazy. Sorry, boys. I should have came prepared. No, you're good. Mike already makes us look bad on the internet Anything you want to plug man Your coaching whatever you want to plug Anything you want to plug I mean no TRT blow work analysis Love to have you on the team help you out Obviously partner with NextGen Peptides too So that's where we get all my peptides from Another one Barbarian Support that guy JR is the fucking man Such a good fucking dude Buy his stuff it's good shit By Shover stuff.

I got my own stuff on there, too, actually, just recently. Hell yeah. Yeah, he does good work. Yeah, he does. Fantastic. One more point of pressure. Ready? Let's do it. It's the end of the show, it seems like, right? Yes. Okay.
On the spot. First reaction. if this is the last thing that people hear from you, what's your message? Live the life the way you want to live it. Not according to somebody else's standards. Fuck what anybody else has to say. Just fucking do you be you. Banger. Love it. Beautiful brother. It was a good talk, man. Appreciate you coming on. Seriously. Yeah. Thanks for having me boys. It was a blast. Pleasure. Looking forward to the next one. See you on the timeline. Don't make fun of my deadlift. too hard. Please do that. See you guys. Later, bro.
That was good, man. That was definitely some bad advice.
