It's Wednesday,

hump day here with Lunch with the

Clydesdales.

Let's get it going.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

It's lunch time!

What is going on, everybody?

It's time for lunch,

as everybody in the chat is saying.

Joseph Ramirez is asking,

what is for lunch?

From what everything I've heard on the

internet is that Joseph is the cook of

cooks.

And if I want to eat good food,

I should get Joseph to cook for me,

not cook for Joseph.

I guess it depends on what you want.

True.

Oh, yeah.

You brag about the gumbo.

Everybody would starve at my house if my

wife was in charge of cooking.

And she'll be the first person to tell

you that.

Not long after we got together,

she told my mama.

I say not long.

Probably about a year after we got

together.

Jennifer told my mom.

She was like,

we would starve if he would leave.

She used to,

when it was just her and Brody...

She had all the kids nights figured out

at the various restaurants.

So like kids eat free on Tuesday night

at this place,

kids eat free at Wednesday night on this

place and whatnot.

And like,

they would go from place to place.

The first time I ever went to our

house and looked at her refrigerator,

I laughed out loud because I was like,

it looked like a dorm room refrigerator.

Like it was like two bottles of mustard.

like a half a gallon of milk and

not much else.

So yeah,

I do all the cooking around the house.

Meg says,

I'm amazed my kids aren't starving because

I can't decide what's for dinner.

That's like a,

I don't want to say a woman thing,

but my wife,

it doesn't matter if we're eating in or

eating out.

I don't think she's ever picked what's for

dinner or where we're going to dinner.

our twenty nine years of marriage my

wife's easy easy easy when it comes to

that um we just go to the mexican

joint she's good i'll say where do you

want to go to dinner well chinese sounds

good mexican sounds good maybe some

chicken or beef

Well, that narrows it right down.

Oh, chicken or beef.

Okay.

Or pork as well.

Five thousand restaurants in Columbus that

those criteria meet.

I have the hardest time figuring out

picking or figuring out dinner.

There's also a pho place right there by

the house.

And every once in a while,

she decides she'll want that.

But for the most part,

you cannot go wrong bringing my wife to

a Mexican restaurant.

She is down.

My wife loves Mexican,

but she also loves Chinese.

And she also loves beef and chicken.

So what the foe?

I love foe.

I can eat foe nine times out of

ten, like seven days a week.

However, like Mark Phillips says,

to make it easy,

I just eat the same thing every day.

The last three weeks,

it's been chicken thighs, rice,

and I take some zucchini,

cut it up into pieces, season it,

throw it under the broiler,

get it kind of brown,

and that's my vegetables.

Easy.

That's my during the day.

See, that works for me.

It does not work for her.

Yeah, no,

it didn't work for Jeffrey either.

Like, I'm tired of eating chicken.

And I'm like, okay, well,

there's ground beef in there too.

I don't want that.

I don't know what to tell you.

Go get some frozen shrimp,

cook them to order like you want.

I'm not, like, this is what I made.

You saw me when I made it.

Like, you were there.

It's not like it's a secret.

There's a pot of rice in my refrigerator

that is full of cooked rice at all

times.

When it runs out,

we make a new pot,

and it goes back in there.

It's simple.

I do simple.

I asked my wife the other day what

she wanted for dinner, and she goes,

I'm just tired of chicken.

I thought back, and I'm like,

we have not had chicken in like five

days.

And you're tired of chicken.

She's tired of not having chicken.

oh my goodness speaking of drawing john

george we'll get to that i do one

hundred percent of the cooking at my house

nothing angers me more than also having to

decide what to cook if it were just

me i'd eat chicken and beef in a

pan with a little rice that's it i

do love vegetables and i like all kinds

of vegetables so like chicken vegetables

and rice i'm good yeah that's easy dude

like that's

literally what i eat every day there's

ground beef cooked in my refrigerator

there's chicken cooked in my refrigerator

there's rice cooked and there's vegetables

cooked and i will when i get right

now since i'm only doing one train session

today when i get home i will take

the rice take the zucchini cut it up

into small pieces and the ground beef put

it in a pan to heat it all

up into where you know it'll get a

little extra crispy almost like a little

stir-fry type deal and eat it like other

than that it just goes in the microwave

Joseph is cooking in California.

If you want to find us for dinner

tacos for days, I'm there.

I do want to address this.

Yes.

So Vicki says she's almost late.

However,

she knows that every day at twelve

fifteen,

I do a show and she chose to

get into an argument argument with me at

like twelve oh five.

not the best time for that so not

only was she almost late there almost

wasn't a show at twelve fifteen yeah it's

weird when i get i get in here

and scott's not here yet and it's like

five minutes till i'm like things are

happening and then i had to just win

the argument super fast

yeah so i could get down here in

time for the show because i'm here for

you guys so i had to i had

to whoop up on vicky in like five

minutes win the argument and then get down

here love it um so yeah speaking of

my wife if you have not seen it

yet um my wife did interviews at the

syndicate crown

Again,

she does not know anything about CrossFit.

Nothing.

Nothing.

It went up for members yesterday.

It will be up for everybody today at

three.

I'm going to tell you right now,

if you're not a member,

it's worth becoming a member right now to

not have to wait till three o'clock this

afternoon.

If you have not seen it,

You need to see it.

You need to watch it.

Oh my word.

I have not.

It's what?

Seven minutes long.

Yeah.

If yeah.

Seven and a half minutes, seven,

seven and a half minutes long.

And it will warm your heart and you

will chuckle through the entire thing

because it is fan tastic.

No script.

She legitimately just asked whatever

question was on her mind at the time.

Sometimes her face was in it.

Sometimes half her face was in it.

Sometimes half her hand is in it.

Looks a lot like this.

Yeah, she is...

She's not a camera person expert by any

stretch.

And that's the best part about the video.

Yes, it is top-notch entertainment.

It's outstanding.

Yeah, I...

And the cool thing is, like,

my wife does not go to events with

me generally, right?

She's not into CrossFit.

She's not.

I think I found a niche for her

that she wants to, like, do more of.

Like, for a week, she's been like,

when's my video going up?

My fans are asking when the video is

coming out.

Julie, you have fans.

I'm going to tell you that right now.

And now she's like,

do you think I could do more?

I'm like, we could do this every day,

like a seven- to eight-minute video every

single day, and people would watch it.

Really?

Yeah, just you hanging out in the crowd,

talking to random people.

Yeah,

most of them are family members of

athletes.

There is one group that are just fans.

What I'm getting at is that there's no

rhyme or reason behind it.

Because she doesn't know.

Because she just talked to whoever.

That was my favorite part.

It's just, there's no direction.

There's no, oh,

let's talk to this person because of this.

No, no, no, no.

Whoever is going to talk to me,

that's who I'm talking to.

And I'm just going to ask them a

couple of questions.

I might be in the camera.

I might not be in the camera.

Maybe my hand's in the camera.

Who cares?

Doesn't matter.

It's the most wholesome, funny, well done,

like all the things I do.

I legitimately laughed out loud yesterday

watching it.

It was fantastic.

Speaking of Mrs. Clydesdale,

this one's for her and her behind the

scenes at Syndicate.

Go get some chicken.

She's tired of chicken.

And Mark Phillips, the man,

five of you can go watch My Wife

Now.

Please do.

Because he's gifted five memberships.

Like and subscribe here.

Let us finish our show,

then go watch her.

Let us finish the show,

and then go spend seven and a half

minutes watching that.

I'm telling you.

It's awesome.

And I hope this is the trigger that

gets her out to do more of these

things.

Yeah.

Because...

I don't want to spoil anything, right?

The funny questions came at the end of

the weekend as she was gaining her own

confidence.

And now that she has that,

I want more of those questions.

Absolutely.

More unhinged, just completely random.

Dude, it was so good.

I don't want to spoil anything.

Go watch it.

Fingers blocking the lens was the best

kind of beginning.

Well, and even with like Austin's brother,

it's like, I think this is take two.

I think the camera's on.

It's hard to be.

After she filmed her foot for five

seconds.

Oh, so good, dude.

So good.

Meg says she sounds like a blast to

hang out with.

Been hanging out with her for twenty nine

plus years.

There's a reason I picked her.

Yeah.

Good job.

So anyway, if you haven't seen it,

it will be,

if you were one of the lucky people

that got one of Mark's five memberships,

go watch it after the show.

If you're not,

it'll be out at three o'clock this

afternoon, Eastern time.

Worse than seven and a half minutes.

Yes.

Yes.

Ron uncut was the best.

Yeah.

So I did the edit on it,

just so you know.

As you could tell from her camera work,

technology is not always her friend.

Not necessarily her strong suit.

So I added those glitches,

like a TV kind of glitching in there,

because the rough cut.

And then I added video of some of

the action on the floor,

just to get you from one interview to

the next.

Yes.

But yeah, she is.

When she started doing it,

she was sending me the videos while I'm

in the media pit.

I would come up and she'd go,

did you watch it yet?

Did you watch it yet?

I can't even hear my own self-talk down

there.

No, sweetheart, I haven't.

I'm going to need you to relax.

But let me go to the media room

and I'll hold it up to my ear.

And then I was like, oh my gosh,

this is awesome.

Only the best interviews for a Clydesdale

media channel.

And that she thinks she's a reporter.

And now back to the Clydesdale media

station.

Yeah.

And the greatest,

she doesn't watch any content,

so she doesn't know how anything is done

in the space.

She just was doing it.

No, she's just, it's,

you gave an eight-year-old a camera and

told him to go talk to people, basically,

and go ask them questions about what was

going on.

My dad's really strong.

Is your dad strong?

Like, that's the kind of stuff, like,

love it, dude.

Yes, Mrs. Clydesdale, that was the best.

She asks one of the fathers what their

son's worst movement is.

And you get a total, like, smackdown.

Like,

what do you think is his best movement?

And he's like, he said what it was,

and then she just hits him with it.

What do you think is his worst movement?

And they're like, oh.

And they let it fly.

It's just awesome.

It's fantastic.

Um...

Props to her for just going for it.

I'm telling you, Meredith,

the more she did,

the more confident she got.

And, and honestly,

Austin's brother was a take two.

And you can kind of hear that because

she forgot to hit record on the first

one.

And then she like,

she went over to him and go,

I'm sorry, I forgot to hit record.

Can we do it one more time?

Proud of her.

That's not easy going up to people like

that.

Especially when she got Haley Adams'

grandparents saying,

we're not allowed to talk to media.

And my wife being like, wait, I'm media?

Yeah, for real.

Hold up.

I didn't realize I was media.

Sorry.

Anyway.

Are we going to talk about Ben Smith

rocking semifinal snatch workout,

not even going to the games?

And he is still awesome.

dude is crossfitter for life man i didn't

see it i've been in meetings this morning

so i'll have to go check that out

so remember to say i was saying yesterday

how it was going to be quick it's

going to be fast like people are going

to fly through it i think he did

it in four thirty five hexy lover uh

i truly am not giving spoilers away no

i am just i am just pumping her

up because she is awesome yeah

um i am not that i have not

said any of the other than one question

i have not said anything it is still

worth your time yeah and ben was uh

blasting creed you know what's funny is i

lived in tallahassee for four years when

creed was coming up um and they were

they would play beach parties for free

well yeah trying to get everybody out

i became this like i still am a

huge creed fan right and then everybody

just started bashing them and it was like

hey those are my little brothers like i

watched them at bullwinkle's bar down on

tallahassee street right right what do you

i don't think it's so much the band

as it was scott stapp in particular

Yeah, but he is the band.

I understand.

But he completely dove off the deep end

there for a little while.

Sure.

But he's humbled now,

and he still sings good.

Yeah.

I'm not mad at him.

I would be blasting Creed and doing that

snatch workout.

Absolutely.

I would be in for that.

Uh,

Jacob says he embodies the authenticity

lacking in modern athletes that

excessively gamify fitness racing.

I think that's a big generality.

I think there are a lot of athletes

that game it,

and there are some that just,

they just do it.

To be fair,

that is a workout built for Ben Smith

or a Ben Smith type of workout.

Is that all we're going to do is

some snatching and a little bit of shuttle

running?

Cool.

Let's go.

that dude is incredibly strong and he

learned how to snatch in front of a

refrigerator.

I mean,

that he now has a fat head off

in his actual at Krypton,

which is outstanding in and of itself.

How is he able to play?

I'm assuming the Creed song on it from

YouTube.

Oh, you can play it.

Yeah.

You just can't monetize it.

Yeah.

It's probably not monetized.

Every, I say every,

the vast majority of my videos that have

music in them that are on YouTube from

qualifiers or whatnot,

I get notifications from saying that in

this area, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,

blah, blah, because of licensing, right?

So whatnot,

but I can still go play it,

listen to it and just fine.

It's not a big deal.

Also spent a lot of time at Bullwinkle's.

That place is special.

Still the same.

It smells the day it did twenty five

years ago.

Bullwinkle's is awesome.

That is a real bar.

So there used to be a we used

to have a Bullwinkle's in Thibodeau.

Not the same people, obviously,

but that's where I and that was in

Thibodeau.

nineteen ninety five through good lord it

was still boy well it goes probably up

until the two thousands early two thousand

something like that so in tallahassee the

competition was for who had the coolest

deck right yeah bullwinkle's had a big

deck on the back bands would play back

there lots of room to to kind of

hang out and and so there was this

competition between all the bars in their

deck

And then it was,

who has the biggest deck?

We have the biggest deck.

No, no, we have the biggest deck.

Come see the biggest deck in Tallahassee.

Come check out the biggest deck in

Tallahassee.

And all of the bars were competing and

using that as part of their advertising.

Yeah, why wouldn't you?

Yeah.

And, of course, the double entendre.

Come on,

would you want anything else than the

biggest deck?

Yeah.

Size does matter.

Size, a hundred percent,

does matter when it comes to the deck.

It's fantastic.

Yeah.

I would be really impressed, John George,

if you went to Port Paul's.

Because that was a hole.

LMAO Classic loved it.

Yeah, they...

I didn't know, John,

you hung out in Tallahassee, man.

That's awesome.

So, yeah,

I forgot anything that we're going to talk

about today.

It's fine.

Are you kidding?

A thousand times.

That's where you went to play darts, man.

And it was a hole in the wall.

It finally closed.

I went to school there.

You went to school at the bar or

at the... Florida State or FAMU?

Yeah.

All right.

So anyway, uh, twenty events, man.

I'm here for it.

I am one hundred percent here for it.

Uh,

decks on your mind made you lose track,

of course.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

uh i'm here for twenty twenty for twenty

let's go let's go the the i'm sure

they're gonna make another documentary and

they need to call it twenty for twenty

and have a play on the have a

play on the espn uh espn thing two

thousand twenty six crossfit games uh

documentary twenty for twenty

I like it.

You should get out there and trademark

that now.

A hundred percent.

A hundred percent.

Let it be known.

I just said it.

Ian talking to you.

I love the idea.

I love the concept.

I love that.

They're saying now four days.

Yeah.

Three day games sucked.

A hundred percent.

I do not like three day games whatsoever.

The most events ever to games was fifteen.

Yep.

So we're

We're five events past that.

That's a whole day past that.

Yeah.

Right.

What was it?

The hardest day in CrossFit Games history.

What was that?

The twenty eighteen when they had the

marathon row and the bike race and they

ended with the marathon row.

They were backwards from there.

The total,

like all the things in one day.

Right.

That was what, six events?

I don't remember the number.

To have it in four days and have

twenty events,

you're going to have to average.

Let's do some math.

Five events a day,

which FYI is a lot.

Right.

Yep.

So they always talk about their games

being a competition of who can recover the

best.

This is going to push that to another

degree.

Who really can recover the best?

It's a lot of points is going to

be on the table.

It goes back to the days where Sunday

is going to matter.

I mean,

Sunday Rich is why he beat Matt in

twenty fourteen.

Yep.

Because he still had juice in the tank.

Matt had none.

Matt had none.

Yep.

That's why Ben beat him in fifteen.

And then it's that's why Matt changed his

nutrition and everything so that he could

keep the juice all weekend.

Well, by changing nutrition,

he actually started paying attention to

his nutrition because he just said he

would just eat whatever,

if anything at all.

Yeah, he just ran out of freaking gas.

And he'll also tell you it's the best

thing that ever happened to him,

but that's why he ruined five in a

row after that.

Trent wants to know,

do you agree that there will be ten

fifty-point events, combine style,

like they said on Savant?

I don't think so.

I don't think so, dude.

That's a whole day that you're just doing

that.

It's too far away from...

Why would you go that far away from

what the Games has been to celebrate the

twentieth anniversary of the Games?

Correct.

If you're going to do...

Will there be a couple fifty-point events?

Sure.

Sure.

yeah and it'll probably be like a point

a point uh uh part a part part

b type stuff like ringer one and ringer

two yeah i haven't dove that far into

my thought process on that but i just

think that if you're gonna if you're gonna

try to cram that many events in you're

going to have to do something like that

well i think if you do too many

of those it skews it too much as

well

I don't think I can see it once

or twice, but not.

No, not a ton.

No, not all weekend.

But I think you're going to have to

have some stuff that's going to be just

be able to fit everything in.

Because I mean, four days is a lot.

And whether they want to admit it or

not, we're going off site.

Right.

Oh, yeah.

Well, I know what's said.

One new implement.

Yep.

One amped up hero or named workout.

Okay.

Several out of the venue.

Several out of the venue.

If we're talking about one amped up

whatever, are we doing Murph again?

Again, so if you're doing twenty events,

can you do Murph?

Murph's thirty minutes long.

Why not?

For most of these guys, Murph is thirty,

thirty five minutes long.

Because depending on the weather,

the heat, Murph took casualties.

Sure.

Both times they did it.

Right.

And it was and those were in the

beginning of the week.

Yeah, but if if if you're doing the.

the cindy part of murph inside the

building and all you're doing is running

outside for you for your two miles right

running outside come back in the building

doing all the things on the floor then

now you're inside of an air conditioned

event event space and you're just running

a mile outside even if it's however hot

it gets up there sorry i'm from south

louisiana i just don't understand um then

i think it becomes a lot more viable

at that point

Because here's my thing.

If you're going to add in something else

like that to the games,

what else are you adding besides that

that's going to have that kind of

spectacle or that kind of meaningfulness

to it?

Does that make sense?

Like, okay, yeah,

we did – they introduced –

or I guess the ones that we've done,

right?

Naughty Nancy, Jackie Pro,

stuff like that.

All right, cool.

Those are girl workouts.

Those are amped up, you know,

games level girl workouts.

But Murph is different.

It's a whole other animal.

And if you're going to try to make

it part of the,

or you're going to try to make the,

the twenty mean something and do something

like that,

I don't know.

I think it's viable.

If I were betting,

I would say it's not going to be

Murph.

But that doesn't mean I don't think it's

a possibility.

I think the odds are it's not.

They're doing something on Barack Obama.

Well,

that's where the vendor village is

supposed to be, right?

I don't know how you're going to do

that and an event out there, but...

People are just naming tons of different

named workouts.

The possibilities are endless.

Judy, this will never,

ever happen as long as Dave is

programming.

I am telling you.

That's rage bait.

And I'm going to need you to stop,

Judy Reed.

I will tell Doug on you.

Dave won't even utter the High Rocks name.

No.

not even a little bit and as far

as the the the tin whatever people were

talking about in the combined scores or

whatever if you're going to do that you

just soon go do the uh what is

it the xenon thing because that's ten

events in two days which they're also not

going to do fyi

There's just not going to be that many

half point scores.

I just,

I'm one hundred percent agree with you on

that.

Just not going to happen.

There's going to be a shit ton of

points available,

which I think is also going to be

a good thing because now we've got broad

time and modal domains and

Over twenty scored events,

which is going to make it especially with

as wide open as the field is now

on both the men's and the women's side

is going to give a lot more people

a lot more chance to get some points

on the board and could potentially make

for some better races and some better

stories over the weekend.

I'm excited.

He'd rather use running as a modality in

more meaningful ways.

I agree with that.

Hundred percent.

Hundred percent.

And I mean,

there are rumors out there that Dave has

a stake in Xenon.

Really?

There are rumors.

I don't know that they are true.

Okay.

And so Xenon would be the biggest

competitor to High Rocks other than

CrossFit.

And if that is a true rumor,

and I don't know that it is,

just heard it,

that there's no way he's doing a High

Rocks anything.

No.

There's no reason he's doing high rocks or

anything anyway.

I think he looks at that and scoffs

at it and is like, yes,

that is a CrossFit workout,

but we actually have standards.

End of story.

I think that's about as far as it

ever gets through Dave's brain as far as

that's concerned.

Oh, go ahead.

I do think we're going to get things

like a sprint.

Or like the sprint obstacle or things like

that.

But maybe eliminate the bracket style

because that would just take too much

time.

Correct.

Like a forty yard dash only takes five

seconds.

Right?

Yeah.

And it brings back stuff like that.

I think we're going to see like an

obstacle course.

Dude, that's so much fun to watch.

That's engaging.

Watching them go.

I mean, I hate saying it.

Fair point.

I hate saying this because it sounds

cruel,

but watching Pat and Matt fall off of

the cargo net was engaging and

entertaining to see.

It just was,

because it's added drama to the entire

weekend.

Watching people drag Rescue Randy down the

field and in back was engaging.

It was fun to watch.

How are people going to handle that?

I would love to see another obstacle

course.

And it tests all of the things.

You've got running.

You've got body weight stuff you have to

do.

So it's endurance.

You have to think on your feet and

be able to figure out the best way

to get across all these things.

I love the obstacle course as a thing.

The sprint O course was also fun to

watch,

but I agree with you that you're not

going to be able to do it bracket

style.

You just won't.

It's just going to take too much time.

Yeah, Scott,

let's have ten athletes pull a hammy in

day one doing sprints.

If they pull a hammy doing sprints on

day one,

then they do not deserve to be at

the games, period.

If they're not training sprinting.

We've had sprints at the games.

Yeah.

Several times.

Several times.

What can't this guy do?

Apparently... We had zigzag sprint.

We had O sprint.

We had...

Did Dan Bailey catch the sunglasses

sprint?

Oh, my God.

Over the hurdles.

Yeah.

Over the hurdles.

God, that was so good.

Apparently,

the one thing Matt couldn't do was

actually beat Heber carrying a – no,

excuse me.

Was it Heber or was it Morris?

It was Morris.

Yeah, Morris carrying a gimbal.

Every once in a while, whenever I'm sad,

I just go watch that video again because

it brings me joy just watching that

happen.

Shanna can't run fast enough to pull a

hammy.

I'm going to find out when we get

to monster games.

I am excited.

I hope there's a sprint.

That stuff's fun to watch as well.

But that's another one that.

when they did those those sprints they did

it in it was bracket style it was

heats right and you go in and you

go again and you go again and you

again until you kind of knock everybody

down so unless there's a field wide enough

to where you can only narrow it you

know you're gonna it's gonna have to be

done quickly i guess is what i'm getting

so let's go back to the dan bailey

catch the sunglasses sprint right that was

there were hurdles there were zigzags

there were different things in that

It wasn't bracket style,

but it was a two-fifty-point event.

You ran it one way,

and then you got like a minute rest,

and you had to run it back the

other direction.

Yep.

And I think those are things that you'll

see.

I hope so.

Yeah, clock.

Truth.

They should all be able to sprint.

They should all be able to sprint.

I think if this does anything,

like we're just getting out of the

isolated training mentality of these are

the only things that can happen at the

games,

and this is all I'm going to train.

Yeah.

Now that there are twenty events,

and yeah, maybe some are fifty,

maybe some are short.

Doesn't matter.

You've got to start training at all.

Everybody's saying,

are we going to swim again?

I don't know.

It's good that those questions are coming

back to what is going to be placed

in front of us.

And you can't just train the same old

shit over and over again.

You've got to have your eyes on everything

that's possible.

You need to be J.R.

looking at Rogue's website and going, hmm.

nobody's nobody's ever seen one of these

in a competition before i disagree with

you avera i don't think ricky wins the

sprint events uh ricky is a great runner

i don't think he's a great sprinter well

he's probably a very good sprinter and

he'll probably be up toward the top he's

probably quicker than i am right but but

i don't think he automatically wins

sprints no i wouldn't even know who to

put money on for a sprint be completely

honest with you you know why we haven't

tested it

In quite some time.

Spin says make them run down the hill

instead.

Jesus, man.

But could you see them run up the

hill and then turn around?

Now you got to run down?

Now you got to run back down?

Just like the cheese roll?

Or do the whole, whenever they,

Matt just told him, all right,

turn around and go back.

Dude, that was crazy.

Have you seen that thing like in

Switzerland where they roll the cheese and

everybody runs down the hill after it?

that is carnage that is more carnage than

murph oh lord yeah well that's because

people were actually falling and enough

rolling down the hill when just limbs

flying all over the place yeah i don't

think i mean i like where your head

that's been yep oh uh wow so many

comments a lot you guys are blowing it

up um

Come on.

Judy is just stirring the pot today.

Play Chubby Bunny with marshmallows.

I don't even know what that is.

You stuff a marshmallow in your mouth,

you have to say Chubby Bunny.

Then you put another one in.

That's a point event right there.

You know who'd win that?

Jason Hopper.

Yeah.

Anyway.

Um...

one thing that kipping said was hold your

breath for time never gonna happen no no

no i do like oh god that's cut

they're coming in quick hold on don't go

there joust you guys are silly now this

one fifty yard sprints every thirty

seconds last place out each round last man

standing

take too much time but i do like

the concept so just i mean it's like

running suicides at basketball practice

everybody's in until you're out or like

the beep test but i guess it's only

yeah boom done boom but the winner has

done way more work than the last place

that's probably the biggest part the

biggest problem with that but i do like

that wing i like that idea

um judy just got done coaching four

back-to-back kids classes ages three to

ten yeah then i'd be stirring the pot

too yeah judy needs a drink and needs

a drink one hundred percent one hundred

percent wonderful twitch fest jesus shanna

shana's truly trying to kill people yeah

good night um

So anyway, that came out.

And again, Hobart said one new implement,

one amped up hero named workout,

several outside the venue.

I hope we get all that.

I hope we get all that.

I think he has some inside knowledge.

Really?

You think James Hobart has some inside

knowledge?

I wonder where you get that idea from.

He's only been with the companies for,

I don't know, most of his adult life.

Maybe all of his adult life.

Could you make event one of the event

one,

the three wads of the two thousand seven

games back to back to back?

They did that in sixteen, seventeen.

No, not sixteen.

Sixteen.

Yeah, it was a ten year anniversary.

Oh, yeah.

Two thousand seven to twenty sixteen.

Yeah, because they did.

And they prize them with a plane ride

to.

yeah when they did the trail run and

uh yeah that's deadlift deadlift ladder

because that's when sam dancer said i just

ran seven k i'm warm yep oh i'm

excited i really am i think that's i

think this is gonna be

Yeah,

I hope it's it's a it's a good

a good event.

The one thing I don't think will ever

happen again,

as much as people ask for it as

the hopper.

It's just too unpredictable to go with the

rest of the events,

especially when you're programming.

It's one thing if you're doing it at

a local competition where you can,

you got a couple movements in there with

a couple of things and you can just

pull some stuff out right quick, like,

and then quickly set it up and know

what you're fixing to judge and whatnot.

But like,

there is too much planning in there,

but then come out and pull out the

original hop and be like, all right,

we got all these movements in here.

And one of them is going to have

a number of reps game.

Like it's no, not at the games.

Not going to happen.

Maybe like on a one-off thing,

you bring the boys interrupted to the

ranch and pull out the hopper and be

like, we're going to do a hopper workout.

I'm just going to pull these three things

out.

That's one thing.

Not at the games.

Not going to happen.

Yeah,

it's going to be interesting to see how

the release of the events is going to

go this year too.

Are they going to let people know ahead

of time at all?

Are they going to do an all-surprise?

Are they going to run across the new

implement at the games and not before

then?

i don't know like that's a lot and

look dude we are not far from it

like forty five days i think forty four

forty five days something on those lines

yeah it's the end of july yeah and

we're almost mid-june not far yeah not far

at all so yeah i am curious to

see if the next couple weeks we get

like something

you know, Hey, this is the new movement,

figure it out.

Or if they're just going to wait till

they get on the floor and be like,

Hey, here's a new movement.

Good luck.

Ralph's been practicing this for the last

six months.

I hope you guys can figure it out.

Yeah.

I don't know.

I do like the marketing of like bringing

some of the stuff out and maybe not

full event details,

but like just teasing some stuff.

Yeah.

Whether it's like mayhem kind of did where

they put out a list of like five

hundred events and it's going to be like

six of these.

Here's here's five hundred.

Here's a page with five hundred various

workouts that could possibly be doing.

You're going to do several of these.

Good luck.

Yep.

Or like they used to,

or Dave used to do, you know,

do his little,

get on his little Instagram.

The first,

the first workout of the CrossFit,

of the two, twenty,

twenty-six CrossFit games is whatever.

Atalanta.

R.I.P.

to Haley's everything.

Yeah.

That girl has bled more than any other

athlete on the floor.

A hundred percent.

And it's not even close.

Dirt.

yeah and it's not that ruck sack back

that she got plus the atalanta hands dude

that was bad yeah real bad i think

i saw like a clip of her recently

like the scars are still on her back

from that rucksack yeah so all right well

Again, I have some other...

I just want to say to Joseph,

with friends like the Glintons and Jenny,

you don't need enemies, man.

The picture of you on the gnome on

the shelf,

and they took away the iconic goatee

braid.

So, yep.

It's a love-hate relationship.

They love to hate on him.

And he loves the attention, so it's fine.

But with that, man,

I'm going to get back to work.

Time for you knuckleheads to get back as

well.

We'll be back tomorrow.

Tomorrow I have a one o'clock meeting.

So it will be,

maybe I'll jump on at twelve ten.

We'll give it an extra five minutes just

in case.

But we'll be back tomorrow to talk about

all things CrossFit.

With that,

have a great rest of your day.

We'll see you all tomorrow on Lunch with

the Clydesdale.

Stay jazzy.

I wouldn't wait to get to the editing

room to jazz me up.

I'm already jazzy.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Talking reps with life strength in the

battle.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time we press

call.
