November 17, 2025 (Monday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

10am: Coffee with half & half from Meantime in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

11am: Leftover curry and rice and a Big Chewy Nerd at the office.

2:30pm: A strawberry grain bar at the office.

6pm: Roasted German butterball potatoes with knockwurst, herbed goat cheese, and arugula, cabbage, and mustard micro greens, made at home.

7pm: A cup of Earl grey tea with half & half, made at home, and Sour Patch Kids.

November 18, 2025 (Tuesday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

9:30am: Jalapeno havarti cheese and Back to Nature mini garlic and herb crackers.

2:30pm: Leftover Thai red curry over rice.

3:30pm: A handful of Sour Patch Kids.

6pm: Chicken soup with carrots, cabbage, golden pinto potatoes, onion, lemon, black pepper, leftover rice, and crispy fried garlic, made at home.

7:30pm: Buc-ee’s Beaver Nuggets.

November 19, 2025 (Wednesday)

7am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

8:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half at the office.

10:30am: Leftover thai red curry with rice and a drip coffee with half & half from Meantime in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

3pm: A strawberry grain bar at the office.

6pm: Leftover soup with black pepper, Brightland olive oil, and crispy fried garlic.

7:30pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream and a handful of Beaver Nuggets.

November 20, 2025 (Thursday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

9am: Leftover potatoes and knockwurst fried in olive oil, and cottage cheese with sriracha and black pepper, made at home.

12pm: Jalapeno havarti and Back to Nature garlic and herb mini crackers.

3:30pm: Lahmajun from Sassool in Raleigh, North Carolina.

7:30pm: Beaver Nuggets.

November 21, 2025 (Friday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a leftover slice of lahmajun.

10am: Leftover roasted potatoes and half of a knockwurst with sriracha.

12pm: A hunk of jalapeno havarti.

3pm: A handful of Beaver Nuggets.

6pm: Leftover soup and romaine lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 22, 2025 (Saturday)

7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

8:30am: A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and Bo-tato Rounds at Bojangles in Oxford, North Carolina.

1pm: Buttered popcorn with chili lime seasoning, made at home.

5pm: Baked fusillotti with sweet Italian sausage, red sauce, and garlic ricotta, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 23, 2025 (Sunday)

8am: Leftover coffee with half & half, made at home.

10:30am: A mozzarella and pea arancino, made at home.

2pm: Fried soft pretzels with beer cheese, cheese curds with sweet chili sauce, and half of a sweet potato ale at Buggs Island Brewing Company in Clarksville, Virginia.

7pm: Blue Bell Cookie Two Step ice cream.
